H2-ecO

Great service, job completed on time to a high standard

H2Eco installed out Solar ? battery system and Heat pump - Great Sevice and very supportive once the install is complete. Very friendly and helpful team and worked well with my plumber on the radiator upgrades

Highly professional outfit with great customer care. I needed a Solar installation doing in a very small window with very little notice..with some positive conversations and proactive management the work got done.. Thanks H2-eco

H2Eco were superb from start to finish. I think this is the best company I have ever used for large wirjs. Solar panels fitted with access arranged and ongoing advice and support and great aftercare

H2ecO installed an Air Source Heat Pump for me in January and Solar Panels in February. Everything done on days agreed and all working well. I was able to speak to all teams as necessary and all explained what they would be doing. The various Team Leaders also took time to meet with me as necessary to ensure everything was going well. BRILLIANT company to deal with. So until I call you back in the New Year for an annual service a big; Thank You.

H2-ecO installed our Tesla Powerwall. This was done very neatly. Since then they have been exceptionally helpful and patient in talking me through how to adjust the settings to get the best value from our electricity tariff. Very impressive!

Excellent pre-sales, installation, and aftercare. I have had my bungalow transformed with air to air heating, and two sets of solar panels. I am now 100% electric, produce far more electricity than I use which covers all my energy costs including the standing charge. My roof even affords me a modest profit. I highly recommend this local company.

"Helpful throughout while dealing with new inverter provider and navigating their website to ensure all correct information provided before installation. Work completed ahead of scheduled installation date when another job competed early. Highly recommend this company and happy to have them look after our solar panel system. "

H2-ecO were a great help to me. I purchased a house with a solar panel already in place but it did not seem to be functioning correctly. A local plumber strongly advised me to scrap the whole system and start all over again with a new boiler. Instead I arranged for H2-ecO to come and look at the problem and they fixed it on the same call-out. No problems since. Great success and really nice people to deal with.

H2-ecO replaced my broken down gas boiler central heating system with this air source heatpump one around four years ago now. As you can see, I have a very ordinary and quite old little terraced cottage with a little yard out the back. There is this outside unit plus a hot water tank, a control unit and a few other components in the airing cupboard upstairs. They sized the system beautifully. The central heating now circulates warm rather than hot water, but the new larger radiators are more than up to the job. Even on a very cold winter's day the system heats the house to my target temperature within an hour. I have the hot water tank set to a higher temperature and it achieves that comfortably too. The installation team were very professional. I was particularly impressed by the standard of the electrical wiring that they did; upgrading some of my existing installation where it seemed like the right thing to do. Yes, it was quite expensive, but that meant they could afford to do a good job. I haven't had any trouble with the system at all. I think my energy costs are not a great deal different than they used to be when I was using gas (ignoring the general price rises). Electricity is more expensive per kWh but the heatpump uses energy better than 3 times more efficiently so it more or less balances out.

Management and installation service exceptional. Efficient and high quality of workmanship by a team that clearly takes pride in the work.

We accepted a Gov grant for Air Source & solar panels. Why this two week project had to be done in mid winter is beyond me. The company communicated well and all staff From surveyor, plumbers to electricians and S.panel fitters (about five lads), I found them all polite efficient and tidy (plumbers get a 4 here - sorry lads but don’t leave rags hanging around 😜). The Co. even had a youngish war hero working for them (none of the blokes colleagues seemed to know his background). Super chap. Documentation and ongoing support etc seems great. Despite the ditching of our fossil fuel the fires are raging in the States will no doubt continue to do so. All seems doomed according to the BBC. Weather, it’s a bummer. I’ll miss the oil but not the ugly tank. It was warmer with oil and not so fiddly to get a reasonably comfortable temp. One is left to tweek rads temp’s and water flow oneself which is normal. Fingers crossed we’ll save a mint on the sunshine.

