Clearance and Clean Up Sheffield

We had a great experience with Clearnce & Clean Up. Julie, who helped to make the booking over the phone was extremely helpful & efficient. We booked on a Thursday and were able to arrange the collection for the following Tuesday. Rick, who came to do the collection was brilliant - very quick & efficient and a really nice guy!

The bookimg was made on the telephone and the lady who took the bookimg was friendly and effecient, On the morning of the collection I received a text to say they would be with me in 10 minutes, They came on time and tool my old fridge away. Great\service.

Excellent friendly service from Sean and Ryan when removing our double bed and mattress Will definitely use this service again

Everything went smoothly, would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service. Booking online was very easy, the removal guys came within the time frame and worked quickly and efficiently. They made light work of a tricky job and were smiley and friendly too! I was impressed.

Excellent service by two very friendly, efficient men. Arrived during times given, took everything away and left everything tidy..price was good..would definitely use this firm again.

Great service! The person who collected all my items was very polite and friendly. The tracking service, which allowed me to see the van’s location and how far away it was, was also very accurate and super useful. Many thanks!

Overall very good experience will certainly use them again.

Great service with our sofa to be taken away left all clean after no mess guy was nice came early

Great - they came on time they took away all my junk from the 90’s and left it all neat and tidy. Left a little note to say when they did the job. No issues will use the same service again……

Done a good job, took what I asked

My items were collected on the day I selected. Once they were on their way, I received a text with an update. A friendly and professional service! Would use again.

The men who collected my old dishwasher were very polite and acted very quickly. However I thought as I googled Chester Waste I thought it was the council run pick up of £25, I saw it was £27 assumed it had gone up a little, but the final bill included a one item pick up charge making it £99. The unmarked vehicle had Motorway Maintenance and there was no sign of Clearance and Clean up . Their messages to me were We are your Any Junk Team of Jason and Peter and we have just arrived. And they did their job very efficiently. But my advice is to seek out the genuine Chester City Council service which is far cheaper . As we get older it easy to assume, so check carefully as mistakes are costly. I know your asking why not cancel , there is a charge to do even that. The old dishwasher is gone but the Clearance and Clean up remain an expensive lesson that you should avoid if possible.

excellent service, in and out in under 15 minutes, no fuss just job done and gone, perfect

This was the second time this Month that I have used this company, and once again what fantastic service, was kept updated on the time of removal staff were once again very friendly and polite. In my opinion this is the only company that you will ever need for removing unwanted and needed furniture etc.

Very pleased

Excellent. Will recommend to others.

Very pleased with the service. Even but the bins back neatly. Highly recommend

Kept up to date on their arrival time, they removed the goods from the house efficiently. Very good service.

A very satisfied customer. The removal men came on time, did their job efficiently and quietly and left. It was exactly as expected and no fuss.

The lads were very professional and had the van loaded in no time at all

We had a lot of rubble to clear. Shaun and Ryan were fantastic. They were exactly in time, very polite and very efficient. Highly recommended.

Really great service. Website was easy to use, got a clear confirmation email and helpful information, and was kept up to date by SMS on the collection. Would definitely use again.

Needed an old mattress moving after getting an upgrade, was very quick, in and out in less than a couple of minutes. Will use again for any big clearances.

Removal not completed

Took away items of furniture i did not need, quick and efficient and tidy

Great thanks

Good service - The guy who picked up the sofa was excellent, very helpful and friendly.

I was well impressed with Clearance and clean up company, they took away my old sofa and armchair and nothing was to much trouble, not only were they professional with the work but were also very friendly, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone wanting stuff taking away, regards J Wilson.

Excellent work done by 2 friendly guys. Over and beyond, especially in this heat. Will request them again as more stuff to be shifted in near future

Very easy process throughout. Operatives friendly and efficient, even said there was room if I needed anything else taking away. Would use again.

Quick and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Couldn't recommend highly enough. Easy booking process and the two guys who came were professionally friendly and very helpful in getting a sofa through a very narrow hallway with no damage.

Timely, efficient, and leaving the place clean.

