AC4U.cool Mobile air conditioning regas services, old & new gas available

Excellent service from Colin at AC4U.cool! After the recent hot spell, my Volvo's air conditioning really needed a re-gas, and Colin made the whole process easy from start to finish. Communication was excellent – he replied quickly, and we arranged a convenient date and time without any hassle. Colin is a lovely, friendly guy, and we had a great chat while he worked. He's clearly very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. The pricing is very reasonable, especially considering it's a mobile service that comes to you. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend AC4U.cool to anyone needing their car's air conditioning serviced. Fantastic service all round!

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. During an intense heat wave, when demand for air conditioning services was understandably at its peak, they still managed to fit us into their schedule within just a few days. What impressed me most was their commitment to customer service. Despite being incredibly busy, they went above and beyond by arranging a home visit at 8:30, That level of dedication is rare to find. From the initial contact through to the installation and completion of work was just great. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and is willing to go the extra mile when it matters most. Outstanding service, excellent workmanship, and that delivers exactly what they promise. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable air conditioning services.

He came, he saw, he conquered my problem. Called Colin Tuesday evening and he came Thursday morning, diagnosed the problem and fixed it there and then. Fantastic service from a genuine and decent bloke, even checked my wife's car while we were waiting for the regas to finish ! Highly recommend, thanks again Chris

Excellent service sorting out my Ford transit custom 2015 re gassing my Air con.

Can't believe this guy gets any business at all with his stupid attitude. Offer him work and apparently the journey from Poole to Wareham is too far, "I'll be stuck in traffic for 3 hours etc." From his address the journey time would be 20 minutes maximum.

I had a great experience with Colin , i would highly recommend.

Very prompt, friendly and efficient service. Would recommend. Thank you Colin!

AC4U had serviced the ineffective AC on my Giulia a few months ago. After a couple of months the performance dropped off. I gave them a call, they came round a couple of days later. A check showed no loss of refrigerant or fault in the compressor, their service and integrity checks had been done without fault. A further check revealed a supposed cabin temp of -50, unlikely in mid September. So great job by AC4U, thanks for the help. Next stop AR

Dreadful my tractor air con stopped working after just four days. Obviously refilled with a leak which he assured me he could fix, if he found any prior to filling. I gave him five vehicles all to refill at the same time and told it wasn't worth a short drive to come back, help me diagnose and fix my issues. I feel really let down and regret handing his cards out to family members and friends. Now stuck driving a tractor in hot weather in atrocious conditions thanks to this poor service. Proper time should have been spent to test before filling any system, just interested in a quick fill, money and go... I would have paid more money for a decent service and assistance. Avoid!!! Further to you're disgraceful response: Facts: I definitely gave you five vehicles, 1 x tractor, 1 x telehandler, 2 x BMW X series, 1 x master van! - Not just four as you state! I actually praised what you had done and asked you to help me find the obvious leak on the tractor. I would have had absolutely no issues paying you properly for this and had three more vehicles if you'd had the decency to call me to "make it worth your while"! As my father says it's a dangerous man to himself who can't accept when he is wrong, even if he can kid others he is correct. I've certainly not received any refund! We never spoke I just exchanged a friendly text offering you to come back. I certainly never in anyway sent you anything offensive. I can assure you I wouldn't recommend you to anyone and I'll report you to trading standards if you dare offend me again with absolute lies. I wouldn't touch you with a barge pole, having previously thought you were such a decent person. How sad!!! End of.

Asked him to re-gass my air con, quoted £120, put his machine on, straight away said my compressor had gone, not enough pressure, he knew a mobile mechanic that could fix it. He drained what little gas was left into his tank and charged me £20. Call out fee. But I use my own mechanic, he recommended hypermotive in Alma Rd Bournemouth, they did a full diagnostic, nothing wrong with the compressor, no faults or rattling, just needed a re-gass and they were £20.05 cheaper. So no I do not recommend AC4U of Poole Dorset He claims he can't find me, that's because I phoned him and he came to my house, I did not pre book, do not trust this person, I do not recommend him

Thank you, Colin. Great service, friendly and polite. Fabulous value too. Highly recommended.

Rang this guy last Friday, he came out that same afternoon, and even managed to squeeze me in before the school run. Guy is top notch, polite and professional, my daughter even decided to give him one of her prized stickers so she had a good vibe from him as well. Extremely cheap compared to main shops

Fantastic service and quickly diagnosed the reason for my AC failure. Had the wife’s car re-gassed so she’s happy in hot weather driving.

Same day service, very efficient. Both cars sorted within a couple hours.

Flexible hours , good contact, Quick perfect Aircon Service.

Great service, arrived at time given and all working perfect. Highly recommend!

Quick, efficient - great service. 10/10 many thanks.

