We Know Roofing Limited

Very impressed with the quick initial visit from Scottie to diagnose the issues with our roof and the proposed solutions. Work then started the next day and was completed to a high standard by Chris and Sebastian who on day one worked through heavy showers. Good communication throughout. All rubbish cleared away promptly and areas tidied. Would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent work from Levi on my roofing works

First class, Topbloke nothing to much trouble, professional & courteous at all times highly recommended

Used this company and I couldn’t ask for a better quality of work, communication and fairness in price. I highly recommend and will always use this company in the future when needed

Fantastic company with excellent attention to detail. The work was neat, tidy, and completed to a very high standard. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship.

I cannot reccomend "we know roofing" more highly. The quote was about market price, the job was finished to a very high standard. The team arrived early every day, worked all day, very polite and efficient. The boss even pointed out some damage that we had not seen, and repaired it as part of original job price. Honest firm, never tried to increase price, excellent service! Would reccomend to anyone.

We know roofing provided us with an excellent pieces of work o our roof and chimney stack. The team were both polite and courteous at all times and kept us informed at all times of progress. They worked very well together and extremely hard. Would strongly recommend the company.

Roofing re-pointing and new ridge tiles. Very prompt survey following phone call, followed by reasonable quote on same day. Two employees, young European lads , Chris and Sebastian, took great pride in their work, polite and relaxed, used good quality mortar and bedded in well with mesh under gully ridges. All broken tiles replaced and photos taken for my benefit. No endless demands for tea! Tidy prof. Work. I would rec. them and may well use them again.

They repaired my my joint owned roof to perfection. They were professional and completed the job within 2 days. I recommend them

Highly recommend Levi and his team, came out to look at roof on the Friday after experiencing a leak coming from chimney area, given a couple of quotes and arrived on the Monday to start work. Very professional, efficient and kept in touch with any issues arising during the repairs, would definitely use again

Great company, Levi came out and looked at our roof after we had a bad leak and he let us know what needed doing (they were the first company to actually get into the attic and have a look where others just listened and said what they thought needed doing). Within a few days he had 2 nice guys ready to go and got their work done in a really professional manner. Couldn't recomment them any more

Very happy with my experience with this company! Knew what they were doing and very friendly and professional. Would recommend!

Very efficient service. Had our roof replaced by Levi and the team. Work completed efficiently within the same day and site left clean and clear. Communication was excellent so would recommend.

We are delighted with the work completed on our large high roof by We kjow Roofing Limited. Levi is very professional and reassuring to work with. Wonderful team of employees too . Efficient , polite , hard working team . Fair price . No concerns . Thank you Levi.

Excellent and timely service

Levi was great; quick to quote and work started very shortly after we agreed to proceed (which was brilliant because the roof wasn’t in great condition & we were forecast bad weather). Michael and his colleagues, who did the work, were really polite, tidy and worked through so really horrible weather to get the job done ASAP.

Very quick and did a fantastic job. Very neat and cleaned up after.

Couldn’t be happier with communication, work done and willingness to do the work so quickly. Would highly recommend and use again.

Levi and his team have gone above and beyond for me, they have been amazing from start to finish. I am forever grateful and very thankful. Levi promptly dealt with my chimney leak, professionally, honestly, and extremely promptly. I definitely recommend Levi.

Excellent service repairing my flat roof. Professional, punctual, and high-quality workmanship. Everything was explained clearly and the job was finished on time and left tidy. Highly recommend.

We Know Roofing were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Levi was fantastic at communicating and took the time to explain the different types of roofing and why fibreglass was the best option for us, especially after we’d been let down by a previous builder who had installed a felt roof on our kitchen extension. They came out super quickly to carry out the work and were polite, courteous, and left everything clean and tidy. What really sets them apart though is their aftercare. Any time I’ve had a question or minor issue, I’ve had an immediate response and they’ve come back out quickly to make it right. In a world full of dodgy tradespeople, these guys are a real gem. Highly recommend!

I recently had roofing work done and couldn’t be happier with the service. The quotation process was fast, clear, and straightforward, with everything explained upfront. The team worked quickly and efficiently, and the scaffolders were polite, helpful, and respectful of the property. A special mention to Levi — he truly goes above and beyond. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality roofing work.

Levi was excellent and contacted me straight away with my enquiry, and coming out to assess the work needed. Michael worked so hard the next day, kindly keeping me updated and showing me the materials. The work was outstanding with reasonable cost. I highly recommend them. Very professional and friendly service.

Levi and his team were great to deal with, acting quickly to an urgent roof issue. The guys were all very courteous, turned up when they said they would and did a great job. Cannot ask for anymore. Thank you.

Very happy with repairs, new facias, sofits & guttering. Easy to deal with, excellent job and 15 year guarantee.

Levi and the team were very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They replaced the ridge tiles and relaid some tiles around a Velux window to stop a leak. They also stripped and replaced a flat roof over the kitchen, including removing an existing roof lantern. All the waste was carefully removed. I would certainly recommend using this company as they were a refreshing change from previous roofers I’ve used in the past.