Called them at short notice to pick up a double mattress and to arrange a collection whilst I was working. Came next day, worked with building management as agreed to pick up from refuse store. All done as planned, great service! Recommended!

d office to clarify times and spoke to Julie who was charming, patient, very helpful and rand back really promptly.

very pleased good service would use again the lady i spoke to was very helpful

Easy to book, excellent service...

Positive experience from placing order for removal of large settee to actual service. Easy tracking of van followed by text when they were near to our address. Furniture removed quickly by 2 professional friendly men who certainly knew what they were doing. Will certainly use them again

Professional, friendly, took care not to damage floor and walls. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent! Got a text 20 mins before van arrived. Guys were friendly and polite. Removed my tumble dryer and large mattress easily. Smooth interaction 10/10! Thank you!

Solved a problem fir us; not cheap but good service and expeditely carried out

Would definitely recommend. It was easy to book and the guys arrived on time and dismantled the sofa and had everything out within 10 mins.

People were kind, helpful, and generous - on a very hot day.

Quick, easy and polite employees

They came, they saw and they conquered! All the boxes were carried to their lorry, loaded on and off they went. Brilliant.

Easy to arrange. Took away some old sofas which was great. Very respectful of property.

Lovely guys who came to collect an old sofa. Good price and choice of dates

Really great service, so friendly and did a really fast job, would definitely recommend!

Stockport booking was straight forward and easy to arrange. Corner sofa, bed & mattress to be removed from property. The corner sofa proved to be difficult to disassemble and remove! A 'BIG' shout out (& Thankyou!)to Shaun and Ryan who were professional throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company and will consider using their services again in the future.

So expensive. Over £100 !! to collect a bin full of grass cuttings. No sane person would pay this.

Amazing service. Can’t thank them enough, they took extra stuff that I hadn’t mentioned plus very heavy soil and cement, really friendly, fairly priced and extremely fast and efficient. Very easy online booking. Thank you very much, will definitely be using again 😃

Very good service 👏 turned up on time and done exceptional job

Quick and efficient.

Quick and efficient, they got the job done in no time at all, like they were barely even here

I was very impressed with the service I received from Clearance and Clean Up. The men were very friendly and also very efficient.

Great service. Collected when they said they would. Clean and efficient. Would use again for sure.

First class service. They let me know they were on their way, were very helpful and courteous

Thank you for an excellent service. Your team were professional, prompt and helpful. We will be contacting you again if we should need further help with decluttering in future.

Professional service from the 2 guys who removed our old sofa. Very polite

Easy to book, immediate options for clearance and the team were quick, efficient and respectful of the property. I highly recommend bomkng with Clearance and Clean Up.

A hard working pair of chaps with a great sense of humour. Very pleased with the job they did

Excellent service from initial enquiry to completion of job. Happy to recommend this efficient and polite company.

very good gave warning call before arrival carefully removed furniture through narrow hallway

Great service, on time and friendly, helpful staff.

Excellent service and very easy to arrange.

Excellent good service and the guys were very helpful and texted before arrival

They came early which was brilliant and got the job done straight away with no messing. Cleaned everything away and sweep loss bits after. Overall very impressive job done and a weight lift from myself removing the rubbish. Would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

Easy to book. Clear pricing structure. Friendly removal men.

Man with a van was on time, loaded everything and made sure everything was tidy before he left. Would recommend

Great experience. Good price and the chap friendly / helpful, and bang on time.

Excellent, efficient service. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend

Super efficient service and the operative was very polite and friendly. I would definitely use this service again. Thank you.

We were recommended this company for removals. The two men we had on the day said 'we don't usually do removals' well this become apparent. A large majority of our furniture are now scuffed and damaged.Heavy handed is an understatement 'throwing' our belongings about. The youngest male stunk of cannabis and we were left littered with tarpaulin and a broom outside our house when they left. We would not recommend this company unfortunately.

Very pleased with the clearance . The man did a excellent job. Would recommend your company.

Very efficient and quick service 👍

Very polite..had no coplaints

Perfect customer service

Excellent service, polite friendly sales staff, easy to book a day when we wanted.Turned up on time, polite and friendly driver.

Pretty much hassle free, had garden waste to get rid of, kept me updated on when they would arrive, no update to say they had finished the job though, bit on the pricey side, but all in all a good service.

