Albion Property Services

Very good service and installation all round. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

Lee and team did a great job and left no mess behind, which is really appreciated. Pleased with the quality and price of the new doors.

Lee from Albion Property Services fitted 11 windows and 3 doors in our property. From start to finish, Lee has been professional, helpful, always very quick to respond to any questions or queries. First class job, high end finish, can’t fault anything. Would highly recommend Albion Property Services to anyone considering replacing their windows and/or doors.

Fantastic customer service and knowledge. Fully recommend.

Lee was absolutely amazing, he did a five star ⭐ job and we would highly recommend him to anyone.

I would highly recommend Albion Property Services. Lee replaced a very large glazed unit in an upstairs window. He quoted a competitive price and was quick and efficient.

French doors fitted recently by Lee look great 😊. Very neat and tidy professional workmanship.

We recently had our uPVC windows and doors repaired, and the service we received was exceptional. Albion were punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Diagnosed the issues quickly and carried out the repairs efficiently, leaving everything looking and functioning perfectly. Communication was clear throughout, and went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the work. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable and skilled window and door repairs.

Lee replaced some windows for me last year and done a lovely job, so when I needed a new back door, I had no hesitations in asking Lee Had a slight problem with the door which Lee put right Really pleased with the finished result .

Based on reviews on Google I used Albion Property Services for repairs and adjustments needed to 3 doors and 6 windows. This involved replacing seals, hinges, handles and one glazed unit, as well as some necessary adjustments. Lee was quick to respond to my intial enquiry and visited soon after to look at the jobs/work. His quote was sent the next day. I'm very pleased with the work, which has clearly put right all of the problems. All now open smoothly and shut properly. Whilst I didn't get any other quotes, I thought the price was reasonable. Lee used WhatsApp for messaging and that worked well. I have no hesitation in recommending Lee and Albion Property Services and would definitely use them again in future.

Fantastic service. Always responsive, friendly, informative and professional. 17 windows and 3 doors fitted to perfection. Absolutely delighted!

High quality product and fitting. Exceptional attention to detail when fitting the windows and doors, resulting in a fantastic finish. We couldn’t be more pleased with Albion Property Services. Thank you Lee. It was a pleasure to meet you and have you around. I couldn’t recommend you highly enough.

Brilliant service. Lee is efficient, friendly and helpful. I was really impressed with the way he always turned up on time. 100% reliable

Found Lee through Google and, based on his high reviews here and on Yell.com, asked him to quote for a number of window repairs. A reasonable quote, flexible availability and quick service finished to a high standard. He is now in my ‘rolodex’ for any door and window issues in the future. Thanks Lee!

Excellent job done by Lee. Replaced our broken window very quickly and at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend

At last, a skilled tradesman who knows his trade and uses his skills and ingenuity to permanently resolve a problem created by an original "Building Company". From the initial enquiry to finished job in less than 3 hours at a very good price was so pleasing. Thank you, I will continue to recommend you to all my contacts.

Many thanks, diagnosed fault straight away and fixed it very quickly - very friendly and professional

Fantastic service from start to finish.

Albion Property Services have taken care of two jobs for us this year - taking out and refitting an improperly fitted window in one bedroom, and replacing a cracked inner pane in another. Both jobs were carried out efficiently and to a very high standard. Lee came across as both knowledgeable and friendly when he came to quote for the original job, and he did a great job explaining the possible causes of the problems we were experiencing. The job itself was being done in tandem with a roofing job we'd booked in with another contractor, and needed to share the same scaffold - Lee was very professional and flexible with working around this, including rearranging the date for his job by a few days when weather conditions forced a slight delay on the roofing job. During the job itself, he took time to explain things and take us through what he'd found when removing the window, so we felt we had a full and clear picture of what was happening from start to finish. As the original window turned out to have been fitted incorrectly, a very small amount of additional work was required compared to what had originally been quoted - however, Lee explained very clearly what this was and why it was necessary, made sure that we knew the exact additional cost (which itself was minimal) and were happy for him to proceed, and was able to carry out the required additional work with materials he already had with him on the day. For the second job, we returned from a holiday to find the inner pane of one of our upstairs windows had cracked. Lee fitted our job in admirably quickly and ensured that the replacement glass was ordered and delivered as quickly as possible, and the job was carried out quickly and efficiently on the day. All in all, we received great service in both instances, and wouldn't hesitate to use Albion Property Services again for any future jobs of this nature. Definitely recommended!

