Colchester Waste Collection

Next day turnaround, flexible, super fast clearance, good communication. Will use again.

Roger and his team were excellent. Communicared well before the dates, arrived on time and the jobs were done quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend them for both removals and clearance.

A brilliant service. Roger and his team took care of all my waste issues during a house move. I have used this service on three separate occasions now and I cannot recommend them enough. Book this company to take care of your waste. Good communication and 100% reliable.

The guys were quick, efficient, friendly and helpful. Did a great job and will definitely recommend and use again.

I contacted Roger and his team in order to get rid of a substantial amount of building waste from a roof replacement and chimney rebuild. The whole team were, polite, efficient and good humoured, in spite of cold weather, a pile of sand mixed with other building debris and unbagged slates. Roger was a good communicator and the team arrived punctually. They were careful to ensure that there were no parked cars in the vicinity while they were removing the rubbish. I have used Roger and his team previously to remove the contents of a shed and would have no hesitation in using them again and recommending them for any waste removal.job.

Roger and his team were polite and sociable - they carried out their work with integrity and professionally. They respected their surroundings and one in particular was particularly helpful with my lack of understanding of technology. I would highly recommend Roger and his team in the future to my friends and acquaintances..!

Removed an old heavy TV, armchair and lots of of rubbish quickly and efficiently. Polite and friendly, happy to recommend to anyone.

Contacted them for shed clearance. Communication was super easy and clear. The website takes you straight to a WhatsApp chat which is so much easier than waiting on an email. Quote was given really quickly. When the team were onsite they gave me updates as I wasn’t at the property. Highly recommended service. Thanks guys.

The best company ever! They dismantled everything really quickly and were both professionals and really nice guys! Will definitely book again!

Great communication, great service. Highly reccomend

Large area cleared for a reasonable price at short notice

Very good experience with the firm. I contacted them on Tuesday afternoon for a quote and on Thursday afternoon they were able to come and take away a few bulky items. Excellent work by the two young men in getting everything out without hitting anything on the way.

We hired Colchester Waste collection to clear out my parents' house in Colchester after they also helped us move them into a home. Living 2 hours away, we were worried about organising the whole process ourselves from a distance. Throughout, everyone was super helpful and understanding of mine and my parents' challenges. I would absolutely trust them with elderly and vulnerable people like my parents. Their communication was great - prompt, clear and thorough in addressing all of our questions and concerns. The team was so supportive and understanding of our situation. They arrived as scheduled and worked diligently to remove all the agreed upon items. They were thorough and never complained about our questions and requests. They made the entire process so much easier on us and provided wonderful customer service throughout.

A friendly, efficient and tidy team emptied my garage of a variety of junk. Communication was timely and considerate. I would recommend this local company.

Messaged these guys on WhatsApp and got a quick response. Sent pics of what I wanted taken away which was quite a big load of stuff. Got a quote back arranged a time as I'm on shift work. They kept in touch as too there progress on the day. They arrived with 3 large vans and about 8 chaps. Took them about half an hour to load everything up. I paid by bank transfer very easy. Will definitely use again as I'm moving and have more stuff to get rid off. Would absolutely recommend 👌

Great communication throughout. She’d dismantled and taken away. Area left clear after.

Colchester Waste Company are absolutely fantastic. They came to the rescue with an emergency waste clearance for us and delivered exactly as they said they would. Couldn’t be happier with the service and they are extremely accommodating and helpful. Cannot recommend them enough for your waste clearance. 5 stars just doesn’t seem enough. 👌👌👌

Communication was good and I was happy with the price quoted. Roger and his team did a great job of clearing a large pile of mixed waste, including taking some additional items at no extra cost. I would highly recommend Colchester Removal Services and use them again when the need arises. Thanks Roger!

The one star review was from a competitor company. We would never ask for payment before collection of any waste.

Very reliable and professional service. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Quite literally no job is too big or too small and they do all the lifting. No need for you to get your hands dirty loading a skip. Very reasonably priced and definitely cheaper than a skip. I don't hesitate to give CWS 5 stars for awesome all round service.

I was delighted today with the Colchester team that collected our garden waste in Tiptree. I put 4 full bags of hard clippings, twigs and branches out fully expecting the usual where half of it would be strewn all over the road. But no, the bags were completely empty and the road was spotless so well done to this team.

Great service, friendly guys, and despite a vehicle problem on day of garage waste collection, it was soon rectified. Very happy and would certainly recommend.

Very smooth process right from my initial enquiry. Turned up at 8am on the dot and worked incredibly hard and efficiently. Very friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again.