Taylor and Mike were great. Very friendly and professional. Louise was also very helpful and lovely to speak to.

Booked a collection and paid for it on Sunday. Tuesday we had two chaps arrive to remove the rubbish in question. Straight forward and easy. Would use again for sure!

Great service! Turned up fairly early in the day, and the 2 guys were very careful removing 2 large double beds and a large armchair, carrying them down 2 flights of stairs with no damage to walls or anything. Quick and efficient, would use again.

I booked a Man and Van to remove 2 armchairs and a king size mattress from a storage unit in Worcester. I chose the "anytime" option, and phoned in the morning and spoke to a lovely lady who advised that the men would text me to let me know they were on their way so that I didn't have to wait at the storage unit all day - she was brilliant (so sorry I didn't catch her name). I got a message at 11:45 to say they would be an hour and also a phone call to say they would be 30mins, and another text when they arrived which was great! They were on time, very quick and helpful! All done by 13:15. Excellent service - thank you so much!

We were very impressed: on-line booking process is easy to understand, the staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. On the day, the staff were punctual, cheerful and efficient. All in all we recommend Clearance and Clean Up. Well done!

I made a mistake on my order, accidentally putting two double mattresses instead of one double and one king-size. I talked to the lady, and she let me off. I very much appreciate it.

Easy to book and efficient service

Big old knackered 3 seater sofa vanished, just like that 👌🏻

Really excellent. The 2 men were punctual, polite, careful and efficient. Highly recommended.

We recently had new windows fitted, and the window company arranged for this firm to collect the old frames. When the collectors arrived, they reversed up the drive and immediately started loading the frames. I expected at least a quick knock on the door to let me know they were here—especially since my car was on the drive—but nothing. I went out to speak to them and mentioned there were more frames around the back. They responded quite abruptly, saying they hadn’t been told about that, then carried on talking to each other. Eventually they phoned their head office and did take everything, but their attitude throughout was rude and dismissive.

Quick, easy and friendly helpful staff..

I needed to get rid of two large sofas; website very easy to use with all prices laid out (so many places need you to call in). Booked it for a collection 2 days later and got the slot I wanted. Nicky and Stuart arrived on time; very friendly and had the job done in minutes despite the awful weather. I'd definitely use again and happy to recommend for quick and easy disposal of bulky items. Thanks lads!

I've had to use the Peterlee service quite a bit over the last couple of months while sorting out my house, and they have been nothing but professional and efficient, completing various rubbish and furniture collections to a high standard every time. This morning they picked up a large mattress- it was the third time one employee had been here- and managed to be very sociable and completed the job very quickly. Fantastic service all around.

NICKY AND STUART ARRIVED AT TIME AGREED TO REMOVE MY LARGE THREE PIECE SUITE. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT, ENSURED NO DAMAGE DONE WHEN REMOVING FURNITURE EVEN WITH A TIGHT FIT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM AND USE THEM AGAIN IF NEED ARISES

Excellant service. Admin and booking very helpful and Stuart and Nicki did an excellent job of clearing my garage were also friendly and polite.

Had my 3 seater sofabed aken away from my front room. Both the guys were friendly and helpful and careful with getting a very heavy object out of a tight space. I think they need a raise!

Clearance and cleanup! Maybe you guys should change the name to No hanging around ! Having moved home more than your average person over the past decades, I was more than impressed. From 1st phone call to Louise and Matt, who where calming and knowledgeable, as its stressful moving home, to the very friendly removal guys James & Joe , please believe me these guys mean business and are excellent at it !! I would definitely recommend this company , and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again ! Thanks guys ! Take care, Sarah Booth.

(I used the company based in York) Right from my first phone conversation to gauge which service I needed, to the ease of booking online they offered brilliant service. I had a very large and heavy couch and a tiny little right angled porch. The two men who came to take the couch managed to defy physics and figured out how to get it outside. The men themselves were lovely and friendly. Would recommend this company to anyone needing to get rid of large furniture.

