Tiles by Chris is praised for careful, high-quality tiling across kitchens, bathrooms, balconies, floors and fireplaces. Customers value the neat finish, accurate cutting, herringbone and mitred corners, as well as thoughtful preparation, waterproofing and problem-solving on difficult surfaces. Chris is also described as friendly, reliable, tidy and easy to communicate with, with fair pricing and helpful advice on tiles and materials; one review mentions a wait before work could begin.
Great job tiling our balcony. We had to wait a while for Chris to start the job, but it was well worth it now we know how skilled he is. Once he started the job, he was fully committed to it, working consecutive full days. Of particular note was his high level of attention to our old and new waterproofing, his problem solving skills and good communication (when we had asked for something that was impossible) and the accuracy of his tile cutting. We highly recommend him.
Couldn’t fault the work Chris did. It was a difficult job but he kept problem solving and wouldn’t settle for anything but the best! He also did mitred corners with no issues and they look fabulous. Would defo use again!!
Chris did an amazing job. His passion, knowledge, and attention to detail are truly outstanding.
Chris did a great job of my bathroom and kitchen tiles. Even when the walls were all over the place which made it difficult. Lovely chap and very reliable. Would definitely use again.
Chris tiled our bathroom and we could not be happier with the work! He is very easy to communicate with, always quick to respond and very helpful. He also turns up on time every day and works hard. Very fairly priced and I would have no hesitation using him again and recommending him to people.
We recently had our entrance and kitchen tiled with beautiful natural limestone, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the very start, communication was excellent. Everything was clearly explained, including the process, what materials would be required, and the expected timeline. The workmanship is top-notch, and the finished result has perfectly prepared our space for a new kitchen. Reliable, professional, and easy to work with, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled tiler. Thanks again!
Really happy with the tiling that Chris has done in our kitchen. His attention to detail is impeccable, his work is super tidy and he is a very nice person as well. Happy to recommend.
Chris came to have a look at a floor that I thought needed tiles lifting up and self leveling, saved me lots of money by being honest and telling me actually let's just do the self leveling on top of the tiles. The job was done so quickly and very reasonably priced and it looks great, better than what I expected given the state of it before. Absolutely will be contacting Chris for any future jobs!
Top man! Herringbone was on point, definitely get in again👍🏻
Chris did a great job, really neat, professional and final results are fab...thank you!
excellent work by Chris the tiler, glad we found him. Did a lovely job on our fireplace, and we will use him in the future. Highly recommended, thanks again Chris.
"I recently had my kitchen tiles redone by Chris, and I couldn't be happier with the results. He was not only incredibly skilled at his craft but also friendly and approachable, making the entire experience stress-free. The quality of the work was top-notch, and the fair pricing was a pleasant surprise. If you're looking for a reliable and personable tiler, I highly recommend Chris for any tiling needs!" Pictures to follow.
Chris did a great job with my kitchen tiling, really neat and tidy work and great value compared to the other quotes I received. I would highly recommend using Tiles by Chris.
Chris did a great job! Really happy with the result! Friendly and reliable, would highly recommended
Chris was professional and very friendly. The bathroom her redid for me looks great. The work was done efficiently and on time.
Great outcome, many thanks Chris
My bathroom was previously a bedroom and it retained the original wood floor, so there was a good deal of preparatory work to do before the tiles could be laid. Chris did an excellent job at a reasonable price and I am delighted with the result.
Our balcony tiling was in a very poor state. Chris provided excellent advice on the most appropriate tiles to replace them and where to get them. He did a great job of removing the existing tiles and took great care to lay the new tiles so that the pattern and drainage was perfect. He also worked with great care as all the materials had to come through the property. Highly recommended!
Chris has done an amazing job on one of our projects near Sandbanks. We will be using Chris for all of our tile work especially for herringbone.
Perfect job, on time no complaints, nice guy.
A pleasure to work with, quality workmanship and very reliable. A great job thank you chris
We had bathroom waterproofed and tiled by Chris, he did a brilliant job. He arrived on time on all days and worked very hard to complete the job as I needed to get shower unit fitted. He always left the room clean and tidy and he is very pleasant. I found it very hard to find a tiler as all were very busy but Chris came after doing other jobs to complete mine he was the only one to offer to do this I would not hesitate.to call Chris again I fully recommend Chris as his work is top notch!
Chris did a fantastic job transforming our kitchen. Such professional service and always with a smile. Chris was punctual, friendly, and great at recommending tiles and grout to suit both our current kitchen style and to blend in with our planned new units. Once our refurbish is complete we will definitely be using Chris again to finish the remaining walls!
