Tarven Solar Energy

Fantastic service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

GREAT SERVICE EFFICIENTLY CARRIED OUT

Working great so far. We're even producing more electricity than we're consuming. Panels with bird proofing installed and battery + ev charger. Good customer service compared to national installers using subcontractors.

Good communications at all times throughout the quotation, installation & after care for my battery storage. Good job done by all at Tarven, clean install & excellent support after.

Great people to deal with. Nothing is too much for them. Great after sales, and always on hand with any queries. Highly recommend

Tarven installed my solar panels/ battery system 3 years ago and it has performed flawlessly. I recently asked them to upgrade my battery storage capacity and this was again installed with no fuss by a competant inhouse team. I would not hesitate to recommend them for all your electrical installations.

Absolutely no complaints with the quote and install. Tarven came highly recommended to me and happy to pass this forward here. They installed solar + battery (and EV car charger). Respectful, informative and responsive customer experience throughout.

Excellent team , efficient and productive

They fitted a 3 kW system on our house and was very pleased with whole journey from pricing and explaining the best system to the install and aftercare.

Saw them working in the road asked them to do two sets of Solar panerls. All went really well. Would recommend them

Very pleased with the work they did for me. They were quick, efficient, polite and reasonable prices. Have already recommended them to others.

Fantastic customer service and workmanship, from the initial quote, to fitting the panels and batteries, all has been amazing. The team have been very helpful afterwards with all my follow up questions getting back to within an hour if not sooner. I can not recommend then enough.

Unfortunately, this has not been a very encouraging start to what should be a professional working relationship. I have been unable to obtain the proposal I requested in writing, and I have also been unable to get hold of anyone to discuss it directly. For me, it is important to work with a company that can be relied upon to deliver both a high standard of workmanship and clear communication throughout the process. If there are difficulties at this initial stage, it does not inspire confidence that communication and support will be available later down the line once the work has been completed.

If you are in need of a solar PV installation in London and the South East, let me help you. Put aside your shortlist and call Tarven Solar Energy. Quite literally from the first telephone call, the whole team exude a sense of friendly professionalism; they offered a keen price and met all of our requirements without quibble.

What a fantastic company!!

I used Tarven twice, a few years back and again recently. They were great both times: flexible, clear, skilled and respectful, with competitive prices. Thank you!

Excellent service and work carried out on fitting 14 panels and a large battery at my home. The battery is quieter than my computer fan and the panels were giving us power immediately after the switch on. Wish I had them fitted years ago! Big thank you to Jake and his team for a professional & efficient fitting even with the curveballs my roof threw at them (tiles like biscuits!). Just waiting to get my exporting bits sorted to literally pay for itself. Thanks again.

The installation was well managed from initial quote to final commissioning. All the staff were professional, hard working and a pleasure to have on site. The site itself when they left was cleaner than when they arrived. My wife and I have no hesitation to recommend Tarven to others for similar work.

In total I engaged four companies to provide quotes for a solar system. One didn’t turn up twice. One was going to subcontract the installation. The other two were local companies who both provided a really good personal service. Tarven led by Jake covered every base, onsite inspection with a drone camera, detailed quote, competitive quote. They listened to what I wanted and won the bid. Two weeks later my installation is complete and I am receiving solar power into my home. The whole team were professional, courteous and respectful. They provide an insurance based warranty and as a family based company a real commitment to their customers. I have nothing but praise for them throughout the entire process.

Wow, to much to say... So, I would highly recommend Tarven. They are very professional, answering straight away to all of your questions, matching up your needs. The system I got from them was around £9000, let me tell you what...one of their competitors, (I won't name it... EON 🤣), for a system with 2 panels less and half the battery capacity, they were asking £19000. So I'm not joking when I'm saying that Tarven and it's team are looking after you. What else can I say... They assist me through the whole process, not letting me down and scared asking myself, "Do I do this right? Is this the right move? Is this the right choice?" They are there for you. They gave me all the necessary documents, they work efficient, tidy, carefull and smart. Don't let the young team of Tavern to slip away, this is the company you want to do business with. I would love to see more businesses like them, professional, prompt, and trustworthy. They don't mess about, they done everything as I asked, and a little bit extra (Jake knows 🔌😅). They clean after themselves, and they are going an extra mile for their customers. Well done boys....well done. 👏 Thank you. 🤝

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. The team was quick, professional, and highly responsive throughout. They even managed to beat the online quote, which was a great bonus. The entire solar setup was completed same day, and all paperwork was handled smoothly and professionally. I would definitely recommend them—5 star experience!

Great service from Rob and Dom on my Tesla Powerwall. Arrived on time, sorted everything and cleared up neatly once all finished.

