AJ Tiler & Carpenter

Disappointed in the service. Pretty bad service.

Very happy with the job done on my Mother in Laws. Supplied and fitted a new rear door, painted and old door removed. Punctual and tidy work , done promptly in the agreed time. No hesitation to recommend Arthur.

We have just had our kitchen re tiled and new worktops fitted by A J tiling and carpentry. Also suggesteda few ideas to help us . All went well, we were very happy with results Arthur was always on time, cleared up each day and left our home tidy would recommend 😀 many thanks

So glad we chose AJ Tiling to do our work for us. Arthur is a really nice guy, friendly, hard working and very professional. He has laid a beautiful floor for us in quite difficult circumstances. He also replaced all our internal doors to a high quality standard and all at a very reasonable cost. I have no hesitation in recommending Arthur, his work is really excellent. Many thanks from a very happy customer. Ramon and Jan 🙂

Excellent workmanship, efficient and took a lot of trouble to get every detail right. Couldn't be more pleased. Would use again every time.

First class tiler, reasonably priced. Tiled a kitchen from worktop to cupboards - fabulous job! .Chose this guy after reading reviews. Friendly, reliable and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Would thoroughly recommend Arthur, excellent work on our bathroom flooring, we are very pleased with the tiling he did and he is also a very clean worker tidying up before he left every afternoon

Artur is a very skilled, hardworking and meticulous craftsman and has made a fantastic job of retiling our kitchen and utility room walls - at a very fair price too. He is 100% reliable, turning up on time every day. Trustworthy - I would recommend him any time. He gave us great advice and helped us choose the tiles and colours. We particularly like the chrome trim he suggested. Our kitchen looks totally different now and we couldn’t be more pleased with it. Thank you Artur - we are so glad we chose you to do the job.

Prompt and professional service. Was able to fit us in quickly. Arthur did a great job tiling my kitchen. Really pleased with it. Would choose him again.

Our project involved the removal of old floor boards and joists in our conservatory, replacing them, and then laying porcelain tiles. We valued Artur's expert advice before the project started, and we were happy with his quote for the job. He pays attention to detail which was greatly appreciated and we could tell he put a lot of thought into his work. The project was completed around the time we had been told to expect. We also appreciated the fact that Artur tidied up as he went along., and was always courteous and friendly. We have no hesitation in recommending Artur for carpentry and tiling work.

This is our 3rd project with Arthur, and he never fails to impress ! A tiny toilet and separated shower room has become one beautiful spacious room. Arthur's work is superb and he has a great eye for details and a finishing touch. He is highly professional and a clean tidy worker. I could not fault his work or how he works. I would highly recommend him. Thanks Arthur x

Nice guy, made sure the work was done in a day because I live an hours drive away. Fitted a new cupboard door and supplied the materials.

Arthur turned up on time, was very helpful with advice on what tiles would work best. Worked hard and finished the job in good time. Very happy with the work he has done. Will use again.

Arthur was excellent, came quickly, worked professionally, friendly and reasonably priced. Highly recommended, would definitely use again.

Arthur did a wonderful job of hanging a lot of hardwood doors at my Mum’s - I would thoroughly recommend his services. He was so good with my Mum too - thank you for a great job.

I had Arthur to lay our laminate flooring & tile our bathroom I found him to be friendly professional Always on time & working a full day Would highly recommend him

Excellent quality work. Will be using his services again shortly. Very clean and tidy.

Arthur has just finished tiling the walls and floor of my bathroom after I had it completely stripped out. Arthur has done an excellent job and my bathroom now looks like a 5 star hotel bathroom. I have nicknamed Arthur the Beaver as he literally worked like a beaver, not stopping for a drink, lunch etc as he said he did not have time. He was also leaving later and later each day and would not leave until he was satisfied he had completed everything for the day, e.g. the tiles had to be washed down etc. Arthur was very clean and tidy in his work and cleared up each day. I thoroughly recommend Arthur and look forward to having him back when I have my shower room redone.

