These guys are the most helpful people I have met. There is nothing that they won’t help with and they are so reliable and always do what is asked of them so quickly. I have used them many times now and I won’t be using anyone else from now on. A big thank you for all your help ☺️
Phone in morning collected afternoon same day. Good service.
Contacted BSM after Portsmouth City Council gave me their details as they couldnt collect my scrap till July!! Ben replied straightaway and said they could come the next day, today! They even carried my cooker down the stairs, as I live in a first floor flat. They also took some old bikes that have been collecting dust and rust for years in our bike shed. Lovely chaps, great service and all for free, wouldnt even accept a tip!! Thankyou BSM from a very happy and satisfied customer.
BSM collected my washing machine & all free of charge. Two polite & friendly guys who I would recommend to anyone.Thank you.🙂
I needed to dispose of my old dishwasher, I received a prompt response and swift collection by two polite young men. Thank you.
Phoned about disposal of scrap washing machine, in the morning. By mid afternoon same day, collected. Brilliantly responsive. What a pleasure it is, these days, to give thanks for good service. Well done!
Absolutely brilliant service. Called on the Tuesday, they fit me in on Thursday. They ran a little behind schedule but rang me to let me know what was happening and gave me a very accurate eta. They came up and grabbed the stuff from the flat so I wouldn't have to attempt to get it curbside. The lads were very polite and professional and the price was not bad either! Really glad I hired these guys.
Let down by someone else, called these guys and they were too busy to be able to collect that day. However, I explained the situation and they rearranged their schedule to fit me in. Came within two hours, did the job, clean and no fuss. 100% recommended.
Highly recommend excellent friendly service 👍

Excellent service. All aspects of my rubbish was looked through and thoroughly to get the price down from taking all metal out as it's taken for free. Once the job was done all swept and no mess left behind.
