CLEAROUT Group

Great costumer service, working in extremely hot weather. They were running late both times, but given the weather I was thankful they didn't cancel and they were so flexible with pricing and taking more bits. Would recommend. Also, lovely they recycle! Also, top points for having a hard work tough woman working in a usually male led industry.

Done a great job and cleaned up area too brilliant service will definitely use again when needed, and recommended to family and friends already.

Fast efficient and super friendly

This is the second time ive used Clearout and it won't be my last! I have to say that apart from being reluctant to leaving reviews in general, I feel compelled to fo so fir Becca and her team. They are professional in their attitude and execution of their task, quick and effective in their communication and fair in their pricing. They deserve all the credit that is due to them.

Quick, straightforward, trustworthy. They come and get the job done. Minimal fuss. Work late when they need to and efficient. Reasonably priced.

Thanks guys for a quick and efficient clearance. Would highly recommend. Brilliant service !

Very good service!! Friendly and approachable. Helped make a difficult job easy and worry free!

Polite, responsive and completed job with ease

Excellent service. I definitely recommend. Both friendly and efficient. I’ll use them again.

Very nice friendly staff. They are very professional and efficient. We used them to remove old carpets from an old flat. Very satisfied with their service and recommend highly them.

Excellent job done this morning. Friendly guys. Highly recommend

Fab service! Quick, communicative and reliable

A huge thank you to Will and Billy for a fantastic job today. You were truly amazing both in what you did and also how you did it. Reliable, respectful, professional, efficient and hard working; genuinely lovely guys - but most of all, sensitive to a delicate situation and I really appreciated that more than anything. I would not hesitate to recommend and in fact have booked them straight away for another job! Big thanks also to Becca who took care of the arrangements, answered all my questions and provided on point comms. First class all around!

Would recommend to anyone. They did a wonderful job clearing 2 houses of waste for me (DIY rubbish, boxes, broken furniture, garden waste etc.). Well priced in comparison to other quotes I got. Great communication and well organised. Will be using them again.

Would highly recommend this company. Becca was very helpful answering my questions and keeping me informed as I was arranging collection of bulky furniture on behalf of an ill family member some distance away. The collection staff rang to advise when they were near and check all was well and any final details

Thank you for the quick response both on the phone and getting rid of some chairs for us. I would highly recommend them. Communication was great and came the same day. Brilliant service.

Beyond happy with the service today. The team were super polite, fast and cleared absolutely everything. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service from two nicer people. Thanks again, all the best, Graham

Great service! Excellent communication and quick collection. Can highly recommend

Quick and efficient removal of waste completed withe the area left really clear. Great communication during the process too.

Absolutely amazing service. Helped clear out all are rubbish from moving in and just had a simple clear out and even came back when realised something had been thrown away that shouldn't have been. Went through all the rubbish to find it for us and came back to drop it off. Communication was amazing as well.

So happy with this service...I used along side a skip hire... fantastic. The guys who turned up were brilliant...just got on with it but were so pleasant ... would use again...Good job Thank you

I made a call in the morning for help in removing garden debris gravel stones, mortar, bricks rocks etc & by the afternoon it was all cleared away. First class service as I wouldn't have been able to do it myself. It's taken a huge burden off my mind knowing it's now gone. Thoroughly rate this company. I contact again if required.

I had fantastic service by Clearout Group. I had a couch that needed disposing of quickly. They could do it same day! No problem, no fuss. I highly recommend Clearout Group before going to their major competitor in Winchester (starting with a 'B') who wanted me to shrinkwrap the couch before they'd touch it, and wait a week! Clearout Group are much more professional, flexible and friendly to deal with. I will certainly been a repeat customer, and I thoroughly recommend them to others who want a no fuss, professional and friendly service that does the job in a timely manner. Thankyou.

The efficiency was pretty good. They cleared my back garden next day. However. It was a bit pricy compared with other companies. Was gonna used them again for the other waster however the quote they gave was really overpriced. So I changed to a different company.

Not the easiest of things to do clearing my Dad's house, but the guys managed to do it within 48 working hours from initial enquiry (even with a van hiccup) saving me a lot of time and stress. Would definitely recommend Clearout Group to anyone. Thank you

I'd like to thank all at the Clearout Group for their professionalism and also kindness. I had three items to be removed, of which I couldn't do on my own. Unlike other Companies I called, they didn't make me feel like I was wasting their time. From start to finish, Becca and Will were so welcoming and the Couple that did all the heavy lifting were exceptional. Arrived on time and kept in contact with me through the process. I cannot thank you enough. Booking and payment was an easy process. It's rare to find service and quality these days, they were a breath of fresh air.

