The Abacus window cleaner did a fantastic job at our home. Thank him again for us! It’s the start of school holidays our daughter was so entertained just watching the brush spraying the water on the windows, she loved it! We were all impressed! Well done! JR Ashford, Surrey TW15

Tom did an excellent job both inside and outside. He returned to the windows once they had dried and looked at them from different angles to make sure they were properly clean. A very thorough job. Please send him every time. Thank you.

Very disappointed with Abacus Window cleaning and cancelled my service after repeated cancellations on the day. When you receive a txt the day before saying they will come the next day between 7.00-17.00 i insured the drive was cleared for them to park, only to wait all day before getting txts to cancel. The times they did arrive they missed windows and the time spent cleaning was hardly worth the price they charge. I would not recommend.

I've been a customer of Abacus since Feb, and they've been incredibly disappointing during that time. Twice they have failed to show up within the agreed 6 weekly schedule, pushing it to 8 or 9 weeks, and not once have they been able to clean my windows without leaving streaks. There was no communication about any delays to the cleaning schedules, and I had to chase them myself to be put on a 'priority list' for cleaning. They do come out to re-clean the windows if streaks are left, which I do commend them for. I have just unfortunately never had a good experience with the actual clean (even if they re-cleaned, there were still streaks and dirty cills), and would advise that people look elsewhere for domestic cleaning.

I have always been very happy with the service I’ve received from Abacus and the communication they give.

I used abacus for a commerical job and the service from the very beginning was exceptional. I didnt have to chase any paperwork, starts date or RAMS. Everything was seemless. Once on site, the H&S was immaculate and the results of the job, perfect. Thank you so much Milly and Pat.

I've been with Abacus now for at least 3 years, my window cleaner visits every 6 weeks and they always inform me the day before and then a couple of days later they e- mail regarding payment I'm very pleased with the service I get.

Reliable and friendly. No window streaks.

Great people great job always never let us down and always come on the day they said they would...

Abacus have been cleaning our windows for many years now. They have been very reliable. They always let us know in advance when they are coming - in fact their communication is excellent. A satisfied customer

Highly recommended professional cleaners

Affordable, reasonably efficient.

Very reliable and quality brilliant

I have been using Abacus for cleaning my windows and guttering for many years and they have always been reasonably priced, punctual, professional and courteous. Would recommend without hesitation.

Have been using Abacus since 2021. They clean to a good stand and always clear with their communication on when they're coming. Easy to get hold of and always polite. Well worth exploring if you're looking for a a window cleaner!

I signed up to Abacus after a door knock. Unfortunately, my first experience was disappointing, as there were water marks all over the windows afterwards and they looked worse than before the visit. I contacted the company and they did return to re-clean the windows. The member of staff who came back was very polite and explained that the person who attended on the first visit had only been with the company a few days. He also confirmed he was responsible for the rear windows, which were left in a particularly poor condition. While I appreciate that they returned to resolve the issue, I would suggest providing more thorough training for new staff to avoid disappointing new customers at the outset. I did make payment, but I have since decided to go with another company that also has 5 star reviews and is more cost effective.

Professional work from Hayden.

We got recommended to used Abacus to clean our windows, frames, and seal, and can say we have 0 complaints throughout the last few months! Additionally Cobi and Hayden seem to be great characters, always friendly, smiling and giving unmatched customer service

Absolutely outstanding service from Abacus Window Cleaning. Cobi and the team were punctual, professional, and worked harder than I do on a Monday morning. By the time they finished, the windows were so clean I spent ten minutes wondering whether someone had stolen all the glass 😹😹😹

I recently had my windows and sills cleaned by abacus and I must say the attention to detail, efficiency, and customer service was excellent and exceeded expectations. A special mention to Cobi M. And Hayden - fantastic link up between these two it was like watching prime Fergie. Would definitely recommend

They kept everything tidy and made the whole process stress-free. As a busy mum, I really appreciated how considerate and respectful they were around our home. The quality of the work is excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you, Cobi and the team!

Recently had our conservatory roof and Windows cleaned by Tom and his partner they’ve done an outstanding job can’t believe how well the roof has come up really impressed with the service.

