Solid AC is frequently praised for professional, efficient air conditioning installation and servicing, with customers highlighting neat, tidy workmanship, clear advice and transparent pricing. Tom and the team are described as polite, reliable and knowledgeable, handling single and multi-unit installations, servicing and repairs with care. One review raises concerns about after-sales support and warranty claims, so communication beyond the initial work may be worth clarifying.
Excellent guys, and clean courteous fitting. Every part of the fitting was double checked where I wanted it placed. Would use again.
had a very disappointing experience with Solid AC. They do not provide proper after-sales service. The customer service is very poor, and they argue with customers instead of solving problems. They also do not properly handle warranty claims. I strongly do not recommend Solid AC. Please do not waste your money.
We had 3 AC units installed. Great service, neat and tidy. And done very quickly!!
We have consistently employed Tom for all our air conditioning services and have been very satisfied with his work. We trust him completely as he is honest and highly reliable. He visits our property annually to service our systems and is always a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him for his exceptional etiquette and professional attitude. He has performed an outstanding job with our system.
Solid AC installed two LG air con units for me. Tom and his colleague arrived at the time agreed and completed all the work easily within the day, including some tricking piping to contend with. Overall a very positive experience.
Fantastic service. Great units, professional installation. I didn't realise that they can heat your home too.
Great workers , very polite highly recommended.
Tomas was recommendation of a friend, I received information about how good this company's work , and the price for the service was truly reasonable. It's clear that the owner of this company treats his work with passion. Besides, his car and tools were clean, and he's very thorough. I don't know much about this business, but I saw him working on my air conditioning for quite a while, so he was thorough, not to mention he cleaned up after himself, even having a small vacuum cleaner. He loves what he does, which is why I wrote about him here. Have a nice day everyone.
Very good top class
