Fantastic! The team took our large sofa away no fuss. We live on a narrow street and have an awkward shaped house to get things in and out of but it was no trouble for them. They were extremely polite and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended!

An excellent service with two extremely helpful and friendly men collecting. Nothing was too much trouble. They were quick and really efficient. So glad we found this removal service . Thank you.

Reasonably priced, great service and very friendly. Would definitely use again

Very straightforward to arrange collection. Contacted as promised 30 minutes before arrival. Knowledgeable staff who had no problems dismantling our old reclining sofa. Would definitely use again.

Top job by two top men!

I’m extremely happy with the service! They replied to my enquiry immediately and were very polite, friendly and professional — unlike some other companies I contacted. They arrived within just half an hour, which was amazing. The whole process was quick, easy and completely hassle-free. I was also able to pay by card and received a receipt, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you so much! 😊

Brilliant service. Called up to remove a large American fridge freezer, booked in and it was collected the morning after.

The removal men were really helpful and friendly. Really impressed with Rubbish Removals and will definitely use them again.

Absolutely fantastic service. Great Communication throughout and they just got on with everything. Will definitely be using them again and can’t fault any of the service including the price. Thanks for the great service. I paid by card and I’ve got a full receipt and I know my items won’t end up being fly tipped somewhere and will be properly disposed of. Thank you! Sarah

Great guys. Helpful and professional.

Very helpful, thank you

Easy to book, good communication, able to pay by card.

Excellent service. Rang on their way to give a time. Dismantled 3seater settee to get through the door. Took a way the settee. Fortunately, the settee may be able to be recycled.

Excellent service! Very quick to respond, came as promised, very friendly guys and left no mess. Would definitely use again, thank you!

They were extremely friendly, courteous, have great work ethic and quick with the work. I will recommend them to my circle.

Excellent service, collected on time when it suited me. The blokes collecting were polite and communicated extremely well. Recommended

Friendly, efficient and really helpful service.

Swift, efficient and professional service . Did what they said, when they said they would.

Great friendly company. Reliable and did exactly what they said they would and when they would. They have competitive rates, but best of all an air of confidence “can do” and “no problems” shown from everyone I dealt with. If only everyone we dealt with was half as good as this company then we would all be smiling permanently! Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone.

Quick removal of general rubbish , guys polite and helpful. I will be using The Rubbish Removers again.

These guys were great! Quick, easy and efficient, good communication 👍🏻 Thanks TRR! 😃

Very professional. Quick and efficient. I would recommend this company.

I got a prompt response to my initial query and got the quotes I needed. Team showed up in good time and we're quick and efficient. I'll be happy to use them again.

It was great 2 nice lads great service thanks

Can’t thank Darren and his partner enough, they cleared the rubbish from the shed, demolished it and took everything away. They cleaned the area before they left. Both were extremely professional, courteous and friendly. Would definitely recommend this Company

Great service from initial contact to the job being finished. I was contacted before they arrived to say they were on their way and the two lads that turned up were a credit to the company. They swept up before they left and I didn’t have to lift a finger. Thanks, I’ll definitely use them again if I need anything removing

Good service

Fast collection. Will use again

Kept me informed of their arrival time. Furniture removed effiently and would recommend for your bulky waste needs

Excellent chaps very friendly and quick no problems at all would recommend takes the strain out of moving heavy furniture Thank guys

The 2 guys were brilliant. They had my very large corner sofa taken apart and removed in less than 30 mins. They couldnt get the corner piece out so they cut it up and fixed the problem. Worked like trojans in 80 degree heat. Cant thank them enough 🙂🙂

Great service. Everything went very smoothly from booking to collection. Arrived in agreed timeslot and all done in 10mins!

The Rubbish Removers were superb and are fully licenced waste carriers. They were polite on the phone and in person. They quoted a reasonable price for removal of a 3 seater Chesterfield and 2 armchairs. They rang 30 mins before arrival. They expertly removed the items through an awkward mid-terrace house. Very happy with the service, would use again and would recommend them to anyone needing sofas removed. Thank you very much.

Brilliant service. Phone call to say they were on their way and they arrived on time. Took our reclining sofa apart and removed it from the room so we didn’t have to do that or get it outside. We had another sofa which was going to charity but they had booked for the wrong day, so we asked if The Rubbish Removers would take that too - no problem, just extra cost obviously. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend. Reasonable cost, comparable with other businesses.