Extremely disrespectful and unreliable. Phone staff are very unprofessional. Would not recommend. Never turn up on time & they don’t clean the windows properly.

Sid did a lovely job on our windows and conservatory and lantern roofs today. Considering we had so much pollen on them. He was a very polite young man.

We recently had our conservatory windows and roof cleaned by Tom who did a fantastic job, very professional job have passed on details to family and friends.

Abacus Window Cleaning always make a very good job when cleaning my windows. No streaks or runs just nice clean windows

Dave and his team have been doing my windows for eight years and always comes on the day he says or he lets me know I’ve never had a complaint Thank you Abacus 👍👍👍👍👍

I’ve been a customer for 3 years. In those years, I’ve been impressed by the consistently good service, reliability and politeness of the Abacus team.

3 storey, 5 bed house, 35 panes and they were on site for a whole 9 mins including getting the equipment out the van and putting it back. One window, frame and sill took just 4 seconds. Avoid unless you are at home to supervise! Wish I had read the other poor reviews.

West End - I’ve been with these guys for years! Always good work and they are always clean and tidy. Sparkling windows 🪟

Abacus comes every 12 weeks to clean my windows. They are a reliable company, reasonably priced and do a good job.

I FIND Abacus window cleaners very good. They come at a time that suits me, are very polite and do a good job. Like everyone they have had to put prices up, but i find having them 8 weekly is excellent.

My new window cleaning Callum is fab. He managed to reach a difficult to reach window for me. Very happy.

Abacus window cleaning service is very good. Great standard of workmanship, staff are always polite and go the extra mile to ensure you are happy with everything they have cleaned.

Expert clean, great communications, competitively priced.

They damaged ALL railings in my balcony and never took responsibility or came to check. They just disappeared after my complain and 4 phone calls. You can see their attitude by their reply. AVOID.

We have our windows cleaned every 8 weeks by Abacus and they are fab! Always makes such a difference once they have been and I can’t fault the customer service. We have been with them since before Covid and never had any issues. Office team and super helpful. Text reminders the day before are great.

Abacus have been great. Very reliable and helpful.

Vito from Abacus did our gutter and window clean of our 4 bedroom detached property and I can categorically say ‘what a fabulous job he did’! I’ve never had someone who has done this job with such dedication and in such an immaculate way. Vito is truly a gem of a person too. Such a kind generous approach, always there to give the best possible advice. I would 100% recommend Abacus to anyone looking to have their guttering or windows done especially when they have such brilliant professional people like Vito on their team.

Excellent service. They clean my windows and sills to a very high standard. One happy customer 🙂

The company are very pleasant to deal with and always helpful if there are any issues. Very happy with the cleaning. The price is higher than some in the area but we feel its ok for the results you get

The whole service was brilliant from start to finish! Easy to book and easy to pay. Windows left sparkling. I look forward to having them cleaned again in another 6 weeks.

I would highly recommend Abacus Window Cleaning company. I love how clean the windows are when they’ve finished. It’s crystal clear. They’ve also cleared the gutters of our house again great job and took all rubbish away afterwards. 5 star service

I basically signed up for a £30 month subscription just for someone to spray water on my windows and clear off. When I had a cold call at my door to sign up for this service I was informed the windows and sills, plus the fascia’s would get cleansed, but no such luck. The first clean was complete waste of my money, guy came round sprayed waters at windows, leaving streaks and the sills and fascia’s remained dirty. I immediately cancelled after the service. I could have done what he did myself with the jet wash!

We’re so pleased we found Abacus. They clean the outside windows at our home in Ascot, and every time they visit the house feels instantly brighter. There’s something lovely about looking out through properly clean, sparkling glass — especially on a sunny day — and they never disappoint. They’re always reliable, friendly and professional, and it’s clear they take real pride in their work. Even in unpredictable weather, the standard is consistently excellent. It’s such a comfort to have someone dependable who quietly does a wonderful job every time. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Abacus.

