Summit windows & doors Ltd is praised for professional, tidy installations and friendly service, with customers highlighting new windows, front doors, patio and French doors, bifolds, garage windows and shopfront work. Reviews often mention clear communication, punctuality, fair pricing, careful finishing and leaving everything clean, although some customers report serious difficulties obtaining promised FENSA certificates and guarantees after payment.
DO NOT USE! Whilst I was impressed with the quality of work, they advertise FENSA certification on their website, which is the reason for selecting them. I have been trying for over a year to obtain the certificates from them but I have not had emails or calls returned and they don’t seem to exist.
Window replaced.so pleased with the finish. Chris was such a pleasant young man who left everything clean. Would recommend Sumit windows without hesitation.
I don't like to post bad reviews and these guys did a good job on my doors and were professional to begin. However, as soon as the invoice was paid, radio silence. The works were never registered with FENSA as promised, no 10 year guarantee as promised and 5 months later there is no reply from anyone at the company. Having contacted FENSA it turns out they are not even registered. I am unable to sell the property without this certificate to prove it complies with building regs. I specifically chose Summit over a friend doing the work because I knew I needed the certificate and they promised that. Disappointed is an understatement.
Really pleased with my new front door. No hitches. The guy’s are very professional and take pride in their work, they even cleaned up 😊 I would recommend them..
Richard and Chris gave a first class service from start to finish. Well organised, operated on time and finished product is excellent.
Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend! Very happy customer 😊
Fantastic company to deal with. 👌
We had a new front door fitted. The original one was damaged but Chris and Rich noticed straight away and got a replacement sorted which was with us within a couple of weeks. They were professional, tidy and communication was brilliant. They kept in touch all the time. Will definitely be using them again in future. Thank you
Very pleasant experience dealing with this company! The product is excellent and the installation was superb! We got exactly what we wanted in a very prompt period of time and the cost was very reasonable.....happy customers!
Great service and a great price no complaints at all would definitely recommend.
Summit have completed an amazing job! We absolutely love our bifolds, patio doors, windows and especially our front door. Lovely guys and great service. Thank you
One of the best experiences I’ve had with tradesmen from start to finish. Chris and Rich were professional, polite and attentive in answering any questions, whilst keeping me informed throughout. The project consisted of an installation of a new uPVC door to a single-skin garage, requiring brickwork to be cut out and made good where necessary. The finished product is outstanding - professional finish and no mess! I would highly recommend without hesitation. Thanks for a superb job, gents!
We had replacement garage windows (x2) and also our patio doors replaced with French doors and had a step removed. Rick and Chris gave us the best quote for the work to be done, were both very professional throughout. Would certainly recommend Summit for any replacement windows and doors
