Having got myself in a DIY pickle, Sarah came to my rescue! Called her on a Saturday afternoon and she came over within a few hours! Incredible service, great communication and clearly very skilled and knowledgeable. Sarah's charge was also extremely reasonable considering that it was a weekend call out - many other electricians would have named their price! I will definitely be using Sarah again and recommending to others.

Very responsive to request to review issue with light in overhead extractor fan. Assessed and ascertained problem, agreed together that repair of fitting would be better for environment than replacement of whole unit. Arranged further appointment and fixed in good time. I really appreciate Sarah's no-nonsense honesty and openess about the jobs she helps with. I'd be very happy to recommend her for any work that needs doing.

Sarah investigated a lighting fault caused by a careless workman who was fixing our flat roof. She soon discovered that the cable had been sawn through and bypassed it with a new cable. She also installed some new light fittings and security lights. A very thorough job.

Absolutely delighted with the work Spark & Wire undertook for us and very impressed by Sarah’s commitment to swift communication as key to positive customer relations from the outset. Totally solutions driven from start to finish, well priced and good to work with.

Sarah went above and beyond to advise me on replacing an extractor fan which wasn’t a simple installation job. She is diligent, efficient and a perfectionist, qualities I appreciate. Sarah explains her work with clarity and I will be asking her back to do further work. Absolutely recommend Spark & Wire!

I was very impressed with Sarah and high recommend her. She really knows her stuff. Sarah fitted an outside light with ease and it looks lovely but whether it's a straightforward job or a high-tech smart lighting system that you're after then I would make Sarah your first call. First class.

Sarah did a great job installing wall lights and a chandelier. She was really responsive, very professional, and generous in sharing her expertise. So pleased to have found her — will definitely be calling on her services again.

Sarah was excellent; definitely our go to Electrian!!

Very good job, pleased with the work carried out. Great to have an outside light! Thanks very much, will use your service again.

Sarah was very professional and responded to my query via her website the same evening. She kept me informed when she was going to be slightly later than originally planned and she worked in a very tidy and unobtrusive way. She checked exactly what I wanted and that I was happy with her work when completed. An excellent electrician and very polite. I would absolutely recommend her and use her services again

Review and testing of a new installation and the older existing electrical installations. Installation of closing connections and certification of the new installation. Very supportive and prompt delivery of the signed certificates.

One of our plug sockets had come away from the wall, I sent a picture to Sarah, and she came round the day after to repair it within 30minutes. Great service and would recommend her services to anyone who is in need of any work doing.

Sarah came over the same day as initial contact, provided an agreeable quote and completed the work a few days later. Very thorough and knew what she was doing, discovered a few curiosities for the existing electrics and advised what best to do (70s house) and stuck to the quote. Will certainly use again.