Easy process and reasonably priced. Thank you

Absolutely would use these guys again 🌟 professional, friendly & efficient 🌟excellent communication for getting quote & booking & from the removal team collecting my rubbish, with updates of arrival 🌟removal guys also contacted admin to get my invoice adjusted - because I had given an item away before the removal team arrived 🌟easy to book via website & emails 🌟able to book with a few days Highly Recomended based on my experience

Already posted a review because I was so impressed by the two workers. Very quick work demolishing an ancient, very heavy, collapsing shed, clearing the unwanted contents & tidying the site. Many thanks. Would definitely recommend.

Having never used a house clearance service before I was unsure what to expect. The Rubbish Removers were great. The quotation process was fair and the price I paid was the price I was quoted. The team arrived on time, having confirmed their arrival time a couple of hours earlier. The house was cleared with the minimum of fuss. The house was left in good order with no mess to tidy-up (other than 50+ years of dust). I'd highly recommended The Rubbish Removers if you need a house cleared. 5*!

Good service! Helped clear our packaging after a house move. Friendly and helpful.

Really efficient and professional took everything that was asked from us can’t recommend them enough for helping us out with our waste needs during moving out

The Rubbish Removers did an excellent job and left everything clean and tidy, I couldn't be happier with the result. Thank you so much

Excellent service from Rubbish Removals. Arrived on time and considering they had a fair length down a long path to reach their truck, they removed quite a lot of kitchen appliances and a piece of furniture in next to no time. Would definitely recommend. Good price too, cheaper than local Council.

Polite and professional.

Would use use you again good at keeping time I sure would use you

Rubbish Removers got back to me really quickly following my on line enquiry . The quote was fair and I was booked in at a convenient time for me. The guys rang ahead to let me know they were on their way. I had a large heavy item to remove and the two guys were very nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them and will be keeping their contact for future visits. Thank you so much .

Thanks boys excellent service.

Very efficient service. Would highly recommend. They removed a large wardrobe and other smaller items of furniture. They even collected on a bank holiday.

Very quick and efficient. Would recommend.

It was easy to arrange a collection and the team turned up on time. I will use the service again.

Great service, everything removed and tidied up afterwards, arranged at short notice and the work completed on Good Friday

Professional two guy team removed the corner sofa with ease which I’ve had sitting in the flat years (council removal you need to book months in advance and somehow get the sofa to the curb on the pickup date). None I could do myself as based in London and only spend a few days up in Manchester at a time! Submitted the online form with a picture, and they were able to collect two days after! It wasn’t cheap but definitely glad to have the old corner sofa finally gone!

Very impressive

Brilliant service! Polite, on time and at a competitive price. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Perfect service Easy to book and reschedule if needed 30 minutes notice and everything was loaded quickly Strongly recommended

The Rubbish Removers were great

Excellent service 👏 thank you.

What an absolutely delightful company. I wrote this review a while ago but Google said it couldn’t publish the review at this time! Not sure why. Every dealing I’ve had with this company, from booking the visit to the actual job has been 10/10. The three chaps that came to remove an enormous amount of unwanted garden items were so professional, friendly and outstanding. They truly had their work cut out with the enormity of the task but they did such a a great job! It’s hard these days to find good, honest, hardworking folks like these guys. I would recommend them anyone. A job that I thought would take about 8 hours took approx 2 hours and the price we paid was great value. Thanks so much for your prompt, friendly and wonderful service. If I can persuade my dad to clear out the garage, I wouldn’t hesitate to contact this company! Thanks so much for everything.

A wonderful helpful company , struggled to find a company that would remove and dispose of my 2 sofas . From the moment i asked for a quote Rubbish removers were there for me , booking me in for the 2 dates i need to coincide with my decorating project. First of 2 pick ups today ,2 fantastic punctual guys arrived. Polite , hardworking, nothing too much trouble for them . Will be using this fantastic company again and recommending them for sure , I couldn’t be happier, thank you x

Fantastic service from start to finish would definitely use this again and highly recommend

Really good company, very helpful and the removal lads are spot on. Highly recommended.

