We where in a mess as a childrens charity sccyp had no money and a broken window. Darren came to our rescue the same day. A little later Sure seal fitted our window for free the communication was excellent they did an excellent job can't thank them enough from sue and the team at sccyp

I’ve had two doors fitted off Sureseal over 12years ago and they still look amazing. I’ve just had 12 windows and two doors fitted in another house and the quality and finished look is outstanding. Darren was our main point of call from start to finish with Micheal also checking if everything was ok, they was both very attentive and professional. Peter & Pedro were our fitters and they also was very detailed, professional and polite. Highly recommended I’ll definitely use this company again and I’ll certainly recommend to others Thank you Thomas

Definitely recommend you all .First class service for an installation of a canopy from initial enquiry and visit from Garry the follow up phone call to advise when you could start work Max and Jake a credit to the company got on with the job and advised us all along the way what was happening. Rubbish collected as promised next day Thankyou all.

I cant praise Sureseal enough - they have replaced my mums kitchen doors and back room doors - and the quality of work is outstanding. The two operatives who carried out the work Max and Luke were thoroughly professional they worked all day without any breaks and into the early evening to get the job completed so my mums house was secure when they left, quality workers, polite, courteous, high quality installers and tidied everything up at the end leaving no mess at all. I would totally recommend Sureseal - plus the price was excellent!! The back office support was excellent as well providing timely reminders and always helpful with any queries.

Had a conservatory built this year by Sureseal Windows they are a fantastic company. I highly recommend them. Done a great job from start to finish, Gary who came and measured up was so helpful giving his expertise advice, also the people who work in the office were very helpful too. Thank You very much to Darren & all his workers for a fantastic conservatory. We are very happy customers 🫶

Thanks to all for the work you have just completed… new windows, porch, gutters and general repairs. Frank and the team went above and beyond. It’s very much appreciated. Thank you.

Great company to deal with from start to finish. Mick in the office was a great help in selecting the right door. His industry knowledge and experience really shone through. No hassle popping out to check things and measure up. Their installation team were second to none. Really high standard of work. Really happy with our new front door. Thanks team!

Great service, came round asap to fix the window and did a great job. Thanks.

Lovely , small independent company. Reliable, trustworthy and very reasonably priced. Nothing was too much for them ⭐️

A very good company they are very understanding and kind I will look forward to having my new door installation in June 👌😊

Had 2 windows installed this week. Steve and Neil did a fantastic job. Professional, friendly and cleaned up after themselves and left everywhere tidy. Can't fault the service we received and would highly recommend. Faultless.

Had four triple glazed windows installed yesterday. Previous double glazing removed. Fitters Terry and Steve on the whole did a good job. Informed Peter at office there was some of the trims needed some attention and Neil came to do this today. Excellent service from all the team. Thank you so much. From H Humphreys.

Just had the windows and doors replaced throughout my home with Sureseal. The service was fantastic from beginning to end. From Garry the salesman, Darren in the office and the amazing fitters Frank and Joe who went above and beyond when completing the job. Would highly recommend Sureseal.

Great service from Darren and the office staff plus a wonderful job by the fitters Max and the lads. We are really pleased with the windows and would recommend Sureseal to friends and family

Really happy with the service from quote to delivery and windows look great!

We had our garage turned into a living space. The staff were very professional and friendly. Their work ethic was brill and the results was outstanding. I would definitely recommend Sureseal windows.

FANTASTIC service, lovely friendly team. Turned up on time - every time. Really happy with the price too. Thank you so much - will definitely use again - highly recommended.

Really pleased with our new windows. Would certainly recommend to friends and family. Max and his son Luke fitted ours. Very little disturbance to inside and outside. I was a little concerned as we have the outside pebbledashed, but Darren assured us it would be matched and finished off after the windows were fitted. Neighbours commented on how good a job was done.

Fantastic and friendly service, Darren was really helpful throughout the process. The windows and door are excellent quality, the installation and finish are second to none. The whole process was conducted in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Sureseal Windows.

Really great price point. Communication was superb from the outset. Would highly recommend

We had all new windows fitted just before Christmas both the guys in the office and the fitters were great, always stayed in touch and no ask was too much! Love our new windows thanks Sureseal 😊

Just had a porch demolished and new one built by Sureseal. We found the whole process from start to finish very smooth. Darren who came out to quote listened to our criteria and worked around all that we wanted. He provided an extremely competitive quote which fitted our budget. Darren was also very helpful in ensuring the demolished porch was removed swiftly and kept us up to date of when each element of the job would be started. He also sorted a couple of snagging issues at the end. Overall we are very happy with the work done and based on our experience would use Sureseal again if needed and also recommend to others.

