Shane has completed a new renovation of my roof on my bungalow that needed a new breathable membrane and roof battens and put back existing roof tiles all I can say is what a decent roofer him and his team are first class job from start to finish

Dont answer the phone or reply to texts. Probably too busy.

Very happy with work done ,punctual , polite ,cleaned up after themselves , We enjoyed the lads radio station the music was great . ( not too loud ) We would recommend them 100% Thank you very much.

Thanks to Shane and his hardworking team - a high quality job, looks great, reasonable price - pleasure to work with you.

In August 2024, I had a roof leak in my bedroom, contacted C&S (Shane) for the same, subsequently he checked the leak and gave me a quote with a 10 year warranty, the job was completed as scheduled, to my surprise it started to leak in 10 days (first rain) but this time in the bedroom and in the hall, he promised to fix the leak, but doesn’t turn up, it’s now July 2025 (10 months) I’ve been ringing him since then but he never answers the phone, so now from one leak in the bedroom I have an additional leak in the hall, he kept the scaffolding up for two months and then disappeared never more to lift my call, very unreliable nice guy but not trustworthy. I have been trying to contact him almost everyday, he read my text and gives empty promises.

Shane and crew seemed good but after contacting them with a problem, I am getting no response. Several calls to Shane are sent to voicemail , getting no return call.

Very professional and helpful service from start to finish. All works carried out as detailed and a very good job and all for the original quotation and unlike other works I have had done no unexpected extra costs.

C & S completely rebuilt our roof. All the guys were great and the roof looks fantastic. Shane was great at giving options and ideas at the quoting stage and we’re really happy with the result. Would thoroughly recommend.

We were charged a very reasonable price and the workmanship very good. We had bungalow roof and flat roof re- done. Both arranged and completed in good time - all the rubbish taken promptly away. Very pleased with the outcome and would recommend . 👍

Excellent job very well done. Until they removed the old roofing felt they did not know if any of the boards would need replacing, which they didn’t, so the price was as per quote.

Shane & his team at C & S were outstanding in solving our roofing repair to an aged and tired flat roof. They have saved our roof, we’re clean & tidy in their approach & are consummate professionals you can trust to see a job through. Thankyou for your hard work.

Excellent service. Very happy with their work.

Shane and his team have just completed a fantastic job on repairing our leaking roof. The roof is only 15 years old but was leaking due to poor construction and the cheap materials used by the original house builder. Scaffolding was erected fast and with care and consideration for our neighbours. We were kept informed throughout the whole process. Seeing the workmanship and premium materials used on the repair C & S Roofing obviously take pride in the work they do. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them!

I had been trying for over a year to tackle a problem with damp on a chimney breast in my bedroom. The house is Edwardian with a sloping state roof. The company I had been using had made several attempts to deal with it and after each visit the problem had been made worse. I contacted C&S Roofing Services to try and get help correcting the mess that had been made of the roof area around the chimney and the chimney lead work and I am extremely pleased with the results. Despite the fact that they very busy Shane made time to come and see the problem and subsequently prepared a detailed written quote for replacing the lead work and rescuing/replacing the slates. Shane clearly and honestly explained to me the details of the work needed and also the reasons why. The work was prompt scheduled in and carried out on the agreed date. All work was done to a very high standard and the costs were very reasonable. C&S Roofing Services certainly know their way a slate roof and have all the skills necessary. They are also pleasant to have around while they are working. All in all, it was a pleasure to deal with them and made a refreshing contrast to my previous experiences with local roofers. I have no hesitation in recommending C&S for any work on slate roofs and I will certainly use them again for any future work that may be needed.

I cannot fault the service I received. Following my initial enquiry one morning, Shane came to inspect issues with the guttering that day. Problem soon identified and fixed there and then. For quality of service C&S would be my first choice with any future roofing problems.

We are very happy with both the work that has been carried out, and the price for repairs. The team were excellent!! Highly recommended

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Shane, Fred and all the team who worked so hard to complete my roof and scaffolding works, they really are amazing. Very polite, nothing was too much to ask and the site was left really tidy and clean afterwards. What a team, i would highly recommend them if you need any scaffolding or roofing works done and on top of all of this they were by far the most competitively priced. I can honestly not fault these guys.

I can’t give enough praise to the professionalism of Nick and Rob shown whilst applying the roof to my 6/4meter garden room. The standard of work was above and beyond my expectations. The grantees that Shane promised us that should anything go wrong has put both my Wife and I at ease. Since having the work completed we have had 2 long continuous days of heavy rain and not a drop has entered the room. If I could give more than the 5 stars, I would gave Shane and his colleagues the most I could give. As an elderly couple it is good to see a young man provide an excellent and friendly service, wish more of his work ethics was available. Once again a very big Thank You from my family and I. We wish you all the best for the future.