Fantastic job done by Arthur , prompt . Professional and very thorough Highly recommend

Arthur is always very friendly professional and so easy to get on with I found him very honest reliable and trusted him very much to do the job as required and even went the extra mile when so many times I changed my mind about the colour I wanted and happily got on with the work no questions asked I will definitely be calling Arthur again for any work needed to be done

Good quality professional friendly 👌

Fantastic service. Came round as agreed and gave us a free quote. Agreed quote and booked fitting date for tiling our kitchen floor. Arrived promptly on both days and done a great job. Very, very happy with the work. Left our house spotless both days when he finished. Highly recommended using A J Tiling, we will certainly use him again. Thank you again for a wonderful job.

AJ did the floors and backsplash in our kitchen. This was fine at a very high standard. The best part was that he was very experienced and didn’t need more than a couple of day to complete, as he knew what he was doing.

Arthur did a great job on our kitchen, tiling, cabinets and flooring. He was always on time and worked very hard to complete a professional job. Very reliable.

Arthur came when he said he would. Worked diligently throughout the time he was here. Clean and tidy worker. Finished the job on time. Excellent job very well done

Highly recommend Arthur at AJ Tiling. Laid 65m2 of large porcelain floor tiles last week which look amazing!! Arthur is very knowledgeable and professional, and would not hesitate in calling upon his services again. Thank you!

Artur did a fantastic job on our floor. He worked quickly and professionally and has an incredible eye for detail. I would recommend him without reservation. He takes great pride in all his work and this is evident in the finished product. It was a difficult job in an Edwardian house with lots of tricky challenges and he took great care to ensure that everything was done to an extremely high standard. Thank you Artur!

I have used A J Tiling on two occasions now and was very impressed with the work provided and I would definitely recommend

Arthur recently tiled our breakfast bar and lower walls around the room. We are really impressed with the workmanship and professionalism . The finish looks excellent and we would recommend Arthur to anyone.

Very reliable professional service . Fitted 5 interior doors for us to a very high standard

We were so impressed with A.J. Tiling. Arthur tiled 3 bathrooms and a kitchen for us. His work was exceptional - both in his attention to detail, his problem solving and how he improved our original design ideas. In addition, we found him a really nice guy to deal with.

Kitchen tiles fitted to an excellent standard. Efficient, friendly and professional service. Pleased with workmanship 👍😀

Arthur recently tiled our old brick fireplace with an oyster split brick tile. We honestly couldn’t be happier with the service and work carried out! I’m an engineer by trade so I can be very fussy and I have a great eye for detail so am a bit of a nightmare for tradesmen sometimes as I like things done properly. Arthur filed me with confidence, I could tell he knew what he was doing and was very confident in what we had asked to be done. I had knowledge of how good he was before anyway as he had done work for my father in law (who couldn’t recommended him enough). He arrives when he says he will and works very hard all day, he has a great work ethic especially when compared to other tradesmen. He’s a really nice fella to boot and was very reasonably priced (he should charge more for the job he does but don’t tell him that haha). But seriously, a true craftsman, very friendly family man and very trustworthy. We have more worked planned in the future and won’t hesitate to get Arthur back.

Very good job, tidy, reasonably priced would highly recommend

Highly Recommend Arthur, he has done a fantastic job tiling my bathroom.

Artur tiled our kitchen, toilet & did a feature wall for us on our stairs. He came up with some brilliant ideas and made us our own unique mirror frame with leftovers from our tiles that were left over. We are so pleased with the work he did. Thanks Artur! We will definitely use you again.

Amazing craftsmanship and really takes pride in his work (I'm sure just as good as he would do for his own home). Artur had some really good ideas that we went with, he boxed in all the pipework of the boiler, made a great pattern with the tiles around a mirror, attached the tile trims perfectly and the feature wall on our stairs looks great. Artur installed a couple of solid oak window sills and trimmed a door down so it now closes properly with our new floor tiles. Definitely will be using again!

Artur has just finished tiling our hallway. We are extremely pleased with the end result and would definitely recommend and use A.J. Tiling in the future. Artur is very precise and particular and takes pride in his work - just what we were looking for.

EXCELLENT TILER, ARTUR DONE A WONDERFUL JOB ON OUR KITCHEN TILES, AT A GOOD PRICE , CAN RECOMMEND.

Superb. Honest, friendly, fast but detailed. 💯💯💯

Friendly and efficient service. An excellent finish and especially on the wall tiles. I would recommend Lee for any kitchen tiling requirements.