Great service, and affordable! Would recommend!! (didn't think to take pics)

Absolutely outstanding service from Sid, he was happy to go the extra mile and always so jolly. Congratulations to abacus for having such delightful staff

Excellent service from Sid! Not only great at cleaning windows, but a really nice friendly guy - nothing is too much bother! Thanks

James did a fantastic job as always :)

Had my windows cleaned by James. Not only did he do a very professional job, he was also a very polite man

James did a fantastic job. My windows were in a bad way after just moving in but James proved the water fed pole system is the way to go. Thank you Abacus

Had a great window clean done by Sid. Very polite and friendly and explained everything to me before he started Definitely recommend!! Very happy!

James did a fantastic job on my windows. Really happy with the service

Do not use this window cleaning company!!!! My back gate was left open for around an hour and half, my kittens are now lost who were to small to jump my garden fence. My dog also got lose but luckily manage to retrieve her. When calling the company I was told there was nothing they could do other than speak to the cleaner !

George cleaned our gutters today and the quality was on point. He was polite and friendly and provided an excellent service.

I’ve had my windows cleaned by Abacus for over a year now. Always happy with the quality of work. Window cleaners always friendly and on time. Would 100% recommend.

George was excellent, great job, clear explanation of what was and was not included. Will use again and would recommend.

Excellent friendly service from George , cant recommend Abacus Windows enough.

George did a fantastic job on my windows and fascia! Everything is sparkling clean and looks like new. Professional, friendly service and left everything spotless. Highly recommend!

Excellent service, quick and simple with a great finish!

Paul did a great job, windows look perfect!

George was excellent and very polite. Very pleased with the service.

Recently had my windows cleaned by this company and l am very happy with the results. George was polite, professional and did a great job.

Great company! My windows were cleaned for the first time today by George , apon arrival he introduced himself and the company , he explained the process of the windows being cleaned which I found reassuring. After the windows were cleaned I realised all the moss and algae was removed from the frames and sills. Which completely transformed my windows! would definitely recommend

My house faces a busy main road and I could never get the windows clean… until George from Abacus came along. Not only are the windows lovely and clean, but he was very kind and courteous to me too.

Had my windows cleaned today for the first time by Sid at Abacus and he did a fantastic job! His work was to a very high standard, he was polite, friendly and helpful and he came across as genuinely wanting to do a good job. The Velux windows had not been cleaned for a while, but his attention to detail to get rid of the stubborn moss was exceptional. I am very impressed with the care and consideration that went into his work and he made a brilliant first impression. Thank you Sid.

Used this company for the first time and the windows were not cleaned properly, some were missed completely. Then they broke our roller shutter door, as they knocked something over, left it and then told me I could shut it. I did this and heard a noise and so ran to stop the shutter and removed what was stopping it from shutting. We had this on camera and they would not accept responsibility and tried to blame me, even though it was obvious this was not the case. We didnt have to pay for the windows but now we are being ignored and have had to pay to fix damage caused by their carelessness to our roller shutter door. Will not use again.

This company has little respect for elderly or disabled pedestrians. As they seemingly only have short hoses, they have to park across the pavement, totally blocking it and forcing pedestrians into the road. They need to buy longer hoses so they can park more considerately! The drivers need to look at the RNIB website and see the inconvenience such irresponsible parking causes disabled. On the plus side, they were very quick, so weren't causing an obstruction for too long on this occasion.

Pathetic service, I couldn’t recognise windows were cleaned And they cleaned the windows without consent and kept chasing for money, suggest not to encourage sales agents knocking the door, they assume the consent and chase for money

Well done James on a very good job. Not rushed , just thorough and efficient.

My windows are regularly cleaned to a very high standard by Kieran. Great service

I had my salar panels cleaned by Keiran today. I can't believe the difference between before and after. I would highly recommend Abacus Window Cleaning

Had my windows cleaned by Keiran, he did a great job, was very efficient and polite, would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks Keiran!

I recently had my windows cleaned and would highly recommend Keiran. He did a great job and was very thorough.

Brilliant service, Vitor did a perfect job. An extra miler with exceptional customer service. Highly recommend

First clean from Abacus - Callum in attendance. Can't imagine our windows are the easiest to clean - external Georgian bar but they look great as do the cills.

Windows are gleaming! Would always recommend Abacus, Keiran always does such a fantastic job

Had our windows cleaned for the 1st time today, sorry but your promises were false. Fascia’s were still filthy and windows certainly were not spotless. Won’t be using again.

