Surrey Alpine Windows

Extremely happy with the service and installation of my new doors! Thank you

Updated (July 2026): Just wanted to update my review to include that I re-used Surrey Alpine Windows to replace the rest of my windows and the back door and once again they did a fantastic job. I thoroughly recommend this company. _____ June 2025 I recently used Surrey Alpine Windows for a new bedroom window and front door. Excellent service from start to finish. Shout out to the guys who did the installation today - they were extremely thorough and tidy. I'm very pleased with my sparkling new front door and window. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience using Surrey Alpine Windows ! We are very happy with the service and the products. Hayden answered all our questions thoroughly and quickly. We ordered a crittall style door, window and a roof lantern and they look stunning! The installation went super smoothly and all at a competitive price! Highly recommend 👌

We used Surrey Alpine windows to replace our existing windows. We went with the Residence R7 flush window range which is a really good quality product and matches the character of our house. We visited the showroom in Cheam and Hayden visited us a few times to take surveys before we ordered. Overall a really easy experience, plus the fitters Connor and Jake did a great job of fitting the windows and left the house in good order at the end of each day. Would definitely be happy to recommend Surrey Alpine Windows, and thanks again!

Very pleased and impressed with their work. Friendly and helpful, workmanship is great, and left clean and tidy. Have recommended and will continue to recommend to friends.

We recently had our sliding doors replaced by Surrey Alpine Windows and are really pleased with the whole experience. The team was professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. The quality of the new doors is excellent and they look fantastic, slide smoothly, and have made a huge difference to the room. The installers were punctual, tidy, and clearly took pride in their work. Communication throughout the process was great, and everything was completed to a very high standard. Would definitely recommend Surrey Alpine Windows to anyone looking for quality products and reliable service.

I honestly cannot recommend Surrey Alpine Windows enough. I’ve now had two properties worked on by Hayden and the team. House renovations are stressful, but they made everything from quotation through to fitting as easy as possible. They’re also a lovely team. Professional and a great range of quality products. We used the R9 windows on our first home, then went for the heritage aluminium doors, which look fantastic. Couldn’t be happier with the results.

Brilliant work from Surrey Alpine. They installed a new porch set up for us last week, and I highly recommend them. From their first visit to measure up & quote, to the installation team - they were detailed, polite & provided a great end product. No need to coordinate with other suppliers, they did it all - and it's just what we were looking for.

Where do I start! Hayden and the team were amazing from start to finish! Hayden help me choose as I had no idea what I wanted and what I needed! They were quick, professional, friendly, helpful and made sure I was happy throughout! The finished results are just wow! Thank you so so much! I highly recommend to anyone needing doors or windows!

Hayden, Connor and the team are friendly and helpful especially as they can be dealing with a real problem that needs solving. We had the interior glass in a set of bifold doors shatter without cause. Connor came and measured promptly, Hayden ordered the glass, covered it with the warranty and Connor fitted as soon as they could - even rearranging their schedule to fit earlier to avoid any further problems with a broken safety glass window in a busy kitchen. Top notch work.

We are very happy with our replacement windows and doors. The windows and doors arrived earlier than we expected. The team were brilliant at keeping things tidy and ensuring that everything was working at the end of each day. The team were always very polite and kept us informed of the work planned for each day. I was amazed at the level of attention to detail with the trim and finish. Very happy and we would recommend.

Amazing service and my new windows & doors look great! The guys were professional, on time, polite & tidied up after themselves. Can’t recommend them enough! Thank you

Bifold doors and windows fit by Surrey Alpine! Very happy, would recommend 👌🏻

Beautiful patio aluminium doors purchased and installed by the team. Hayden was very patient with us whilst we decided what we wanted and I am pleased to say that we have ended up with some beautiful doors. The installation was seamless and the guys that came out were tidy and very knowledgeable. We did have a slight problem with the glass after installation, but Hayden sorted it 100% to our satisfaction. Its rare to come across a company that deliver and even more so rare to admit when there is a problem and to sort it out (I have to add that the glass was not Surrey Alpine's fault, but manufacturers). Excellent customer service!! We will definitely come back and get our Windows replaced with them. A brilliant team!

We recently had our patio windows and front door installed by Surrey Alpine Windows and we are honestly so pleased with the result. Hayden and the whole team were fantastic from start to finish — really helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the process. They took the time to explain options, kept us updated, and the installation itself was smooth and very tidy. The quality of the work is excellent and has made such a difference to our home. You can tell they really care about doing a good job and making sure the customer is happy. Would highly recommend Surrey Alpine Windows and a big thank you to Hayden and the team!

Following a personal recommendation from friends, we chose Surrey Alpine Windows based on their customer service reputation. We took a long time working with Hayden, deciding on the right replacement windows and doors for our house - he was very patient, professional and helpful at all times. The job was completed in a few days by Connor and team, who were true craftsmen - cheerful, professional and highly skilled. Overall we're delighted by the quality of the windows, the efficient fitting and the complete transformation of our house. Thank you Surrey Alpine Windows!

Hayden was exceptionally responsive and maintained excellent communication throughout, liaising directly with the manufacturers to keep everything on track. All delivery and installation dates were met exactly as promised. The measuring and installation team did an outstanding job — particularly impressive given the size of the project and the complexity of the arch design. Their attention to detail and workmanship were first-class. Surrey Alpine Windows is a genuinely professional, honest, and trustworthy company. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone seeking high-quality window installation. They were originally recommended to me by suppliers, and I’m extremely glad to have been passed on their details.

Fantastic service from Hayden and team. Love the new windows 🙏🏻. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer. 5⭐️

Great service and very happy with the windows. Hayden and the teams have been very helpful throughout the whole process, couldn't of asked for much more. Would highly recommend.