A very friendly, hardworking and superbly efficient service and real value for money. This is a first class set of people and they do a first class job. I can’t recommend them too highly. We’ve used their services before and will definitely do so again.

These guys are great! Really swift at responding for a quote initially and then worked round a date and time that we could do. Turned up on time to do a huge loft clearance and were brilliant. Really professional, quick, efficient and friendly. Already asked them for a quote to do the garage. Highly recommend!

A job done promptly and well

Will and his colleagues went over and beyond the call of duty. The house we asked him to clear was in a parlours state. He was most helpful as we live away and nothing was too much trouble. Would thoroughbred recommend him and his company

Excellent service. Provided a reasonable quote very quickly. Turned up on the day agreed. Called before to say they were on their way. Very polite and helpful. Will definitely use them again. 👍

Very happy well done 👏

Called in the morning, collected in the afternoon, and swept up the broken glass. Highly recommended.

Very flexible around timing and when I was available to allow for access. Polite and good value. Would definitely recommend

Absolutely first rate service. Effecient, professional, friendly and polite. Will and his crew did a great job on my mum's house. The price was good and there was excellent communication. Definitely recommended and thanks again Will.

Very competent system. Gave details online and collected recycling bags from Kingsland.

Phoned Will for a quote for a house clearance and he came round on time. Quote accepted and arranged for following Monday. Will and Darren turned up and started to clear the house. Very polite and professional and helpful. They drink coffee like a pair of sponges. The banter was great, and I loved every minute of their company, I even helped a little bit, but only a little bit due to bad health. 1st class gentlemen, give them a ring, you wont be disappointed.

Absolutely amazing. I phoned Will this morning and they were at my house within an hour. Polite, speedy and affordable service.

Very helpful, efficient and courteous. Will provided a quote promptly in response to my request on the website form (even though it was a Bank holiday) and after a collection date had been agreed, he arrived exactly as promised to remove a large item of furniture. I would recommend and certainly use again.

Will is extremely helpful and very friendly. He has helped me a few times now and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to family and friends.

Very professional and friendly service. Would highly recommend!

Can't praise Will and his team high enough. They cleared the house of 70 years worth of "stuff" within agreed time frame. It was a big job and they went above and beyond my expectations. Also the most competitive price of 3 quotes by a long way.

Great service provided by the team. Quick, polite, great value. I will definitely use them again. Used them again. Amazing service again. Cannot fault them on any thing.

Had a large amount of household stuff, on company let us down and looks a mess on the drive, called them within 5 minutes they had arrived and took all of ten minutes to load , highly recommended

Waste removed within 24 hours, great customer service, highly recommended!

Responded very quickly - even though it was late on Sunday. Cleared away everything as requested for a great price. Will definitely use again and can thoroughly recommend. A professional and friendly service.

Will and his team was fantastic and friendly, cleared up everything quietly and quickly. Very professional service, couldn't asked for more. I will be definitely using them again in the future and I highly recommend them.

I can honestly say that it was a real pleasure doing business with Will and his colleagues. I've just moved to Colchester, so didn't know who I could trust to clear a lot of household rubbish, but luckily I found Will, and I really can't praise him and his team enough! They were lovely people to have around, and provided expert advice on how to dispose of any hazardous materials. The speed at which they worked was incredible, especially as they were also really careful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Colchester Waste Collection, and will certainly use them again. Thanks guys, you were brilliant!

Very impressed with this company. On the day I phoned for a skip bag collection, they had a problem with the vehicle. This was soon rectified and within three hours of my call, the collection was carried out swiftly. Thanks Will and his team. Would recommend.

Really nice guys! Responded to my enquiry quickly and super pleasent to speak to on the phone and in person. Came to my address within 24 hours of enquiry to clear a tonne bag of soil i needed getting rid of. Competitively priced, chuffed!

Can't thank these guys enough for all their help and hard work today and can't rate them highly enough. So very polite and courteous

Arranged for the team to collect my garden waste over the phone. Great price, timely and efficient. Would use again and recommend.

Brilliant! Polite friendly competent service. Would definitely use again. Very pleased to have same day service. Thank you Will 🌸🌼🌺

very responsive and considerate - thank you :)

Rang to enquire about matress removal. The man was very honest with us and told us to use a different provider as he didn't want to rip us off. Incredibly grateful for his integrity and kindness.

Very happy, asked for a quote and got a collection the same day, very fast efficient and friendly would definitely recommend 👍🏼

Didnt take something away I paid to be disposed of

They worked to a tight deadline and delivered a thoroughly satisfactory result. Would use again without hesitation.

It is, what it is.