Amazing customer service from Abacus Window Cleaning, would highly recommend! A reliable and friendly team with high standard, thorough window cleaning services 🙂

Had my windows cleaned recently and WOW! Jayden is amazing. So polite and left the windows spotless and streak free. Couldn’t recommend more.

I needed my roof and garage fascia and gutters cleaned (the external part of gutters) as they were very dirty. I was very pleased with Jayden from Abacus. He did a fantastic job I would definitely recommend! Thank you

Jayden does a brilliant job every time. My windows are always spotless and he’s such a genuinely nice guy too. Super reliable, friendly and really takes pride in his work. Honestly can’t fault him at all 10/10 service!

Despite not asking for it and not even needing a window cleaner...I received a text message stating that a window cleaner would be coming round. We are not interested thank you. We haven't requested your service at our property.

They do a good job every time and the office staff are very helpful and responsive

These guys are superb time keeping is great turn up when the say they will. Windows look great

Customer service is dreadful. Signed up with these guys and signed up with GoCardless online so they could bill me easily after visits. I received an email a while after my first clean to inform me they had sent me the wrong details to sign up to on GoCardless, meaning they are not able to bill me. This is obviously a mistake on their behalf which they admitted. I decided to bank transfer the money instead as payment to try and make their lives easier. They didn’t show up for a while so I emailed to ask when they would next be back to clean my windows. I was informed that my account was suspended as I had not paid soon enough after the first clean. Surely this should have been flagged by your staff as a mistake your end? No apology was given at any stage.

Abacus Window Cleaning have been fantastic! We have been getting our windows cleaned 8-weekly for over a year now and couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Efficient, friendly and will always go above and beyond. Highly Reccommend

Disappointed to say the least. The guy come and cleaned my windows and stole from my garden and when I called up I was told that, this would not happen because they are DBS checked???? So does that make me a lier? But I'm DBS checked too. I dont understand how that means that person does not steal? Poor customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could. Stealing is the bottom of the barrel for me.... I didnt report this to gain anything but to get my belongings returned but no one was willing to even look into it.

Our windows and doors were cleaned by them for the first time today. The entire job took only two to three minutes, which I confirmed on my outdoor cameras. I can assure you that, despite all the promises they make – whether customer satisfaction, spotless glass, or cleaned frames, sills, doors and windows – they do not deliver, not one of them. It is remarkable how consistently disappointing they are. All they did was splash some water. They certainly did not clean the sills or anything else, and in fact our windows were noticeably cleaner before their visit. Now they are covered with spots and streaks, despite their so-called guarantee. They are refusing to issue a refund because I will not allow them to “rectify” the work. That is hardly surprising, as they are clearly incapable of cleaning properly, and I will not give them the chance to make things worse, as they have already done for many other people according to their Google reviews.

I switched to Abacus a couple of years ago now, the service they have given over those 2 years has been exceptional. Getting notification the day before they come is really helpful and the quality of the cleaning is second to none. I thoroughly recommend them.

Great service from Callum, my windows were left gleaming. Very satisfied - I highly recommend Abacus, thank you!

Had my windows cleaned, the guy was called Callum he was so helpful and informative an assist to the company. I will definitely recommend and will be re booking! Thank you Abacus.

I would highly recommend Abacus to anyone looking to have their windows cleaned. Ours were cleaned by Callum, who took the time to make sure the job was done to the highest standard which we were very appreciative of!

Callum cleaned my father’s windows and conservatory and made an excellent job. He was so polite and very efficient at his job. I would definitely recommend him 😃

I have used this company now for about a year and no problems in the past however today I have cancelled any further cleans as I was home on a bright hot sunny day with my downstairs large windows open came out of my kitchen to find window cleaner here doing the front windows and water all over indoor window ledges and indoor floors… surely it would have been common sense to knock the door and ask me to close them as it must have been obvious I was at home!!!