Used the CLEAROUT group for the first time, lovely people, worked swiftly and smoothly, would use again

I contacted ClearOut because after employing a contractor to remove and take away an old shed and to provide what turned out to be an unsatisfactory hardstanding for a new shed. The contractor did not take away a large pallet of ballast or the old shed, which were blocking my walkways and patio. The experience had left me doubting the integrity of people, as an 83-year-old disabled woman, needing a good job done. Immediately after contacting "ClearOut" Will emailed to say, he would do the removal free of charge “because we hate the thought that someone has been taken advantage of due to their age”. I will never forget Will’s kindness. He and his removal team has restored my faith in people. There really are some good ones out there. I would recommend Clearout wholeheartedly,

Can’t thank the Clearout group enough!!! From start to finish they were brilliant! Especially completely gutting the house ready for renovation. They made the impossible possible! Nothing was too much trouble. A massive 5 stars from me. Thanks again!!

Very engaging professional service

What a fantastic company. I literally called yesterday and spoke to a delightful young man who I assume to be the owner, Will. Having sent him pics of the furniture to be disposed of he was back to me immediately with a quote and collecting date. Today!!! Well I couldn't have asked for better service. Definitely the company to go to. Adèle in Chobham

Thank you Clearout Group for the most excellent & gold-plated service provided! Becca & William were super-helpful in clearing lots of items yesterday. It wasn’t an easy job either (including lots of heavy, unwieldy & spiky plants from the garden - & a mattress & a weighty TV that needed bringing down through a narrow loft hatch) - they tackled it all swiftly, carefully, efficiently & cheerfully. The communications with Becca & the team from beginning to end were excellent - all my (too many!) questions were responded to politely, speedily & helpfully. The price was also incredibly fair. I truly can’t recommend them enough - many grateful thanks again Becca & William (utter superheroes!)

Lovely couple came to do the work. Wouldn't hesitate to use Clear Out again All cleared up after and whole experience pain free!

Excellent service from the CLEAROUT Group. All pricing was clearly stated. Kept upto date on arrival times. Work carried out to a very high standard, and this wasn't an easy job to do. Very pleased.

Great experience. The job ended up being much bigger than expected, but Will and Stephen kept us updated with cost and timeframes throughout. Seven tonnes later, we have our garden back! Highly recommended.

Jake and Alex did an amazing job at clearing up and would recommend using this company! We had a variety of rubbish from garden waste to old bathroom white goods. We were very happy with the service provided and how quick they were.

It was very easy to arrange and they were very efficient in the clean up process. We did not have the ability to fit a skip on our land so chose to contact Will and they arranged a viewing the next day. They gave me a quote and came back a couple days later to remove all the waste I had collected. I returned home very happy to see my front drive again (the sweep up was really appreciated) and they had followed instructions and left every thing that I told them not to remove. I would be happy to do business with them again

Wow, hard working team. Great service, very clear communication I booked the job on the Friday on the following Monday, job completed. Clear out took all requested waste and left the cleared area spotless, Will and Alex are both grafters.. hard working guys, polite trustworthy individuals. Great service, very clear communication on WhatsApp, booked me in within 2 days of contact, took all requested waste and even went around the back due to me having a dog in the house. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend the Clearout group, and have done so already. - the team was easy to deal with and astonishingly fast, removing a huge stack of junk (picture below) in less than 20 mins!

Thank you Stephen and partner today, cleared my garden waste and lots of rubbish, very professional service.

Great service, fast and friendly. Good price and flexible. Would definitely use them again

Quick response to my enquiry and visit for a quote. Friendly & professional for a down size clearance of 60 years of furniture and personal items. Not an easy job but they were flexible and cheerful getting the job done. Thank you so much

Clear Out were fantastic, I called up and managed to get a same day collection. Other waste services wanted to charge me twice what Clear Out did and I couldn't be happier with their service, I would recommend and will be using again!

Absolutely lovely gentlemen! They were quick, efficient, personable and professional (And even helped out with socialising our new kittens with strangers!) It was a pleasure meeting them!

Really appreciate the guys work over the last two days clearing two houses! Extreme heat and a lot to clear but they really did pull out all the stops to ensure our properties were cleared. Really friendly and super helpful guys.

I have contacted a few companies, and this company is really the best. they are very professional and friendly. Most of all, they give you a very fair price. I have already booked our next appointment. People like me need a company like you. Thank you very much.

They efficiently handled substantial loads of junk, removing it from our property with utmost care. We are extremely pleased with their work and will undoubtedly engage their services again in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend CLEAROUT Group to others. Thank you for the outstanding service. JM & Kate

We called ClearOut to help after our dad’s passing. The absolute fear was inviting someone in that just wanted to get the job done. Stephen and Will showed unmatched patience and sensitivity throughout the entire process, it was as if we had invited a couple of friends to help. They made sure to involve us in every decision, ensuring that everything was handled with care and respect. We are so grateful for their assistance. Highly recommend this company for their outstanding service and heartfelt approach.