Highly recommended... Communication was good from the start. AC4U came out on a rainy morning, worked quickly and efficiently, and before you know it the car interior temperature was just right. Excellent value for money too! I hope not to need them again too soon (!), but wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Colin came out to help diagnose an issue with my Mazda's air conditioning. He was prompt, communicative, kind and exceptionally helpful. Really restored my faith in car service people. Highly recommend.

I had a recommendation to use Colin from AC4U I phoned with short notice as was taking our motorhome away the next day, Colin managed to squeeze us in although he was very busy. Would definitely recommend using his company very fast and efficient and being mobile able to come to your home or place of work.

Had Colin out many times to do my car and my family's car. Absolutely amazing service! Would recommend to anyone. Never had an issue with him. Thank you to Colin for all the services you've provided. Thanks again!

After a major bearing disintegration and repair of the AC pulley and clutch on my Jag, Colin pressure tested my system in addition to the AC vacuuming process and checked compressor was in working order before the fill. If you want the job done professionally and effectively do not hesitate to contact AC4U.cool.

Would thoroughly recommend in a heartbeat. I contacted Colin about my AC not working and he was able to pop round the next day. He diagnosed the issue, which was unfortunately a significant amount of work. He advised me throughout the process of going back to my dealer to get them to fix it. While they were less than helpful, Colin's advice and support through the whole process was well above and beyond what I'd expect from a simple, one-time callout.

I called this guy to regas my old van which I use to transport my elderly father to and from hospital. The air con was blowing hot so with all the recent hot weather I needed to get it fixed. I explained that it was a really old van but the guy said he’d come and check it for me. Guess what… he said it was fine. And as states .. he is a Leak Detection service provider also… so you’d think you are in safe hands. He regassed my van and for a while it worked… albeit not really cold but I put that down to age of the van…maybe it takes a while… I don’t know …I’m not an expert. Anyway I don’t use the car all the time. Roll on 7 weeks and it’s started to annoy me as I paid £65..I actually gave £70 … more fool me. So, I text the air con guy and asked if he could come round at some point to check whether I had a leak (although you’d have thought he’d used his diagnostic tool to check as it’s a really old van) … but what happens… well.. he calls me after a while and asks if he can pop round now… unfortunately I was taking my dad to hospital… so…he was going to call me back… I text him again… he gets terse with me as he said he’s called me 4 times… which I have no missed calls from him.. and he informs me he’s changed phone…then he says he can come that day in the afternoon but as a full time carer for my parents and trying to hold down a job I cant just drop everything on a whim. I need to book a date and time… is that not reasonable? I was also clear that I was happy to pay… but this guy just gets more angry with me. This evening he has called me and been aggressive and quite frankly it was really scary… he said it was an old car and he doesn’t do diagnostics .. he just does regas. He said I was clearly a woman with some serious issues.. like I’m a nut job. What scares me most is he knows where I live. So I am actually worried about posting this… but I guess if there are ramifications… we know who did it… This guy regassed a car that he didn’t diagnose…despite me saying I wasn’t sure it would work. I offered to pay him to come back at a time that I, the customer, was happy with… pretty sure the customer should be able to say if an appointment is convenient and not be expected to drop everything the day the guy calls … with 30 minutes notice!!! I’m writing this review so no other woman falls foul of this guy…all I wanted was for me and my dad to not melt in my van. I am going to take it to a reputable mechanic and see if there’s a leak.. which I suspect there was and hopefully get it fixed. This guy may be great at re-gassing new cars.. but don’t use him for anything else because he’ll take your money and run. And worse still he is rude and aggressive towards women. I have his trading standards card and will be sending that off tomorrow. Edit: interesting how you have edited the text so you can’t see my bits and yours. Also you fail to address the fact I asked to book an appointment not have you call or text to tell me you are on your way! The worst part is that you phoned me at 21:39 on a Sunday evening to shout at me, call me names and be down right rude and defamatory. I said I would pay for you come and do diagnostics and you told me you don’t fix Aircon… probably the most accurate thing you said. All I wanted was for you to come and check my Aircon and I was offering to pay… you took everything in the wrong way and ended being completely abusive. I had you on speaker and my mum even heard you shouting. If this is how you run a business … well..good luck to you. You won’t be getting any recommendations from me. I wish you all the best with your venture. Anyone reading this review….I’m sure he’s great at regassing new cars.. but if you have an old car or anything a leak, go elsewhere. I didn’t deserve the abuse I got from this guy. He’s rude and clearly very angry when people can’t accommodate his demands for you to be at home at his behest… he just called me out of the blue and expected me to be home in 30 minutes when I was at hospital with my dad.