Great service. I contacted the team regarding an issue with my GivEnergy system, as my original installer no longer works with GivEnergy and was unable to provide support. The Tarven Solar Energy team attended promptly, diagnosed the problem efficiently, and resolved it on site. I am very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them.

Tarven Solar Energy helped to instal a Tesla wall connector last January. The installation itself went smoothly although we were unable to use the device, because it was faulty. Jake at Tarven, sprang up immediately and sent a message to Tesla and stayed in torch throughout the back and forth with Tesla support. We got a replacement device and Tony at Tarvem organised a swap put within minutes of being made aware. The device was recommissioned today and works perfectly. The cost of installation was great and their services are even better. I will recommend Tarven Solar Energy any day. Thanks Chris and the team.

Jake and his team are friendly and very responsive. The work was done to a very high standard and I am happy to recommend Tarven Solar Energy.

Great service, highly recommended and we'd definitely use Tarven again. We got in touch with Jake to organise the relocating of some of our solar panels due to building work. Jake was quick to respond to my enquiry and the team sent to do the work were helpful and professional. Fred in particular was brilliant even though it poured with rain the whole time he worked. We did encounter a small issue which I raised with Jake, he dealt with it quickly and politely and the job was finished to our total satisfaction.

Tarven always give a great service, highly recommend for domestic or commercial work.

Excellent service in adding a second battery to my existing solar system, punctual professional and tidy thank you .

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tarvan Electrical installed a solar panel array and battery system for me, along with a couple of smaller electrical jobs. They were excellent from start to finish, from the initial phone call and clear quotation to turning up exactly when they said they would. The scaffold went up on Tuesday, the installation was completed by Thursday, and everything was down again on Friday. Super efficient, well organised, and the work itself was done neatly and with real care. Everything was explained clearly, with no upselling, just straightforward advice and solid workmanship. They left the place tidy and were a pleasure to deal with throughout. Reliable, professional, and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Tarven Electrical and would happily use them again.

Efficient service provided across multiple properties. Courteous and professional- great aftercare too. Highly recommended!

Great service in extending my home battery array. Wish I'd found these guys sooner.

Tarven were fantastic to work with from the beginning to the end. They were very professional and friendly throughout. We would highly recommend their services to others.

Top install, great support 👍

I have used Tarven solar energy on 2 occaisions now and both times the customer service has been outstanding. The 1st was to install an additional storage battery and EPS circuit to a pre existing system and now the 2nd to fault find and replace my inverter under warranty. The speed of service and knowledge of my system was very comforting and would highly recommend them to my friends. My thanks go to Jake and the team.

🌟 Outstanding Service from Tarven Solar Energy – Highly Recommended! 🌟 We recently had the pleasure of working with Tarven Solar Energy, led by Jake Syrocki, for the installation of solar panels and a Tesla battery system at our home in Orpington—and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first consultation, Jake and his team demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, kindness, and courtesy. They were always on time, stuck to the programme, and maintained clear communication throughout the project. It was especially appreciated how considerate they were toward our neighbours, ensuring parking and access were handled with thoughtfulness and respect. The installation itself was carried out with precision and care, including some internal work inside the house. The team—particularly Rob and Max—were not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and approachable. Nothing was ever too much trouble; their attitude was always, “everything can be solved,” and they truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They left the site immaculate, completed the project on time, and provided all the necessary certificates promptly. Even after the installation, when I mentioned that the app wasn’t connecting properly, Jake personally came by the very next day to check the system and resolve the issue—an example of their unmatched aftercare and dedication. Tarven Solar Energy is a family-friendly, trustworthy company that delivers top-quality work with a personal touch. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering solar energy solutions. Thank you, Jake, Rob, Max, and the whole team!

Highly recommend. We use Tarven solar energy for all our electrical needs. Work is always carried out professionally and prices are competitive.

Cannot recommend Tarven Solar Energy strongly enough. Jake returned the phone call when asked fixed a responsible date and showed up on time. His work was swift and helpful. I have found my solar energy firm and I intend to stick with them for as long as possible.

Excellent service. Helpful, knowledgeable. Clear communication and pricing. Would high recommend. Lovely staff.

From start to finish, the whole solar installation process was handled exceptionally well. The project was well managed by Jake, with clear communication at every stage so we always knew what to expect. The team on-site were polite, tidy, and professional, leaving everything spotless at the end of each day. The quality of their work really stands out – neat, efficient, and completed on schedule. I also appreciated how accommodating they were with changes along the way, ensuring everything met our needs. Instructions and guidance on how to use the system were explained clearly, which gave us confidence moving forward. All documentation and certification was sent immediately. Overall, a first-class service from a knowledgeable and courteous team. Highly recommended!