This firm has been absolutely superb. Bright, intelligent, and courteous guys. I can’t fault them. Office reception excellent too.

Dan and the team at H2Eco installed a Daikin heat pump at our home. I have to say that they have done an exemplary job - the service was spot on, the on-site team great and most importantly, we now have a heat pump that is generating great heat in our home and not costing a fortune to run! Well done - and highly recommended.

Amazing service from H2ECO - I would recommend them highly for heat pump installation and system set up and maintenance - all working perfectly!!

Mike and the team were amazing - we love our solar panels and they just work... and keep working. The installation was incredibly smooth (and exceptionally clean!). Everything went to plan. The panels were up and generating slightly ahead of schedule and have been worry-free now for over 7 years. Super grateful for everyone's work on our house and we highly recommend H2-Eco - thanks guys!

We were looking for a company to guide us on all the sustainable elements of our house renovation and found H2Eco at the planning stage. We were impressed with their no-nonsense approach and obvious expertise. They have since installed whole-house heating for us powered by solar and an air-source heat pump as well as air conditioning. It is a bit daunting learning all the new apps etc. and H2Eco have been patient with us, and guided us through the process. Now we love watching how much energy our solar generates each day!

Excellent service and subsequent advice

Excellent knowledge, easy to deal with, good at discussing options (we had an intermittent fault, so tricky). Reliable and sensible. Highly recommended.

This company have been servicing my air source heat pump for 3 years now. They are courteous, efficient, helpful and friendly. I would recommend them.

We have had a 15 panel solar system plus an Immersun which diverts spare electricity into our hot water tank, for about 9 years. It was professionally installed and has worked without a hitch over that period. We would happily recommend and use H2-ecO again

Fantastic service. Booking was prompt, easy and efficient. Engineers were polite, helpful and punctual. We used H2-ecO to correct an issue with our underfloor heating system. Problem was identified and rectified quickly and communication was excellent throughout.

The person who came to me was personable, helful and did an excellent job.

An excellent company. People experienced and service very good

Had PV and Battery installed. Great product sold and installed by very competent, knowledgable and efficient staff.

Installed solar panels and battery in 2023. Great service and support. They answer your emails and calls quickly, which I found most suppliers seem to have a problem with. Even helped sort out some issues with a previous installation with no charge. Already recommended them to several friends.

Been using Mike and his team for year, true professionals who understand the total solution and can set the system up to run effectively and efficiently. amazing service and the best in the area.

Expert local company, that installed 31 PV pannels on my home and ASHP. Objective, expert advice from Mike and his team who are clearly all passionate about energy saving. Excellent post sales service from Dan Booker.

They got my solar panels running again and installed monitoring equipment not provided by the initial installer. Always responsive, knowledgable and efficient.

I have used H2eco’s services for 5 years. Their engineers are very knowledgable and easily resolve any issues. They always communicate arrival times and are very polite and friendly. I would recommend them.

H2Eco were outstanding. From the initial enquiry to post installation help they have been amazing. Mike, Julie and team have given so much advice on my renewable journey and would recommend using them to everyone. I will certainly be using them on my next move!

H2-ecO came to our rescue when our system needed attention. They arrived like a knight in shining armour and soon revived our system to working order. Since then they have maintained our system to 100% efficiency. John, one of their technicians is ultra efficient and has given excellent advice. I would highly recommend this company who we trust completely.

I have used H2-eco for solar installation on two different properties (one commercial). Very happy with the outcomes and the professionalism of the team. My neighbour also bought a solar installation from H2-eco on my recommendation. The best outcome is that I have been able to charge my EV for £0 or very little money in the last two year. We are looking into heat source air pumps now. Happy to recommend to anyone.

H2-eco fitted a solar panel and battery system 18 months ago, onto a complicated roof. The system has exceeded expectations after a few teething problems, which were quickly sorted. They have just added an EV charger to the system: again, good work and knowledgeable people. Recommended.

