MC Roofing Ltd

I had the pleasure of working with MC Roofing on our recent project, and their professionalism and quality of work were second to none. Their expertise and commitment to excellence played a key role in helping us deliver a first-class building, ultimately contributing to our team receiving a prestigious industry award. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable and skilled roofing company.

We have just had our roof replaced by Ryan's team and we are really pleased with the results. The guys turned up every day (come rain or shine) and were hardworking and polite. Special mention to Mick who also cleared up afterwards leaving our pathways cleaner than they were beforehand.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Ryan was able to send a drone up to give us the full picture and when we needed the work done in a hurry he didn't disappoint. The roofers that came out were thorough in explaining what they were doing and showing photos to confirm all the work carried out. Highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable, professional and helpful, would 100% recommend

I got MC roofing in to complete a single ply membrane roof on my garden room. Ryan was really professional and competitively priced. The guys that came completed the work to a high standard, would definitely recommend MC roofing 👍 No more leaky roof!

Excellent service - Rang them 3.30 pm on Thursday with an urgent problem (large lumps of mortar torn free from gable verge above our front door and some had landed on our doorstep. Ryan called round at 5 pm and immediately climbed up a ladder and removed the larger pieces that were precariously hanging over the guttering and assessed the damage. We received an e-mail with the quote for repairing the damage around 7.30 pm. We already had approval for scaffolding to be erected to contain the risk of falling debris from our insurance company but we were astounded at 8.00 am the following morning when the scaffolders arrived and completed the installation before 12.00 pm. We sent the quote with photographs to our insurance company who rang Ryan for more detailed information about the cause of the problem and subsequently gave us the approval for MC roofing to carry out the work. We rang Ryan mid afternoon to give him the go ahead and were delighted when he rang back later to inform us that the work would be carried out the following day being a Saturday. The roofers arrived at 9.00 am and completed the work before 4.00pm to a high standard and we were well impressed almost within 48 hours of our first phone contact! We know which company we will be using should we have any future roofing issues!!

Excellent the guys were polite and worked hard hence they had done a great job, good communication through out, would recommend there services

Great service, would recommend!

Fantastic service. Helpful and friendly team along with top quality work. Thank you!

Very knowledgeable, really lovely guy would absolutely recommend this company

Had brilliant service from MC roofing! Ryan was fast and efficient in communicating and the highest of standards were met, thanks guys!

Had the boy with short dark hair come round to look at our roof and his customer service was appalling. Had no manners what so ever and his breath stunk. would not recommend

Totally thrilled with the roofing job done by MC Roofing on my Victorian cottage here in Bournemouth. Their team was so thorough and really respectful of all my garden plants. Couldn't have asked for a better job!

We had MC roofing do our whole roof on our new build including parapet roof! Fantastic job done. We did our research before going with MC roofing and we are so pleased we picked them. Prices where amazing and very reasonable and communication was great. Would always refer them to friends and family and use again.

Quote was a fair price considering the alterations required to correct a poorly constructed roof from an earlier roofer. Very polite team, showed up on time and completed on schedule. Work was of a high standard and no rubbish left behind.

We had the garage roof replaced earlier this year by Ryan and the team. What a fantastic team they were! Polite and courteous at all times, considerate of our wishes and needs. There was no loud music to disturb the neighbourhood and no swearing, either. A harmonious team of very hardworking and highly efficient professionals! The roof itself was finished to an excellent standard and in less time than quoted! Every element was covered and any questions we asked, and there were quite a few, were answered by Ryan in a polite and very knowledgeable fashion that immediately gave us full confidence in M C Roofings professionalism! We knew we'd made the right choice for us! The team even tidied up after themselves leaving the garage cleaner than before they'd begun! We couldn't be happier with M C Roofing and would very highly recommend them to anyone. . M C Roofing truly are a company beyond First Class! Thanks for an awesome job perfectly executed! Wishing Ryan and the entire team all the best and with grateful thanks!

Would thoroughly recommend MC Roofing to anyone considering using them. They've constructed a beautiful slate roof and waterproofed flat roofs for our new home. The attention to detail overall, but especially on the roofer outlets and flat roofs is first-class. Tidy workers and respectful of the property. Thanks to the team at MC for all your hard work.