Excellent job. Pleased to support a local company that is doing a good job. Site visit quickly arranged and fitted home EV charger within a few days. As a new EV driver my anxieties have been charging and not range anxiety but Tarven Solar have resolved this problem. No more worries about going to the local EV charging point. Guys worked efficiently and tidily and my concerns about problems with our electrical supply were unfounded. Clear explanation of the app and the use of the charger before they left with the required certification by the end of the day. Sorry that I had not known about this company when I recently had our solar system up graded with the addition of batteries as they take pride in their work. Thank you.

Jake and his team installed a solar system with 14 panels, battery and EV charger. The panels were integrated with a new roof. All very professional, good value and helpful throughout. After care also excellent. I am a retired Chartered Surveyor and would highly recommend Jake and his team.

Tarven electrical featured on a Google ad when I was searching for Solar panels, so I took a chance and contacted them, Jake came out and gave me a quote, from his first visit nothing was impossible. They run a professional efficient company, and I'm delighted that I decided to contact them. I have no hesitation in giving them a 5 star rating

Very happy with the EV charger installed by Jake and his team. You really get the feeling that they care about the job and are willing to go the extra mile to get customer satisfaction. Excellent communication as well, so that I knew exactly when they were coming. Top marks!

14 solar panels, inverter and battery all installed quickly and professionally.

Excellent work completed. One very satisfied customer.

Professional and prompt, from enquiry to installation. I wanted two additional 3kw batteries. I contacted the company who installed my solar units (Nov 2025), I knew price wise what I should be paying, and the company wanted double. I searched and found Tarven, I called on a Saturday afternoon, my call was answered and the ball was rolling. This is an investment as utility prices will continue to increase and now I have plenty of stored electricity to power my home, and in the winter I can charge the batteries during my off peak rate and a fraction of the standard cost. All the team at Tarven are polite, professional and give a quality service.

Very happy with Jake and the team. Did all the work on time and managed to communicate and align with my roofing company. We install in roof solar panels that look amazing. All paperwork done in a timeline manner and Jake has been very helpful in setting up the app and explaining how everything works.

I got a solar panels system + battery installed from Tarven. I think that Excellent is probably the right word to describe Tarven in all aspects!! They gave me lots of inputs when I was exploring the options at the beginning. Then they matched all my requirements when I got the offer (others were recommending other options despite my requests or just abandoned me) and they kindly sent me a follow up at the time I asked. The installation was exactly on time and they did a great job, working in a way that made us really happy. Everything was tidy and clean when they finished. I got all documents and explanations about how to proceed with a couple of things in the admin. And Jake is really responsive and always available for questions and support!! Finally, the price I paid is fair. And my system is great! They are a relatively small family business, but trust me when I say that I rarely experienced such a good service from a contractor, so I strongly recommend Tarven. Thanks for everything Jake and Team!!

Great team, they arrived on time to install my EV charger, did a great job, nice and clean and took their time to explain everything.

Very happy with all aspects of the work carried out by James and his team. Prior to any work being done I had texted (outside of work hours) a number of questions relating to my battery storage. I received replies within an hour, which was amazing. He came to my house the following day and made changes to my battery storage and didn’t charge (£). I asked for a quote for solar panels and install to further improve my properties efficiency. I was happy with the quote and a date was agreed. The work was carried out to a high standard. The scaffolding was arranged by James and they were excellent too. Everyone who came to my house to work where very pleasant and easy to get on with. I would happily recommend them.

Tarven Solar Energy installed a 14 x Solar Panel System at our property which also included an inverter, storage battery and Zappi car charger. Jake and his team were excellent from start to finish. They provided us with a very high standard professional service throughout the whole process from pre installation, installation and aftersales. Jake was, and is still is, always available for any questions or queries we had regarding the solar system we had installed. We would highly recommend Tarven Solar to anyone looking to have a solar system installed in the future.

Jake is a top guy, patient and willing to build a bespoke solution to fit my esoteric needs, we now have a brand new three phase board and solar and battery system. I had a laugh with Jake and Max and the job got done despite me being annoying and over engineering everything. The detail in his paperwork is next level

Exceptional, outstanding and such a friendly person Mr Jack is , who attended twice out of the routine time and finally fixed the issue .

Great end to end service installing and providing EV Charger. Unusually high level of knowledge and competency so felt in safe hands.

Jake installed my hypervolt EV charger at home. It was the best price overall and he did a very clean installation. i would recommend Tarven Solar Energy for any EV charger installation

Absolutely brilliant. I chose the company initially as they are local, do not use subcontractors and their panels etc are all British. However they were still comparatively priced, customer service was great, and the professionals that installed the panels were really good. On the whole a really good experience. I really shopped around and knew what I wanted, Jake and his team were fabulous, they ticked all the boxes.

Great work from the Tarven team today, kept me up to date with all that was going on, very friendly and flexible and super speedy turnaround, thanks very much!

