SWAT Engineering Ltd is praised for professional, reliable air conditioning and heat pump installations, with customers valuing clear advice, punctual service and careful, efficient workmanship. Reviews mention home, commercial and dental practice installations, including Mitsubishi Electric systems, air source heating and underfloor heating, with neat work and tidy finishes. A small number of older reviews raise concerns about phone communication and one delayed online unit order.
I am extremely pleased with the installation of my air conditioning system. The installer was very professional, punctual, and clearly took great pride in his work. As my house has only recently been fully renovated, both inside and out, I really appreciated how careful and respectful he was throughout the installation. He took every precaution to protect my home, worked neatly, and left everything spotless when the job was finished. The installation itself is excellent, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable installer. Thank you for such a fantastic job!
Absolutely excellent service! He helped me when I needed it the most, and I truly appreciate his professionalism, quick response, and dedication. Highly recommend SWAT Engineering Ltd for their reliable and outstanding work. Thank you!😎✅
Valdas is a professor of air conditioning, highly recommended
Purchased an air conditioning wall unit online on 24th November. Was charged and issued with a receipt the same day. Have emailed and called multiple times since. Either told I will get a call back same day and not called back, or an answering machine. Its now 11th December. I have nothing to show for my £540 other than a receipt. No unit, no update and no returns to calls. If you do not call me back today I will ask my credit card company to revoke the payment.
Valdas installed the whole air con system and heat pump for our business. He is very professional and reliable. Highly recommended!