I can't thank Trevor and Danny enough for their help and determination when moving a large American style fridge in a very restricted area, would recommend any time , thank you for de-stressing me lol

Awful, do not book this firm. Ordered a 7 yard pick up men and van. It would have easily gone in a 7 yard skip as I’ve had loads of skips over the years. They took half and said they would come back for the other half. They never came back. I rang the office and they said I would need to pay again. I had a feeling this would happen. Il get a skip next time and not from these guys.

I am grateful to Clearence and Cleanup for making the process of organising a pickup, and removing it on the day, easy and friendly. The staff in the office were lovely, Angela and Louise, and the two guys that came on the day, Martin and Peter, were brilliant. It turned out that I had much more on the day than I anticipated and they quickly worked out that it could be taken, sorted payment and took it away. Thanks again to the team from Clearance and Cleanup. I would use you again without hesitation.

Booked Clearance and Clean Up Manchester to remove a three piece suite comprising a three seater, two seater sofa and armchair. The operatives Dean and Sean arrived on time, as promised, and made short work of the removal process. They were courteous, efficient and careful and I would not hesitate in recommending the company or indeed using this firm again should the occasion arise. Very pleased with the outcome.

Booked for a 12 to 6pm time slot. They failed to turn up within that time or to message me within that time frame. I did get a text just before 7pm to say they were on their way. Too late, I had already gone out. They should have messaged/phoned me within that 6 hour window. Oh, and you pay everything up front.

The Clearance and Clean Up team who came to our house were fantastic, they completely emptied our garage, removed the old carpet that was down and swept it out. The space is so much cleaner and accessible now. The team were brilliant and I can’t recommend enough.

Amazing around service, from simple booking and transparent rates through to collection and their customer service. Can't recommend more highly, but these guys did a sterling job in removing old furniture left by tenants and even carried them down from the second floor (no elevators mind you). Thank you!!

I booked clearance and clean up to remove a 10 x 8 shed, timber, and plastic the 18 yard option was selected to make sure there was enough room for my waste, the guys were great 👍 cleared the garden in no time all fitted in the van no problem. Great to deal with very informative with emails would recommend highly less hassle than a skip and I didn't have to fill it bonus 😀 Thanks the team are a credit to you! Cheers Lewis Milne

Very pleased with the service. Dean and Sean arrived early on the day and quickly and efficiently removed my sofa and mattress. They were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them and will certainly use this service again in the future.

Absolutely brilliant service! After trying to sell one of our two old sofas on all the usual sites, I had zero interest. We were expecting a new sofa too, which made the removals even more urgent. We were going to take the 2nd unusable sofa ourselves to the tip to minimise doubling the cost for removal. The booking process was quick and easy.. Then, the day before it was scheduled I had one enquiry from someone, so I called to cancel the pick-up. The lady I spoke to was fantastic and so understanding at my predicament, so she rescheduled it for the following day, just in case the this person declined the sofa. But she loved that one and took it away! So it freed up that 2nd sofa to be taken away at the prearranged time, which was already paid for. A lovely bloke came to collect it, bang on time, and literally as he was loading it into his van, our new sofa arrived!! Talk about perfect timing, I never get that lucky ever! I didn't catch her name, but whoever I spoke to in my moment of panic, I want to extend a huge thank you, I really appreciate it! Top marks all round..

Clearance and clean up are brilliant, they collected all of my waste on the date I specified, it was all gone in a matter of minutes and they were polite, would certainly recommend to anyone.

Excellent service. Really easy to book and slots available from next day. I was kept up to date with the arrival time of the collection team. Very customer focused, friendly and professional. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend.

The guys did a fantastic job dismantling and removing a 5x8ft shed along with all its contents inside and out. This was a job I've wanted to get sorted for a long time and this has made a huge difference and very reasonably priced too. I will be sure to recommend to my friends and family. Thank you!

Excellent service. Collection arrangements booked at short notice in Ascot. It was carried out promptly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Excellent service, easy to book and the chap came next day and took my sofa away to the sitting room in the sky. Would definitely recommend for the things you can't get rid of on Facebook.

We contacted clearance and clean up to take a large sofa set and all went really smoothly. They were quick to respond for a quote, and we were able to book in a slot on a Friday for collection the next Monday. We paid the extra for a half day slot, which was a helpful option for us. The crew turned up within the time slot and were very friendly and efficient. All in, a very good experience and completely hassle free. Would definitely recommend.