I recently had my windows cleaned by the most efficient and charming young man named Ben. My windows have never been this clean, not only did this young man bring the sparkle but he also left it on my windows. 10/10 service

Fantastic Service! I recently used Abacus Window Cleaning to wash and clear gutters and facias. Kieran and Corey were incredibly professional, arriving on time and working efficiently. The attention to detail was impressive. They left everything clean and tidy, and washing the windows to ensure all was pristine. I highly recommend. Thanks Team Abacus

Can highly recommend Abacas, they do a great job, turn up when they say they will and clean the window ledges and surrounds as well as the windows. First class service.

Everyone I have dealt with at Abacus Windows have been very helpful and made the whole process hassle free, George & Sid did a great job, imparting some great ongoing advice which was very helpful so wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Highly recommend, window cleaners were prompt, efficient and polite. Windows look great, very happy, Oli the cleaner was fab

Olli does a great job on my windows.

Olli did a fantastic job with the window cleaning—everything was left spotless and streak-free. The service was professional, efficient, and delivered with a friendly attitude. Highly recommended!

Nick was very competent and thorough and left our windows sparkling. He even explained what he was doing and gave advice. So glad we got them done. I’m looking forward to the next visit. Highly recommend. Thanks

Brilliant clean today as always and jayden the eye candy was an added bonus 😉

Jayden did good job on my glass today

Brilliant clean by Jayden and his colleague today 😁 definitely recommend

Jayden from Abacus cleared my gutters and washed my windows recently. He was polite and courteous. He did a fantastic job.

Always such a great service - they do a fantastic job on my windows - highly recommended!

I have used Abacus windows for a number of years and always received a very reliable and efficient service. However recently Luke has been doing a fantastic job and is a credit to your company. I love the text message reminder the day before and the ease of payment - I am one very happy customer.

Had my first clean this afternoon with abacus and I couldn’t be happier. My last window cleaner never cleaned the frames properly and it really bothered me, I switched to Abacus and will be staying with them as they have done an amazing job and my windows, frames and sills are sparkling

Tom W does a fantastic job on my windows, abacus as a whole are easy to deal with and pretty stress free. Have recommended them a few times to friends and local groups

I am very impressed with the service. I was quite apprehensive about having someone knocking my door. Once they cleaned my windows! WOW! The person that came to my door was very sincere. The window cleaner carried out the cleaning of all, sills, windows and frames. Very happy to be a customer for a long time!

Cleaned the windows so well that they didnt need to move the cobwebs to clean under them. 20 minutes, a long brush and not a squeegee in sight. I also had to spend 30 minutes buffing out the water drops on all windows

tried to scam my elderly grandmother who lives alone by claiming she hadn't paid after she paid in cash on the day. avoid and find a reputable business that isn't money hungry and scheming. edit: what a professional way to reply; calling people liars. point proven. this company harassed my sick grandmother and made her incredibly worried that she hadn't paid and clearly that's part of their business model to target the elderly with poor memory. when she said that the cleaner signed to confirm she paid the ONE HUNDRED POUNDS, not 25, in cash they backpedalled on their scam. anyone reading this can find a much better service than these lowlifes.

Had no issue with the work but about a week later i got a text from them saying payment for WINDOW CLEANING was overdue & to send immediately. When i replied that i paid cash on the day, I got another text now saying the overdue payment was for GUTTER CLEARING not window cleaning. I replied again that I also paid cash for that & got a signature from the guy. Got a text back saying they would update their books. Never known a company to be so unprofessional.

Paul did a great job!

Very good worker with pride in his work.

Paul did a great job cleaning our windows today, thank you!

Top quality service provided, we have had Paul a few times now and always productive with a smile. Would highly recommend

Outstanding! Highly recommend Abacus Window Cleaning. They are professional courteous and very fairly priced. Hayden done a fantastic job on our windows, fascia and the conservatory. Absolutely delighted with service! Thank you so much!

I’m very pleased with the window cleaning service we got from Vitor and team, they did a fantastic job. The team was also polite and professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

First time using Abacus and so glad we did. The window cleaner was the best we have ever had - he was very professional, thorough and took his time to do a brilliant job. Would highly recommend.

Not a brilliant experience to be fair, salesman pitched a 100% guaranteed service yet after the 1st visit 3 windows were missed and the others not great. Asked for them to be done again and the 2nd visit wasn't much better with the same windows being missed and the food bin being sent flying on the way out. Needless to say the service has been cancelled.

