W J Kent Tree Surgeons Ltd

The team are professional and extremely diligent in their work. We've used them for a number of years now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Very competitive on quotes and an excellent job every time.

We are very happy with the work done in our garden - and the whole process has been good and reliable.

Excellent job - very friendly team, very clean and tidy. Would recommend.

I've seen Kent Tree Surgeons vehicles around the area and was introduced to them by my neighbour who had used them to take out an enormous tree from the front of his property right on his drive. He was really happy with their work. They quoted for the removal of 3 Cyprus trees from the end of my garden partially damaged by a fire. These trees were growing towards and some over neighbours property. I was amazed that within 4 hours the trees had been completely removed and the site cleared, probably to better than when they arrived. They also cleared up the route taken through the garden to their truck on my drive. Would wholly recommend, professional and very friendly.

Great work from a friendly team. Arrived on site on time and performed the work to a very high standard. I had large two trees to pollard which involved a crew of 4. Work was done in a couple of hours. Very professional and easy to work with.

I am totally delighted with the work of the team and the whole set-up. Kellie in the office is efficient, friendly, helpful and reliable, and Phil and his team of workers carrying out the various garden jobs are orderly, polite, accomplished, quick, hard-working, friendly trustworthy and reliable. They leave everything neat and tidy and seem to only want to meet the client's need and do a really excellent job. Phil is particularly knowledgeable, skilled, patient and understanding and spends great care and time offering advice and helpful suggestions. He always seems to find solutions to every issue as a result of his vast experience. I have had him and his team several times over the years undertaking both very large and much smaller jobs (including pruning a giant protected beech tree , fitting a Cobra brace , removing large branches, trimming enormous hedges and tidying smaller shrubs and bushes). Everything has been spot-on and nothing is too much trouble. I cannot recommend them highly enough - if only all businesses could be as professional and efficient! Thank you, all of you!

The whole team professional, courteous and friendly as usual. Very happy with the work, pruning of two very overgrown lilacs. Total confidence in them. Highly recommend.

The work was carried out in a very professional manner. I am very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to recommend the company to other people. Tom and Ewan were always polite and helpful.

Incredible team. Brilliant pruning of trees, very large and small, very tall and short. All branches and v large trunks put through a grinder on site and hardly a twig or leaf left anywhere in the plot after tidying up. Outbuildings and main house all handled with real care. I whole-heartedly recommend WJ Kent. Very knowledgeable and everyone in the business comes across as very friendly. In a word, superb.

Usual 5 star service. Turned up on time and completed the job very quickly. Above all they left the place tidy and clean.

Excellent. Were extremely professional, whilst taking down two enormous trees over 2 days. Left the site extremely clear and tidy. Really fantastic!

Great service. Professional and clean. Makes me want to start gardening again! ;-)

Will was very helpful in giving advice when providing the quote for the overgrown jungle. Phil and the team worked really efficiently and did a very thorough job in clearing up afterwards, including the cuttings in the neighbour's gardens. One of the neighbours complemented how nicely the trees had been cut into shape. Thank you!

Great service. Efficient and friendly. My wife and I are very happy with the service provided. Would use their services again.

Thank you so much, William Kent, Phil and all the staff for the efficient and helpful way you have dealt with all the large trees in our narrow road. There is a lot to manage here, and your advice has been invaluable. And thanks for the friendly way you managed passers by and kept us all safe!

Very happy with the work cutting trees back to my boundary. They did a great job and everything was cleared up well at the end. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others.

I had my trees cut by WJ Kent last week. I got 4 quotes before choosing them. The team that showed up were fab. One man in particular was extremely friendly, helpful and informative, sadly I cannot recall his name. They cleared up thoroughly afterwards and my garden looks so open and bright now. Thank You - highly recommend.

For several years we have used WJ Kent to pollard and trim trees and laurel bushes in our garden, and cannot fault their service. They came round promptly to provide a quote, and on the day of the work Ewan, Tom and Aaron were friendly and efficient. They cleared up everything, leaving the garden neater than it had been before they arrived! We would unhesitatingly recommend them.

Excellent prompt and very professional service. Fully recommended.

Very pleased with the work. Mr Kent is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The team were on time and did an amazing job. Highly recommended.

Always do a brilliant job and clean up really well