Having been let down on my rubbish/ old furniture collection, I called this firm, who were extremely helpful on the phone. Within 30 minutes of calling 2 very pleasant and helpful lads had cleared evything for me. I got an invoice. I am really happy after being stressed out

Booked Rubbish Removals to collect my old sofa and 2 chairs. The lads rang to say they were 30 minutes away and they did a great job removing the furniture. Highly recommend this business

The Rubbish Removers have just finished clearing my late parents house. I was very emotional but the 3 guys that came were brilliant. From start to finish. They cracked on with no problems at all. They really have saved me a lot of work and I can't thank them enough. I would recommend them to anyone. Just fab and worth every penny. Thank you guys. I am so so grateful. Sarah x

Great communication right from our initial enquiry to the point of collection. Great service overall. We would definitely recommend. Thank you!

I've used The Rubbish Removers twice now. Both times they have turned up when they said they would, and have been quick and polite. They removed an old glass greenhouse without leaving any glass fragments or breaking any of the panes.

Great service. Very polite and efficient. I phoned in the morning and they came just after lunch. Swept up my garage.

Very fair priced, put enquiry in around 8am by 10.30am same day my two sofas were gone. Richard was very helpful on the phone with breaking down the pricing, when emailed to confirm was booked in straight away, Mike the driver was friendly and apologies I don’t know the name of the younger lad with him but both very good and efficient. Was able to pay cash as was given phone call saying 45 min until arrival. Was also informed happy to pay via card also when job complete. Will definitely use The Rubbish Removers in future as they are very fair priced and very reliable. Thank you guys will definitely be passing on your details to friends and family.

I've used these peeps twice now for my residential move outs, they're reliable, fast, and easy to work with.

The team was amazing. Really helpful and friendly and going the extra mile sweeping the garage floor afterwards. They were also very efficient, completing the job in just the morning. I would definitely ask them again and recommend them to family and friends. Many thanks to you all.

Fantastic service. Phoned me in advance and arrived on time. Pleasant polite guys. Job done without fuss. Would highly recommend. Won’t hesitate to use again if needed. Thanks

East to contact Very polite Did a good job

So very pleased after making a phone call to the company they came to clear my sons bedroom, king size bed and mattress the 3 setter settee and 3 drawers, the next day, the young men that came were very good there wasnt any damage they got the job done thank you so very much

The Rubish Removers get full marks from me. What seemed like an impossible task of removing my late dad’s shed and its contents, was made easy by this company. This was no ordinary shed, it had been lovingly built by dad in a way only he could do… there were some surprises uncovered along the way as dismantling progressed. But the 3, may I say delightful gentleman doing the work, took all in their stride. The guys were professional, hard working, friendly but also in-tune to the fact that this job had an emotional aspect to it for us and for my 92 year old mum. Again, the respect the guys gave mum was so warming to see. I wanted to also say that the job starts on that first enquiry made and despite it being a Sunday, I received an email from Kane in Operations which was very impressive. This level of service from him continued right up to completion of the work. So to recap, 10/10 for the team at The Rubbish Removers.

Fast, efficient and friendly. Excellent service and I love the recycling ethos behind the company. Will use again!

Had very heavy sofa to scrap, immediate quote given over the phone with rough collection time the following day. Mike and his helper phoned to say they would arrive 40 minutes later and were bang on time, efficient and excellent service. We have no problems recommending this company, first class from start to finish.

Fast kind professional service from the men.Very friendly and would definitely use again I'd recommend them100 per cent.

Arrived on time very quick & efficient very pleasant. Thank you

Excellent service and comms from start to finish. Quick replies to my initial queries and service spot-on on the day. Friendly team. Would happily use them again.

My friend and I had a very pleasant experience of the Rubbish Removers. We were well informed about the services they offer, and were grateful that they could take the defunct mobility scooter wholesale, without even the battery being removed. We also had to take them out of the way to collect the scooter, and they were polite and helpful at all times.

Excellent service Excellent communication Excellent pricing Efficient and friendly Would definitely use this company again Thank you

Excellent service. Great staff on the phone and on the day. The team removed a shed with contents and swept up the yard. By the time they'd finished there was no trace. I've booked a second job for next month and highly recommend The Rubbish Removers.

These guys were great. Only had to book a couple of days in advance, very reasonable quote, and got my furniture cleared and bin emptied. 2 very friendly lads helped me to move it out the house and was able to pay on card too! Would recommend :)

Very efficient service, would definitely use again. Thanks again

The company was very professional and reliable.