Called mid-week to enquire about having my car AC looked at and Colin offered to come over the same day. I was unavailable then, but he was able to fit to my availability instead, and arrived to my address exactly when agreed. He was quick, knowledgeable, and efficient. Here and gone in under 30mins, and the car is icy cool again! Thanks so much, definitely recommend 😊

Easy to organise, arrived when agreed, great service would recommend. Thank you Colin. Lizzy 102

I messaged Colin last night and he was at my house 12 hours later. Whole process was quick and professional and just a decent guy. Nice cool air in the car again now. Fully recommend him to anyone

Excellent service, highly recommend and will use again if ever needed. I messaged Colin on a Sunday morning, he was at my door just 2 hours later and my car AC was fixed within 20 mins. Very prompt service. Thank you Colin!

I texted Collin at 8 am he was here by 9am really nice guy and delivered a fantastic service. I would definitely recommend!

Can highly recommend Colin. Excellent service and comes to you

Fantastic and very friendly service. I thought I might have an aircon issue after a recent vehicle repair. Colin was able to clear a minor blockage from my aircon system, confirm there was no leaks, and refilled the gas - all right on my doorstep. We had a great chat while Colin worked his aircon magic and I now have lovely cold air blowing in my car again ready for the long weekend. I can't recommend Colin enough. Great service, great chap.

Fantastic Service by AC4U. Colin was able to fit me in at short notice and was willing/able to come to me. Thank you very much! A++ Nick Toyota Proace Verso.

Great Service from Colin. Responded swiftly when I messaged to book in for an air con re gas. Booked us in for the next day. Punctual, texted when he was on his way. Highly recommended by us. Air con ice cold.

Local independent and friendly. Would highly recommend. Fast response and efficient service.

Went to three different places before Colin was able to sort out the problem. Top notch service. Highly recommend

Forgot all about this until Google reminded me. Was told that the aircon needed extensive repair and was charged a call out charge for no work done. Local garage just refilled gas! Can't recommend this guy. Waste of money.

Brilliant service. Dropped off a badly blocked DPF collected the next day clean as a whistle.

Quick, prompt and professional service from a friendly guy. Colin got me booked in within 24 hours and had my car's AC running top notch within no time. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and professional

Found Colin after a quick Google for mobile Aircon regassing. After dropping a text he was able to fit me in the same day! Really nice guy and reasonably priced too. Very happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again.

Great service, regassed my 2006 Toyota Alphard. Very knowledgeable and great price. Thanks very much - would highly recommend

Colin came to re gas my air con today, pleasant man. Would recommend him 100% very professional. Thank you for your service today.

Recommended to us, by a chance conversation about the heatwave and our 2 cars A/C giving up!!! A quick call and visit arranged. All very friendly, professional, and painless. Much cheaper than quotes we had from chain garages, and done at home for us! Kept in touch and up to date by text before our visit. We have been so pleased and impressed with the service. Cannot fault it from start to finish, would highly recommend.

Phoned Colin Wednesday in the morning and had a regas same day on my motorhome great service.

Genteman came, really quicly, did his job properly. Satisfied customer(me). 👍

Fantastic service called at lunchtime and came later the same day! Very polite, friendly and knowledgeable would 100% recommend and will definitely use again!

Colin was really helpful, had a leak with my AC and he diagnosed the problem straight away. After getting it fixed he came round within a couple of hours and got it fixed

Nitrogen tested our son's car's AC system, so we could source any problems prior to recharging. Once new parts sorted and replaced, it was a quick phone call and AC4U arrived shortly after on the same day, spot on for the time given too. System retested and ensured the aircon was working as it should. Excellent service, friendly and professional. Thank you so much!

Colin is a nice, down-to-earth guy and provides a 5 star service, arrived exactly when he said he would, did exactly what he said he'd do, and some. We need more honest businesses like this one. Will recommend!

Quick anf friendly service

Brilliant service, arrived at the time arranged and did my husbands car as well as mine. My air conditioning is much better and cools in seconds instead of waiting 10 minutes and having uneven vent temperatures.

Great service! Fast and reliable! Will definitely recommend! 10/10

Colin does great work, has excellent prices and is a thoroughly good bloke. Even better is his after service consideration. He gave us a heads up about a potential recall on a air con sensor which saved us a load of hassle, grief and money.

AC4U are Top-Notch! Turned up bang on time and super professional start to finish!! Cant recommend highly enough!! 5 stars all round.*****

My car is running beautifully :) Thank you so much!

Cleaned my engine which has made a significant difference. I'm sure my MPG has improved and the engine is noticeably quieter. It flew through the MOT anyway! Thanks for sorting.

First time getting a carbon clean, and I was very pleasantly surprised at the difference in accelerator response and pick up through the gears! It definitely feels quicker and smooth. Vehicle is a peugeot 3008 1.6hdi 62 plate and had done 60,000 miles In my opinion its money well spent. Highly recommended this man's service. Thanks Colin!

Had Colin over to do a diagnostics test on my Bmw e46 330d,very polite and helpful. Found a couple of faults, cleared them, and car runs much better. Cheers Colin. 👍