Having seen their vans around in York I called them yesterday and got a quote. Not the cheapest, I suspect, but they gave me a time slot of 1-6pm today to clear accumulated stuff out of the garage. Two guys arrived promptly at 1.15, got all the stuff in the van in less than half an hour and were done. They were efficient, polite and friendly. Couldn't have been any better, really.

Sorry I couldn’t afford your collection prices as you seem to be a very good company.

so basically, due to BIN strikes, business like this have QUADRUPLED the price-----IS IT COVID19 AGAIN! WOW!

Just got home to find one of your vans dumped on our residential road and whoever has driven it and dumped it has parked directly on our quite frankly tiny curb. Now we can’t get my mum out of the property. I think you need to teach your drivers how to park it’s absolutely ridiculous and we can’t contact the company to get them to move it. If you don’t get it moved I’ll get it towed

Dishonest company, avoid. Cancelled the collection the day before in the afternoon despite booking 10 days in advance.

Absolutely useless: never turned up: Said they were 10 mins away, in the wrong place. Sent detailed instructions, map etc. 45 mins later still said they couldn't find us. (Have had loads of deliveries from Amazon, DPD, John Lewis etc. NOONE has had any issue.) Don't waste your time.

Due to council bin men being on strike we ( 40 retirement apartment development ) decided to use your service, couldn't fault a thing, 2 very pleasant courteous guys came and took everything away leaving no mess, would definitely use your service again, can highly recommend. THANKS

Used the Yeovil service, absolute rip off

Unfortunately the team did not turn up at all during the 7.30am to 1pm time slot. At 1.30 the operator was unable to contact the team and did not know where they were. She quickly agreed to refund the £97 cost, which is a point in their favour. But very disappointing to find this company was not reliable.

Booked to remove a large chesterfield & chair based on their website image of nice vans with men in high viz jackets. What I got was a tatty old van with side mesh the same as the councils use when they clear fly tipping and not the same company Be very aware they portray one thing on website charge top rate and then send any body with an old van to remove

Excellent service. I wanted my old sofa removed as I was getting a new one. The customer service and removal men were friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you and I would highly recommend their service.

Fantastic service, everthing moved and taken away as stated. Swept up after and left my cones in the yard.

I booked a delivery on the 10,11,24 for 11,1124 they had been and gone before 8am this morning really nice guys and did FANTASTIC job thankyou will highly recommend 👍 👌 👏was amazed how early they was all gone and very happy 😊, the lady on the phone yesterday was really very nice helpful top job 100%out of 100%

Just a big thank you for the guys who came to take away my unwanted furniture, they were very courteous, polite and very helpful. Would definitely recommend them and have no hesitation is using them again.

What a brilliant service you provided. Your guys went above and beyond what I expected. They were professional, courteous and very helpful and understanding. Thanks to the service your collection men provided today I will be using you again and recommend you in the future. Please give your collection guys a big pat on the back and a bonus, they deserve it. Well done!

Great company, very easy booking process and friendly staff on the phone. Had Liam and Connor arrive and they were both professional, friendly and very efficient. Would highly recommend Clearance and Cleanup to anyone

Great service. Fast and easy. Arrived on time.

Very best of service from start to finish. Called to book service with a very helpful staff member who took booking. On the day of the booking van turned up with two staff members who helped out and cleared all the items I needed to get rid off. Could not fault the service provided. Would highly recommend using this service.

Excellent service can't fault the whole experience many thanksagain

Excellent experience, was phoned shortly before arrival and the required item was quickly removed as required.

Turned up on time, were very polite and quickly removed sofa. No drama. Great service

How am I meant to give you feedback back when you didn’t do the work but subcontracted the job out to another company and didn’t inform me. So I had to do checks on that company to make sure they didn’t fly tip.

Brilliant. Easy to get a quote & easy to book. They had lots of flex in terms of when. Cost was fair. Team were lovely. Would definitely use again.

Good service turned up on time, very helpful guys worked hard

Friendly and professional will definitely use this company again if I need too

Texted me half an hour before they arrived. They were quick, efficient and friendly - I would recommend this service and team.

