AL Windows

We are so pleased we chose AL Windows for our bi-fold doors. Service was excellent from start to finish. We found all the staff to be very helpful. They were always very happy to answer our questions. Our doors were ordered, made and delivered in 3 weeks at a very reasonable price. Mandi and his assistant (who's name escapes me, sorry) fitted the doors in a very tidy and precise manner, very professional. Would not hesitate to recommend their very professional services. Thank you AL Windows.

AL windows replaced all my windows and balcony doors. This was done in a very professional and effective way with the minimum of disruption. Job was finished in 3 days and I’m very happy with the outcome, so much so that I recommended them to my neighbour who will also be using them.

We had our windows and doors fitted over four years ago, and the experience has been fantastic from start to finish. Recently, we accidentally broke a handle, and they came around and fixed it quickly and without any hassle. The customer service is outstanding; everyone is very friendly and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them!

I am extremely pleased with the cost, quality and service provided by this company. They know their stuff. Mandi who came to measure up and quote is extremely experienced, advised on what was right for me rather than pushing a sale. My builder was also impressed and intends to recommend the company to future customers. West Dorset. Sorry not the best photo but too hot to take more

Great service, very polite and helpful, great work.

AL Windows supplied a set of aluminium bifold doors for a garden room project of ours. They were a pleasure to deal with - they delivered on time, were reasonable with their pricing and very accommodating. I’ll definitely use them again. Charles Baker Carpentry

Professional service from quotation to installation. Windows met client specification and project budget and were installed on time with no issues. Would recommend.

we ordered a new door and from the beginning karen was so lovely and helpful and we had the new door fitted on 7th feb 2025 and the guy replaced all the damaged sides and upper window and very friendly and professional and also tidy up afterwards. 100% customer service and would highly recommed them to you.

great service every time.

I run a small building company doing extensions and renovations. I have worked with AL Windows for a good few years now. They are fantastic to work with and always go the extra mile when it comes to service.

We recently had two doors installed by AL Windows, and we couldn't be happier with the result! The quality of the doors is absolutely top-notch, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. It’s rare to find a company that exceeds expectations, but AL Windows did just that. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent products and exceptional service. Thank you for a job well done!

Mandi from AL windows provided an excellent service, they were on time and the workmanship was on-point. Their pricing and quality of product was very competitive. I have already recommended to friends and family.

Al Windows arrived on time and we're very courteous. There workmanship was excellent. They fitted my new composite front door to a very high standard and cleaned the site thoroughly at finish. I would not hesitate in recommending them for There Products and Workmanship BG

I recently had AL windows install a uPVC bay window in my property. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The bay was carefully measured so that the window fitted perfectly when installed. Fitting day went well, we went out leaving them to it for three hours and when we came back it was mostly finished. Very tidy job with no mess left at all. Definitely recommend.

100% recommended. Beautiful, stylish aluminium windows, good price, fitted carefully, lovely people! I had these installed as part a retrofit and I'm really happy with them. Very good U values for a warm home and marine grade coating to withstand the local environment.

Had some old patio doors replaced with a set of bi-folds by these guys. Fabulous and professional service from first contact to finish. In fact, they phoned a few weeks earlier than expected and asked if we'd like the doors fitted later that day! This proved most fortuitous as I'd just broken the lock on the old patio doors whilst in my daily fight to open them😆 We're really pleased with the doors and they're so easy to operate. Thank-you AL Windows! Duncan

Fantastic job from start to finish!! Windows are look brilliant. Definitely using them for future windows. Highly recommended

We had some windows and bifold doors installed by AL in 2020, a minor issued developed (the door was catching on the bottom), I ran and spoke to a lovely lady who arranged for the owner to pop round the following day after their day job was complete. He took just under an hour and fixed the problem there and then. Thanks

great service and price, would happily recommend them

Excellent professional service to replace damaged draught insulation. Not only was the reported problem solved but the whole installation was then thoroughly inspected.

Really impressed with this firm. Very professional, efficient and friendly. Highly recommended 👌

We have used AL Windows multiple times now, the quality of their product and service is excellent. Highly recommend.

