Up Top Roofing

Had a really positive experience with Up Top Roofing. We had a leak in our roof and they came out quickly and sorted it efficiently. The quote was very reasonable as well. They also cleaned up properly afterwards and left the place spotless, which we really appreciated. Would definitely use them again in the future

I can't thank enough Keiran, his team and ladies in the office for their patience. I must have been a nightmare customer due to issues with neighbours . I would recommend them without hesitation.

Up Top Roofing responded quickly to my request for a small flat lead roof to have the lead replaced with a material the squirrels would not chew on. The work was carried out well with Kieran, Callum and Sean providing a professional and friendly service. Highly recommendable!

Keiron and his team at Up Top Roofing were absolutely amazing! They came in to fix a roof that had been messed up by a previous contractor, and the difference in professionalism and quality was night and day. Keiron went above and beyond to make sure everything was put right, and even did some extra work at no charge, which he didn’t have to do. The job was done quickly, to a very high standard, and with great communication throughout. Excellent roofing work. Sorted all my issues out with no hassle. Definitely recommend.

Up Top Roofing came to add extra insulation to the roof of our hydrotherapy pool.  When they arrived they quickly found a problem with the existing structure - the underlying ply was rotten and the old insulation had buckled.  Within an hour they had suggested a solution, and by the afternoon they had started work.  They pulled in extra support to make sure they could meet our timescales (the work was being grant funded, with tight deadlines) and did a really wonderful job.  The work is very professionally completed and looks great.  Each and every interaction with every member of staff, whether it be in the office or on site, was always delightfully friendly and professional.  In summary, Up Top Roofing are excellent and we would recommend them without hesitation.

Guy and his team did an excellent job replacing roofing felt and dry verge to a very high standard. Recommend Up Top Roofing to everyone.

This company is outstanding, I cannot recommend them enough. Very professional throughout, and a very pleasant team of lads .

We used up top roofing to redo the roof on our 3 bed detached as it was recommended by a surveyor. We got 3 quotes and went with the middle one which was up top. We were really impressed with the whole experience, from getting the quote to tidying up at the end. The guys were very professional, turned up on time and worked hard. As a result they finished ahead of schedule which was great for us as a family. We got the surveyor back as a matter of caution and even he was impressed with the quality of workmanship and the price we paid. All in all, considering the horror stories you here, we feel blessed with our choice and couldn't recommend highly enough

Recently carried out a complete roof replacement and I could not be happier with the whole process. Would recommend Guy and his team for anykind of roof work.

Up Top Roofing's team came out recently to fit new facias/soffits along with carrying out some roof repairs they noticed whilst doing the work. We contacted Up Top Roofing Services to assist with a roofing repair on a domestic property job of ours. The roofer was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and very professional throughout. The work completed was to the highest of standards and the team was really polite and took pride in their work. Up Top Roofing is a credit to their trade and we look forward to using their services again in the future.

Guy, Keiron and their team have just completed a new roof sofits, facia and guttering on my property in poole. Is it hard to find tradespeople who genuinely care about the finish and quality of experience for the end customer like this team. My wife and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. We would be happy to show any prospective customers the job and chat about the experience. Top class job thanks a million guys.

Everyone was very professional and getting the work started and sorted was a smooth and easy process. Would recommend Up Top Roofing.

An excellent new roof from a team of expert roofers. When I needed my roof replaced I deliberately decided to choose someone I believed I could trust, someone I thought would do an excellent job. I chose Up Top Roofing and they really delivered. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and tidy. They were a pleasure to have around and they did an excellent job. Others may say they could do the job cheaper, but I would be surprised if anyone could the job better than Up Top Roofing. Our new roof looks great too!

We couldn't have asked for a better service from the Up Top Roofing. From the initial quote to finishing the job, everything was on time and on budget. Thank you, guys, for a great job.

Also found a couple of other issues which were swiftly dealt with Updates given by photo and video to show the issues and work needed. Easy to deal with Dean and i would be happy to recommend him

Great job by Up Top Roofing. They were very responsive after we had damage to the roof. They fixed the issues promptly and cleaned up after themselves. They are also reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to all.

Booked Up Top for a small job. The quote on this was more detailed and considered than others. On arrival at the agreed time the team found serious issues with the batterns and felt and inspected the wider roof. They sent me photos and called me. They met me at home to show me the issues and to discuss my options. It went from a small job to a major replacement job. I was given time to digest the problems, they were patient and clear when explaining, I was not put under any pressure to make a decision that was not right for me. They were completely respectful and professional. Following this they commenced the work leaving everything neat and tidy each day. Communication during the job was quick and responsive. At the end of the job the scaffolding was removed immediately. The team were respectful of my property leaving it very tidy. I was invoiced promptly and then emailed the guarantee likewise. Throughout the dealings with Up Top I felt I was working with a high standard company who could be trusted and who really care about providing excellence and sticking to their own values ,respecting themselves and their customers equally.

We are building a curved house that has had its fair share of issues but Up Top have been great - they've been flexible and work hard and the roof is looking good - getting the house in the dry as fast as they can has been a very needed stress reliever!! ... thank you.

Recently had the pleasure of dealing with Up Top Roofing. From first consultation to completion of works, professionalism and quality of workmanship have been second to none. We have made little to no alternations to our roof since ownership, and unsure on the best routes to take, we were given practical, cost affective advice. After careful consideration, we decided to go ahead with a full re roof and slate tiles. We are incredibly happy with the results and confident it will stand the test of time and add value to our home. I would like to say a massive thank you to Kieran (Director) who has been on hand from start to finish. We wish you the best of luck in your business endeavours and shall recommend you without hesitation.. Breath of fresh air / honest approach - no pushy sales tactics just a genuine business, providing a service and charging appropriately. Having sought more than one quote from other local roofing companies they were not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. James & Megan

The men who fixed my roof were friendly, polite, and hard-working. They got stuck into the job as soon as they arrived and they were gone for hours. Now that’s what I call service. Best roofing company in town!

Just had a new flat roof installed because the old one was beyond repair. The fellas who did the work were very professional and never interrupted me once during the time they were here. I will use them again!

After recently having our house roof replaced by them, we have no hesitation in highly recommending the company. The staff is an excellent communicator who is very well organized and trustworthy. The team is very hardworking, skillful, and friendly. They always ensured that we were happy with their work and dealt well with unforeseen problems. Our sincere thanks for making a big job as stress-free as possible. 5 stars for sure!

Kieran and his colleague completed the work in a timely and tidy manner. The quality of the work is outstanding. There have been no leaks since the work was completed. They even used a drone to survey the works before and after.

Installed a new rubber flat roof to my garage! Cannot fault them!
