Technicool Air Conditioning Ltd is praised for professional, friendly service, from clear quotations and prompt communication to tidy, efficient installations and repairs. Reviews commonly mention air conditioning installations, servicing and fault finding, with teams working considerately in homes and businesses, explaining the work clearly and leaving areas neat. One isolated comment raises concern about a driver’s conduct, but this is not reflected in the wider feedback.
We had Technicool quote and install a multi-split Panasonic setup with three internal units. Everything from standard admin contacts, to quoting (was given several options at different prices with different features) to the install itself was handled professionally yet friendly. The installers were polite, efficient and did a very good, neat job - even when challenged with putting pipes neatly through a ceiling/floor to reach our loft. Would fully recommend!
I rate these people highly. Competitive pricing, early installation date and the team of young lads that actually did the work were good, conscientious fellows who were polite and knew their stuff. Inspecting the external fittings afterwards I was impressed by the tidy appearance of all the cables, wires and pipes.I already had one unit fitted and they took this apart and cleaned it thoroughly before reassembling and re-installing it for another room. I recommend them !
Absolutely brilliant service from Technicool! I called on Saturday about my air‑con, and by Monday their technician Guy was at my door. He found the issue instantly — a loose drainpipe inside the unit — fixed it on the spot, tested everything thoroughly, and even cleaned the whole area afterwards. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Huge thanks to the team!
Prompt response and great service from Steve and all the team at Technicool in relating to resolving all our A/C issues here at Barratt Redrow Southern Counties.
A member of their team was driving through Farleigh just now, and was extremely verbally abusive to us out of his work van
I'd like to share my excellent experience with Technicool Air Conditioning Ltd. Our AirCon unit was installed on Monday, 2nd March, and I couldn't be happier. Kieran and Teddy were absolute professionals. They respected my home, answered all my questions, and delivered top-notch work. Their attention to detail and courtesy were outstanding. Highly recommend Technicool Air Conditioning Ltd. - thanks, Kieran and Teddy, for a job well done!"

The team are very efficient and work around our business with minimal disruption. The service team were very efficient especially Tom & Steve who investigated and fixed a long standing fault so the air con system is now working effectively. Good communication throughout. Highly recommended!