Complete scam artists. Turned up and then drove off saying not enough room in van, made no effort to do any work then changed story, no trying to take £50 quid off me for claiming no access. Unbelievable, wish i had read the reviews beforehand

A very prompt, efficient service carried out by helpful friendly men. Would thoroughly recommend using your company again.

I was very pleased with my sofa removal. Communication letting me know the time of arrival was good.Although my ancient, large sofa had been installed with no problem originally, it wasn't co-operating when the collection men tried to remove it. Their patience and good humour, and finally drastic action to get it out, made a fraught situation for me seem painless. Thank you

Fast, professional, will use again if needed.

On time, quick, obliging, careful. Not cheap, but when you consider how much it costs to run this sort of operation, good value. The relief at seeing the stuff go is priceless.

Grant and Dale were absolutely marvellous. So cheerful, polite and friendly. They did a perfect job, quickly and extremely efficiently. I was delighted and cannot recommend then highly enough. Thank you.

Excellent service - recommended

Very prompt and helpful team arrived to remove heavy mattress. Thanks

The guys that remove the rubbish were fantastic. Really polite and helpful. The whole experience was seamlees, from booking to collection. Thank you.

Everything was handled online, and went smoothly. The representative with whom I dealt was great.

Wonderful service for a good price. Very quick and easy

Brilliant, professional service. Very friendly team across the board: from the call centre to the actual removal personnel themselves. Great value for money. I would use them again in a flash.

Excellent professional and helpful service. Thank you

10/10 service ! Highly reccomend

GREAT SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH EVERY ITEAM WAS TAKEN. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Great service, professional, friendly. Easy booking of appointment. Very happy to recommend them.

Swift, efficient and friendly service. Communications very good. Did exactly what was promised. Thoroughly recommend.

The 2 guys were quick and very efficient! Polite...would recommend your company to anybody that needs your services. Thank you

The man arrived and gave a heads up on expected time, by calling in advance, as asked to be done, service and swift appointment to have item removed, thank you, however may I say that the man was on his own, the mattress was very heavy and I know as I tried to move it from the room with my friend and it was so heavy to shift, I choose to pay to have it removed instead of struggling ourselves, so to hear he was on his own and struggled and was not to pleased he had been assigned the job as a one man collection, and my mother wasn't able to assist as she is 87. Just wish I had said it was a very heavy mattress and narrow hall and stairwell. I hope he isn't suffering now from the job. Maybe I should of said, but more when taking a job order the question of weight should be asked of customers. Anyways I was impressed with the arrangements, and thank the man for not giving in, and getting it removed. I will deffinitely recommend your company to others, and use you again when needed.

Certainly not cheap! But efficient and very pleasant, helpful and efficient staff. I would use them again.

Brilliant he was so nice. The guy who came to pick up my twin beds pick them up move them out done took photos of them in the room and out of the room very nice very respectful thank you for your service.

Phoned them they came and were very professional polite and even lifter the old sofa over the gate so it could go out through the patio…was happy with the service

Awful company. Was quoted an extra £60 for removing 3 fence panels although I had quoted the panels in my waste description! Was offered a cheaper quote on the panels if I paid cash! Really ?!?! Your reply is nonsensical. I was offered £60 via a phone call, to add on 3 fence panels that I had already told you were part of my collection. I said no thank you. Then your older collector said if I had £20 in cash he would take the panels. I know when a scam is occurring, whether I'm elderly or not! You should be more diligent hiring your staff as they are scamming you too!!!!!!!!! So many bad reviews but company is given a good rating. I can only assume many of these so called good reviews are fake!!!! Trust Pilot does check reviews & ratings is so much lower 😉😉😉

Really easy booking system and can call if needed. Reasonable price. Friendly drivers who were quick and efficient. Had all the furniture out within about 25 minutes. Really recommend this company. It was all just such an easy service

Great service, kept me informed and cleared up afterward

Absolutely brilliant job . Arrived at expected time and did a fast removal of my unwanted sofa. Highly recommend these guys , thanks very much.

The team were professional, polite, efficient & helpful throughout. Highly recommended.

