Portland Stone Ltd - Skip Hire - Yell

Great service

Once again brilliant service from the guys at PSL. Collection and delivery of aggregate had been seamless. Thanks.

Great service, skip arrived early on the day requested and was placed exactly where required, polite and helpful driver. Will defo use again and recommend to friends & family 👍🏻

Brilliant service. Skip delivered quickly and placed exactly where we wanted it. Short hire extension at late notice easily arranged over the phone. Skip collected exactly when arranged. Really helpful and friendly drivers and office staff. Highly recommended.

We needed topsoil at very short notice. When I phoned through to the office they were extremely helpful. I was advised to order online as it offers a discount that way but they said they would look out for the order coming through and do their best to get it to us quickly. The topsoil was delivered appropriately 2 hours later. The driver did a sterling job navigating a very tricky driveway and was extremely pleasant even though I believe he may have ended up finishing work late. Very impressed with the service.

Did an online order at 7am and skip arrived later that day. Great service thank you

Always easy to deal with PSL however on this occasion the skip arrived on time but without the drop down door needed. They immediately resolved, skip taken straight back and correct one delivered with no fuss or drama. Thank you!

Can't fault Portland Stone at all. They're a marvellous company all round. They did a same day delivery for me of 4 bags of soil to my customer, who is also very happy. I panicked that I wouldn't be able to finish my planting job and PS sorted it all out for me. An added bonus is, they're open at 6am! Thank you 😊

Excellent service from the Granby Estate depot, everything delivered on time as was the collection of waste, highly recommended

Well done for yet another great service guys, the young lady on the call that I made and the delivery from Tyler was really professional. Congrats, keep up the good work.

Excellent service - booked and arrived same day; flexible on return (we returned our skip a day earlier). Good communication including text messages when they were on their way to deliver and collect. Pleasant drivers who respected our property and our neighbours. Would highly recommend.

Portland Skips are always fantastic value for money and I always recommend their products to my customers!

Orderd 1 ton bag of stones These were easy to order and the communication regarding delivery was great. I had to call customer services to ask something and found them to be polite and very helpful. I received a text to let me know that the delivery guy was on his way. He was friendly and placed the bag exactly where I requested. We found the price to be reasonable compared to other companies that we searched too. We would definitely recommend.

From start to finish the whole process of ordering what I needed was easy. The website was easy to negotiate and I even needed to add to my order after the initial order which was easy. Also the delivery driver was friendly and chatty. Definitely would recommend

The driver was careful on delivery and collection to protect the driveway from damage when unloading and loading the skip. I'll certainly be using PSL again.

Good website which is clear and easy to navigate and use.

We were having difficulty getting a specific plasterboard skip delivered to a small village. Rang Portland Skips, how refreshing to get your call answered straight away. The lady was really helpful in making sure we had the correct skip for our job. We weren't able to be at the delivery but we received regular updates on the delivery and confirmation once it had been delivered. Our instructions were followed perfectly and the skip was left so the area was still very accessible. The whole process of making that phonecall to the skip being delivered was within hours, quite impressive. The price was competive and we would not hesitate in using Portland Skips Again. Thank You. We use these guys whenever we need a skip. We usually have 1/2 a year from them in order to clear things out at our business premises. Always really helpful and never had a problem.

I have used Portland stone skip hire for many years now, always pleasant and friendly staff, always very helpful. Skips are competitively priced with a good range of sizes. Online ordering works well too
