Bathroom Solutions managed everything for our bathroom refurb from start to finish and I highly recommend them. Right from the start the communication was good, helpful with planning ideas and always happy to come up with alternative options to fit within a budget and design. We are so happy with the end result as it looks amazing and it was a real pleasure having Darren and Alfie around the house - a friendly, fun and professional team.

Great service from start to finish. The communication and project management from Darren and his team was excellent. The quality of work was great and timings and cost were as expected with no over runs. The whole team were friendly and polite and we would definitely use them again. Thanks so much for our lovely bathroom.

The team were fantastic, professional and friendly. We were more than satisfied with the completion of our ensuite and I will be recommending them to family and friends.

Outstanding service from Bathroom Solutions, they were very professional and kept me in the loop every step of the way. We have now had our bathroom and cloakroom done and I find myself loving it more everytime I see it. Darren and Sam were such a pleasure and I would really recommend them.

We have used bathroom solutions twice now, Darren and his team have done an incredible job once again. Very trustworthy, and amazing attention to detail. They run the project from start to finish. Darren and Alfie did an absolutely incredible job on my bathroom refurb. They turned a really old and mismatched bathroom into a super fun and bright shower room. My only real notes were lots of pink features and fun, and Darren really went out of his way to research and find me some cool stuff (pink towel heater is a highlight!). Their work was top notch, they are very clean and tidy and respond very quickly to any questions/communications. Also would like to say thanks to the guys who came in to plaster, sort the electrics, mastic and get rid of all the old bathroom. Really lovely company and would happily recommend them to anyone!

Darren is a very humble and nice person

Darren, Tom, Alfie and team did an amazing job on our bathroom. They completely transformed what was an outdated bathroom with no shower, to a modern and sleek bathroom with a shower. Over the moon with the finish. Darren was always very responsive on WhatsApp and we appreciated the communication. Would recommend - excellent service. Thanks team! Before and after pics below.

I can’t recommend Bathroomsoutions enough. Darren and his team, are faultless in the re design of my bathroom. From the start of planning Darren knowledge and expertise in the design and vision was excellent and was always on hand and prompt with any questions. The team were polite, friendly, clean and the professionalism was second to none. The end result was amazing. A big thankyou to Darren and his team. So if you’re thinking about having your bathroom done. Bathroom solutions are a gem of a company and 100% recommended.

Darren and team did an excellent job for us with a complete bathroom replacement. They constantly kept us up to date on next steps, expectations and did a great job of giving us options where needed. Everyone involved was very professional, friendly and did an excellent job - we’d certainly use them again!

We had Sam replace the floor in our bathroom after a major leak, and he did a fantastic job. The work was completed to a very high standard, and everything was left neat and tidy. Really impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail, would definitely recommend!

The bathroom looks fantastic, thank you, thoroughly professional service from start to finish. I highly recommend Bathroom Solutions

Bathroom Solutions have just completed the transformation of my tired and dated bathroom into a modern and stylish walk-in shower room. I gave Darren some general ideas, but I left the majority of the design choices to him and he didn't let me down. The mirror he suggested was the perfect finishing touch. Darren, Sam, Carlton and the other tradesmen that were employed worked to a very high standard and ensured I was satisfied at every step. A couple of glitches, largely due to the construction of the old bathroom, were sorted quickly and efficiently. Based on my experience I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

This company was recommended to me by a friend, for being reliable, professional and trustworthy! They ticked all those boxes and more! From start to finish the service was impeccable and the workmanship was, and is faultless. We were very impressed with this company, and will most certainly be continuing to use them with our future renovation projects! Once again, thank you team, for turning a nightmare into a dream!

Bathroom solutions done our upstairs bathroom, looks like a brand new bathroom and they delivered it in due time at a reasonable price. Very tidy and very communicative across the whole project as well as tidy throughout the process. Smooth process from ordering the materials, arrival upon commencement of the project, communication, tidiness and workmanship. Highly recommended! Darren’s communication and the workmanship was second to none. The tiles were amazing. He also tiled our chimney breast in our living room and went the distance to make sure everything was smooth from start to finish.