From the initial survey which was thoroughly explained through to the installation the company was very professional. The actual installation was done with very little inconvenience to us and everywhere was left clean and tidy. Advice was given as to use of the system and as a result we have made huge savings on both electricity and also gas (Do not have to use boiler to heat hot water any more!). Would recommend H2Eco to anyone considering having solar energy installed.

H2-eco provided a very professional service from heat loss survey, through installation to annual service. Everyone that works for them is knowledgeable and competant.

It is two years since the installation of solar panels (and associated equipment) at my home address and : * I was very pleased with the pre-installation contact and information * I was very satisfied with the courtesy, efficiency and professionalism of the installation team * I am extremely pleased and happy to say that the installation has worked perfectly from day one to the present day. Gerry - a very satisfied customer.

This company does the lot, Solar , battery , heat pump and underfloor heating . Although most of the time I was dealing with Neil and Dan ,all their staff are really technically Savvy and exceptionally polite. My roofer even commented how considerate they were when fitting around him . Highly recommend this company … it’s the future Ian Davey

We use H2Eco to service our air source heat pump annually. Their engineers are all experienced and efficient and take the time to answer customer questions and help set up the system as requested in a polite manner and offer further advice on use of the App etc. I wouldn't even consider using any other company. Highly recommended.

An outstanding company to deal with. They fitted my ashp 4 years ago. I fitted an energy monitoring system to see how the heat pump was behaving and could see it was recycling a lot. Dan the chief engineer came round several times to help resolve this. (We eventually ripped out the third party thermostat and TRVs and replaced with the proprietary controller).

H2-eco responded positively right from the start, assessing what type of installation was viable and best suited to my property, and explaining everything thoroughly and in non-technical language which I could understand. Every call has been responded to immediately and the correspondence/documentation immaculate; the whole process was very easy with H2-eco undertaking all the necessary form-filling on my behalf! The installation and annual servicing have been carried out with efficiency, and courtesy, and I am now into my third year of running my air source heat pump, which was soon supplemented by solar panels and a battery. I am incredibly happy with the whole system, and the continuing friendly and efficient support I receive. Their enthusiasm and efficient teamwork to find the most appropriate solution at all stages of the project have been outstanding.

We have an unusually shaped roof and wanted the largest system we could fit. Others who had quoted just wanted us to take a standard package. Mike "got it" immediately and designed a system that works very well. Installed very tidyly with the minimum of fuss we have had no problems and 4 years down the track it has performed better than predicted. We have had quaeries along the way which have been answered very quickly. We have panels and a battery which made a huge difference to the amount of energy purchased. I plan to go back to H2Eco when the time is right for a heat pump.

I highly recommend H2eco for their excellent service . They installed my solar panels in 2014. I returned to them in 2020 to install my air conditioning and power wall. And once again in 2021 for installation of my air source heat pump. Always courteous, prompt and efficient with excellent aftercare. E. Peckover

H2-ecO designed and installed solar panels and heat pump on our new build house. They worked well with the builders, and the system works well. Very happy with their work.

H2Eco provided us with excellent knowledge and advice throughout the process, making the experience of dealing with them a joy. We have a 5kW Solar PV array on 2 sides of our roof, using the latest high-efficiency panels & inverter, which generate decent amounts of energy even on dull days. Service was top-notch, from initial enquiry to the installation - great people to deal with, who really know what they are talking about - I highly recommend them :)

The service and advice from initial enquiry to installation and product support was excellent. I have subsequently recommended H2eco to friends who have had a similar experience.

Brilliant company from start to finish Really professional all the fitters were polite and friendly. Very knowledgeable staff at all levels just a good bunch of people doing everything right. If you use these guys you will not be disappointed

Can thoroughly recommend this company without a doubt, the best I have dealt with. They Installed a heat pump, battery and solar efficiently, and the engineers appeared to have a very in-depth knowledge to all of my questions re renewables and products that was used . Very satisfied with the finished result.

