Paul was very thorough goodcjob excellent service

This chap is extremely professional and knowledgeable about his business. He performed the impossible task of deep cleaning my living room and kitchen carpets - I believed that the carpets needed replacing until 'Spotless Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning' visited and saved me hundreds of pounds by cleaning my terrible carpets rather than my having to replace them. Yet again Paul has saved me massive expense by saving my sofa after a red wine spillage - absolutely no sign of my disaster

Paul is a lovely guy. He visited the property initially, quoted there and then, and stuck to it. It wasn't the easiest of jobs, a well trodden communal hallway and many stairs. It came up a treat! Would highly recommend. He knows his stuff and likes to do a good job!

Spotless Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning worked their magic on our corner sofa this week and we're really pleased with the service. Paul is a really nice guy. He came to look at our sofa and quote us on the same day we enquired. He was then able to return a few days later and did a great job removing stains created by our sofa-loving dog! This was reasonably priced and gave great results. Thank you.

We had outstanding service from Paul at Spotless Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning last week and it was a stress free and relaxed experience. Excellent communication during booking process and organising the clean and Paul was very professional and considerate on the day as there was a bit of moving things around to be negotiated. Paul cleaned four rooms/areas of carpet, a sofa and part of a sofa and we are super impressed with the results! The carpets are noticeably clean and bright now and the sofas look like new! I cannot recommend Paul enough - definitely 5+ stars!!

Paul was both efficient, sensative and knowledgable about his new profession. He responded quickly to my enquiry, visited and assessed the needs posed by different materials and ages etc. Came at a negotiable and convenient time, did an excellent job with no bother or fuss, and didn't even stop for tea break. I appreciated his honesty about what was possible and where I had to accept the personality of the odd stain. Even pushed my wheelie bin in and received my Amazon parcels at the door!

Excellent service! My carpets looking as new. Will be recommending Paul to friends.

We recently suffered flooding from torrential rain and were desperately trying to find help. After messaging countless people with no luck, I reached out to Paul—not only was he also fully booked, but it was the end of his workday. Still, he went out of his way to stop by on his way home to help my family and me. That kind of kindness and commitment is rare. We’d not long moved into the property and were really worried, especially with two young children. Paul immediately helped ease those worries. His professionalism and calm nature were incredibly reassuring during a very stressful time. What really stood out is that Paul is a fully qualified carpet cleaner—something not everyone offering the service can say. He clearly knows his stuff, and you can tell he genuinely enjoys helping and meeting people, which makes all the difference. Thank you, Paul, for being such a genuine person and for helping us when we truly needed it. We didn’t think our rug could be saved, but you proved us wrong—and we’re so grateful.

Great, professional service. I'm delighted with my carpets!

Would highly recommend Paul. Came to look at settees and advised what he could do. They came out better than we could have hoped for. Thank you
