KS Roofing

Sean, as usual, was professional, courteous and got the job completed quickly. Old style roof needed the ridge tiles addressing. Sorted the scaffolding, work between my neighbour and I and was pro-active to tackle a few additional issues with the chimney. Highly recommended.

Refreshing to find a tradesman who carried out a quality job on time in a professional manner without finding extras. Excellent

Excellent from quote to finish. A substantial repair to roof on a quirky old house. So pleased to have found such a brilliant company with good old fashioned pride and workmanship. Many thanks to Sean

Sean came over to see our roof following a leak. He carried out a proper inspection climbing up to see it and within a week scaffolding was up and the job was done. Great service. The scaffolder he used was the most polite tradesman ever

Highly recommend KS Roofing - Sean responded to our initial enquiry quickly, and easily identified problems we were having with our guttering. Sean has done work for us before relating to a separate issue with our boiler flue which was misaligned after a storm, and we've been incredibly happy with the work completed on both occasions. Sean is always professional, reliable and happy to answer any questions.

KS roofing came over to fix a leak in our porch roof. Sean was friendly, professional and carried out the work to a very high quality. We’re so lucky that we’ve found a decent tradesperson we trust. I would highly recommend him

Sean and team at KS were superb, the job wasn't easy or straight forward on my period property but that wasn't an issue. They quickly solved all issues and really happy with the work done. Im local to them and more than happy to support small independent business when quality is this good and personal. Thank you

Sean repaired our roof with a replacement solar panel apron, new slates and a new dry ridge system. He was fantastic all the way through the process, right from the initial inspection visit. He promptly prepared such a good report that NHBC paid for our claim within just a few weeks. The scaffolding was set up very efficiently, and the work completed within a few days. Sean has been friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process, and given us complete peace of mind through what could otherwise have been a very stressful situation – many thanks again, highly recommended.

I contacted Sean to come and have a look at my flat roof, due to concerns over pooling water. He very kindly had a look and gave me advice. He didn't try to make me have any work done, but put my mind at rest that it should last a couple of years yet. When it does need replacing, I will absolutely be asking him to do the work. It isn't often when I feel I can trust a tradesperson, but Sean was very honest and I would recommend him to anyone!

Sean was fantastic, came out when he said he would and the job was done in great time. Would happily recommend him!

Sean was excellent to work with following a leak/water ingress we found at home. He was quick to fit us in, easy to communicate with, and found the problem efficiently. Much appreciated!

Sean has come to our house a few times to help with a few different jobs, most recently some lead work on our bay window. Sean is always reliable and diligent. His quotes are very reasonable and I’d recommend him for all roofing work.

Sean was great, friendly and knowledgeable, did a fantastic with our roof, totally recommended

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’re really pleased with the work done by Sean from KS Roofing South. He did an excellent job fixing our leaky roof, putting right the poor work left behind by a previous roofing company. Sean clearly explained what needed to be done, completed the job quickly, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. It’s refreshing to find someone so professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service from Sean. Needed a complete roof build on 2 extensions and having been let down by 2 other roofing companies, Sean went out of his way at short notice to get the job done so my project didn't fall any further behind. The quality of his work was first-class, and he was a pleasure to have around. If you need any roofing jobs done, then I highly recommend using Sean.

Sean did my sister’s roof & was recommended to us after that. Sean responded straight away & was very clear about what was needed. Clear on price, clear on start date & clear on what work was required. Sean’s work quality was absolutely excellent, he turned up exactly when he said he would & work was of the highest standard. I would absolutely recommend Sean without hesitation.

Sean has done a couple of roofing jobs for me over the last couple of years. He promptly answered my first message and came round later that day to look at the problem and quote for repair. Same with the second job and both were completed in good time, with all tidying up done afterwards. Thank you Sean!

KS Roofing recently carried out some repairs on my roof, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were extremely polite, punctual, and professional from start to finish. The work was completed to a high standard, with great attention to detail, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that takes real pride in their work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Would highly recommend KS Roofing to anyone needing reliable, top-quality roofing work!

Professional, efficient and really friendly. Comes highly recommended

Sean removed a chimney from the roof level down to ceiling height, and repaired the roof. Very happy with his work, he left everything tidy, and we would happily have him carry out work for us again.

We needed a repair to our roof which was letting in water. Sean identified the problem and provided an honest assessment of what needed to be done. He fixed it in good time to prevent any further damage and the job was completed well and tidily. The repair has lasted well and we would certainly call this company again if we ever had any other problems with the roof.

A honest trader who will not rip you off. Used KS Roofing to fix a complicated leak in our roof. Sean was totally professional in his approach and did a great job but as I said the leak was complicated and although reduced the leak was still there, Sean returned for a second time, free of charge because as he stated he had failed in his first attempt, and put in a fix that has worked, no more leaks. Used KS a second time to have a quick look at the state of the roof on a different building, this required a couple of tiles to be removed and replaced, for this there was no charge, and the roof was declared as being ok for its age and no work was required, a totally honest approach. Great company.

Tile replacement in several areas good communication, I am very satisfied with the work done, would definitely recommend!

Sean at KS Roofing completed a roof replacement for us, and we could not have been happier with the result and service. In particular I'd like to mention the open communication we received during the project. He consistently kept us in the loop so we understood what was happening at every stage of the job. Thank you Sean.

Sean was excellent from start to finish, no corners cut great attention to detail and really good job done. All rubbish taken away and there was lots of it and site left really tidy. I recently had KS Roofing tile the roof of my oak porch and complete all the lead work, and I’m extremely pleased with the result. Sean supplied and fitted all the materials, arranged the start date promptly, and was quick to provide a quote. Communication was smooth throughout, and he kept me updated at every stage. Not only was the work completed to a high standard, but Sean also tidied up after himself and left the scaffolding spotless. A truly professional service from start to finish. I highly recommend KS Roofing and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