We had our panels installed in 2015 and have been very pleased with the results. We have had two bits fail over the years but they were replaced without any trouble. Fortunately, H2Eco has kept going throughout Covid, unlike many other companies. It is great to have expertise on the doorstep. It is brilliant that it has proved to be a successful family business, complete with helpful staff😊

Provided a service on my quote complicated hybrid heating system - turned up on time and completed it without fuss.

A big thank you to Mike, Julie, and Neil for helping me understand my solar energy system and clarify future options available.

First rate company that I have used on a number of occasions Very knowledgeable and quick to advise especially when expensive options are not needed Have always attended quickly when required but also to give advice over the phone at no charge

Excellent workmanship. Worked together as a good team. All been working very satisfactory for several years. Would highly recommend.

Excellent experience from the whole team at H2Eco. Always helpful when queries raised, and a thorough explanation and attention to detail when our heat pump was set up. Nothing is too much trouble.

We have had our solar panels for just over 13 years and we invested in an immersun not long after. We have been very pleased with them and would highly recommend H2-ec0 . Its nice to know they are local if any problems should arise. Mike and Julies team did a good job.

We had a PV solar panel array installed by H2eco over 7 years ago. The whole experience has been excellent, from helping us to understand what we had (an old complicated hot water system), to the best PV solution and how to set up our Feed In Tariff. The advice we received was always given from the point of view of what was best for us and the planet, not just what would make them the most money. I have no hesitation in recommending this thoroughly “Green” and professional company.

What a fantastic company. I first contacted them when the company that installed a solar thermal system stopped trading and my system was leaking. They came immediately and sorted it for me, at a reasonable price. Based on this when I wanted to install an air source heat pump they were the first company I called for advice. Again they came out quickly, together we decided on the best system and where it was going to be installed. It was ordered and fitted in a timely manner. The whole process was simple and not at all stressful. They explained everything to me at the level I could understand, and have continued to help me fine tune the system so it makes the best use of alternative energy and I have been able to totally get rid of the gas supply to my house cutting my energy bills by more than 60%. I can thoroughly recommend this company they are knowledgeable, helpful, kind and really care about their customers both when they are taking your money but more importantly after. Keep up the good work.

We've dealt with four companies specialising in renewable energy. H2-ecO were by far the best, providing two ASHPs as pictured. Impressively detailed project assessment and planning, installation on time within a tight schedule, great aftercare. Intelligent, pleasant people to interact with as well.

We worked closely with Mike, Ash and the team at H2Eco for our PV and battery storage requirements on our dream home project. It was important to get the right system and not only ensure it was designed for best fit to our home and infrastructure but to make sure it will be cost effective in the long run. H2Eco were genuinely brilliant. They were polite, professional but flexible. Explained everything well and did not mind our questions which were many as this was an important decision for us. Our PV system is now in and up and running and is actually hitting almost exactly, the figures estimated in their proposals. As with most projects and installations we had a few issues but they were always resolved to our satisfaction and we could not ask for more than that. I do not write many reviews but where they are deserved I will and would be happy to recommend H2Eco based on my experiences with them.

I have always found this company to be honest and straight forward over the 6 years I have had my system adding to it and updating things always easy simple and explained in great detail, with costings very fair it has been a pleasure to deal with them.

I am so pleased that I'm now using the sun's power to heat my water and to provide heating when necessary. The intallation was done quickly and quietly and placed where I wanted . I highly recommend the team at H2-ecO . Gillian Bishop ,Corfe Mullen.

Fantastic service from initial enquiry to ongoing support on expanding our current solar solution. Professional approach at every stage with clear communication and pricing. Would highly recommend if considering an investment in a solar solution

Professional is the adjective I would use to describe the H2-ecO team. From the first interaction when inspecting the job site to explaining the scope of work. The team that undertook the installation were skillful and tidy through to the final commissioning when everything was fully explained in plain English. All timescales quoted were met and communication throughout was excellent.

