I found Neville extremely helpful and courteous and was willing to rely completely on his expertise and judgement as to my requirements- I think my trust was totally justified.
Fantastic service from start to finish, from initial phone call after a website enquiry to a very quick installation, Neville (and Kev) have been brilliant. Thoroughly recommend this excellent local company, thank you again!
Very happy with Nev and his service, fast to respond, respectful, explained everything well. More than happy with his work.
The whole process from start to finish was simple. Neville was superb, competitively priced, clean and efficient. A lovely guy to deal with and would highly recommend.
Have used Whitstable Solar twice. Once to fit a new car charger, and to fit an additional Powerwall 2. On both occasions Neville was reliable and friendly. He kept me informed and always replied promptly to enquiries. The installations were neat, look good and work perfectly.
First class professional job by Neville . Whilst I experienced a few teething issues Neville was always available to resolve those issues and very responsive . The whole system is working extremely well .
Neville could not have been more helpful with what should have been, but wasn’t! a strait forward replacement, making a necessary return visit.
Very impressed with the solar and battery solution provided and installed by Neville and his team. They were approachable throughout and took the time to talk me through all the available options and manufacturers. The installation process was smooth, and I was genuinely impressed by the care and attention to detail — far better than I’ve experienced with previous contractors. I would highly recommend them.
Wonderful team, good price and great service. Very pleased to have found someone reliable to do other electrical works in the future!
