New Look Building Services

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. We needed several roof repairs, including having our chimney rebuilt and new lead flashing installed. The team did a fantastic job and left everything clean and tidy. The workmanship was excellent, the roof is now completely secure and watertight, and everything was explained clearly. If you're looking for a reliable local roofer, chimney repairs, lead flashing, roof leak repairs, or general roofing services, I would definitely recommend them. Professional, reliable and excellent quality roofing work. Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Work – Highly Recommended My name is Amanda, and I am the new manager and director of Teelan Hotel in Skegness, Lincolnshire. I would like to say a huge thank you to Luke and his team at New Look Building Services North Ltd for the extensive refurbishment work they have carried out on our property. The transformation has been amazing. The work included roof refurbishment, new felt and battens, new tiles, chimney removal, new fascia boards, soffits and guttering, along with extensive improvements to the front and all around the property. They also completely reconditioned our minibar area, removed old and deteriorated woodwork, replaced it with new timber where required, and refreshed and painted the windows and exterior. The front of the hotel has been given a fantastic new facelift, and we are extremely pleased with the finished result. Working on an older listed building requires particular care and attention, and Luke and his team have done a fantastic job. The quality of the workmanship and attention to detail have been excellent throughout. For complete transparency, Luke gave me a 20% discount on the work in return for allowing New Look Building Services North Ltd to display some advertising signage outside the hotel. I was very happy with this arrangement and really appreciated the saving. I would be more than happy to recommend New Look Building Services North Ltd and would certainly use them again. Although, after the amount and quality of work they've completed, hopefully we won't need them back for a very long time! Thank you again to Luke and all the team at New Look Building Services North Ltd for a fantastic job.5 stars highly recommend to all! Amanda Manager Teelan Hotel, Skegness, Lincolnshire ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Francis came straight out to look at or problem with missing ridge tiles, quoted the same day and completed the work in a very professional manner the very next day. It's e refreshing change to find someone who will fix the small jobs without trying to convince you that the job is much bigger.

We had a complete new flat roof installed with rubber and all the trims Francis and detam did a great job. We would highly recommend this company for future work. Thank you

The guys were really helpful, Patrick attended my house twice at a short notice to check and carry out a repair for a water leak. He was very helpful and it was good to finally deal with someone who is descent and prepared to come back and check that everything was ok and that the repairs were effective. No call out fee and you pay for what you get.