We had solar panels and a car charger fitted about 18 months ago. Everything about the product and more importantly the service we received from H2-eco was excellent. They gave the best quote, not he cheapest on paper but they saw the full potential of the roof area. The whole process was handled in an informative and professional way and we were delighted with the performance of tje while system. I recommend them unreservedly.

H2Eco fitted my panels 10 years ago. Cost just over £6000 to include the American panels, the uprated optimisation and inverters, and also the immersun diverter. I have earns just over £600 a year from the FIT, and saved at least the same from using the spare power when sunny. Only had a fuse blow twice, both times it was fixed quickly for free.

Had our air source heat pump installed in July 2020. H2-eco did a fantastic job, and the system has worked perfectly ever since. We did have a problem with the pressure valve on the buffer tank, but that was replaced during the service. The only annoying thing is that we have never been able to monitor the system on the phone app. We were promised that it would be looked at, but that doesn't seem likely to happen. Can't complain, got the full £10k grant, mainly thanks to the company's support. It's difficult to say what the running costs are against the old gas/electric setup. This is due to the energy company cancelling our electric account rather than the gas !! Took months to sort out, and with OVO buying out SSE, we ended up with £2.5k of interest free credit. All said and done we would recommend H2-eco and the heat pump system.

An excellent Installation.

Very pleased with all aspects of my installation, very tidy, very pleasant installer and very professional

Supplied all of the materials and commissioned the system. Great knowledge and i definitely felt in safe hands!

I have a service contract with Daikin for my heatpump. H2-ecO are the partner that fulfills this service plan. Each annual visit has occurred on the mutually agreed date and the engineers have been knowledgeable and helpful.

We had our 12-panel solar array solution designed and installed by H2-ecO for our traditionally built 1904 detached house in Poole in April/May 2023, providing for heating our hot water and EV-car charging. We were referred to H2-ecO by a friend after one of their friends had had a great experience with H2-ecO for their own PV installation. We had dealings with various people from H2-ecO (Neil, Ash, Adam and Julie) and what strikes you is two things: their professional approach and a company which cares about you getting a really positive, good-value outcome with an excellent end-to-end experience (including all of the necessary documentation). I have no hesitation giving H2-ecO five stars and referred one of our other friends to H2-ecO for their PV installation with a similar great result. [AlanB, BH13 - 30/07/2024]

This is a brilliant firm. They are very knowledgeable and efficient, with great after sales service. I have a large property and there were inevitable post- installation hiccups which were dealt with promptly and always in a friendly and courteous way. I would recommend them 100%.

We had two solar arrays installed 10 years ago. Had I had not previously been involved with the local authority in solar energy we would probably never had considered it. The installation has probably been the best investment we have ever made in what the generation has saved and continues to do with the export income received. The installation was carried out by H2Eco which we found to be a family company who were very accommodating with our requirements.

We got in touch with H2-ecO after a review of the village hall by Low Carbon Dorset regarding a more efficient way forward, and we wanted to use a local company if possible. We have been very pleased with them at every stage of selecting the correct system, installation, and maintaining the system. We first installed an air-source heat pump to replace an old oil boiler system, with additional heating in the main hall supplemented by air-to-air heat pumps. The air-to-air heat pumps can also provide air conditioning. Later we had them install solar panels. Both technologies were recommended by Low Carbon Dorset. We have no problem in recommending H2-ecO for your renewable energy requirements.

Excellent work completed on time. (19 panels and Tesla powerwall). Post installation support for minor fixes also excellent.

We are reaping huge energy savings for ourselves with the knowledge that we are contributing to planet Earth's greener future.