Ollie was great when he came to clean my windows and conservatory!! He was so polite and thorough. Would highly recommend abacus window cleaning!!

Had my windows cleaned by Olli and he did a fantastic job! Very polite and punctual as always, cannot recommend enough!

Really pleased with my windows and conservatory. Clear explanation of system used and what to expect on the day. The chap that came round, Oli, was very thorough and really friendly and worked really hard on my conservatory especially as it was far from clean and is now looking fab. Would definitely use again. Thank you.

Sid was excellent. Our windows are so clean! Thank you

Olli did a great job on our windows. Nice polite lad

Abacus and especially Sid have always provided an excellent service. Sid is always happy and nothing is to much for him, he is hard working and pays attention to detail. You should be proud to have him on the front line of your business!

Sid provides a great service and leaves my windows sparkling and smear free. Nothing is ever to much trouble, he is always punctual and not in a rush. He only leaves when he knows I am satisfied with the work carried out. Keep up the great work Sid !

Abacus windows my l say a very big thank you , l made a request over the weekend if possible for my windows to be cleaned earlier on Monday morning as l had been asked out asked out ,,, I didn’t want to leave my side gate unlocked , all day . Sure enough you’re window guys were early as always done a lovely job not rushed thank you . Knowing l was able to lock my side gate and go out for the day with my sister felt reassured know my property was safely locked Thank you all so very much Abacus team From a loyal customer of just Ten Years Many thanks again Kay Westwood 😘

On my way home I was driving behind a van that had the company number on it, I actually am in need of gutter and window cleaning so I called the number, said what I just wrote and the woman just said "you're driving behind the van?" after which she cut the call. Very unprofessional and weird. What's the point of the number on a van if you won't provide service for calling?

This was the 1st time having my windows done & the last too. My windows were weren’t clean in certain places, they don’t dry your windows either so when i had woken up the next day, windows had water marks all over them. I do not recommend this company.

Great team, top job, minimal intrusion, scheduled work with text reminder the day before work.

So pleased! Absolutely brilliant job! Thank you all!

Fantastic effort from the abacus team on difficult windows to reach. Also made a great job of an old conservatory and left it looking gleaming.

Another very attentive & thorough clean by Callum. Where areas are very difficult or not fully safe to reach, Callum made a point of explaining this - so I knew what to expect. Based on my experiences of Callum’s consistent window & conservatory cleans, I would certainly be very happy to recommend Abacus.

Callum is great at what he does! Always so polite and friendly couldn’t recommend highly enough!

I would definitely recommend abacus window cleaning. I found them to be very professional, polite. We are very pleased with the result, my windows are looking fantastic it makes such a difference to your home.

After our windows were cleaned for the first time, they were left with streaks and water droplets. This was across a number of windows. I rang and complained and was informed we would have them redone as they offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. They duly turned up today to redo them and they have actually been left in a worse condition then the first time. I phoned to again complain also informing that we would not be paying for such a sloppy service 2nd time round I also requested the salesman who made the initial contact with us to come and inspect the windows. The response over the phone was: we expect you to pay as it was a second visit and the salesman would not attend to inspect. I was also asked to take pictures to send to them via e-mail which they would send me to reply. I have duly taken the pictures but am still waiting to be sent the email to respond to. So please Abacus live by your motto: 100%customer satisfaction. Because until you do ,we will not pay. Regards W.Diamond

Thanks so much for sorting our clean out so quickly. Jay was very professional and personable, thank you.

Excellent window cleaners. Tracey in office very proficient. Always would recommend.

Great clean and good communication

We would definitely recommend Abacus. A very efficient and thorough window clean every six weeks, with easy and clear payment options. Staff in the office are very helpful and cleaners always very efficient

They quoted for a gutter clean job in Reading. I agreed and sent them the £160 they asked. Arranged a day well in advance. reminded them the day before. Today their sub contractor decided he was late and could not be bothered to phone and advise. The office was gruff when I called to ask why the delay. Complete waste of my 3 hours going to Reading and hanging around. Very poor attitude towards customers.

Great service
