Great service from Gareth, would highly recommend!

Great company, they give us a days notice so we can make sure the gate is open for them. They come in, do a great job and leave the windows gleaming.

High recommend, we struggled to find a window cleaner after our one just stopped turning up and other we tried after were either too expensive or not consistent. PWC have been consistent with their cleaning visits and I feel priced fairly, communication is also great.

Great service, always does a great job, would recommend!

They always do a good job on the windows and the team are friendly, polite and respectful of property.

Pure Window Cleaning always do a great job. It’s very straight forward; they message a day or two before they arrive.

Great experience from Matt and his team. Job was to clean soffits and windows all round the house plus conservatory (including the roof). Gareth arrived on time as arranged and worked through from start to finish without a break. Can only say his work has transformed the external appearance of the house - windows and soffits shine and the pure water has left no streaks or runs. All green algae from winter dispatched - Brilliant. Job well priced - will use Pure Window Cleaning Ltd. again.

We have been customers of Pure Windows for many years. We have always found they are reliable and provide excellent service.

This company always arrive the day they say which is messaged to you the day before. They use "Pure Water" hence the company name, from their own tanks on their vehicles using very long hoses. After the soap wash the windows are washed with pure water and left to dry, which works well. I would recommend this company. Alan M. Surrey.

We regularly use pure to clean our windows and they always do a very thorough job, we also used pure to clean our guttering and they did a great job, they were full of moss and pure made sure to clear it all out.

Great service and happy to recommend!

Booked in for a window clean but as I said I wanted to see results before confirming to a rolling 8 week contract he never turned up. Then stated staff shortages when I asked why they did not show before finally i was told because I would not automatically agree to a clean every 8 weeks he would not clean my windows. Not very professional in my opinion. Did not even have decency to inform me either.

A regular, speedy and effective service provided by a friendly team.

Excellent service always. Staff very professional and reliable. Even cleaned out our gutters. Well recommend them.

A really simple service to set up that was able to complete a very good quality window and sill clean within a fast time frame. They also have brilliant customer service having checked in regularly, including after the first clean to make sure we were happy. We have set up as a regular cleaning and highly recommend.

Pure Window Cleaning have been cleaning our windows for about five years and we have been very happy with their service. They recently cleaned out all the gutters too and did a very thorough job.

Great quality service at a good price and always friendly, come when they say, and do a superb job! Would defo recommend. *****

We have used Pure Windows for over 9 years and had consistently good and reliable service. Staff are careful and efficient and appointments made in advance are always kept. Prices have been maintained at fair and competitive rates and reasonable quotes received for periodic one-off more extensive cleans. Some of our windows are too high for easy access by the traditional "ladder & bucket" method so PW's hosed water technique is ideal. We recommend you give them a try.

We have used Pure Windows to clean our windows for a few years now. They always do a fantastic job, and all of cleaners that we have seen over the years have been friendly, polite, and professional. I’d highly recommend Pure Windows to anyone looking for a regular clean.

Been with this company for many years, they provide a very good service and are very reliable. I recommend them to everybody to use as profession window cleaners

I have my house's windows cleaned on a regular eight week schedule. Communication of the cleaning day from Pure Window Cleaning is good and the service is punctual, friendly, to a high standard and reasonably priced. Recommended.

Guy was very friendly and informative and did a great job. Helpfully fitting me in the same day after approaching while cleaning another house in the street. I didn’t realise how dirty the windows had been until afterwards. So clean and not a spot or steak in sight.

Have been using Pure Window Cleaning for several years. The service is always thorough, professional and reliable. Would highly recommend.

I first started using Pure window cleaning 4 years ago and haven't regretted it. they come at the appointed time and carry out their work professionally. Would recommend them to anyone.

I have been using Pure Window Cleaners for years and highly recommend them for their service, reliability, communication, trustworthiness, oh and clean windows!! A* Rating from me.

PURE MAGIC! Thanks Matt. We can see through our windows again! Recommended by 2 neighbours who "discovered" Pure last year. Impressively friendly, efficient and professional service. First impressions matter and I'm delighted to add my own recommendation. Heather Hole

First time we have used Pure Window Cleaning. Spoke to Matt (the boss) to arrange the clean who was helpful and happy to accommodate and discuss prices. Day before the clean we received a text to let us know it was happening and reminding us to leave any gates unlocked. Bruno arrived and did a great job. Friendly and keen to ensure we were happy. We haven’t had the windows cleaned for a while and it made such a different. Very happy all round and signed up for regular cleans going forward. Payment is taken automatically and Matt promises to deal with any issues promptly. Not that we’ve had any. Highly recommended. Thanks.

Very good service. Have used this company for over 10 years. Windows look sparkling after they have been and all sills are washed down. Overall very happy with them.

Great company, first visit sets you up with what you need and then they get on with it, on time, no fuss and windows have always looked great when they’ve been! Recommend

They do a really good job. Thorough clean and a reliable service. I used them at my last house in Smallfield and bought them with me when I moved to East Grinstead. Top Marks.

I've been using Pure Window Cleaning for around 3 years now. They use a water fed pole system and always leave the windows sparkling, plus they also clean the frames, which my last window cleaner didn't do! They send a text the day before to let us know when they'll be calling by and all the guys are polite and courteous. If you're looking for a professional local window cleaning company I have no hesitation in recommending them!

Their drivers are not safe drivers and find it acceptable to tailgate a woman and young child leaving a small gap between the vehicles.

Proper cleaning of my windows

Excellent company, I couldn't recommend them enough, they text the day before to remind you (in our case to leave the back gate open) and the work they do is first class at a reasonable price. Couldn't recommend them more