Extremely efficient, very helpful at tailoring the work to my needs, and aftercare has been first-rate

H2eco - This company was very efficient. I contacted them for a service visit and they came promptly. Matt serviced the unit and very kindly explained a few things to me that I had’nt understood before. Fantastic service. highly recommend the company. John Ward

The professional, friendly, and knowledgeable team at H2-Eco engaged with us from the beginning of our switch from oil heating to all electric. They designed and installed our solar array, supplied and fitted our Tesla Powerwall, and designed the upgrades needed to swap out our oil boiler for an air source heat pump. They also helped with applications for FIT and RHI payments. The bottom line for us is that our energy costs are now less than £500 a year, and we'll have paid off the capital expense within 7 years of the installation. After that, our heating, lighting and cooking is almost free. Thank you, H2-Eco!!!

We had system installed 7 years ago, Mike, Julie and the team are very helpful and very knowledgeable. We are more than happy with the work they carried out for us and are always happy to help if you have any queries. We would definitely recommend this company for the installation of Heat source pump and solar panels.

Very helpful and knowledgeable team who steered us through the mine field of alternative energy. Highly recommend.

We have known and used H2Eco since 2011. They designed/installed both solar water heating and solar P.V. systems. All the members of the team that we have met have been very knowledgeable and most helpful. All works are carried out in a clean, tidy professional manor. A pleasure to do business with.

An excellent company. They did a great job installing my solar panels, very amenable, tidy and efficient workers. Also appreciate the company's honesty ... I asked them to install a solar battery at the same time, but was advised that it was best to run the panels for 12 months to see which and how many batteries would be the the best. They also gave great advise on exporting surplus energy generated to the national grid. I'm also pleased that my solar panels are generating a lot more energy than other people I know!

Excellent service from survey and quote to completion and follow up support. Highly recommended.

Mike & Julie have always been a pleasure to deal with. Always friendly and professional, I'd be happy to highly recommend H2Eco!

A good company who provided me with a good product and a good installation. All members of the team were very helpful pleasant and courteous.

Excellant service and assistance. Their advice has lead me to having 11 years of virtually free electricity. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have utilized H2ecO on several projects and they are always friendly and knowledgeable. The systems are well designed and installed and I would highly recommend them.

H2ecO installed 14 solar panels (recessed) on our roof and a PowerWall II installation over two years ago. H2ecO were extremely helpful, they did a site survey and were flexible in planning: we were having our roof replaced at the same time so they working around the roof fitting schedule. It has worked without problem ever since. H2ecO are a professional company and we recommend them.

H2-ecO installed solar panels, a battery and air source heat pump for us. They did a fantastic job, accommodating the timings of the other trades working on the house to get our equipment installed as soon as possible. They were also very helpful in procuring pipework and specifying materials to help our plumber install an optimal plumbing system. The installers from H2-ecO are clearly expert and super helpful. Whenever they come to service our equipment they are on time, friendly and efficient. The people in the office were also very accommodating when I was trying to manage our construction budget, and regularly listen and respond to my queries about energy efficiency generally. I wouldn't deal with anyone else now.

H2Eco have installed our Solar PV 6 years ago, a heat pump 3 years ago and corrected an awful battery install this year by another company. I should have got them to do the battery install too!! Fantastic company, good ethics and strive to do the best installs. Very popular - so very busy which sometimes delays their responses. Well worth any wait. They also did a fantastic 300 panel install on our church roof 4 years ago which included installing safety railing. Last year saved them about £17k on the electricity bill!! Back next week to correct some minor issues - mostly caused by a 3rd party walking on panels etc. I also should mentioned that for our initial install, Mike was the only person from all the other companies quoting who knew more than me - and I'd done a lot of research. Gave me a lot of confidence. They even let me know there was room for another panel when they came to do the install.

H2-eco fitted an air source heat pump at my property. Communication was fantastic throughout and the team were very patient answering all my questions. The install team, were very clean and tidy, I was only without hot water for one night which is remarkable. The heat pump has worked faultlessly since install in February and is very economical to run.

