Absolutely fantastic! Woody (& his team) are a godsend. They are prompt, EXTREMELY well priced and the term 'above & bejond' doesn't touch the sides. They are a complete package in one. Not just ethical clearance but lifting carpets, dismantling curtains, blinds and lightshades, all at once. A whole house completed in 2 days! Very clean, hardworking, quick, kind and considerate. This company is the top choice!

Ethiclear did a great job of removing our old sofas and some furniture. Respectful of our property despite the sofa being bulky and unweildy. Happy to recommend.

Woody & Steve quickly emptied the house, garage & shed. They delivered some large items for me & then found good homes for the remainder where possible. It is sad to empty a home but good to know the good stuff will be reused.

Super friendly and efficient team, fitted us in quickly as we had a deadline to meet for clear up. Price was lower than expected - apparently we had less rubbish to clear than we thought! Although we wouldn’t have known and they could have charged us the full amount, they told us not as much as originally quoted and invoiced for lesser sum. Really honest, professional service. Would highly recommend and will use again.

Steve and Woody were brilliant - helpful, kind, patient and incredibly efficient. When they came across personal stuff that we hadn't spotted when clearing the house, they brought it to our attention. Incredibly grateful for their hard work and support at a difficult time. Love that they are, indeed, ethical in the way that they dispose of items including donating things to charities where appropriate. Pricing is fair and transaprent too. I'd 100% recommend.

Ethiclear have cleared some waste from my garden. They are excellent communicators who get the job done at a fair price. They are friendly and efficient. I thoroughly recommend them.

Currently undergoing DIY in the house and have a large amount of waste. I contacted Ethiclear Ltd, provided pictures and further information of the waste that needed collectiing. I also mentioned that I have physical disabilites which only allow me to do so much. So a colelction with labour was what was required for me. We organised a date and time, they arrived on time and got straight to work clearing the waste. They company representativies were polite, cordial, professional and left the space where the waste was located in a clean condition. They kindly took a piece of waste away which was not noted from the pictures sent. Which would ahve attracted an extra charge due to being upholstered. Great service. great price and I intend using them again as I work through my DIY.

Amazing service thank you guys

Horrible service. Do NOT trust this company. They damaged my stuff & once they were paid they couldn’t care less. The way they treated me & my stuff is disgusting. I shouldn’t of paid the invoice until my stuff was repaired, but they stayed outside my house for ages trying to intimidate me. I’m now having to take legal action as they don’t want to resolve the issue. Ethiclear was very rude & hung the phone up on me. Don’t know where all the good reviews are from, they must write them themselves. You’ve been warned. Wish I used a different company.

Excellent service. Enquired about getting rid of a load of stuff such as old freezer, a bed, two mattresses and some odds and sods from the garage. Got a quote straight back which I accepted and the guys turned up next day and took everything away. A great service but also good to know some of the stuff will go to a worthy cause and not just end up in a skip at the local council depot. Thanks to Stephen and Lee. Great job guys.

From our telephone conversation through to the collection of our piano following an alert to confirm the time of arrival, all went to plan. The removal was very efficiently undertaken and the news that many parts of the piano were to be reused whilst any other parts would be recycled was good news. Also, that where possible our 'rubbish' in many cases could be sent for use in countries less fortunate than ours.

The team were incredibly professional, polite, nothing too much trouble, really tidy, and efficient. The end-to-end experience was seamless - obtaining a quote by sending photos, getting the team booked in with short notice, texting me 30 minutes before to tell me their ETA (which was perfect), and invoicing...so easy. And to know that they are an ethical company - fully electric van and sorting out the rubbish to get max recycling is just fantastic. I shall be using these guys again and recommending them to everyone!

Really easy to book on line etc. We had to make some amendments to the booking which was just as easy, and didn't appear to be a problem for the team at Ethiclear. Responses to booking queries etc were extremely fast and professional, and the quote was very reasonable. The fact that Ethiclear are a clearance company with ethical values was a huge selling point for us. From the outset when they arrived in their electric van, it was obvious that the team take pride in their work, and the great customer service experienced while booking was reflected by Steve and Lee who did the work for us. They take photos of before and after the job checking that we were happy with the work before signing off. They were even happy to take some additional bits not initially listed in the booking request. Will definitely use again and would strongly recommend. Thanks again!
