Cousins Roofing & Building Services Ltd

We are so pleased with Cousins they did a brilliant job on our flat roof that was leaking. The whole team were hard workers cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. Would definitely use them again

Amazing from start to finish. Despite poor weather, the team kept me fully in the loop throughout the whole process. Everything was clean, tidy, and professional, and everyone was friendly. Tony was exceptional, he explained everything clearly, organised all of the building regulations, and was completely trustworthy. Our roof now looks absolutely stunning. This is the second house we’ve had to replace a roof on (how’s that for luck!), and I wouldn’t use anyone else. I highly recommend Cousins.

Tony and his coworkers were very clean, polite, hardworking and fast. They’ve done great job repairing my flat roofs. Highly recommend. They are very professional and the work is done to the highest standards.

I can’t recommend this company enough, they turned up bang on time, completed the work professionally at the price they quoted, put a full day’s graft in, l left at 5.00pm, site left clean and tidy, 1st class tradesmen 👍👍👍👍

The team came in to fit a roof to our new external structure. They managed to fit us in earlier than initially thought, were on time, completed the work efficiently and to a great standard. We are very pleased with the result.

Complete professional. Honest, trustworthy and has integrity. Helped us fix our problem even though it potentially didn't make him any money. We had Tony come over to look at a leak we have through our pitched roof on our extension. We'd already had 2 quotes from other roofers that had quoted us thousands. Tony identified the issue and possible solutions that we could do ourselves before we should invest in major works. This immediately demonstrated integrity and honesty and we will go to him for any future roofer issues. He was very pleasant to deal with, and we 100% recommend! Matt

Cousins Roofing replaced the felt on our flat roof & fitted a new lantern. Very pleased with the work carried out & price paid. Workmen took care with the work & cleared away rubbish etc. I would happily use them again and would recommend.

lovely job , very professional and courteous , definitely recommend.

A neat and tidy job done by this firm. Would recommend and use them again.

I had a leaking dormer window that several companies tried to fix without success. Cousins Roofing & Building finally solved the problem. They handled the roofing work and coordinated with the window installers to make sure everything was done properly. Professional, efficient, and easy to work with- highly recommended.

Great experience with Tony; prompt to reply, found an easy solution and was so polite and professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend!

So pleased with the job done by Cousins Roofing. Incredibly professional team who have done a great job! I would highly recommend!

From start to finish, Cousins Roofing is a professional and reliable family run company. I have to say that the quality of workmanship is outstanding, the pricing competitive, communication excellent - a great team! Would use again

Excellent work carried out on chimney Site left clean and tidy Before and after drone photos taken Great communication

From the initial contact with the contractor to their first visit ,quote and work being completed, everything has gone without a hitch. The price was competitive but the quality of the work is outstanding. Site tidied at end of everyday and communication was great. Really nice people too. We have no hesitation in Cousin’s Roofing.

Unprofessional company contacted them three times and three times they said would get back to me but didn’t. Stereotypical roofing company. AVOID.

Quality work, professionally done to a high standard. Guys who did the work pleasant. Left the area of work very neat and tidy. Always a sign of good workmanship.

Had 3 leaking Dormers all leaking from the roof , work was carried out to a high standard & i was kept up to date as works progressed . All scaffold permits where arranged as was the scaffolding. All in all I would have no problem using them on future works ...highly recommended . Thanks again.

Great service from Tony and his team. Completely stripped, boarded out and felted our kitchen roof in one day. The whole team worked in unison to do a great job. Highly recommend.

The stakes are high when the roof over your head needs replacing, but we were in safe hands with Cousins Roofing. Great first impression - Of the three firms I invited to quote for the job, Tony was the only one to show up at the agreed time (early in fact!), in a sign-written van, wearing a branded shirt. Punctuality and communication - Not only was Tony able to answer all of my questions and give useful advice, but the questions he asked gave me full confidence that he understood what I wanted. He regularly updated me on progress including photos, which really put my mind at ease as I was out of the country whilst most of the work took place. On the few occasions I needed to speak to him, he was very easy to get hold of via telephone and whatsapp. Speed and cleanliness - They clearly have a big team to throw at these jobs. I counted 5 guys working on my roof at one point and progress was rapid! All nice and respectful lads too, one guy even swept around the outside of the property each day to keep things tidy which was a nice touch. Quality work - I went up on the scaffolding to have a look for myself after they'd finished, I'm no expert but it looked immaculate. I spotted a small issue, which Tony had sorted the same day.

Highly recommend! Friendly, professional gentlemen. Roof looks amazing and was completed to a very high standard

Although the person wasn't available. As I'm new to this, he gave great advice on to watch out for any fraudsters.

10/10 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tony and his team were professional/polite and efficient. They replaced lead flashing on chimneys, together with loose and missing tiles. The communication was outstanding with the team and Lucy at the office. Thank to all involved-would be recommending you to others…

Due to all these storms we have had over the last 5 weeks. My flat roof started to leak. I checked up on reviews for roofers and Cousins roofing had some great reviews so I contacted Tony, the company has been very efficient in organising the scaffold and his team arrived on time, got on with the job and always left everything clean and tidy.

Had my garage roof done and fascia and guttering replaced From start to finish top quality From the initial phone all to the way to receiving my guarantee Tony and all the staff were amazing!

We are so happy with the team at Cousins Roofing and Building, we had a full new roof and flat roof which was completed in a quick time frame. The guys were friendly, polite and professional. Would highly recommend.

Excellent reliable service. Everything carried out on our roof as per estimate. Really happy with final outcome

Cousins Roofing comes with an excellent reputation that spurred us to contact them about a roof in disrepair. They were prompt in identifying the issue and suggesting a range of solutions. Their quote coupled with their reputation made them the only option for a full roof replacement. We dealt directly with the owners at all time. We decided on a convenient window in which to do the work. All aspects of the job were catered and quoted for, so it was good just to be able to let them get on with the work. The job started on time and there were always 4 contractors on site to complete a brilliant job in the allocated time. We are thrilled with the outcome and Cousins Roofing have been a pleasure to work with. For any roofing and building requirements, this team is good.

Good

Due to signs of a small leak in my flat roof I called Cousins because they are a local company. Tony contacted me and arranged to visit and provide a quote. The price was very competitive. The work was carried out photos taken and provided to me. During the whole process Cousins were very professional, helpful and polite. The work was completed quickly and the site fully cleared and cleaned after. Tony and Joe were excellent during the day of the work and very helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend their services and will use them again in the future.

Really pleased with the service received by this business. Everyone I dealt with was always very friendly and professional. Hopefully our leaking roof has been fixed - only time will tell but the repairs were done with care and expertise. I felt at ease every step of the way. I strongly recommend this business.