H2-ecO enabled us to become free of the grid for the majority of the summer using solar panels and a battery, they were beyond helpful and the advice on the installation was absolutely excellent could not believe how quick the entire job, how professional the installers were and of course the savings have been incredible.

Very happy with our new air source system. A couple of small snags very promptly dealt with by H2eco's helpful installers. Already noticeable saving on electricity. Highly recommended.

H2 Eco can't be recommended strongly enough. We had an ASHP (Daikin) installed a few years ago. The system was up and running and the house clean, tidy and work finished well within the expected time. Thank you to the H2 Eco team.

The survey and quote for the solar panels was carried out swiftly and comprehensively. The detail that was provided was understandable from a lay-mans point of view and reassuring. The execution of the work was swift and thorough with no waste left anywhere. The aftersales service on this occasion was good with staff answering calls quickly. However, I have experienced difficulty with the My Solar Edge app recently and I did have to push H2Eco to get this issue resolved. Solar Edge did not exactly go out of their way to resolve the problem pdq on this occasion and I was disappointed with the response from both parties as it did not reflect what I had experienced previously.

A company we came to know by accident , way back in 2013, when we moved into our bungalow, on our return to the UK, years after we left after our marriage in Leicester. In Tasmania we installed eight solar panels in 1992 and because we missed them we asked Mike and staff to install 16 on our bungalow roof. We had no problem all these years and we sincerely thank this company for a job well done and maintained professionally.

We inherited a solar panel installation when we bought our house. This system had already been operational for 7 years without any problems. It had been installed and maintained by H2-ecO, so we continued with their services. They were excellent. There service was thorough and honest. Their advice was concise and professional, not attempting to add any axtras to incure any extra costs. Just straightforward simple maintenance and checking for problems. It was minimal costs, and maximum service. I will use them again. The panels have worked out to be most advantageous with no effort or concerns for us at all

In March 2014, Mike and his team installed 3.5 Kw of panels on our bungalow roof. The install team were very efficient, tidy and courteous. In 10 years we have not had one single problem with the installation, and we are now considering the addition of a battery to the system. Following our installation, I arranged for H2-ecO to install a 10kW solar ssystem on our community hall, followed by two air-source heatpump installations, all of which was installed and commissioned with the expected professionalism! Highly recommended.

I've spent hours on the phone to Mike - in a good way! He's superbly knowledgable, inventive and flexible with designs, so much so that we've had solar installation from H2Eco at our last 2 properties. The team planning and installing are top notch, the price competitive too - literally nothing bad to say.

We had some initial problems with our heat pump installation, but these were because we combined it with an underfloor heating system. The problems were mainly with the people doing the underfloor part of the system, and the systems not being designed to work well together. Mike from H2ecO did all the math to calculate the running levels for the heat pump to work with the thickness of the flooring - he must have got it correct, because our lounge is lovely and warm in the winter. H2ecO were great. Their staff managed to get the system to work in spite of the conflicting demands of two systems that didn't talk well together. They were also - a big point to note - very helpful after the installation was complete, when we had some teething problems. We've now had our heat pump for nearly five years. Working well, keeps the house lovely and warm and does the hot water as well. I'd recommend H2ecO to anyone (and have). Two of my friends now have heat pumps installed by them. PS. H2ecO also do our annual maintenance check.

We have 20 Solar Panels, a converter and Battery supplied by H2Eco We converted a bungalow, and H2Eco was involved from the start and the installation team can not be faulted, as the after service. Price was not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. That includes design, quality and workmanship etc. we are happy I would recommend (and at least 2 other properties followed our recommendation) of H2Eco as the go-to one-stop service provider for alternative energy solutions

Excellent service. Neil & Ash and the team were tidy, friendly & got the job done. Very professional company with excellent knowledge. Would highly recommend. Just need lots of sunshine now !!

