BRW does all the tree work for my properties, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Very professional and controlled tree felling of my cedar tree. Ben and Damian were courteous and tidy, and looked after my shrubs below. Highly recommended.

I was blown away by the quality of work. Tree removal can be a mess, but these guys were surgical. They worked fast, followed all safety protocols, and did an impeccable job with the cleanup. Top-tier tree surgeons! Would definitely recommend for any work needed.

Brilliant job - now we have light!! The Guys did a brilliant job. I didn’t realise that the tree was. Plenty of logs. All the neighbours are happy now, as am I.

BRW tree surgeons have been extremely helpful and professional from start to finish! Ben was very knowledgeable, reliable and hard working . When tasked with a complex job, he was brilliant and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you for your quick response and first class service. Highly recommend Ben and the team!

Our hedges were trimmed very well. They tidied up afterwards leaving the garden looking great. Its the 2nd time we have used their services and will do so again.

We had the pleasure of BRW Tree Surgeons to tackle a huge old oak. The team were prompt, professional and very thorough. Clearly explaing the process as they went showing photos and videos. The cost were competitive and we would absolutely recommend their services. Thanks guys.

Very pleased with the work they carried out over the last couple of weeks. They are very professional and knowledgeable about the tree work they carry out. The trees which we needed work on had TPOs on them and they were able to contact the council and get permissions to work on them. We would recommend them to family and friends. Great Job guys.

Fantastic bunch of guys, good pricing and great work. will be using again!

Great work removing a large oak tree and grinding the stump. Friendly and reasonably priced

I have just had a number of trees removed by BRW Trees and can highly recommend them. They were friendly and professional and carried out the work to a very high standard. Their price was good too. I would definitely use them again.

Thanks for your help with our poplar tree, it needed a bit more off than we first thought due to some rot. BRW gave great advice and have left the tree looking good and safe. Very professional, can thoroughly recommend. Thanks!

We’ve used BRW for several jobs at our home, including a large garden clearance, tree felling, stump grinding and also a new perimeter fence. Ben and the team have been brilliant every time! Hardworking, knowledgeable, friendly, competitive and always delivering on what we’ve needed! We would highly recommend to anyone and will 100% use them for future works. 5*

I used Ben's services to clear an area of overgrown trees of substantial height (up to 20metres). The work was carried out in a timely fashion and Ben communicated well throughout the process. I am thoroughly satisfied with the result and would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to other people.

Great company! Terrible access to fallen tree, came in removed everything and left the garden very tidy. Very professional and friendly, highly recommend.

Highly recommend. They moved jobs around to fit us in the following morning due to an emergency. Job completed promptly and fairly priced too. Both of the gentleman who completed the job were very friendly and helpful, we would definitely use them again if needed.

Great guys and great service done, an amazing job and really went above and beyond couldn't recommend anyone better !!

BRW's two guys did a great job. Their quote was good and they delivered, even in wet conditions, an excellent service, clearing up all the debris after tree lopping. Highly recommended! Dr Steve Brady

I have used Ben on numerous occasions and him and his team have been nothing but amazing. Very fair price. Great results and quickly organised and competed after first contact was made. Highly reccomend and will defiantly be using again in the future.

Great work Ben and Team! Very good service!

BRW carried out a difficult job in a difficult area professionally and to a high standard. We would use them again.

Ben and his team were very professional and came at short notice following storm damage. I would use again and I highly recommend them for any tree concerns.

You can expect Ben and his team to pay absolutely no attention to the surrounding structures of the work that is being carried out. He was cutting a tree for my next door neighbour and despite clearly being able to see we had a car on our drive right next to the tree, did not have the courtesy to knock on the door and see if we could move it during the tree work. Due to their carelessness, a falling log landed on the car and caused damage - this was caught on CCTV. After emailing, Ben admitted fault and initially agreed to settle an amount to repair the damage - however never followed through on this. We are now a month down the line and are commencing small claims court proceedings as well as letting the public know the lack of courtesy, professionalism and underhand manner in which BRW Tree Specialists operate. Edit 06/01/25 I was actually going to delete this review if you did end up paying the money agreed however your response has irritated me. 1. You had no idea at the time whether or not the car was road legal. You saw the car there and didn’t even ask if it could be moved. 2. We have a drive to fit 3 cars. Whilst it couldn’t have been moved onto the road, it COULD have been moved elsewhere on the drive. 3. You agreed to pay within a short amount of time yes, however your story about so called “fraud” does not add up. (A) You sent no confirmation email to say the money had supposedly been sent and to ask if we had received it (B) Even if your story is true, your emails were still working I assume? You were emailed a number of times within that 1 month period to ask for an update - not a single response was received so I don’t believe for a second what you’re saying as it was only MYSTERIOUSLY the day after I left this initial review that the money was magically paid! Coincidence? I think not! We have since spoken to other customers of yours you have ghosted when a problem arises so take that as you will… Like I say, I was prepared to remove this review and cease the court proceedings once the money was paid but your response is full of such nonsense excuses it actually backs up my initial thoughts.