Professional reliable with good service and friendly helpful advise. All work completed on time to a high standard. Would recommend Darren’s services and would definitely use him again.

Darren and his team have been brilliant from start to finish of our bathroom renovation. They’ve helped us with designing and choosing right products, been very approachable and taken the time to answer our questions. The bathroom has been finished to a high standard and Darren has been a pleasure to work with always communicating with us and working hard to get the finishing touches right. We’re really happy with our bathroom and would 100% recommend Bathroom Solutions. Thank you so much.

The communication was incredibly prompt, and Darren and his team were nothing but friendly and approachable. We encountered some unexpected issues with my bathrooms, but Darren and the team went above and beyond to help me navigate the situation. They were patient, reassuring, and truly held my hand every step of the way, ensuring everything was resolved. If you’re looking for a team that genuinely cares about their customers look no further. Thank you!

Darren replaced my bathroom in my rented property. Really lovely team, super friendly team, super clean and tidy and standard of work was fabulous. Nothing was to much trouble. Highly Recommend!!!

Very happy with our new bathroom. Darren and Sam are friendly, professional and very flexible.

Fantastic team! They were professional and yet friendly. They kept us up to date and informed every step of the way and finished the work on schedule. Will recommend them to anyone wanting to get their bathroom done.

Unfortunately the hand basin broke. Called Darren from Bathroom Solutions Essex. Even though he was busy, took the time to listen and understand my situation. He assured me he will have a plumber visit tomorrow morning as the basin had been out of action for a week. We discussed the cost and I gave him the go ahead. Sure enough next morning Sam was there at the assured time. Carried out the work to his best ability as the previous pedestal was cemented in. Why, I don't know. He took care and did everything that was promised. From start to finish, fantastic communication and work carried out. I highly recommend Darren. Top notch. Difficult to find guys like this. Thank you. Will definitely use again.

Brilliant pair of workmen very polite hard working and done a brilliant job would highly recommend them.

Having been let down multiple times with other contractors in obtaining quotes Darren and Tom's communication from start to finish was impeccable as well as the quality of the work. They helped suggest practical and design ideas which we hadn't considered and managed to fit our bathroom renovations in quickly around other jobs. They were very tidy as they worked and we're so pleased with the end results we're using them again and have recommended them to friends and family.

I have used both Darren and Tom in the past and I have always been highly impressed with their professionalism so when they united to form Bathroom Solutions to me it was a marriage made in heaven. I would advise potential customers to utilise their knowledge before embarking on a project as they have seen so many finished projects and can advise you accordingly. What looks good in a showroom does not necessarily work in your home, they can advise. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Prompt, professional and polite. A job well done speaks for itself.

Having previously worked with Darren and having known him for a number of years there was nobody else I would've trusted with my bathroom replacement. Both Darren and Tom were exceptionally professional and efficient with turning the job around in under a week and completely transforming my bathroom into something that I was really happy with. They were highly responsive and helpful even when I wanted to add extras during the job. I would highly recommend both Darren and Tom to anyone thinking of changing their bathroom. Thank you!

Darren and Tom did an amazing job on our bathroom. We have wanted a new bathroom for a while, but didn't really know where to start. Bathroom solutions offered the full package at great value and gave us great advice and help from start to finish. We are so happy with the finished result and would highly recommend bathroom solutions to anyone.

Tom and Darren were recommended to us by a family member and I couldn't be more grateful that she did. They have done a beautiful job on our new bathroom. Darren was doing the tiling so was on site every day, he was on time every single day, was extremely tidy throughout the few weeks he was here. Every day he would explain what he had done and what his plans for the next day were. He made it very clear to make sure we were to let them know if we weren't happy with anything. Not only were they both extremely professional but they were a blast to have around. Excellent with dogs too. Thank you for making a disruptive period bearable. Also very happy to be your first review.
