HK Roofing Company Ltd is often praised for prompt, professional roofing work, with customers valuing clear communication, fair pricing and tidy sites. Reviews commonly mention roof repairs, flat roof replacement, guttering, roof tiles and cement verges, with Martin frequently described as reliable and helpful. One review reports leaks after an installation and difficulty getting a response to repair requests, so experiences have not been entirely consistent.
Routine gutter maintenance was carried out very professionally. The system was cleaned, tested, and ensured to be in excellent working condition.
I had roof tiles replaced and cement verges repaired by Martin at HK Roofing and I’m very impressed with his work. He was punctual, professional, and explained everything clearly before starting. The tile changes were done seamlessly, and the verges look strong, neat, and built to last. Martin’s attention to detail and honest approach gave me real confidence in the job. He worked efficiently, kept the area tidy, and charged a fair price. I highly recommend Martin at HK Roofing for reliable, high-quality roofing repairs.
Within a few weeks of completion, the roof began to leak. Due to the tiles' unevenness and shoddy installation, water seeped in several places. I requested repairs multiple times but never heard back. It's difficult to trust all the positive evaluations; they must be phony. Having to pay more to correct someone else's errors was a frustrating experience.
I needed an new flat roof HK Roofing booked me in, removed all the old felt roof and fitted a new one. They took all the old waste away and even followed up with a call after the next time it rained. Very happy
Martin was very helpful in replacing my broken trims on my flat rubber roof. He didn't do the roof originally, but was more than happy to help me out with getting it fixed now. Thanks again, Martin. Will be using you again in the future!
Martin was very professional and reliable, we have used him a few times and his work is excellent, would def recommend
Brilliant service from them. I needed a roof sorting out ASAP and they managed to get it done for me next day once there was a plan. Can't fault the work and would definitely put them forwards to friends and family
Professional, thorough service from the beginning. Fitted me into their busy schedule so my roof would be water tight for the weekend at very short notice. Work looks very neat and tidy, and I can stop worrying about any leaks. Thanks guys.
Visited on time as arranged and quickly identified the problem with guttering. This was rectified to my satisfaction at an acceptable cost. Steve and Martin were very friendly and professional throughout and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
Excellent service, very professional, on time and friendly - couldn't ask for better from start to finish... Promptly returned my initial request for a quote and was happy to discuss options and answer questions we had. Kept us informed of the arrival of the scaffold and the timing of the job. Very efficient when the job itself and when done everything was tidy as it should be. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and if I need roofers in the future they will be my first call!
We have worked with Martin at HK ROOFING on numerous occasions now. Every time he’s professional, courteous and completes a lovely job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for any roofing work and will be happy to use his services on my own property in the future. Keep up the good !!