I was very happy with my experience of H2-ecO. They installed 12 rooftop PV panels, an inverter and two Tesla batteries at our holiday home 3 years ago, and did a professional job throughout. They also gave some good advice on potential new suppliers and tariffs, and we have achieved good savings (with no technical or other issues) since then.

H2Eco installed solar panels and an air source heat pump for us 4 years ago. They were great from beginning to end and we have continued to use them for servicing. There initial assessment was clear and helpful, the installation was well managed and the system works brilliantly. We are now off gas and paying very little for our energy, so the system is steadily paying for itself. We have and will continue to recommend H2Eco.

I wanted a local firm but with a decent size. Not just install my solar and battery but KNOW what it was doing to keep my system working over time. H2eco are a very professional company from design to installation, to tuning the system to optimise the performance has been superb. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We found H2-ecO a highly professional and knowledgeable company. System has now been in place for 10 years and apart from a couple of panels being replaced under guarantee the system has been very reliable and delivered on performance and cost saving and feed in tariff payments. We are now very close to the system paying for itself. The installation was managed very professionally with minimal impact and was very neat in appearance. We also had the solar edge hot water appliance fitted which means we can switch our gas boiler off during the summer months.

Great advice received but ultimately decided not to proceed with the works based on the cost of the equipment.

In June 2023, H2-ecO installed solar panels on our roof along with an EDDI that heats our water if there is excess power. Right now (July) the solar is generating 30-40kWh per day; this is taking care of all our electrical needs (including charging the Electric Car!) and totally heating our water, and then what's left gets sold back to the grid (typically 20-30kWh a day) @ 15p/kWh (Octopus Energy rate) - so right now, Octopus are paying us! The install was brilliant, the guys who came were professional and the handover was well executed. We could not be happier.

H2-Eco couldn't have been more professional. Every thing happened when they said it would, I was kept informed of what was happening, cables were routed very tidily and the panels actually look good on the roof. I'm also extremely pleased with the Solaredge PV system, and it's monitoring software. We did have a minor problem a week or two after commissioning the system, but this was swiftly resolved by the local H2-Eco engineer.

Mike and Sue were brilliant. Mike commissioned our system about 4 years ago and gave great advice on the system itself plus what the installers/builders needed to complete to ensure the system was as efficient as possible. He also gave good advice on how to surround the external unit as it was in the middle of our garden and we wanted to make it as inconspicuous as possible. Sue talked me through the forms to get our grant which I would not have been able to do on my own as some of the questions were a bit obtuse. I would thoroughly recommend this company for anything air source heat related

Great experience. Top quality work and very thorough and detailed documentation and handover process

Excellent advice and service from start to finish. No monies requested until we were completely satisfied that our panels and battery were up and running as expected. Neil, Ash and the team were timely, tidy and professional, great job.

Great Company, from first enquiry through to installation. Very professional. The installation team were very pleasant and tidied up each day and kept me informed what was going on throughout the install. Whenever I have had questions since the installation, the office team are very helpful and knowledgeable regarding my queries. I highly recommend this company if you are considering solar panels.

Would definitely recommend H2Eco based upon the installation of solar panels, battery and EV charger at our house. The service and quality of work are both exceptional. Nice to find a local firm (Dorset/South Coast) that lives and breathes sustainable energy.

We have had our system in place for 8 months and it has performed even better than the assessment that Ash did for us. We haven't used any gas since the end of April(the Edi diverter works perfectly and apart from a few teething problems in the first weeks(mostly down to our in house internet signal). the system has performed beautifully. Money well spent

Really really good

Ok if you looking for Solar or battery for your home this is the company to use! I installed Solar PV and a Tesla battery with H2eco. I would highly recommend using this company. Very knowledgeable and always ready to help. Currently using H2eco to install my MVHR ventilation system in my house. Simply 10/10

Great company to deal with, gave lots of advice and information, solved a software problem with my inverter resulting in a home visit but did not charge. Would have no hesitation in recommending and using H2-ecO in the future.
