Richardsons Domestic

Amazing! He fixed my hoover washer dryer in 5 minutes, super high efficiency and very reasonable price. Thank you again for your help, really appreicated!

Amazing from start to finish, dishwasher door was broken - Bill came the next day to assess the damage, ordered the parts immediately and came to fix it the day after the parts arrived. Very efficient, cost effective, quality work and lovely guy to deal with. Highly recommend and will be using again should I need to in future. Thank you!

I could not praise Mr. Richardson more highly. My oven was not working. Cooker is only 5 years old. He came very promptly, checked everything and the element was the problem. The manufacturer had ceased trading and spare parts are not available. Mr. Richardson seemed very disappointed that he couldn't fix it!

I'd highly recommend Richard, he was professional, tidy and knew exactly what he was doing. He didn't do any unnecessary upselling or spend any more time then was required. He's going in my book for any repairs in the future.

Washing machine repair. Prompt service and very good communication. I would recommend the company

Such great service. They took the effort to return my call when they missed it. Then very quickly explained that my Washing Machine Drum was finished and couldn't be repaired. Such great service will definitely recommend to anyone in need and use their services when I next have an issue. Proper old fashioned honest Tradespeople! In short supply nowadays.

Brilliant job from Richardson We called for Hotpoint washer dryer wasn’t taking water .Job has been completed in 30 minutes with professional approach and reliable cost of repair Will be using again in future

Brilliant service from start to finish. Rang to enquire about a new rubber for a washing machine. I was quoted a price and a 2 hour window for them to attend. Price was very reasonable and they turned up bang on time. Swift efficient service. Couldn’t ask for more.

The door seal on my new Samsung washing machine tore which meant the machine was leaking on every use. Contacted Bill at Richardsons Domestic who explained the cost of labour and part. On giving the go-ahead, the part was ordered, promptly delivered and Michael visited this morning to fix. Richardsons are courteous, professional and extremely responsive - in fact, everything you want from repair experts and I would have no hesitation recommending them.

Very happy with the service. Nice people. Wife found them online and will be using them again. Highly recommended

Perfect service repairing my cooker.

Offered advice on how to fix my washing machine over the phone. It worked and saved me a call out

I cannot speak highly enough of William and his company. Via Check a Trade I asked for quotes for an issue with my dishwasher. Other companies came back, quoting me in excess of £100. William however phoned me and left me a voicemail and said I did not need an engineer and that he will talk me through how to refit a part that had become loose and was causing the problem. I phoned him back and he talked me through it and now my dishwasher is working perfectly and I spent nothing. Integrity like this and a willingness to just be helpful is in short supply. If I ever need any further support of a plumbing nature. William will be my first call. Thank you

Fab service from a knowledgeable engineer.

He was very helpful to me with a problem with my washing machine to save me a call out as it wouldn't be worth repairing

Excellent service. Quick and efficient. Very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend

Fixed our broken washing machine for a fraction of the price of a new one, professional, polite, on time, fast worker, would highly recommended his services. Very happy customer.

Richardsons Domestic are an absolutely amazing company. They came to repair our oven a few days before Christmas, they came within a few days of ringing and got the oven repaired within half an hour. Will be using again for any domestic appliances!!

We rang at 9o/c on a Monday morning and our machine was fixed within 3 hours. Fixed price plus parts so no nasty surprises when we came to pay. Excellent service from a local firm.

Brilliant service, fast, didn't over price. Please use this gent instead of any of the others that will charge you double unnecessarily! Called and fixed within an hour - 80 quid for parts and labour! Highly recommend.

Came on time, very efficient, good communication, fixed and tidied up! Absolutely could not fault would highly recommend.

Mr Richardson has repaired my machine many times. He's always thoughtful, considerate and understands the need for a working washing machine with kids! Can not recommend him highly enough.

Prompt and efficient washing machine repair.

William is an absolute gem! The only engineer to help over the phone and save myself a call out charge! Such a decent, genuine man which is very hard to find nowadays! I will recommend to all of my friends and family and should I need any help in the future Richardsons Domestic shall be at the top of my list! Thank you again William! :-)

I am not one for leaving reviews, but was so impressed with the level of service that I feel it only right to leave a review. Professional, polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Absolutely recommend.

Superb service.

Amazing and helpful. Called for a repair to Neff washer dryer. They had no availability but were so helpful with tips on how to resolve my Error code. Thank you so much as a family of 4 we would have struggled without a working washing machine

Came at short notice and fixed my washing machine. An excellent professional and well priced service. Thoroughly recommended!!!

After calling a couple of local companies who either didn’t answer, didn’t respond back to me, or were abrupt on the phone, I luckily phoned Richardsons Domestic. The gentleman I spoke to answered within a few rings, was friendly, took the time to listen to me explain the problem I was having with my oven and managed to resolve the issue by explaining to me what to do whilst on the phone. Not only did this make things quick and simple but saved me a huge amount of money too. So pleased I called them and will most certainly be contacting them again if I have any further issues. Thank you Richardsons Domestic for an outstanding service and for being so kind to help.

Professional service which was carried out quickly and for a good price. Had a broken washer/dryer which is now up and running again. Very happy with the service and would definitely use again.

Great service and dog friendly. Would definitely recommend to others.

Excellent service. My oven was back working in 20 minutes. Will definitely use Richardsons again

Problem was a blocked pipe not the washing machine as we thought. In fairness Richardson's didn't know that nor did I, they came in 24 hours sorted me out or pointed in right direction left me a pack of cleaning solution. I woul recommend Richardson's to anyone and will call on them if I need help again Thanks

Fantastic service and price. Would recommend strongly. Very fast response and service.

These guys are great, have used 3 times now and they are prompt, courteous, friendly, and reasonably priced. I'll always use again where I can.

Came next day, repaired with minimum fuss

The engineer was very personable and I was happy with the results. No complaints.

Extremely helpful and professional service, would highly recommend!

Fixed our oven quickly and cheaply, highly recommended!

Exceptionally helpfull and resolved our broken washing machine problem. Turned out it was a blocked drain hose and he got it working by giving me instructions over the phone without even coming to the house. Utterly amazing ........dont even think of going anywhere else to get your domestic appliances fixed. To cap it all he refused to take any payment....

Great service

Called them to ask about a repair to a Bosch tumble dryer that was running hot and was given a very straight answer, that it would be more expensive to repair than to replace and if he did the only repair he could, we would most likely 'be back to square one'. The engineer's honesty was very much appreciated and saved us a lot of time and otherwise additional cost

Excellent and very helpful. Paul R

I called this company after our electric oven failed, Bill came ovee the next morning during the stated time slot & fixed the problem immediately!