If only I had gone to Tarven Electrical to start with. I had a BIG problem with original solar and battery installers supplying MCS cert but no DNO paperwork, two years in fact for MCS. Got in touch with Tarven who arrange a retrospective application in the space of just a few days. Could not fault their professionalism, efficiency of communications. Would highly recommend.

Exceptionally knowledgeable and professional service. Our solar system was fairly complex based on our existing 3 phase setup. Jake and the rest of the team did a fantastic job in scoping and installing a battery system to completement this.

I've had my battery+solar system from Tarven for over a year now, and and say it has performed reliably. Jake was a great communicator and responsive from the start. He involved me in the choice of components where I wanted to get involved, his team were all friendly and considerate. I can also say that after the system was up and running Jake was still very responsive when I wanted to get hold of some documents a year later - a good sign.

Tarven installed solar panels on our house in July 2023 after answering many extensive questions from ourselves. They did a great job - they were friendly and timely and also organised the scaffolding to be up longer so that we could have some roof works done prior to installation. Would use them again in the future for further works.

Jake was great. He clearly explained what system would work on my house, was very flexible working around builders schedules during my renovation, making the whole process very stress free. He was also considerably more reassuring to deal with than other companies who quoted for me. Very happy with my panels mounted on the seams of my zinc roof as well as the inverter and battery. Would definitely recommend.

Tarven fitted our Zappi charger recently - Great advice, very professional and neat tidy work. I would highly recommend Jake and his team at Tarven.

We have used Tarvern on a few occasions and each time have found them to be professional and courteous. I as a customer have always been very happy.

Really excellent EV charger installation. Jake advised me on the charger so I can be ready for solar. Really neat work and the guys cleaned up fully. They came back later, on my request, to upgrade my internet connection.

Tarven installed my Solar panel and battery system last month and I'm delighted by the service I received. Jake and his team did a fantastic job from designing the system to fit my needs to trouble free installation and after care. They are a pleasure to deal with and they made sure that I was happy every step of the way. I would highly recommend them

First class service from Jake and the team. Very happy with the installation, super tidy workmanship. Definitely recommend.

As always top quality, wouldn’t use anyone else 5 starts all the way

All went well from start to finish. Professional, careful quote, timely work, cheerful staff, site left clean.

Were very helpful and easy to deal with. No problems with quote ordering and installation

Excellent service. Very friendly and did a great job setting up the EV charger. I would definitely recommend this company

Excellent all around. A few minor concerns after the installation, but Jake and his team came back and rectified it all (& even made some improvements to my existing electrics). Would I use them again? Absolutely! Thanks to all the Tarven Boys. You guys smashed it.

Jake and the team worked wonders to get our intricate solar and battery install done and working successfully. A very polite team of workers Jake has. We are really pleased with the what we have and have reaped the benefits this summer.

Jake came to give us a quotation and explained everything thoroughly. We found Tarven cheaper than the other 2 quotes. Accepted the quote and set an installation for the EV charger. The team of 2 arrived at 8am as arranged and completed the job in 2&1/2 hours to our full satisfaction. Expl and a the operation and am very pleased overall. We have used the charger for the last 6 months and very happy that it’s working very well.

We had solar panels installed on the roof of our house recently including a battery and car charger by Tarven Electrical. Jake and his team did a great job, even getting the job done during the extreme weather. His team even helped push us out of the snow twice without hesitation! We're really pleased with the install and genuinely surprised on the power generated even during the shortest days. From the moment Jake came round to carry out the no pressure quote to the time the job was finished Jake kept in touch to make sure we were happy with everything and to advise the next steps to take during the process, including arranging the structural survey and advising on how to arrange the export tariff. Once installed someone came round to explain how the system worked and then all the certification and handover docs followed. Jake went out of his way to make sure everything was the way we wanted it and kept in contact the whole way through. He made us feel like we could always reach out if we had any issues which has been great. Out of all the companies who quoted for the job Tarven were by far the most personal experience and you really feel like they value your custom and you're not just a number. I've already recommended to a friend. Highly recommend.

Solar panels and battery installed very efficiently. System has worked well from day 1. Very happy with our decision and the service offered by Tarven.

Jake and his team were fantastic from quotation through to installation. They were on time, friendly, professional, and competitively priced. Would highly recommend for your electrical needs!

Jake's team were great (Sam, Sam & Luke), the scaffolding guys arrived Thursday, the Tarven arrived Friday at 8am, worked through until it had gone dark (and through the rain), arrived back again Saturday at 8am, all done by 1pm, scaffold down Monday, great job, a real professional installation, neat and tidy, Jake came and set up the app and explained how it all worked, already producing good returns despite being the beginning of December, highly recommended, thanks Jake and the team at Tarven Electrical.