Absolutely delighted with the fantastic service provided by Darren and Ste. They replaced the seal on two windows (no more draughts yay!) and fitted a new lock to my front door. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and they went out of their way to solve problems and make sure the work was done to a high standard. Would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service from Sureseal Windows. They fitted all our windows and doors a few years ago. We recently damaged our front door and Darren and the team were extremely helpful in fixing it for us. They are efficient, great value for money and i would highly recommend.

Very efficient and a very competitive price. Quality of windows are excellent. Fitters were friendly and did a brilliant job. Am very pleased with results and hassle free even though they had to fit on 3rd and 4th floors. Thoroughly recommend.

Got a rockdoor great love it

Sureseal Windows provided excellent service. From my initial enquiry to the fitting of my new front door. Friendly and very profesional throughout the whole process. I would also like to thank Darren for providing the tiler for the finish on the front step. Both the door and the step look amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I received Excellent service from Sureseal from my initial contact, choosing the door measuring and the fitting. Very professional

Only rated 3 stars because they couldn't help me with just window sills replacements but, the rep on phone was very nice

Just had a new conservatory fitted after new windows Thanks to Max and his lads delighted with the job Thank you!

They look amazing and the house is so much warmer! Thank you Guys 👏🏼 If you need new windows and doors Sureseal are the company to fit them!!

From first enquiry to fitment, we were met with efficiency and politeness. We had 2 triple glazed windows fitted within 4 hrs. Jay & Gary were very pleasant and did a good job of cleaning up. We are delighted with the quality service we received. Many thanks. Barbara & Steve

We used sureseal for a lock change back in July. They came out the same day and fixed the next day (had to order a part). We decided to replace our front door at that point we chose what we wanted and were happy with the price so ordered. They told us it would be 12 weeks but was fitted sooner than that, they also stayed in contact with me during that time. Quality products and quality workmanship. All staff that I came into contact with, face to face and over the phone were friendly, polite and professional. Im so pleased with their customer service. I've felt valued and respected throughout. No hard sales techniques, just pleasantly giving me my choices for me to decide. I highly recommend sureseal and I'll definitely be using them when we replace our windows.

very good personal service

Three weeks ago I had a double glazed door put in to my kitchen, where there was just a window, the difference it has made is massive!! My kitchen looks bigger, brighter and it is so easy to access the garden. This is the forth time in the last couple of years I have used Sure Seal, I have always found the team to be helpful, friendly and professional. I will be using them again in the next 12 months. I highly recommend them.

Have used Sureseal several times on different properties and our families properties. Really happy with the work and the staff are all lovely and approachable. Any snags they are out to fix it. Would highly recommend this company

We're happy with our windows installed over 3 years ago. Just yesterday one of the handles stuck and needed replacing; we phoned sureseal and within 1 hour they came round and replaced with no fuss! Very pleasing service!

Very kind and professional

Great people to deal with outstanding customer services an absolute breath of fresh air when dealing with these people every single member of staff here are down to earth real people

Really happy with the windows. Had them done at the back of the house. Fitters came and just got on with the work and tidied up afterwards. Very good quality and my mum has had her whole house done as well. Polite, professional and friendly company to buy from.

We were recommended Sureseal by our friends and would highly recommend them to anyone. They were competitively priced and the windows look amazing. Their attention to detail and patience when helping you chose our windows made such a difference. They really took the time to make sure that we were happy with the style of windows we were ordering.

Had my back door removed and bricked up and plastered inside. I wasn’t there to see the men but they did an excellent job. 2nd time using Sureseal highly recommend. Excellent communication as always and a great start-finish. They even took the rubbish away and cleaned up after themselves which is appreciated. I think his name was Craig one of the men. Peter n Steve in office are always helpful n keep u informed of things. Thank you!!!!!

Great, done two jobs for me, very pleased with both. Max and frank are excellent, worked hard and came back for snagging no problem

Sureseal was an excellent company to deal with from start to finish. Great communication from Darren and his office team in the run up to fitting our new window. The window fitters arrived on time and went straight to work. They were friendly and professional throughout. They did a lovely job fitting the window, taking their time to ensure it was the best it could be. They even fixed a whole in our kitchen wall and provided some spare trim for our patio doors with no extra charge. Overall, I would highly recommend this company. Dan - CH63

First had new front door fitted which was a beautiful composite door, then four month later we had the front and rear windows fitted along with new french doors, we thought the work was first class the quote was quick and very reasonable we would have no problem what so ever in recommending this firm JUST GIVE THEM A CALL from Mr & Mrs Holman L24

This is the 2nd time we have used Sureseal. Good communication and professional from quote to installation. Darren friendly and happy to talk anything through. Window fitters quick, polite and experienced. Highly recommend.

