Complete Bathrooms

Very happy with my bathroom. They were very clean and tidy. Communication was great, the team explained everything whilst completing it to a very high standard. Highly recommend this Company.

We have just had our bathroom done, Karl and his team have been amazing and would highly recommend. From the time they walked through our door to the time they left everything was left spotless. The quality of the goods is beyond what we expected.

Karl and the guys fitted our new bathroom with exactly what we had chosen from their shop. Good quality work and when completed cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend. Nicola

Very helpful with my enquiry regarding all aspects of bathroom equipment..

Very pleased with the work carried out. From start to finish I couldn't find fault with their guidance and attention to detail. I would certainly recommend this company.

Karl & his team recently upgraded my bathroom by removing existing bath & replacing it with new shower tray, glass screen, new vanity unit, extractor, aqualisa quartz shower (which is superb) & completed some tiling to match existing. The work was carried very professionally with the team checking frequently to confirm that I was happy with positioning of components. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone considering an upgrade

We are over the moon with our new bathroom. From the initial contact with Zoe, right through to the end of the renovation, every stage was dealt with in an efficient and professional manner. Nothing is too much trouble and their after sales service is A+. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service from start to finish with regard to the planning and installation of my new bathroom. Very organised and skilled workforce who left my home clean and tidy on completion of the work.

Thanks to Karl and his team for totally transforming our bathroom. Karl and his team kept us informed at all times and always involved us in any decision making to get our bathroom just right for us. We are really pleased with the work they have done and would recommend to any friends or family.

We were absolutely delighted with our bathroom renovation from start to finish. The Totton showroom stood out immediately compared to others. Mary's expertise proved invaluable - without her guidance, we would have made some questionable design choices (we were initially drawn to black units and square taps that wouldn't have worked well). The quoting process with Zoe was straightforward and easy to understand, with no hidden surprises. Once we committed, work started and finished exactly as promised. Karls's team was absolutely brilliant throughout the installation. They were professional and considerate. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction really showed. We now have a sparkling main bathroom and a wonderful en-suite that exceeded our expectations. The transformation has been remarkable.

We went to complete bathrooms because they had very good reviews. We went to the shop and made an oppointment Karl Burnett came round to advise and measure up the bathroom Then we got a quote for the bathroom from Zoe Burnett that we were happy with. We went back to the shop and Mary was very helpful to advise us with the tiles and other bathroom options. Then we had the bathroom fitted by Karl and Damien very professionally friendly and polite Very pleased and would highly recommend complete bathrooms.

From initially talking to Karl, then visiting Mary at the showroom, Zoe via email and Brad & Damo doing the work, the whole experience has been exceptional.

Carl and his team did fantastic work on our new central heating and having a new boiler is worth waiting for and we are so pleased with everything they did for us and we will recommend them to family and friends and we will always love to use complete bathrooms again in the future well done lads melvyn and Wendy

I’m really happy to be adding to the collection of 5 Star reviews for Complete Bathrooms. These guys are great! Mary was brilliant helping me choose exactly what I wanted. Karl and the team were very accommodating and the workmanship is perfect. Highly recommended! Thank you again to Mary, Zoe, Karl & team.

We recently used Complete Bathrooms to refurbish our upstairs family bathroom and redecorate our downstairs cloakroom. This included having a new window installed in the bathroom as well. Karl and his team were absolute stars and we were really impressed with the finish. Throughout we were kept updated and they managed to exceed our expectations by getting our bathroom completed earlier than expected- very much appreciated as due to a leak we had been unable to use the shower. Whenever we had any questions, these were answered very quickly. Likewise, the couple of snagging issues we had were also resolved immediately and with no fuss whatsoever. The whole team were absolute professionals all the way through and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Finally I can’t write a review without mentioning Mary in the office, who is absolutely brilliant. She helped my wife and I through the initial design and was very patient with a few amendments we had to make. She also remembered the little details every time we spoke which added that extra personal touch.

Thank you to the whole Complete Bathrooms team. Starting with Mary on the designs and product input, to Zoe for making sure everything turned up in a timely fashion to Karl and his team for the high quality renovation of the bathrooms and en-suites. The work was done quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption and the workmanship and quality of finish was to a high standard. I would recommend them to anyone thinking about a bathroom project.

First class service, really put themselves out to handle an emergency for us elderly customers. Very much appreciated and thanks again.

Karl and his team have a done an excellent job of re-modelling my bathroom into a shower room. Everything ran smoothly and the standard of workmanship was high. The workers were polite and considerate in cleaning up after each day. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Fantastic 5* service! Recently had a new boiler fitted and from start to finish the service levels have been brilliant. All the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely polite. I highly recommend Karl and his team!

After having two uninspiring plumbers in to give us a quote we were advised to try Karl and his team. How glad we were that we did. Karl came around and measured us for a new bathroom. We were then sent a price by Zoe which we accepted and drove down to the show room to choose the appliances. Mary gave us so many good ideas and Zoe kept us updated with the plans. In October -Karl arrived with Brad and Andy. Within minutes the bath and toilet were in the skip and work commenced. We were delighted with the speed and efficiency of the team. They were so unobtrusive and polite. Cleaned up after themselves Our bathroom is lovely and we want to thank everyone .

We are a small guest house and required extensive changes for two ensuites rooms. Mark from Acorn builders and Karl from complete bathrooms and their teams were very professional. Their work was of a very high standard and they were able to overcome problems that did arise from a very old house. We would gladly have them back again when we decide to work on other ensuites.

Massively pleased with the work Karl and his excellent team of workers did to transform our bathroom, it looks stunning. They did an amazing job turning it around in two days, taking the bath out and replacing it with walk in cubicle, fitting a digital shower, plus flooring, etc., we can’t thank them enough for all their expert hard work. Also many thanks to Zoe and Mary for all the advice and help. We’re so glad we found Complete Bathrooms to do the work and will not hesitate in recommending them.

Excellent service from Complete Bathrooms, we are really pleased with our new bathroom. The guys who fitted it were really professional, friendly and helpful & communication was good.