Top job

I was very pleased with the prompt and efficient friendly service provided, great quality of work and I will use again without hesitation, Steve

What a fantastic team of guys, they kept us fully informed and their work is of the highest standard and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone for all solar needs

What can I say. My charger was installed today within 1,5h I guess. Everything went super smooth. Would recommend no doubt!

Jake is very helpful and answered my questions very quickly no matter how simple, stupid, or obvious they may have been. Systems been in and running well for almost 5 months now and very happy 👍🏻

Prompt service. Had a couple of issues but these were remedied quickly. Jake was always responsive when we had any questions. Very helpful and polite staff.

After a lot of research I used Jake and the team at Tarvern to install my solar PV, batteries, 2x inverters and a Zappi car charger in April 23. Really good to deal with and everything done at a fair price. Jake cares about getting things right for his customers. I have recommended Tarvern to others already.

The staff at Tavern were efficient punctual and polite, tidy and did a great job . Very happy with the performance of my system. They also did some other work for me which again was completed on time and all the details attended to.

I was really pleased with the service received from Tarven. We had solar panels and batteries fitted in May 2023. Jake attended our property to check the house before giving a quote. Some companies use drones, which I didn’t trust. We got excellent references from previous customers. They are a local company, which I think is important. The work was booked in as soon as they had space, it was done to a high standard, everyone was polite, arrived on time and got the work finished quickly. It looks neat and tidy, works really well. We have an app to monitor the energy being generated by the panels and how much the batteries are charged. Any issues I know I can speak to Jake but actually we’ve not really had to speak to Jake much after the work was completed. Highly, highly recommend.

Quick responses and excellent arrangement all the time from Jake since our 1st conversation. The Installers (Sam & Ethan) are friendly and patiently give me guidance on set-up/using the EV charger, their on-time arrival is also appreciated. It is important to have reliable Electricians around and the Tarven Team is definitely my recommendation.

One of the big problems with electricians and electrical company's is to get them to respond to requests to do work for the domestic consumer. Not so with Tarven Solar Energy who have just fitted a battery system at home. Telephone calls, texts and emails were responded to immediately and the whole process took no more than three weeks. The work was efficiently completed to a high standard, and all the certification promptly sent. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Used Jake and his team after a recommendation from a friend. No regrets and a great service from initial contact to the finished installation of my EV charge point. Would definitely recommend!

Tarven have just completed the installation of the following works - 6 x 400w Suntech panels half-cell all black Solar PV Panels - 1 x Sunsynk 5.5kw hybrid Inverter - 1 x Sunsynk ESS 5.12KWH, 2 x Sunsynk 5.2KWH additional batteries - Zappi EV Charger with solar compatibility. Work was carried out very professionally and the team were very friendly and helpful. The system is working as specified as on our initial meeting and I cannot fault their work. Thank you Jake and the team.

Having been trained in electrical engineering and electronics (many moons ago) before moving into IT I generally know what to look for in an electrical installation. Jake and his team are the best company I have dealt with and I thoroughly recommend them. I was looking to add a second solar array to my house. After responding to a local advert Jake came around and we discussed the various options. It was very apparent he knew his trade extremely well, so I expanded the scope to include the option of a battery system as well. I was given a number of quotation options at competitive prices which I was happy with. Jake dealt with the required G99 paperwork (Which another installer had said I would need to deal with before he would do anything) and that was authorised by the DNO in a matter of weeks. The installation was booked in for early February, a wait of about 6 weeks that covered Christmas. The project was led by Luke who was excellent. Easy to talk with, very knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile for the customer. Luke was joined by Connor, an apprentice getting on the job training who provided invaluable extra hands. It is great to see small companies investing in their staff - a bit of a rarity these days. With the solar panels installed on the first day, the second day was taken up with wiring and configuration. Sam and another apprentice joined Luke on the second day. They installed and configured the inverter while the rest on the wiring was done by Luke and Connor (who spent many hours in my loft). I had some specific requirements with the installation which the team worked with me and dealt with very well. Jake popped round on the second day to ensure all was going well. Final testing and certification was done by Jake the following day. If you can find a builder you trust, a plumber you trust, a mechanic you trust and an electrician you trust you're ok. Tarven Electrical Contractors Limited complete the quad for me.

Tarven Electrical supplied us with 12 solar panels, inverter and batteries, and car charger. The whole process went smoothly and we are delighted. Jake is professional, friendly, helpful and efficient, and all of his team are hard-working, friendly and polite. We thoroughly recommend them to others.

Decided to install solar panels with battery, we got quotes from three companies. Tarven was our clear preference. They inspected our property and measured up and was we were very impressed with the report they provided showing the solar panel layout etc. The team done a brilliant job, looks great and were all so professional, friendly and helpful and explained everything clearly and always got back straight away with any questions we had. We could not have been happier and we highly recommend Tarven.

