Absolute Glazing Services was praised for friendly, professional service, clear pricing and prompt responses, with reviews mentioning windows, doors and a conservatory. Customers valued the efficient fitting, tidy workmanship, quality finish and lack of sales pressure, although one later review raises a serious concern about the business ceasing trading and unresolved customer problems.
Be warned this company has ceased trading with many disgruntled customers left with many problems. The owner is now telling us to "go away" At the same time I believe he is trading again under a different name. Beware.
I had a great experience with Absolute Glazing, from the first discussion with Ian up to the end with Gary and the rest of the team. Always professional, friendly and very prompt in fulfilling the order. My new windows look Absolute-gorgeous! Also, very good after-sale customer service, so I Absolutely recommend them!
Great prices and excellent service as well. Not at all pushy in sales. Over the moon with my new front and back door. Highly recommend.
Absolute Glazing came highly recommended from a friend of mine and I can see why From the beginning Gary was great, friendly, professional and gave us a really good quote Paul was our fitter and he was just like the rest of the team friendly and professional He did a great job and we've been so pleased with Absolute Glazing We gave them 5 stars because they deserve it and I would highly recommend this company Many thanks Gary
Excellent response to my enquiry - resulted in a survey the next day and the work done the following week - and every person involved was courteous and friendly. I will use this firm again.
We had Absolute glazing to give us a quote for Windows and a Door replacement and straight away we felt comfortable with them. Gary was helpful and no sales pressure. They where ordered and fitted so efficiently and professionally. We have already recommended them to friends and family and would certainly use them again. Thank you.
Had our conservatory built by Absolute. Fantastic service from start to finish. Gary was brilliant with suggestions at initial meeting and no pressure sales. Gives a genuine price from the start without all of the messing around with deals you can get with some companies. We agreed a start date and all workmen contacted beforehand to agree when they would arrive, which they kept to. All finished in timescale that was promised and we are really pleased. Genuine local company, excellent finish for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
Very professional from the start to finish. the sales person was very helpful and price given during his first visit. When I agreed to go ahead the process moved quickly and the person who came to fit did three windows in less than a day with no mess.( I've never seen so many dust sheets.) Final clear up nothing at all left behind. Another important thing is the windows are very good quality. A good experience all round.
Absolute Glazing Services installed our new patio doors at +Relax Just Massage and we could be happier with the end result! Thank you so much and will recommend to anyone needing your services! ;-)