BRW Tree Specialists reshaped/removed well established trees in my garden. They were efficient and did a good job. Very reasonably priced.

As always Ben and his brother turned up on time very professional and did exactly what we wanted at a very competitive price. Left everything nice and tidy would highly recommend

Ben and Damien both did an excellent job. They're punctual, polite and professional. They did a clean and tidy job and we're always happy to recommend them. Our apple and ornamental winter blossom trees look so much better now.

Great price and a job well done by Ben and team. The team were very polite, arrived on time and ensured the site was clean and tidy when the job was finished. Thank you.

Ben and Damien, arrived on time. Did the work as agreed in a safe and professional manor. Pleasant guys to do business with. Yes I would recommend them.

Ben was so helpful and knowledgeable. He managed our application and then safely and efficiently removed an incredibly large and precarious tree in the conservation area. Couldn’t recommend BRW more.

Removed 2 trees and stumps, all completed with minimal mess and taken away. Quoted quickly within a few days and work undertaken within a couple of weeks. Thanks!

I've hired Ben in two occasions now, he's reliable, works hard and does a cracking job.

Big thanks to Ben and Damien they did an excellent job removing a big oak tree. In our garden that was hanging over my fence and neighbours garden, without getting anything in my next door neighbours garden .Very professional, and a good price, and very tidy. I'd recommend this company, hard working professional. 👍

Can not recommend Ben and the team high enough informative, knowledgeable to what is required and providing advice. Clean tidy work a job well done and at a value for money.

Punctual, Polite, and efficient. Tidied up well, and reasonably priced.

Call him out for an old oak fallen over our access came in half hour cracked on got it done in no time for a more than reasonable price place was tidy after too what more can you ask for! Won't use anybody else from now that's for sure!

Ben and his team came in last minute to help me with an extremely poor experience i had received from another local tree specialist. I did the usual thing, check googles top rated and they were all pretty useless or just gave me lip service. I had no idea about how to go about having any work carried out on the protected oak trees in my garden and these guys are first class! Everything was explained to me so i could understand and they got in so quickly to carry out the work. In addition to the work Ben also noticed that one of the tree's wasnt looking very healthy and went above and beyond to ensure that we had what was a very dangerous and diseased oak tree removed promptly and without any delays. The entire team are polite, friendly and left my property in a clean and tidy state. In my opinion you wont find a better service i will 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for any type of tree work.

Would reccommend these guys to anyone! The work was carried out in a fast and effective manner, the neighbours were a little sceptical of the work plan but Ben handled it like a gentleman and they were actually very impressed with the end result too 👍🏻 Will definitely use again

Ben and his team did a fantastic job of removing a silver birch from my front garden! Arrived on time, very polite and the site was left even tidier than before they came! 5* would highly reccommend! Thank you

My sincerest apologies my review was posted in error. I confused this tree surgeon with another one with a very similar name.

Ben and his colleague did a great job of removing a dead tree and topping out all my trees that form a hedge. They removed all the waste and left my garden neat and tidy. I am very happy to recommend this company.

We had hardly any light in our lounge and thought as we had a tree preservation order we were stuck. We need not have worried. Ben took all the stress out of the situation, applied for the necessary permission from the council, kept us updated throughout then on permission being granted, organised a time to complete, turned up on time and did a superb job. Transformed our lounge, absolutely delighted, wouldn't hasten to recommend.

Very highly recommended, came when they said they would, carried out the work quickly, efficiently and safely. We will definitely be using BRW again in the near future.

Very nice guy, got the job done at a reasonable price and a very efficient

I can not recommend highly enough. The correspondence was first class. BRW has fantastic vision and turned my garden into a wonderful modern space that my children can play in, I can now relax in and have social gatherings in. Many Tx BRW