Jake and his team were polite and responsive they came over the same day, did the job and enabled us to enjoy a fully working oven which had previously taken a series of contractors months to fix without success. Very well done - we are all very grateful!

Ignore of any cost. They send a quote for wrong house with out surveyed the property and when you notify them that want to cancel installation of solar panels well before any work is done and before anyone have come to property they refuse to pay back the deposit and lie that they need to use money for UKPN notification what is not possible with out survey the property and design the system for my needs using energy bills and applying for RECC first to check the system. And contract was sent with wrong name as well

We have used Tarven Electrical Contractors a couple of times, the service is excellent they always arrive promptly. I have no reservations about recommending them for any type of electrical work.

A very punctual and competitive quote was given to put an electrical socket on a stud wall in our master bedroom. A polite and punctual guy called Sam was at the door at 8:05am ready to install. I was told a few holes would need to be made good after the install, but he's patched the holes as you'd expect, and will make it easy to repair the wall. I would 100% recommend Tarven Electrical, and will be sending more work their way in the future!

I have used Tarven Electrical several times, always professional, always son time and always does a fantastic job... Would highly recommend.

Jakes team fitted solar panels and battery system. Really pleased overall. Fast, efficient, clean and tidy. Fair price too. Would recommend for sure

Jake and his team were great, polite and eager to get our works done. Also value for money was spot on. I can't recommend Tarven Electrical enough.

Tavern electrical contractors have done a great job installing 2 new sockets and replacing precious sockets with thinner back boxes. They provided a quote same day and had a date booked in to complete the work within a week, would have been sooner, but had they were able to fit around my work schedule. I was kept updated all through the job and the house was left clean and tidy before they left. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

I found Jake during a web search for a NICEIC qualified electrician. His response to view job was prompt and his approach was professional. Jake installed my new Consumer unit. I found him very painstaking and he demonstrated good knowledge of the job. Subsequently I engaged him to install my Zappi EV charger. From ordering to installation to finish, he was professional punctual, reliable , and kept me informed of every step of the work.. He was transparent with his purchases, his pricing was quite reasonable. His company has done other electrical jobs within and around the home, changing sophisticated light lamps and switches.etc I am very happy to have found him.He is a pleasant friendly person who enjoys his work and aims for customers satisfaction. For me his work is simply EPIC.

Had the pleasure of dealing with an employee who was great given the circumstances as I empathised with the fact he had worked 4 jobs in the morning before coming to my site. I decided to assist him through the job. The task was to install a Smart home panel with supporting instructions. The issue arose with the 'Director's phone call to me regarding the billable hours, the job uncompleted and a messy wiring consumer unit. I asked 'the director' to write a technical note to the manufacturer of the panel. I felt it was a poorly written explanation that will enable the problem to be properly diagnosed and I had to recall and write up what the employee had reported. I wont deal with this company because they took a task bigger than they could manage and proceeded to deny touching my consumer unit upon further investigation. Perhaps they can install EV chargers but for anything else, I can’t recommend. Additional note: No company, large or small should be in the business of creating falsehoods. If you read closely to the company's response, you will find an admittance of incompetence. Not to propagate this further but a follow-up can be found in my second review.

Simply Great, Personnels arrive dot on time and completed the work well before the given time, great experience with such a professional company. Didn't even ask invoice amount although the work got completed. Thank you Jack, Luke and Sam. Khusiya

I got Jake and his excellent Tarven team to install my new Zappi EV charger. They were tremendous workers, on time, today, polite and very thorough. They handled everything very efficiently with the MyEnergi/ Zappi suppliers. Excellent service!

Professional, helpful and punctual- a recommended electrical contractor

Have used Tarven Electrical numerous times. They are very friendly and always do a brilliant job would highly recommend

I came across Tarven via a web search. Jake was excellent at responding to my original requests and provided good advice and guidance. The installation of the charging unit went very smoothly. The team were excellent, they arrived on time, were friendly, helpful and professional. There was a small issue with pairing the charger and the app (no fault of Tarven) but this was quickly sorted out with a call to Zappi and a brief return visit. I would have no hesitation in using Tarven again or in recommending them.

The team are very professional and did excellent work such that we have asked them to quote for additional work.

Jack and his team are highly professional and completed the work as per schedule and in time leaving the property with neat and tidy after the completion of the work. I highly recommend Tarven Electrical Contractors with 5* to any one who are looking for electrical work done at their property whether small or big job, Jack and his team are always ready to offer their high quality services.

I’ve used Tarven services for the installation of my first ever EV charger. Read quite a lot before this and understood the complexities of the installation. From the survey to the completed installation, I found Tarven very professional and extremely responsive. The quote was clear and it was true over a month later. They were on time (even 30 mins early for the prep), well mannered and listened carefully to my requirements and questions. Job was completed in just over two hours as it entailed some extra work for a quite challenging cable route. Extremely satisfactorily experience, the ones I like…non nonsense, professionalism and with customer in mind. Thanks you Jake and team! PS for any other prospective customers…highly recommended!

