Worst cleaning company what i seeing.

Very agressive driver in company sign written vehicle, watch out!

Extremely aggressive driver in company sign written van - last part of reg YEJ. Dash cam footage shows several infractions and has now been sent to the police.

They are useless, they spend longer outside smoking and talking than they do inside attempting to clean. I have complained but nothing done. A quick hoover and wipe down with a sticky wet cloth, terrible.

We have been very satisfied with the cleaning in our buildings, Ruth does a great job!

Lazy workers. Didn't clean our windows for 9 months at Collard House. Too lazy to arrange for keys to be onsite. On 3/10/22 new cleaner stopped vacuuming after 2 minutes. Shen asked she lied that Hoover was broken and other cleaner would do it. All staff and managers are blatant liars and lazy. 18.10.22 exterior windows above lounge not cleaned. Exterior of windows not cleaned behind 4 fire doors. They have been shown how to move door arms to fully open the windows.

Had the worst experience with one of the cleaning supervisors while visiting Homewood School. Could only watch as she verbally abused students and staff members going as far as swearing at students for, "Ruining the freshly mopped floor." How she is still in charge is beyond me.

Always did a great Job. The big tattooed and peirced guy especially was alway great! The only thing I miss about my old flat!

It is good to see a company so committed to working safely in the community through the Covid-19 pandemic.

Hired via our housing association but unfortunately poor service so far. Have spoken to one the company directors a few times, however does not seem to rectify the problems. Cleaners often do not turn up as per their fortnightly rota, and unless we call up to chase, nothing is done about it. In addition, the standard of cleaning is poor and there’s a lot of cutting corners. We pay a service charge for the service, which makes me extremely angry. It has come to the point where another cleaning agency is to be considered.

We pay extra on our rent for this cleaning company to clean communal area. Thats when they bother to turn up and cleaning is of a very poor standard.

Suppose to do our communal flats but just sits in corridor on top of the hoover... first sits outside then if she sees a occupant then goes inside and sits on hoover... we have to clean it because they never do....! Pay communal charge for nothing