Excellent job done on our leaking roof. Mike and his Dad were very friendly and explained what they were doing very clearly. Very happy with the work 👍

We couldn't be more pleased with the work Levi's team did for us. At one point we had 8 people working on our roof. The work was done efficiently and professionally. I've no hesitation in recommending We Know Roofing. They lived up to their name.

I recently worked with them for a complete roof replacement, and I’m extremely satisfied with their service. The team was punctual, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. They provided a clear estimate, completed the work on time, and ensured everything was cleaned up afterward. Levi’s team replaced our soffits, fascias, gutters and repaired our chimney. All the work was done to a high standard and within the agreed timeframe. Really friendly team. Would recommend.

Great roofing company! Would highly recommend. Levi, Mitchell, Seb, Florian and the team did a fabulous job performing a full re-roof of our father's Victorian property in Winchester. While they were on site and the scaffolding was up, we also asked them to re-roof the conservatory, fully replace exterior wall-hung tiles, put up new guttering, facia and soffit, all leadwork and painting. All work was carried out to a high standard, with great attention to detail. The team all worked very hard, were polite, professional and friendly. Promises made, were kept. They showed up on time, were responsive, and communicated well with us. It was a stress-free experience from start to finish. We Know Roofing saved us from a very poor experience with a previous roofer, for which we are forever grateful.

Big thanks for the work done. Great job. The guys worked really hard in windy and rainy conditions to get job done on time. I would recommend them.

They provided a clear quote, kept me updated throughout the job, and completed the work on time with an excellent finish. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding, and they left everything clean and tidy once the job was done. It’s rare to find a company that combines great communication, fair pricing, and top-notch results, but We Know Roofing certainly delivered. Turned up on time Were very professional Gutters look amazing

Levi came out to give a quote very swiftly. Quote, scheduled and work completed all within a week to a high standard and went above and beyond the quote to ensure a professional job.

We are very grateful to Levi and his team Scott and Gigel . Price was very competitive for a flat roof replacement but I was very impressed with their reviews . This company deserves 5* feedback for being quick , reasonable price and excellent outcome . Both guys are very friendly and worked really hard .

Top job. Quick to respond. Gave me two options, a basic repair or full refurbishment. Glad I took the second option as the slight modification to the guttering suggested looks like it will work a treat. Worked hard to fit me in at short notice too. Thanks.

Levi and his team gave us a wonderful service. From the quote through to completion, communication was clear, prompt and honest, pricing was very competitive, and the work done is brilliant. They replaced all plastic soffits and fascias, and identified why we had a leak so also fixed this too - providing full peace of mind with a 15 year guarantee. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Levi and team!

Levi and his team were quick, efficient and very thorough. They managed to identify and fix an ongoing issue with our roof that several previous roofers had attempted to sort out. Pricing was reasonable and broken down for easy understanding. Any additional difficulties that the team encountered were dealt with promptly and with very open communication. Other trades were brought in when needed, and the additional difficulty experienced following our roof work have been promptly sorted out.

Had a new roof recently plus repointing the front of my house and a chimney taken down and new fascia’s. Took only a week, all professionally done. Explained what was happening throughout. All waste taken as well. Very pleased.

I called “we know roofing” for a quote, they were very polite and came round the next day to give a quote for my leaking garden room roof. The quote which came through was competitive and a fixed price and I was told that if further issues were found that there would be no hidden costs. We arranged a mutually convenient date for them to start and the roofer’s who came were extremely polite and tidy, they worked hard and were very professional showing us pictures all the way along. Further issues were found and there was no problem they just got on with the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have roofing done in the future

What a quick and thorough service. Levi came out and quoted on the spot a competitive price, outlined the work to be done and then the job was carried out to a high standard and our garage doesn’t leak anymore! Thanks Levi!

Levi was easily contactable, transparent about the work that was required to put the issue right and provided the best quote I had for repairs required in the area. His team were punctual, polite and tidy. Would recommend and use again for future works.

Levi and his team redid our felt, replaced some rotten rafters, replaced the soffit, fascia, ridges and re-cemented the verges, then replaced all the original tiles. The weather that week wasn't great so he sent a large team and they got it all done in a day! They were quick and professional from start to finish, better than many other trades we've had. They gave a good price and returned really quickly to fix some snagging issues.

Levi and his team were very professional, the job was bigger than first expected but Levi got the scaffolding etc here quickly, to get the job finished as soon as possible. Very happy with the work carried out.

I had to replace all the house's roof and We know roofing, Levi and his team responded very quickly to my request. They inspected my roof, giving advices on tiles and they provided a promptly written quote. The work was carried out on time within budget and with high professional standards. The Team is formed by very hard workers, everyday on time and very clean. I would recommend to anyone!

I have found it incredibly difficult to find a roofing/guttering company that responds to requests for small to medium jobs. In We Know Roofing Ltd Levi and his team provide a service that fits all sizes of jobs. The team arrived on time and completed a very competent and professional job to a high standard which I am very happy with.

Repaired 2 roof tiles after storm damage. Highly recommend this company as their customer service is impeccable.