Tarven was excellent! Quote was quick, easy, and competitive. Sam came for the installation and was punctual, got the job done quickly, and left everything clean and tidy. All my questions were answered and I was left fully satisfied. Will be calling Tarven for all my future electrical work and highly recommend to everyone. Thanks Sam and everyone at Tarven!

Professional job, guys turned up on time, knew their stuff. Job was finished tidily, worked immediately, exactly as described.

Jake and his team did an amazing job on my EV charger. All the men were lovely and professional. I will always be using them for all my electrical work. Thanks again Jake and team.

Would definitely use again 👍

I (naively) contacted Jake incredibly late for an installation of a Hypervolt charger before the OZEV grant deadline elapsed. Where others failed, he and the team worked wonders to get us over the line! Kind, courteous and professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend the services of Tarven Electrical based on our experience. Thanks again, Jake and Co.

I was very happy with the service I received from Tarven limited. I spoke with Jake and he was very responsive and transparent with the quotes and process. My installers Sam and Luke were very professional and completed the work to an excellent standard. Very happy and would definitely recommend!

Awesome, up and running quickly Charged my car with no issues. Will use again when I move to my own place

Great communication - always responsive! So straightforward, and a cracking job of our new EV charger. Thank you!

Just had an EV car charger installed. Jake & his team were recommended by a colleague. From start to finish our interactions were prompt & helpful. Once a date was set I received a text confirming before the visit. They arrived early for their visit, having texted before hand, and had the entire installation completed in just over an hour. They were polite, helpful & tidied up after themselves. Just as they were recommended to me, I will be recommending them to friends & family.

Jake was brilliant, a breath of fresh air compared with the other 3 electrical installers I’d contacted. Patient with my incessant questions and honest about which charger would best suit my needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tarven Electrical. In fact I already have. Thank you to his team for a very neat and tidy job, exceptionally well done.

A good experience all round. Gave a reasonable quote for the work then came on time and installed my new EV charger with no mess or any fuss. Jake, Sam and Luke from Tarven were all extremely polite and efficient. Many thanks to them.

Jake responded quickly with our queries. No messing about. Came and installed the fans to a high standard. Turned up when he said he would and provided all the documentation without being chased. I would definitely use this company again.

After waiting 3 weeks for a major energy company to even acknowledge my EV Charger installation request, I contacted Tarven and spoke to Jake. Within two days he had organised a site visit, provided a quote and confirmed an installation date in early March. This was very important to me as the deadline for Gov EV grants was ending on 31 March 2022. Jake was helpful, personable, efficient and technically knowledgeable. Being a bit of a know it all, I thought I had worked out exactly what I wanted for the installation of my Zappi2 EV charger but Jake’s implementation advice was invaluable. Jake arrived on time as promised and completed the installation within 90 minutes. We had an overview session on using the MyEnergi App so that I felt comfortable using this and the charger. Having been previously let down by so many contractors it really was a refreshing experience to use Jake on this work and I will happily use him / Tarven again as they have shown themselves to be organised and trustworthy.

Jake and the team at Tarven have been exceptional. Everything from the quoting process (quick turnaround with itemised breakdowns) to the EV home charger install and other electrical works in the kitchen was carried out smoothly, on time, on budget and with minimal mess. Jake also coordinated with UK power networks to have our fuse replaced. It's very refreshing to engage with a company that really goes the extra mile for its customers and I will surely use theirs services again.

Excellent job done by Sam and Jake. I had a kitchen extractor put in by them. Had enquired with a number of electrical contractors before I came across Jake and they had all quoted exorbitant prices and some outright refused to take a look as our kitchen set up was a bit different to the standard ones. Jake upon receiving enquiries asked for a few pics and gave me an idea as to how he could put the fan and the work involved. He was able to work with the product of my choice. Price was very reasonable. When it came to carrying out the work, Sam did an excellent job and even helped with a n unrelated task and didnt charge me for it! A couple of days after the installation there was a minor issue that Jake promptly attend to and fixed without charging me a penny. Excellent service mindedness! Affordable! Value for money! Reliable. Thank you Sam & Jake!!

It was a very positive experience with Jake Syrocki (of Tarvern Electrical Contractors Ltd) from beginning to end. He was professional, knowledgable, reliable and straightforward to engage and communicate with. The standard of work was good and his attitude and customer care was excellent. The costs were clear from the start and the Zappi he installed is working well for us. Very happy customer.

I would highly recommend this company. Great customer liaison, great work, fair price. Very friendly but professional.