I have received an extremely poor customer service. Do use this company 1- They do not answer the phone and if and when they answer the phone there is lot of background noise of children and others. 2- Book appointment three weeks in advance. They failed to attend. 3 Called the number someone answered and cut me off after 10 seconds and text me , call call you later. 4- This company has waisted my precious time. They are not reliable. I hate to thing what will happen if they do a work for a client and something goes wrong. signed DR FR

I am very happy with the work the boys at C&S did for me. They turned up early, very polite, they worked quickly and safely and I was very impressed with the quality of their work. They charged a very reasonable price for the standard of work 👍

Had some damaged roof tiles. C&S replaced them quickly and for a great price. Would highly recommend

CS Roofing Services -subcontractors of LET for placing solar panels . I requested roof assessment prior to solar panels. Somebody was sent with no competence in assessing the roof ( scaffolder) , a charge was applied for roof assessment but no roof assessment .The answer : it was a check of the area for scaffolding.LET cancelled the job , I asked to be refunded the money paid as it was not me who cancelled the job they sent the client from one to the other one , refusing to return the money paid for roof assessment . Very careful in dealing with these companies.

Shane and his team are absolutely top of their game. They responded immediately to our damaged roof problem and set out a professional course of action to remedy the situation. Everything they said they would do, they did in an efficient and professional way. All the team were efficient and polite, they gave us regular updates. We would not hesitate to recommend them for any roofing needs.

Shane provided an excellent service and I would highly recommend him for any roofing related jobs. He fixed our issue speedily, with minimum fuss and for a very reasonable cost.

Always use C&S roofing for our solar installations. Great team and a great service!

Reliable and great quality from Top tradesman

After weeks of calling different companies and getting completely unreasonable quotes...we saw a C&S company van at our local shop one evening and knocked on the window to try our luck at finding someone to help us with our Aspestos roof that was leaking water and damaging all our belongings. We met Shane who couldn't have been anymore willing to help. He came to have a look the following day. Understanding our financial situation he worked with us to make it as affordable as he could. His staff came and worked in the pouring rain all day, removing our old roof and framing for the new one. They were really lovely, and went above and beyond. There's not enough stars to rate Shane and his team any higher. They are local, reliable, and really neighbourly and genuine lads. I highly recommend them. 👌🏻

From our initial enquiry through to completion of substantial roof and lead flashing/ chimney repairs, including the provision of related scaffolding, C&S Roofing Services excelled and indeed exceeded our expectations. Shane, who remained professional and flexible, plus his team, delivered throughout the entire process. We have absolutely no hesitation in awarding a 5 star rating and recommend the Company accordingly.

What a brilliant business to deal with. Shane, the business owner, went out of his way to patch up our leaking gutter which had obviously been leaking for years, having just moved into a new home in Wareham. Shane made a temporary patch using lead as the leak was in a very awkward position. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Excellent work, timely, courteous, tidied up properly..

Shane was earlier than expected. Both guys got on with the job even though it was raining constantly. Nice tidy finish. My summer house is as dry as a bone.

After having not the best experience with other roofing contractors CS roofing turned up when they said they would, they were professional, courteous all at a reasonable price. Very pleased with the outcome of their work and their workmanship throughout, great guys. Highly recommend.

Incredibly polite and professional, really impressed with the work done Thankyou

Would highly recommend to anyone wanting any roof work done, highly professional and friendly and the work was absolutely amazing!

Recently carried out a complete roof replacement and I could not be happier with the whole process. Would definitely recommend

Really impressed with the roof work we had done by C & S Roofing Services. Always on time and super friendly with me and my children whenever they'd come out and talk to them. Will definitely be using their services again if we ever need to in the future. Highly recommend!

I cant rate this company enough, Shane was absolutely brilliant, after having been left with a substandard/ leaking roof from our builder, we contacted C&S, Shane came straight out to inspect and gave us a very competitive price, they started work the week after and the work they have done looks brilliant, Shane even rectified other areas of the roof that were not quoted for and didn't charge any extra, he clearly cares about his customers. I will recommend this company to anyone that asks in future.

Phoned C&S up with a problem I had with a leak on my ridge tiles, Shane came out that afternoon to assess and gave me a quote, which I took him up on. Within 2 weeks the job was done with photos to show, very pleased with the whole process. Andy M

Shane and his team are outstanding, polite, courteous, professional, highly skilled and not too ridiculously expensive. They always go the extra mile and they are just generally nice fellas also. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Whilst the work to replace our roof felt and tiles took longer than originally planned (in part due to unforeseen staffing issues), Shane and his team we're always friendly, polite, hard working and tidy. We now have a smart new roof and guttering. Though Shane's communications were sometimes variable, he was always willing to answer queries, to update on progress and work still to do. They ensured each section of roof was watertight by evening regardless to the weather forecast which was most reassuring. Despite the extra time to completion we would definitely recommend C&S Roofing.

Very pleased with all aspects of the service we received from ‘C & S roofing’ . They were punctual , did the work as quoted with no hidden extras and left everything clean and tidy. Would recommend

We hired C&S to repair/replace a porch roof (which was previously "repaired" to a very poor standard by another company.) Shane and his team were very professional and courteous, with the work carried out very quickly and to an excellent standard. They were also very clean, and left the site in a very tidy state once the work was finished. Would certainly recommend C&S, and would have no qualms about hiring them again for any future roofing jobs. Thank you very much.