Awesome we got loads done and its a bit small though

They were courteous, polite & professional. Kept me updated about ETA. Respectful of my property & belongings. Excellent service.

Great communication via WhatsApp to fix a price and to ensure that both parties were clear as to what was required. We were having a large dilapidated summerhouse taken down and wanted the materials completely removed from site. Wills and Stephens team arrived and systematically demolished the summerhouse carrying the timbers up the slope 50 yards to the Van. This in the hot weather was hard work but they remained positive and enthusiastic throughout. Their service was first class and we were delighted with the result. Would recommend without hesitation. Excellent service and a great team.

Super helpful pair, arrived when they said they were going to, worked hard, transparent pricing, jam packed the vehicle full each load - no complaints

I will never get a skip again! Stephen and Will are wonderful! I cannot recommend them enough. They do all the heavy lifting and cleared a huge amount of debris in a very short time and have made a huge difference to the garden. Thank you!!

Great value, great service, exactly what we needed and such an easy process overall. Thanks guys 😃

Good staff

Steve and Will were wonderful. They are both very polite. I'm moving house and needed a lot of junk removed. They were really efficient, I cannot fault them. Excellent value for money. I have already recommended them to my 80-year-old Dad who keeps complaining that his garage is full of junk which needs removing. Great service!

Stephen and Will are extenely professional. Communication was brilliant. Within 10 minutes of my initial phone call, I was added to WhatsApp and apple to take photographs of what we needed removing. The quote was sent over within the hour and an appointment arranged to do the job within 24 hours. Absolutely superb service and both chaps are lovely. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for a swift and competitive service. 5 star all the way

We wanted someone to clear out my mums garage and house, after speaking with Will we decided to go with him as he came across as nice, sincere and helpful. Once Will and Stephen arrived they checked what needed moving and got on with it, they did a great job and never complained when we kept adding on more bits. A considerate couple of lads on what was a difficult morning. Would definitely use again, 5 + stars. Thank you

Positive energy with smile and reasonable price

Excellent prompt service. Arrived on time and excellent customer service. Would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Have been renovating a flat and was slightly overwhelmed with the amount of junk that had accumulated. Will and Stephen got to us so quickly after contacting them and made it such a painless process. Not only were they prompt, hardworking and reasonably priced, but they were such lovely people. Would recommend to anyone, and will definitely be pointing people in their direction! Thank you Will and Stephen.

Will kindly moved appointments to help me with a flat clearance, last minute. Both him and Stephen were punctual, friendly and professional. Highly recommend their services.

Will & Steve did a fantastic house clearance for my late dad’s house. They were very hard working & thorough always double checking with me exactly what I wanted taken. Both Steve & Will were polite & personable. They left the house very clean & tidy. I will definitely use them again & would highly recommend.

What a fantastic couple of chaps very friendly, helpful, professional and very polite! Took away our large pile of rubbish and swept the garden afterwards too! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Save yourself the trouble of having a skip and loading it yourself with the few things you're allowed to put in them! I have used the clearout group twice now and plan another very soon! Thank you so much Chaps

Will was a pleasure to deal with, was punctual, kept to the price quoted and left the site clean and tidy. Very professional and recommended.

Excellent service thankyou for leaving it so tidy.

They were prompt, professional and charming.

I used Clearout to remove a whole mixture of waste from a property renovation; plasterboard, rubble, wood, appliances- all sorts. They were amazing from the second I picked up the phone to the moment they left. Arrived on time, communication was constant, great value for money and the work was conducted quickly, safely and effectively. Will and Stephen are great people who clearly care about their work and make sure to leave their clients more than happy. Could not recommend them enough and if I ever need rubbish removal again, I know who I’m going to. 5 stars isn’t enough

Super helpful, polite, punctual, and unbelievably patient and persistent at solving an absolute nightmare removal. Cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you so much!

Chose Clear Out Group after some searching online and they are a very professional and friendly team. Communication was excellent throughout, and arrived early on day and got the job done very quickly. Highly recommended.

I cannot thank Clearout enough. Totally cleared whole house. Offered plenty of advice about recycling and donation. A great weight has been lifted and l no longer have to worry about running out of time. Such lovely guys as well. It was a pleasure meeting them. 100% Recommend Clearout.

We used this company to clear my in-laws house. Really friendly guys and a caring helpful service. They swept and hoovered any mess that was left. I would highly recommend 😀

I saw Clearout at North Baddesley village day and asked them for a quote to clear out my late father's house and garage. I'm more than pleased with the result. They went above and beyond what I expected, including sweeping out and hoovering the property. They also made a good job of clearing out the garage which was full of many years of accumated junk. They charged far less than another company I had a quote from. Many thanks to Clearout.

Used them to help me clear out some items left by the previous owner when I moved into my new house. Excellent service and unbeaten prices!!