Very pleased with the service provided today at my deceased auntie's house in Atherton. There was a mix up as a lot of photos I'd sent didn't go through. My fault as I'm not too good with tech stuff and phones being over 70. However the 2 very nice men still took everything out and I was happy to pay extra for the things not accounted for. They worked very hard and I appreciate all they did. I would recommend this company 100% it's made a difficult time easier to get through.

Very friendly and helpful team. Talked me through the full process very punctual and did a fantastic job

Can't fault. Always came back to me promptly and were helpful with my queries. Clearance team turned up at the time they said they would and worked solidly until everything was clear. Hope I don't have to go through another clearance for a while, but they will be the first call I make if I do.

First class service and friendley Will use again when neede

Good and efficient service for the removal of my old sofas. The 2 Gentmen that did the removal job were very professional. Thanks all.

Great service, excellent customer care.

I rang the company on a Sunday and was trying to arrange a pickup for the following Wednesday and I got an appointment at that short notice The day of the pickup they rang me with 25 minutes notice of arrival When they arrived they were very efficient polite and professional In 15 minutes everything was done and I would highly recommend this cy

Great service from Stuart and James. Highly recommend

Excellent service in every way. Communication was superb and my rubbish was cleared precisely according to plan. I highly recommend this firm and would have no hesitation using them again. First class... Thank you so much..

Excellent professional service. The team from Richard to Darren were quick to respond, kept us informed and were kind, respectful and super helpful. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Recently started working in conjunction with this company and found them very professional and very accommodating and fully compliant. Look forward to a long business journey together🤝

I hired The Rubbish Removers to clear out my late father's house – an already emotional and overwhelming task. From the outset, I was met with apparent sympathy and professionalism from Richard. I was upfront about the property being a hoarder’s home and even provided a detailed video of the downstairs, clearly explaining that the upstairs was in the same condition. Based on this, I was quoted £4,272 for a full house clearance – 4 truckloads – with a note that the cost might increase only if there was an unexpected amount more than described, see photos for email reciepts. But on the day of the clearance, the team immediately said that 4 truckloads would barely cover the downstairs alone. Suddenly, I was being told it would take double the trucks and cost – £8,000. I had already paid a £2,136 deposit, and with all my funds tied up in sorting my father’s estate, I was left in an impossible position: lose my deposit, or somehow produce thousands more pounds I didn’t have. As I was only in the area for 2 days and had taken the holiday and paid for the hotel to stay in stoke, and needed the house clearance asap I was left with no other choice but to continue. After a deeply distressing call with Richard – during which I was in tears – he “generously” agreed to only charge an additional £1,335. As if I should be grateful for being overcharged only 35% instead of 100%. It felt calculated and exploitative – like they knew once I was committed and grieving, I wouldn’t have the energy or means to fight it. To make matters worse, they promised to complete the work on Wednesday, potentially spilling into Thursday if needed. But on Wednesday, I was told they couldn't return Thursday after all and would instead need to come back Friday. I’m not local to the area, so this meant either extending my stay (at more personal cost) or handing over a key. They did return Friday and finish the work – but this forced me to make an extra 6-hour round trip just to retrieve the key and confirm the house secure for insurance reasons. After everything else that week, it was just another blow. While the crew themselves were kind and helpful (especially when I was visibly distressed), they seemed to have a blind spot for cupboards and wall art. They left multiple paintings and pieces of wall art, despite the job being billed as a complete clearance and several cupboard still had items in them. (see photos) I also later learned, through a conversation with the crew, that my father’s house was outside their usual 50-mile service radius (this was 60 miles away). That was never disclosed to me. It now seems clear I was quoted for a job they knew was underpriced and outside their coverage area – potentially so they could drop the real cost on me when it was too late to back out. And finally, to cap it all off, when Richard emailed me the “completed job" email, it listed the wrong street. A perfect metaphor for the carelessness and disregard shown throughout. What started as a quote full of sympathy ended in what felt like a cold, calculated bait-and-switch. During one of the hardest weeks of my life, I was left feeling exploited, misled, and emotionally and financially drained. Proceed with extreme caution.

I had my shed dismantled and taken away as well as other general waste today Wes&Lucas did an excellent job even phoned me to say they were on there way.they just got on with the job and left the site lovely and clean. The company should be so proud of these men deserve 5 stars.ThankYou guys. Pat Ferguson

Absolutely scandalous they quoted me £250 plus Vat to take a small amount of waste. Was quoted £100 of another company for the exact same picture. Do not use.