Wonderful service. Really cannot ask for more. Darren, Peter, Max, Frank and the rest all really want to look after you as a customer. The end product is absolutely fabulous. The benchmark against which all similar companies should be judged. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, local company to install windows, doors, etc at a good price.

Still waiting on a call back from Darren Melia, after being passed back and forth to several members of staff for the passed two days it seems he is avoiding me. Had a porch fitted by Sureseal in September which is incomplete, we’ve come to realise this after decorating and trying to have laminate flooring put down (the concrete floor is not level which was part of the job agreed by sureseal) I contacted them just to ask for somebody to come along and fix it to an acceptable standard for which I paid for (not asking for anything free) but it seems now they have my money they are not interested in helping resolve the problem they have left me with. Very disappointing and unprofessional, after being promised call back after call back I’ve tried calling again myself with no response. One of the members of staff actually said “Darren said the balls in your court” how shockingly arrogant and worryingly lacking any sort of empathy for my problem. Please don’t use Sureseal.

Easy going to deal with, came out to quote really quickly. Had a replacement for a repair and on the day Steve was in and out in 15 mins, very tidy handiwork 👍

Sureseal was recemmended to us by our neighbour who has used them for years. After getting supply only quotes from other suppliers on Anglesey, Sureseal's price was far more competetive, saving us a further 10% on our lowest quote and they were more than happy to supply and deliver to us. Darren and his team supplied 2 x windows and 2 x sets of french doors, fascia's soffits, window board (cills for the inside) and full installation equipment (fascia pins, screws, spacers, explanding foam, sealants and cleaning fluids etc). Most of the items were delivered, exactly as I had ordered them, within 3 weeks of ordering, as promised. The quality of the items is excellent. A couple of items were missing but Peter at the office reassured us these would be sent out (window boards and some trim items) and this was sorted swiftly. Upon self-installing the windows we found there to be a few scratches, scuffs and small dents caused in transit, I called Peter to request a repair kit, when he advised that they would send a technician to resolve the issues. Alan, the technician, visited within 3 weeks and completed all the repairs to a high standard without any issues - I felt that this was an excellent service! I personally found all the people at Sureseal to be friendly, helpful and courteous and I would use and recommend their services to others without hesitation.

Big thank you to steve...we had trouble with our doors locking mechanism was told would take few days havin to order new one...was fixed an fitted next day...thank you.😁😁😁

Awesome company, great service/price and most people who have this type of window fitted have a slightly damaged rendering which is corrected with filler - however the fitter for my windows didn't damage any rendering at all, great attention to detail, fantastic job.

Excellent service provided by Darren and the team.

Sureseal fitted new triple glazed windows to the front of our house, we live on a main road so sound proofing was important, their service and quality of work was excellent, they arrived on time and finished the job earlier than first thought. Brilliant.

appointment booked for 10.00am today for an estimate with sunseal. I waited 30 minutes and no one arrived or contacted me. Telephoned Sunseal and was told someone could be out in 15 minutes quite clearly company had forgotten appointment. Very annoyed as time taken of work Decided could not wait as further appointment at 11.00am. Very unhappy with customer service and quite clear customers time not important. Quite shambolic so beware if you make an appointment as they may not show up. Time is money. Disgruntled

Fraudulent company. AVOID if you don't want to loose your money. They will make promises and keep breaking them and then when you want to cancel the order they will try not to give your money back. Still fighting for my money.

Thank you Sureseal for very reasonable prices excellent service, workmanship and attention to detail. I would recommend you to all my friends.

Many thanks to the whole Team at Sureseal for their on-going support and excellent customer service they have provided to me. Problems with Rockdoor which have been resolved. I can't thank the Sureseal Team enough and I would highly recommend this company as they take care of their customers above and beyond. Thanks Team. Julie Dillon

Avoid them if you do not want to waste your time, money and your energy.

Many thanks for sorting cat flap on our doors by Tony. It is working better than ever. As usual we would always use your company and recommend anyone else. John and Jenny Cochrane 6 Somerset Road