Very professional

Beyond impressed with MC roofing. A very professional service and lovely guys.

I recently had the pleasure of working with MC Roofing and their team, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with their level of professionalism and expertise. From start to finish, they demonstrated a commitment to excellence that is truly rare in the construction industry. What stood out to me most about MC Roofing was their attention to detail. They took the time to thoroughly inspect the roof and identify any potential issues, and they developed a comprehensive plan to address them. Throughout the project, they communicated clearly and consistently, ensuring that I was kept informed every step of the way. The quality of their workmanship was also exceptional. They used only the highest quality materials and demonstrated a level of precision in their installation that was truly impressive. The end result was a beautiful, sturdy, and long-lasting roof that exceeded my expectations. In addition to their technical expertise, the team at MC Roofing were a pleasure to work with. They were friendly, approachable, and always willing to answer my questions. They demonstrated a genuine concern for my satisfaction and went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely happy with the final product. Overall, I would highly recommend MC Roofing and their team to anyone in need of roofing services. They are true professionals who take pride in their work, and their commitment to excellence is second to none. Thank you, MC Roofing, for a job well done!

Very pleased with our new roof. The team at MC Roofing did an amazing job and have completely transformed our bungalow. We have already recommended them to friends.

Excellent company .

Mcroofing have completed my re-roof and alwitra flat roof extension and highly recommend their quality service they provide. They stayed at the job until it was complete and got the job finished quickly and professionally to a very high finish. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

I was in need of a roofer, called MC Roofing due to good reviews which they were quick to respond and quote. Once the work started the scaffolding was delayed due to no permit, as the house is terraced. After this things went down hill, communication was poor as I did not hear much for few weeks. After chasing MC Roofing confirmed the scaffolding was going up. Then weeks passed by again chasing with no response, poor communication from them. Turned up late to start the job on the day. I also requested additional work and possible a quote for the whole roof to be done as more leaks appeared as well but being ignored. I was also going between Weymouth and Gloucester caring for my Dad who had cancer and a stroke at the time, with the stress of waiting for the roof to be repaired, and water pooring in the house this turned out to be more of a nightmare builder from hell. I’m not sure the quality of work done to repair the roof, time will tell. I thought MC Roofing came across as a professional roofing company but unfortunately due to what’s happened I’m not been to impressed. I hired roofers before on other properties but not in the Dorset area which seems to be poor in the area, I’ll rather pay the extra to get a roofer outside the Dorset area now. Shame I have to leave this response as I hate leaving negative reviews. Now I have to start finding another roofer all over again. 2 stars is for the quick response to getting a quote.

Had Ryan come out and have a look at my partner's roof and chimney which was leaking inside and decided to have the chimney removed and the roof redone as it was over 80yrs old and have to say it wasn't the best weather to do it either but they done the whole job in 2wks and have to say we're are very pleased with the work they've done would recommend to anyone who is after any roofing work done 👍👍👍thank you and your men for the excellent work you've done 😎😎👊

Was worried a large company with many commercial clients may not have time for small private jobs or would charge an arm and a leg. Was proved very wrong when a member of the MC Roofing team promptly came out to fix a leak on our flat roof garage. Arrived on time as stated and great service for a more than reasonable cost. Would highly recommend MC Roofing to anyone no matter the size of the job!

A fantastic experience from start to finish. I used this company for a slate reroof and would recommend them in a flash

MC Roofing Ltd provided an excellent service as usual! The job was tricky and involved working around a thatched roof, but proved to be no problem and was completed in an incredibly fast time frame of just three days! Can't recommend highly enough!!

Ryan was always very efficient and responsive at all times (even on the weekends!). The work was carried out very quickly and done to the agreed timescales. I had a whole re roof done and Ryan provided drone photos of before and after which was also really helpful. A great reliable and professional team, would recommend to anyone.