This is the first time I used C&C, wanted to get rid of cardboard and lots of materials left over after putting new carpets and linoleum in house. Great service, lady on the phone was very helpful and friendly. They took all our rubbish on the day agreed, while me and my partner were at work - and left front porch where the rubbish was placed, extra tidy. Would recommend, worth the money paid 👏👍

The Lads where very polite and professional

Very good communication. Came on time. Friendly and helpful team who dealt with two large items professionally. Would definitely use again.

Really easy and straightforward booking. Guys came and took our items away no problem, friendly service, no worries. Would definitely use again in the future if I needed the service again. Highly appreciate their help and recommend to use.

Communication was excellent from the start. Very friendly and efficient team, who were respectful of the building and mindful of weight limits in the lift. I strongly recommend them and will inevitably be using them again.

Excellent service - the lady in the office was both charming and most helpful as were the two van drivers. Highly recommended. Many thanks and well done!

Quick, efficient and on time. Done as requested. Good job.

It was brilliant and, as we are about to move house, I will certainly be using it again to get rid of all the wife's tat!

Did what it said on the tin …

Such friendly helpful people. Easy to arrange, everything was collected. 5 stars from me!

Great, removed all the furniture that we needed. Lovely guys, would definitely use them again. Thank you!

Excellent removal of a large settee. The staff were speedy, efficient and polite. Thank you. B Evans.

The guy who picked up the settee was extremely helpful, polite and efficient

We were so pleased & The 2 men were very helpful efficient & very Professional They made light work of the sofa Cushions&Chair could not have been better. They phoned us as we requested that was brill. A Big Thank You to them both so grateful we had a good day after they left Thank so much you were also very good on the phone to us 2 Happy Customers we will be back Beds next time Many Thanks of course we will recommend your company

Very smooth and efficient experience. Very polite and helpful staff.

Great service very helpful a reasonable price and the guy's that collected the suite were very good as well would use again

Excellent service and brilliant people who removed the bed. Only reason for the 4 starts is that the price was double that of elsewhere but we needed it done urgently so paid on this occasion. Can't fault anything else

Very quick, friendly, decent price

Excellent service. Arrived as scheduled and all finished in good time. Thankyou.

Daniel and Frankie were really efficient and careful. We got an sms and email 10 minutes before they arrived. The booking online was easy to use.

first class service, hassle free form start to finish all left clean and tidy my customer was happy so I am happy

The delivery and assembly of the armchair was great, Matt and Anton did a good job quickly and cleared up when they finished. I was very satisfied

A brilliant service. Punctual, fast and very efficient. Would highly recommend them.

Very quick and easy service to use. Both lads were easy to talk to and left everything clean and tidy. A very good advertisement for the company. Would use again and reccomend to others.

Very poor service, only use if you are prepared to supervise every second this company are at your home. I left them for 3 minutes, in that time they took a few bits of rubbish then drove off at speed. All attempts to contact the company have been ignored.

Roxanne and Mark from AnyJunk (Alford) were extremely helpful and efficient. I was suprised to learn that although I had booked and paid in full on the 11th April that Rosanne and Mark were only informed of the job about an hour before they arrived on the 19th April, thank goodness they were available to carry out the work.

Excellent service. On time, polite lads. Highly recommended.

Had 2 x 2 seater recliners removed without any problems. The two men were curteous, efficient and professional. Would use again if the need arises.

A quick and very efficient service. I am clearing my mother's house and this service was enormously helpful. The chap who collected the rubbish was fast, polite, helpful and friendly. He's taken a literal weight off my shoulders!

Easy to book and efficient and friendly service. Would definitely recommend.

We only had one item for collection, but they were great, polite and helpful.

Booked with them and placed my old bed frame outside, they communicated well the day of pick-up and picked up my bulk trash while i was at work with no interaction needed. Quite literally a phenomenal service.

Very professional service!

Turned up on time organised and professional full marks from me.

The whole experience from calling to arrange a pick up to the efficient removal of my sofa was excellent

The men where very quick and did a good job.

Quite expensive compared to alternative services and the amount they take away.

Quick, efficient and on time. Great service and friendly team

Great guys collected our old mattress ,carefully removed removed their boots before entering our house

James was prompt (early actually!), friendly and thorough. Very efficient process from start to finish. Thank you.