I recently had new doors fitted and couldn't be happier with the experience. The service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Tailored exactly to what I wanted, and carried out with great attention to detail. Lee was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about his work. The quality of the doors and the fitting exceeded my expectations. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a competitive price but really high standard and a personal touch.

Wonderful customer service and my door is good as new. Came out the same day and fixed a front door that wouldn't close (so kind of an emergency!) for a really reasonable price. Highly recommended!

First class service received, called them am as my UPVC front door had dropped and so would not lock, they arrived early pm & sorted in next to no time. Very satisfied customer & would definitely recommend.

Fantastic job done by Lee and his team! Great to support a local business. New front door and frame was superficially the same as the old one but in fact is a significant upgrade in quality, sturdiness, fit, finishing, sealing etc. It looks brilliant and is such a snug fit. Lee is super-responsive from the first enquiry and the attention to detail and workmanship is first class. I could not recommend him and his team more highly.

Lee done a amazing job today fitting me a new bay window and fixing my front door told me what he was gonna do and was very chatty and friendly cleaned up after himself I would highly recommend Lee to do your windows and doors

Brilliant Professional service. Very friendly and helpful with very good advice. Albion Property services provided a prompt and professional service at a competitive and realistic price. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I will definitely use them in the future.

Very pleased with my new windows and door that Lee and team fitted. Impressed with the efficiency, quality, knowledge and customer service. They look great and have made such a difference already, I finally have a warm house!! 🤗 Thanks Lee, I’ll definitely be recommending you to others 👍🏻

I cannot rate Lee highly enough, his workmanship is first class and his communication was excellent as to when to expect him etc. I would highly recommend Albion Property Services every time.

Fanstastic and swift work. Upstars, kitchen and patio windows done in just a few hours and properly too.

I choose Albion as supporting a company local to me was extremely important. After meeting Lee for the first time, it was evident he was extremely knowledgeable. He talked me through such a large project and recommending designs and made me aware of any potential issues. Having a team I could trust with such a large project was reassuring and I am extremely pleased with the result. The team completed fitting 29 windows, including multiple sets of patio windows in a sunroom and a new front door within 7 working days. The team were extremely trustworthy and clean, with everything tided away at the end of the day. The quality of materials provided and the fit were to an extremely high standard and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Albion going forward. Thank you Lee for making a daunting project so easy.

Fantastic workmanship in the installation of our new front door. Very impressed with the attention to detail and good contact through the process.

Brilliant service from Lee, from quote through to the finished job. Replaced our front and back doors (with attached windows) composite door at the front, uPVC at the back. Did what he said he would, came when he said he would and worked tidily. Lovely job. Thanks Lee and Julie.

Lee & Julie Stanton of Albion Property Services - Dursley did a fantastic job replacing every single external wooden window and door of our main house (the extension was already UPVC). Brilliant service from start to finish. I'd thoroughly recommend them without reservation! Honest, quick, friendly, professional, punctual, polite service. Probably one of the best trade services around. Would highly recommend. Got a quick quote, work done within a good timescale. Clean and tidy throughout, AND a good price. 10/10

Had new windows and doors fitted last week by Albion property services. First class job, very professional service from Lee and the team. All questions answered, nothing was too much trouble. Was here 3 days and all mess was cleaned up at the end of each day. Would definitely recommend 5 out of 5 stars. First class service. Thank you Lee, julie and the team for a job well done.

Great job highly recommend friendly clean and quick thank you

I needed a professional to remove my bay window to get my new sofa into my front room. Lee took the 8 windows out and helped me with the sofa. He then put the windows back, resealed, cleaned my windows, and swept up after. Lee arrived on time and was very professional throughout the job - he was very friendly and I would recommend his work and company to anybody! No job is too small or big!

We used Lee's services for a upvc window removal in an Edwardian terraced house. Given the age of the property, it produced quirks in the job that Lee overcame with ease. The service was professional, punctual, and produced a brilliant finish. Lee also helped move a sofa during the work which he didn't have to do. Overall, I highly recommend Lee and Albion Property Services and will be sure to recommend them to friends and family.

Definitely recommend Albion property services. Lee did a fantastic job replacing my front door. Lee is friendly and approachable, he explained what he had to do,and left the job clean and tidy.
