Village Windows is praised for professional, friendly service from the first enquiry through to completion. Customers commonly mention high-quality window installations and repairs, careful attention to detail, neat finishes, and fitters who are punctual, polite and tidy. Clear communication, helpful advice and good value also feature strongly, with work carried out across homes and renovation projects.
Superb job by Chris, Steve and Terry, very pleased with the windows, they were all professional throughout, kept everything tidy, the installs were great, and they were really nice to work with. Would thoroughly recommend.
Village windows fixed the hinges on 8 of our windows that were howling through the night. Fiona at the office was quick to book a quote and also a fitting once we had agreed and the boys that came to undertake the work were extremely polite and tidy. They were also competitively priced which helps! HIGHLY recommend!
Chris and Fiona are both lovely to deal with. Very responsive with emails and communication. The guys who installed were super punctual each day, very polite and tidy and the installation is second to none. Could not be happier. Thanks to the whole team.
Another excellent job by the French Street team, who have now worked on two of our properties as well as our own home. Lovely finish and neat and tidy.
We used this company on the first phase of our renovations and found their work and product to be of the highest standard. We didn't hesitate to use them on the next phase, their standard and quality of work was 10 out of 10 again, we expected no less and would be happy to recommend them without hesitation. Chris's team also previously completed some work on my mother's house with the same amount of attention to detail. Thanks again Chris and your team.
I must congratulate Village Windows for turning our home into a Haunted House. The wind whistles through the windows, it positively HOWLS through the inferior quality cladding, Shiplap it isnt------Soffit Board used instead!!! Thankyou Christopher.
Chris and the team did an absolutely brilliant job putting in new windows in our home. He listened to what we wanted exactly, and made sure that the finish was perfect. The guys who fitted the windows were professional and tidy. I would definitely recommend Village Windows to anyone in the area, and outside the area! They kept in contact, gave me updates whilst the windows were being built, and offered superb value for the exceedingly good service they gave. You do not get this from the national companies! Fast, thorough, tidy, and friendly!
From initial visit through to completion of the work everything was extremely professional. Good advice, excellent quality of work and very helpful fitters. Would have no hesitation in recommending.
Great people to do business with. Very professional.