We needed to replace wooden casement windows on the 2nd floor of our old property in Swanage. These windows were encased in black painted frames with slate sides and an apex slate roof. All the house windows were painted green. It’s a period property circa 1800 with Georgian style sash windows on the lower floors. We wanted to make sure that new replacement windows would blend in with the other windows and maintain the period aesthetic of the property. However we didn’t want the ongoing maintenance associated with wood windows. I phoned AL Windows and spoke to a very helpful lady. She arranged an appointment for a visit by one of their team. A person came to measure up a few days later and we decided to go with plastic double hung windows; white on the inside and black on the outside. A L windows gave us an approximate delivery time of 3 weeks. They were actually fitted two and a half weeks later. The new windows blend in perfectly with the style of the building and look like they’re made from wood when viewed from the outside. From the inside they look very neat and tidy. We now have no unwanted draughts or water leaks. We are thrilled with the new windows. Thanks to the team at A L windows for your excellent work and for being extremely helpful. Paul Stobart

I have found the best local company for windows and doors. Highly recommend them. My family and friends have used them as well. Five stars from us!

I very rarely post reviews on anything but felt compelled to do so on this occasion - thanks to the great job done by everyone on the AL team. We had new patio doors and a window fitted and we are delighted with the outcome. They built trust right from the off. The visit to their production site was really useful and helped to see the work they were capable of. The back office worked very smoothly, with Sara very responsive to our requests. Most importantly, the product is excellent, good value for the quality, and the finished doors and windows better than we could have expected. The installation team were fantastic - they worked with care for the rest of our property, pace to get it done before the weather changed, and all with a really friendly and helpful attitude. All this was done in a very reasonable timeframe from order to fitting. Thanks again to the team - I would recommend anyone to use this great small business.

Everyone in the company can’t do enough to make sure that the final products lives up to your expectations. They are prompt at answering any queries, they are on time and very approachable. My bifold doors and sliding window were complicated to measure up and fit but they were all very knowledgeable and keen to find the best solution possible. The product is good quality, fitted well and sealed/finished perfectly. I would highly recommend them on their products and customer care

In searching for new Bi Fold doors I have become a bit of an ‘arm chair expert’ on them. It’s appears there are loads of companies out there doing Bi Folds but on closer examination this was not the case. The majority of companies will offer them but will in fact order them in from a third party manufacturer. As a result costs and time lines are increased. Not AL Windows though. AL make them in house meaning they were circa £1.5k cheaper than the nearest like for like quote. Not only this but I paid the deposit on the 1st or March and they were installed on the 23rd of March (a good 12 weeks quicker than the above mentioned quote). All this was done with a great customer service throughout the process. A massive shout out to Sara for putting up with my many MANY questions. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

I can’t speak too highly of AL Windows. Our bifold doors are expertly installed, look fantastic and the support and advice we have received are outstanding. I thoroughly recommend the company.

Could not recommend Al Windows more highly - they were a pleasure to deal with, listened to what we wanted and advised us what was feasible for our project.

Brilliant from start to finish! We ordered 2 sets of aluminium bi-folds for an extension. The quality of the products fitted is excellent. The service was professional and totally painless. The fitting team were so friendly, punctual and knowledgeable. They got both sets up in such a short time. I would highly, highly recommend this company without hesitation. I cannot seem to write a 2nd review but we liked our experience so much that we asked them to come back and replace our windows, and fit some new ones to a garage conversion! We had exactly the same excellent experience which proves consistency. The team were friendly, tidy and respectful of working around us within our home. Still highly recommend AL windows. They are easy to deal with, great on price and service, fantastic attention to detail and lovely people.

Great front door and excellent customer service. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

AL windows replaced my windows today on a Weekend . Great price too . They were efficient clean and tidy and my windows are amazing . Thank you so much

The team at AL windows gave brilliant service from the beginning. Sue was prompt with email responses, and the guys were very flexible and willing to work around my odd working hours. Vas and his colleague came to see my house the day I enquired about getting a quote and were more than happy to do the work. A few days later I had 6 windows replaced in less than an hour, the price was very reasonable and I couldnt be happier with the result. Thank you team for the friendly service. Would highly recommended AL Windows 😊