An amazing crew! We needed our whole roof covering replaced due to its age (& many leaks). Within 24 hours of contacting them for a quote they responded & came out to do their survey with a drone (which was awesome!). We had the initial quote within 48 hrs of 1st contact. Every time we had to tweak the quote (gable ladders / no gable ladders / reuse existing roof tiles / all new roof tiles) they came back within no more than 72 hrs. They fully took on board our specifications (due to having been a building inspector for 15 years I can be very particular) incl. top of the range breather membrane (which I later found out they fit as standard just to be safe) and even managed to match our existing tiles so we didn't have to apply for planning permission. Scaffolding went up on the Tuesday (the scaffolders were amazing too & fully took on board requirements ref. A shared boundary). Works started the following Monday. Exactly one week later they were fully finished. A very safe, clean & tidy site. No loud blaring radios (just one on at low volume which I never heard until I went out side for tea / coffee orders) & no shouting or foul language (sadly quite common on a lot of other sites). Any questions or concerns we had they handled quickly & professionally. Even did a few little extras when some areas of the existing roof needed some additional work. The price for the works was very reasonable too.We cannot recommend this company enough. We will certainly be singing their praises to anyone who needs roof works. Thank you so much lads. You made the stress of our house repairs disappear with works that were quick & painless. Thank you so much!

The job was done promptly and efficiently.

Called Ryan who came out really quickly on a weekend in a storm! We had a skylight leak. Got it sorted quickly so big thanks!

Called MC Roofing to investigate a small leak in a part of the roof and prompt attention discovered the problem and rectified. A 5 star service gratefully received.

The guys at MC Roofing were great from start to finish. They turned up on time, were polite and tidy, and did a great job of my new build roof. The quality looks great and they completed the job quickly without any delays. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for anything roof related. Great experience working with these guys.

Ryan was really responsive when we had a leak in our garage roof. He responded really quickly to the initial call and turned up on time and completed the repair which we were really pleased with. Ryan and his team we’re very professional, reliable and polite. We’ve already recommended him to friends who were equally impressed. Thank you it’s great to find a company that you can trust.

Ryan and the team recently completed a repair to our roof. He was very professional and the standard of work was amazing. He also made sure the materials were removed and left the place looking tidy. Would highly recommend MC Roofing to anyone.

We had a leak due to wind damage which Ryan came round to inspect and gave us a quote to repair. We also asked for a quote for the whole roof to be re-tiled, which we were more than happy with and went through with. From start to finish, Ryan and his team exceeded expectations. They were polite, professional, knowledgeable in their field, and I would recommend them to anyone thinking about or needing work to their roof.

Ryan and his team were Fantastic! Not only did they manage to arrange to repair the faulty rain gully quickly after our leak, the repair is excellent and to a high standard. They ensured that all of the old materials were taken away. I would have no hesitation in recommending them, they are extremely professional and take great pride in their work. Phoned up Mc Roofing for a quote, they quickly visited site and the process was smooth from the start. Turned up when they said they would and got the job done to a very good standard! Would always recommend.

MC roofing are a professional family owned company that I have worked with on several of our projects. I have always found Mick and Ryan a pleasure to deal with, and very approachable. As a company they are knowledgeable, reliable and have always provided a high standard of finish. I would highly recommend MC roofing to anyone looking to undertake any aspect of roofing works, from small repairs to a complete re-roof.

Have used MC Roofing for two jobs now, once to fit a couple of roof tiles and once to install a velux skylight. On both occasions they were extremely professional and did an excellent job. Turned up when they said they would and kept to schedule, would highly recommend!

I had MC roofing work for me on my rental property. It’s a bungalow with 2 flat roof extensions. Ryan Cooper and an assistant undertook the replacement and I was impressed with his knowledge, pointing out the previous defects from the eighties when it was first built. His team were efficient and competitive. I’m very pleased to have happy tenants and would highly recommend MC roofing and Ryan to undertake roofing jobs to friends and family.

I ad a problum wiv ma ruf nd dey fixd ma ruf

Great reliable service provided, came within 24hrs of the phone call! Would recommend to anyone else in the Poole/Bournemouth area needing a roofer.

MC Roofing recently did our new garage extension roof after another company had done terrible job. Highly recommend them all! Very professional and a great honest service 👍