Jake installed an EV charger for us. He is friendly with a positive attitude, provided a very competitive quote for the job, and was quick to respond to various follow up questions by email following his initial visit. The installation was not straightforward because our consumer unit and meter are in the centre of the house. To reach the garage it was necessary to thread the cable through the void under the ground floor, navigating through more than one internal supporting wall as well as the external house wall which abuts the garage. The result was a very tidy installation with no external cabling. We are very pleased with the outcome and would definitely contact Tarven for any future electrical work that we require.

I’m really happy I’ve chosen Tavern Limited. I needed ev charger but wasn’t sure how connection could be done as my fuse box is deep inside house, quite far away from driveway. Jake sorted it out very quickly by advising meter box as a connection place with an extra protection to be installed. He offered ev charger which fits my front of house very well. I booked the day, 3 weeks later, he is extremely busy( which means he does good work). On the day he was at time. 2 hours later job was done. He helped me to connect ev charger to my WiFi and now I can enjoy my Renault Zoe to be charged at home. As I know he does everything electrical at home so if any problems at home I definitely call Jake. Thanks

Won't use anyone else but Tarven again. Great service, very responsive and knowledgeable!

Jake and his team were outstanding from start to finish. Other companies simply weren’t interested in navigating a non-standard installation in an old property but the team took the time to undertake a free site visit, provided a competitive quote, and completed the work in a professional way. Would not hesitate to recommend this team to anyone. Thanks guys. Great job!!!

Job discussed and arranged with Jacob, he sent Luke and Sam to do the work. Great guys, helpful, professional and very neat. Would use them again. Good job well done. Thank you.

Excellent service. The orginal EV charger unit had fault, he ordered the replacment, came back and refit a new one. No extra charge. Extremely pleased with the service

Thoroughly impressed with Jake at Tarven. Installed an EV charger. He was polite, efficient and professional. Communication was excellent and have no problem recommending him and Tarven to anyone looking for an electrical contractor.

I have ever seen a professional and experience person from this company. Best service ever I have received from them. They charged me a affordable price.

Jake was a great help in deciding which electric car charger to go with. The installation was prompt and to a great standard. Highly recommend to anyone looking at getting an ev charger installed.

Jake and his team did a great job installing my Wallbox. He accommodated all my needs, answered all my questions promptly and the installation was a breeze. I highly recommend him!

Really pleased with Jake for the quote and installation of electrical wiring. Not a straightforward job but discussed it with me at each step and delivered a professional finish. Thank you Jake.

Fabulous service, Jake was really helpful and professional helping my elderly mother in an emergency

I can thoroughly recommend Jake from Tarven Electrical. We initially appointed him to install an EV charge point at home based on his previous outstanding reviews. His knowledge and advice was really helpful and installation was smooth and professionally done. His pricing was very reasonable and competitive. Communication was exceptional throughout and we decided to employ him to help with additional work around our garden. He will definitely be our go-to electrician in the future. Many thanks Jake!

Jake rewired our house, as first time buyers he was very patient with us and gave excellent advice. Communication was excellent throughout and was very responsive to our (many!) changes during the process. Very reasonably priced and kept to an excellent schedule. Would be happy to use again and recommend to friends.

I would highly recommend Tarven Electrical. Jake was prompt, efficient and professional and the work was carried out to a high standard.

I am very happy with the installation of my EO Mini Pro Electric Vehicle Charger, Jake went above and beyond during the installation and overcame unforeseen obstacles during the installation. Highly recommend!

Jake placed spotlights throughout our house & external lights all around our property and did a fantastic job. The quote was really clear , he arrived exactly when he said he would and the work was first rate. We had a very minor problem with a faulty switch and Jake was back at the house within 15 minutes to sort it out. Top class service & highly recommended!

Jake installed new hob and oven in my rented property. He contacted me shortly after i submitted the job in MyBuilder with both quote and date for doing it. We agreed a tentative date as i was not sure of the delivery. On the day the hob did not fit in and he had to cut the top. He did it all included in the price we had agreed. Happy with his work. Will use again.

Was helpful explaining the faults and talking through the regulations required and the work being done. Very reassuring the work is good quality and very professional and so quick. Would def recommend and use again.

Jake and his team done a fantastic job in re wiring our house and there cleaned each room on completion. Me and my husband highly recommend them.

Tarven limited changed my shaver socket, mirror light and 6 down lights in my bathroom. They was very professional and very polite. They made sure my bathroom was as clean as it was when they arrived. I would highly recommend Tarven to other people who need electrical work carries out. Thank you for the great work, I am over the moon.

I have used Tarven a few times for projects ranging from the re-wiring of my house to small jobs in other properties. They are professional, honest, reliable and reasonably priced. I would have no issues in recommending Tarven to my friends and family (I already have), as I know they will do a good job and not let me or my friends down.