Excellent service. Very efficient. No damage was caused to my property.very pleased. Well done

I booked 4yards 300kg mixed rubbish but they took just my refurbishment rubbish. They didn’t take my garden plant branches which was clearly written mixed means all rubbish including green plant’s branches. All my rubbish excluding plant small branches was not even 200kg so am not happy with this kind of service. Not gonna use again in future.waste of Money£192

The service was fantastic. The person doing the job was everything you would expect from someone clearing your rubbish. He made short work of removing a very heavy old dishwasher. Thank you very much.

Absolutely fantastic service again from the organising with the office to the collection experience. I have used multiple times now and never disappointed with the service and price and most definitely recommend to others

Excellent service. Quick and at a reasonable price.

Excellent and efficient service. Pleasure to deal with the firm. Would definitely recommend them and use the firm again.

Fantastic thanks the the team we're very helpful and polite 😄🙂 Mike

All in all, really good experience. Pick up was on time and the guys were brilliant. The staff on phones were smart and helpful, all info clear and easy. Thanks a million!

I cannot rate this Company highly enough. So friendly & helpful. The lads that came to move my rubbish were so helpful & professional & did a fantastic job. Have already recommended them & will use them again in the future. Great service.

Excellent service.

Would definitely recommend

Arrived on time, did a solid job, didn’t complain about the amount, left the place tidy. 100% would use again.

Quick and easy. Great service. Highly recommend.

The two guys were excellent, pleasant and quick. Really pleased with the service. Thanks

They were late and ignored the instructions clearly left of who to contact. They then only stayed for 20 minutes when the package we had booked was for 70 minutes and they refused to take half our rubbish saying we had too much. We booked 10yd which was definitely adequate but the people who came chucked it in the van without any kind of logical arrangement. It turned out they were more concerned about fitting in their next two jobs than completely our job. I would not recommend these cowboys.

never trust google reviews

Quick, friendly, efficient

The ordering was easy and simple .The pick up was good ,on time ,got a text 20 mins before pick up ,courteous, polite and efficient .

Excellent service, thank you

Very very good

Good lads; friendly, fast and careful.

Two guys arrived nice and early which really suited me. They were very friendly and simply got on with the job. There no issues, a good job. Very satisfied.

Very pleasant young men came on time and cleared everything neatly and without a fuss.

Made contact to say they were available early and to ask if it would be ok to arrive. On arrival, the employee was very professional and courteous.

quick n easy with no hassel.. Phone call .. i have a 3 seater and 2 seater settee that needs picking up . Yes can do that monday morning price agreed .. Monday morning 9 oclock loaded and gone . great service ..

Top blokes from greener waste. Did everything we booked. Very careful and friendly. Will use again

Very easy to book and efficient collection of my sofa. I really appreciated the notification shortly before the van arrived. Worth paying a bit extra over the woeful local council service!

Great service, arrived on time and were able to remove the sofas quickly and without fuss!

First class service with regular communication - job completed in under 5 minutes - no fuss! Would highly recommend

quick , easy , no problems.

Brilliant service, on time and professional team

A little late, and unhappily so as I had paid for a morning slot. But the QuickJunk team were friendly and courteous. Took all my items and were swift at doing so.

Happy with the service, however we booked removal of a sofa bed and on arrival they opened it out and said they could not take the mattress (which comes as part of the sofa bed) unless we paid an extra £25. I think this should have been specified when selecting 'sofa bed' on the website. Other sites I've looked at have given separate prices for sofa bed or sofa bed with mattress. Also I think £25 is pretty steep for a thin sofa mattress. Other than that, we were happy with the service.

Booking straightforward. Picked a time slot for furniture pick up which was honoured. Very efficient service and clearly highly reliable. Would not hesitate to recommend and will use again myself. Polite uniformed team.

Very professional service

Time slot between 8 and 6. Got a txt saying bloke was 25 minutes away at 3pm. Got another one at half 5 saying he was an hour away. A lot of waiting around, couldn't get hold of anyone to ask what was going on. Would have been 1 star, but when the bloke did arrive, at half 6, he was really good
