Steve has been looking after my hedges and teees for a number of years. He has just spent two days thinning and pruning my 350 year old yew tree and is due to come back in January to do the same to my copper beech. Works very hard and always leave the site clean and tidy.

Had a substantial silver birch cut down by Steve last week. He cut it into manageable logs for us. Chipped and removed all the waste. They worked hard, partly in the rain. This was completed very efficiently on a quote price. Clearing and tidying the site was completed to a high standard. Communications before and during the work was very good. This service is friendly and very efficient. 4 different trees, a silver birch, a bay tree, a conifer and a magnolia grandiflora were pruned well to reduce and beautifully shaped. The cuttings were put through a grinder and offered for composting or taken away. All done at a reasonable and competitive cost.

I had ten mature trees reduced in height and pruned back, all to allow greater amounts of sunlight into the garden (for improved lawn and vegetable growth). I also had three new trees planted and a dead cherry tree removed completely. The work and the level of service from Steve from Beechwood Trees was absolutely outstanding. Not only was he efficient and extremely thorough, his communication throughout was first class. Steve chipped all excess wood, but also chopped fire wood from the felled dead tree. Steve is such a true professional that, when he spotted a dead birch at the front of my house (which he had not prices for), he removed that too because it was the ‘right thing to do’. Beechwood Trees are very fairly priced for the great service they provide. They delivered what they said they would, on time and no fuss. I thoroughly recommend them.

Steve did a wonderful job of taking down a large palm tree in the garden which had outgrown the space it was in. Not only did he fit us in very quickly at a very good price he also left our garden very neat and tidy afterwards. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone requiring his services.

Steve has done an absolutely fantastic job reducing the height and tidying up my very neglected Leylandii hedge. He's very quick, efficient and tidy. I will definitely get him back in the future when the hedge needs a trim up. I should have got him in years ago instead of struggling to do it myself. I phoned Steve for a quote and he came by within a couple of days. He surveyed the work to be done and the tricky situation of the tree being in a restricted location, offering insights how he was to undertake the job to protect neighbouring car port roof. After travelling up from Southampton, not only did he beat four other quotes hands down, he made my trees look simply stunning

Quote given one day, job able to be done the next. Not a good sign one would think, but I couldn't fault Steve. He arrived at 7am in the morning, and, without disturbing me, quietly got on with the job of pollarding a willow tree, and trimming some shrubs, all mostly in the pouring rain. As agreed he shredded everything on site and left me the chippings on a ground sheet to use on the garden as a mulch. Very friendly and knowledgeable about plants in general. I would be happy to use him in the future.