Great service. Emptied my mums flat after she had sadly passed away saving us much time and further heartache. Thank you.

Wes and his mate worked like Trojans clearing out our shed that had been neglected for far too long! 10/10 would highly recommend them.

Thanks to your lovely team who came to pick up a sofa yesterday. On time, polite and professional. Would highly recommend.

The team were very considerate and very understanding that this was a difficult situation for us as a family. They did a great job and we were very pleased with the final results.

Extremely satisfying experience. The shed and contents were removed within 3 days of booking the job and I only have high praise for Mike and Alan who were very efficient in completing the job in double quick time and they left a very clean area.. I would definitely recommend THE RUBBISH REMOVERS and would use them again if I needed to. They are very efficient and professional.

On time. Did the bed removal quickly and uneventfully. What I wanted. Thanks.

Tom & Damian were kind, efficient and helpful. An excellent and professional service. Thank you!

I was very pleased with the service I received from The Rubbish Removers . From my initial phone call they were friendly, organised and happy to help . I only needed one item removing which they were happy to do. I would definitely recommend and will use them myself in the future. Many thanks .

Great service.Really helpful and friendly team. They worked very carefully.

I recently had Tom and James from the Rubbish Removers come to take down an old shed. They did a brilliant job - they were on time, really quick and left the site really tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Pleased with the service that was quick and efficient

Great service from Tom and Damien today. They came to remove a bin shelter shed. They were friendly and efficient and I’m very happy with the job they did, thanks!

Brilliant doesn’t even begin to cover it. Cam and James didn’t just move everything swiftly and efficiently, they did it with a level of care and professionalism that’s genuinely rare these days. Every step felt seamless, like watching a well-rehearsed dance where nothing missed a beat. But what truly stood out? They didn’t stop at just the moving. Once everything was in place, they took the time to clean up thoroughly, leaving the space spotless, as if they were never there, yet everything was exactly where it needed to be. Kind, capable, and incredibly hardworking, they turned what could’ve been a stressful day into something surprisingly enjoyable. Can’t thank them enough!

Always reliable, great comms and happy to oblige with tricky stuff.

Excellent service, easy to arrange, no fuss

Excellent service, removed very awkward settee plus several other items, would definitely recommend

We had our sofa & 2 armchairs removed by Wez and Jimbo. Absolutely no problem for them, even dismantled part of it for easier removal (heavy suite). Was done and dusted in no time. No hesitation in recommending this business. 100% from booking to removing. Thank You.

Excellent speedy service and would use again should I need any bulky rubbish removing

Amazing service. Cam, James, Pete and Wes were great. Highly recommend - I was kept informed and received a fantastic service.

Great service. Really fast and efficient. Very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend anf use again in the future if needed . Daz and Cam were their names.

Excellent service from Cam and Daz today after a tenant had vacated and left a dryer upstairs. Arrived on time and were very efficient, even carefully removing a hand rail when it would not go past before putting it back on. I will definitely be using them again.

I) Extremely efficient booking appointment (within 7 working days)..2) Thorough and pleasant...53 years worth of house furniture, junk & packed garage done within 6 hours..3) Pleasant lads ...and 4) they quoted and even though an extra half load, absolutely no hissing through teeth and trying to 'add extras' on the day....Highly recommended.

Cameron and James phoned half hour before they arrived. Very polite and professional. Completed removing my large sofa no problem left everything tidy. Very satisfied Great service.

One of our favourite London clients needed a clearance outside of our area of operation, so we outsourced the job to The Rubbish Removers. The client was delighted with the team who did the collection, commenting: "The collection on Monday was very smooth and the team there were very pleased with the operatives. The reception team there had no issues and were extremely satisfied with the collection" We would like to say a massive thank you to The Rubbish Removers for the fantastic experience of both ourselves in the booking process and our lovely client during collection.

Fantastic service. I had been holding onto some old items in the garden that were difficult to remove. The 2 lads that came were highly professional and friendly and removed them swiftly. All for decent price too. Will definitely use again.

Great service from Cameron & James for a shed removal, then follow up from Cameron, Leland & Stu for some leftover foliage clearance. Cheers.

Tom and Cameron attended to remove 3 beds. They were very friendly and had a positive attitude towards the job. One of the bases was particularly difficult to move due to limited space but they persisted and managed to remove it. Based on my experience I would fully recommend them.