Couldn't have been more helpful, reliable, honest 100% recommend to friends and family.

Very professional service, carried out work same day I called, great advice moving forward with my roof, would 100% reccomend.

My roof was leaking and after calling C&S roofing Shane came the same afternoon to see the problem. The following day Jay and Rhys came and changed a cracked tile and cured the problem. It was a very fair price and excellent service bearing in mind they are extremely busy from the recent storm damage. I am getting them to quote me for further work I need doing.

I asked Shane to come and inspect the roof of my property. Not only did he not arrive on the agreed date and time but he's also not responded to any of the messages I sent following it up.

My contact at C&S Roofing Services was Shane, who did a detailed and clear written quote at a very competitive price for repairs to my roof. His roofers worked quickly and skilfully, and kept the site clean and tidy as they went along. It was a pleasure to deal with tradesmen who are polite and friendly. I did some research online before deciding on a company to repair my roof, and found that C&S Roofing Services have 5 star reviews on various sites, and are highly regarded for the quality of their work and professionalism. I have no hesitation in recommending C&S Roofing Services to anyone that needs a competitive quote from a trustworthy roofing company

From initial enquiry to completed work took about ten days. The team arrived on time and completed the work to a high standard. Hopefully won't have to use C & S for a while but would definitely recommend!

Shane and his team did a stellar job on our roof - he managed to squeeze us in for an urgent job during a busy period. His team were all great, friendly and professional. High quality roof repair - would recommend C&S roofing to anyone!

Fast response, carried out immediate repair to storm damage and confirmed that the remainder of the roof was ok. Very polite and professional service and would highly recommend. Shane will certainly be my first point of contact for any roofing requirements in the future.

First class service from Shane ,who gave a good price for some storm damage, speedy service great comms. would not hesitate to use again!,

Fast response, carried out immediate repair to storm damage followed up with inspection and confirmation that the remainder of the roof was ok. No falsifying additional requirements, honest and friendly service.

Thank you guys for your quick response. Really helpful and great team who made good the damage. Really recommend C&S for being so accommodating.

These lads came out within a couple of hours to repair roof tiles that had blown off during Storm Eunice. Really nice lads, very professional and I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to use them again. Thanks C&S, you got us out of a hole!

Carried out a large repair job very pleased with the company, would throughly recommend them.

Two workman came and did a great job on my roof repaired. Removed a flat roof and part of my new extension that a previous builder had fitted incorrectly and was leaking. My advice is to use professionals like these from the start. Many Thanks

Glad we found this Company. Shane and his team have been a pleasure to deal with. They are professional, polite and very helpful. Cleaned our roof of moss and removed chimney. Took away all the rubbish. Very reasonably priced and would certainly recommend them.

I have used Shane and his team twice in the past few months. I found him to be very professional, helpful and polite. Reasonably priced and excellent service throughout. I will definitely be using him again in the near future and would certainly recommend his company.

Shane and the team performed an impressive job in the winter weather professionally and promptly. They cleaned up after themselves and the quality of the work appears to be absolutely fantastic. They sent me pictures from the roof of what they found and their work to repair and I am massively impressed and expect to recommend this business to friends and family, as well as putting them to my neighbour in the semi detached property as the business to replace the roof once the time comes. Amazing work.

great company. have used them several times now and been very efficient, friendly and professional. I have already recommended them to a few friends who are also highly rate. good work lads

We Contacted C&S Roofing Services to assist with a roofing repair on a domestic property job of ours. Shane was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and very professional through-out. The works completed were to the highest of standards and the team were really polite and took pride in their work. C&S Roofing are a credit to their trade and we look forward to using their services again in the future.

I suffered roof damage after a bad storm at Christmas, Shane was one of the first companies I contacted, he called me within an hour of leaving a message, and attended my address that afternoon to survey the damage and work that needed to be completed. He is a very personable and professional person with a good working knowledge of his profession. He explained to me in detail the work that was needed and the different options available to me. He explained his company is very busy at the moment but would try and help me out. The following day due to bad weather Shane and his team were able to leave one job and sort my problem out. They were extremely professional with the work being carried out to a good standard with no mess or debris left behind. I would have no fears referring Shane to family or friends that may need work carried out. Certainly if in the future I need any further roofing work C&S will be the first company I go to....Many thanks

Shane and his team came out recently to fit new facias/soffits along with carrying out some roof repairs they noticed whilst doing the work. Both Shane and the team were very professional and extremely easy to deal with. The price was exactly as discussed and the work quality extremely good. Thanks C S Roofing

Didn't need to use them in the end but the communication was so prompt and polite I would certainly give them a ring if I needed roofing services in the future.

Called Shane from C&S to come out and look at our chimney cowl as it appeared to be missing something. He said he would be out within the next few days. To our surprise he popped in the next evening as he was passing through, inspected it re secured the cowl. Really good value for money with a professional service.
