JFE Brickwork

Jack did an excellent job rebuilding a section of our garden wall and repairing cracks in other sections despite having to work through challenging weather conditions and unexpected complications in relation to the groundwork. He showed great attention to detail and left the site clean and tidy when he completed the job. We are really pleased with Jack’s work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

Jack has re-grouted and relaid two of my patios. I can highly recommend him and his company JFE Brickwork. His work quality is excellent, he is reliable, timely and as non-intrusive as possible carrying out his work. I would happily use him again and would recommend him to anyone requiring patio or brickwork.

Cannot recommend Jack highly enough, very tidy and efficient. He is very particular about his work which reflects in the finished job which was excellent. Already in the process of having him quote for other projects.

Jack did an excellent job re-building a low decorative stone wall in our garden. He matched the existing stones and did a better job than the original. Highly recommended.

Jack is a first-class bricklayer. He undertook various brickwork including the making good of several penetrations following the removal of a boiler flue and vent. The end result was superb and you would have never known what was there previously. His attention to detail is phenomenal. Jack also rebuilt a garage wall and once again, a truly excellent finish. I would highly recommend JFE Brickwork and have been looking for a high-quality bricklayer for a very long time. Jack will be our first call for any future work involving bricks and mortar.

Chimney on quite steep roof needed repointing - Jack came, did the job over the course of one and a half days - and what looked to be in a very sorry state is now 'as new' - brillient job Jack. If you need your chimney repointed - Jack's your man.

Excellent service. Jack is a real craftsman who repaired my steps and repointed my patio to a very high standard. From the start he was good at communicating, replying to messages quickly and providing a prompt quote. He was punctual and professional throughout the job and made sure everything was tidied up on completion. I highly recommend him.

Jack rebuilt a front garden wall that had accidentally been knocked down. The end product looked better than the original! A very likeable chap, I wouldn't hesitate to ask him to help with other projects, or to recommend to other people.

Don’t be deceived by his youthful looks - Jack is a master at what he does. So thrilled with the elegant and transformative stone staircase built from the remains of a rotting corner terrace. All done at stand-out speed, to a reliable timescale, with impeccable manners, and a craftsman’s eye for detail. Nobody else has come close to this standard.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! If you are anxious about getting the right person for bricklaying, don’t be with JFE Brickwork. Jack is prompt, polite, reliable and reasonably priced. His work is efficient, professional, skilled, with a clean finish. He repaired part of my damaged caved in brick wall following a minor truck collision. He managed to recycled the bricks, blending it into the rest of the wall. The result is seamless. In addition, I asked him to change part of an old breeze block wall into a new brick wall and add a brick pillar to match the other repaired brick wall he did. It looks stunning. Plus, he very kindly agreed to return after the the brickwork was set to install my new garden gate onto his newly laid brick pillars. Thank you. Nice touch. Many neighbours have passed positive comments about Jack’s excellent workmanship. In short, Jack is highly skilled, hardworking and trustworthy. A good find indeed!

Jack was excellent from first inquiry to the finished product. We needed an old set of French doors bricking up to match our existing window still height. Great communication, he was quick to reply and provide a quote, we had the work completed within a few weeks of the initial enquiry. Would highly recommend Jack for a friendly and professional service and will definitely be keeping his number for any future work.
