British Heart Foundation

Based in Eastleigh, British Heart Foundation focuses on re-using unwanted household items rather than letting them go to waste. They run convenient donation options including a free home collection service and a freepost donation service, alongside drop-offs at their charity shops and donation banks. Their team collects unwanted bulky items, furniture, and electricals directly from donors' homes to find them a new life and raise funds for life-saving research.

Their store sells a wide variety of good quality pre-owned furniture and home appliances. The range includes sofas, suites, chairs, tables, beds, and wardrobes, as well as electrical goods such as TVs, Hi-Fi systems, washing machines, fridges, and dishwashers, spanning modern furnishings, chic pieces, and antique gems.

Supported by a team of volunteers, British Heart Foundation welcomes people looking to contribute specific skills, follow their interests, or try something new through roles across their shops.