Used Hayden and the team at Surrey Alpine to install new windows to the whole of my house and a new front door during my property renovation and I could not fault them at all. Their pricing was exactly as they explained, the work was brilliant and they were able to help me on a tight schedule. Hayden and the team were great to deal with and the quality of work was great. Would be happy to recommend them to anyone!

Hayden and Harry are brilliant at what they do. Really recommend going to their shop and discussing all things with Hayden as doing windows / doors / handles etc online can be so hard. Once we met Hayden in his shop we were always going to use him as it was clear he was the expert! Good price and very contactable and friendly. Highly recommend!

Second time using Surrey Alpine Windows, once again amazing service from Hayden, Harry and the team having all our windows replaced. They did a great job, left everything clean and tidy and we are so thrilled with the results! We will definitely use again on other projects! Thanks!

We had a fantastic experience with this company! From start to finish, Hayden was so helpful. He understood exactly what we were after and really delivered where some of the larger window companies couldn't on our bifold patio doors. Would 100% recommend.

Hayden and the team at Surrey Alpine Windows were fantastic from start to finish. Starting with a response to my request for a quote for a new lantern (great price) through a site survey to the final installation, communication was great, the installation was quick and painless and I’m delighted. Great service.

Excellent service from start to finish! The doors and windows look amazing, and have transformed the space. This is the second time we have used Surrey Alpine Windows and the service was excellent again. I’m always recommending them to my friends, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them a third time!

Surrey Alpine windows have just installed a new set of patio sliding doors at my house, all went very well indeed, the installers were efficient, tidy, and very professional. They have done a great job, I am very pleased with the work and will happily recommend them with the highest praise!!

Recently had a number of windows installed by Surrey Alpine Windows, the gentlemen were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Will certainly recommend.

Connor and Jake did a great job fitting our windows. They worked flat out for both days doing our whole house including the loft. They were polite, punctual and did an amazing job of tidying up after themselves. We are really pleased with the result and would recommend.

It has always been in the back of my mind to change the internal doors after some works we did on our house. I walked past Surrey Alpine Windows and one of the doors caught my eye due to the colour. It was a random visit and Hayden happened to be at the shop and was there to answer any questions. A few days later a survey was conducted any many of my questions were clearly answered. A draft drawing was created and agreed 48hrs later. With regards to installation the team were on time, clean and tidy, dust sheets were laid and all mess sweeped up and old doors disposed of. I opted for the doors I originally saw in the window and I did compare Surrey Alpine Windows with others but chose Hayden mainly because I could see the finished product and service wise he answered all my questions without any pressure. Overall I'm so happy with the new doors, friends & family have said it has transformed the space, even though the physical dimensions have not changed.

We are so happy with our heritage French doors. They give so much character to our kitchen. This is exactly what we wanted and Thank you. They were professional and fitted them well in for us. This was great service and I recommend them highly.

The windows have been fitted well and we were pleased with the fitters but the balcony door frames are very chunky and not quite what we were expecting. A bit disappointed with the overall look due to this.

Thank you Hayden, Harry and his team fitted my new patio windows. They worked so hard that I had to threaten them with no more tea until they stopped and rested and I bribed them with cake. Seriously they worked non stop their work was excellent and cleared away all the mess. I am so delighted.

Hayden and team done a fantastic job from start to finish comunication was next to null. Highy recomended will definitley use Surrey Alpine Windows agian.

We had a whole house refit of new windows, including x5 bifold doors from Surrey alpine windows in June 2023. They were absolutely superb from start to finish. Very competitive price, quick installation and their customer care follow up has been exceptional. Special mention to Hayden and Harry. Would recommend to anyone and would 100% use them again.

Hayden and his team at Surrey Alpine have been great. We have had bay windows, patio doors and a front door installed by them recently and we are extremely happy with the professionally finished look. All staff are lovely and would highly recommend their services. Kate.

Great local company to use. No sales spiel or pressure, just warm friendly advise and comparable price for a quality product. Door fitters were really pleasant and did a really good job fitting the door which was better than I was expecting, so one lads. 👍

Hayden and his team are brilliant. We got quotes from about 10 companies, and they were very competitive whilst also providing the style we liked. Very helpful and quick lead time, and helped us every step of the way. The doors themselves seem very high quality, sleek but sturdy. Highly recommend. With thanks, Cam & Rosie

Hayden, Harry and the team were incredibly professional and enjoyable to work with. High quality supply and fit of Cortizo sliding door with clear communication

The team at Surrey Alpine Windows did an amazing job supplying and installing two sash windows and a bay window for us. The quality is excellent and the price was competitive.

I could not be happier at finding Hayden and his guys at Surrey Alpine Windows. From the very early stages of quoting all the way through to completion they went above and beyond. I felt valued and all of Hayden's advice on deciding on certain options, sizes and designs was incredibly helpful and appreciated. I had 4x huge sky-lights, 1x large rear shaped window and doors, a front shaped window and 2x internal glass doors and the results have exceeded all my expectations, the room has a fantastic wow-factor and I couldn't be happier! Their professionalism, punctuality and capability is exactly what you want and expect when spending a large amount of money with a company and I honestly am so pleased I went with Hayden and the guys. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, we had a good laugh too and maybe next time I'll order some slightly lighter windows for them to install haha! Cheers guys!

Hayden and the team were fantastic - they replaced all our windows and fitted crittal style doors in our kitchen. The windows are identical to the original sash windows that had all rotted in our Victorian terrace, attention to detail is spot on. Great to work with, easy to get hold of and so happy with the end result. Couldn’t recommend more.
