We’ve just started our weekly cleaning service with Bright & Beautiful, and we couldn’t be more pleased with our first clean! Jayne was absolutely lovely, incredibly responsive, and had us booked in so quickly. The team arrived on time and went above and beyond our expectations. Our home looks fantastic, and we’re already looking forward to next week! Highly recommend!

Great service, very efficient and thorough. Sarah and Marnie cleaned for us today - excellent, even emptied our dishwasher and put everything away in the correct cupboards and compartments. Brilliant!

Absolutely wonderful team of housekeepers, it was a relief to come home and have a perfectly clean home. I liked the fact that there wasn't an overpowering smell of cleaning products (which can give me headaches), everything was just bright and fresh. I have used other cleaners in the past that weren't up to scratch and honestly, the team from bright & beautiful did an astounding job!!

Absolutely outstanding service! I don’t usually write reviews but I had to come online because the service was impeccable and wonderful. If I could give 10 stars I would. My apartment has never looked better. Every room, bathroom and kitchen looked brand new, and even the little things I didn’t notice. It felt so fresh and welcoming coming back home and honestly it felt like I had walked into a spa. All my stress evaporated. They were so many little touches, they even descaled my kettle. This is so worth it. I highly recommend the bright and beautiful, you will fall in love with your home again. and have signed up for more sessions. Well worth it! Carrie-Ann, Holly and Grace did an amazing 'spring' clean for us. They arrived on time and worked so well together. They worked their way through the plan Jayne and I agreed and I am more than happy with all they did. It's so good to 'feel' how clean the house is. I had a full deep clean from Bright and beautiful last week , 2 ladies turned up armed with all of there own products The girls where very friendly and one went around the house with me to just verify what they where actually going to do , then I left and did t return until 5pm When I opened the front door the fragrance was wonderful , it smelt so fresh and clean , I walked around the house to see what they had said they would clean , all I can say is absolutely amazing , from floor to ceiling it was noticeable , I thought my house had never looked so clean , plus I have a cleaner as well who is retiring after 20 years Even light fittings and skirting boards , they literally had done everything they had stated I am thrilled to bits !! The ladies that came to clean were warm, professional and thorough. We booked to have pretty much the whole place done and they went above and beyond for our pre-Christmas clean. I can finally see through our oven glass to our nice shiny racks! Highly recommend and would book again :)

My clean with BBH was astonishing, I absolutely adore the work they did for me. Special thanks to CarrieAnn, Holly & Sarah.

Effective but expensive. If pressed for detail I'd say the vast majority of surfaces were cleaned very effectively but there were a number of quite obvious missed spot marks on walls and edges not cleaned in a "ceiling to floor" deep clean. Still quite a transformation compared to the previous state. Do note that they charge approximately £40 an hour per staff member working. I'd post the invoices to prove this but that has personal information. Whether this is cost effective or not for you is another matter. I found costs were excessive particularly on one occasion, where the place was clean and organised on arrival of staff. I would say that a lack of flexibility in adjusting costs downward according to the level of cleaning performed was unprofessional.

Amazing!! Can't recommend them enough. We had Carina, Grace and Sarah and they did a fantastic job. Their attention to detail is second to none, and they left our home in immaculate condition. Can't wait for our next clean!

Oh my goodness, I have no words to describe how impressed I am with this cleaning services. I gave them a difficult job of cleaning mould from my windows and around the floor that even the council struggled to clean. I returned home and I could’ve cried. They cleaned all the mould I asked but then also left the bathroom shining and the kitchen looks the best it’s ever looked. They have gone above and beyond and I am extremely grateful. They did not leave any corners or hiding places with a smudge of dirt or dust. Highly recommend!! Thankyou bright and beautiful.

Excellent service so far. The franchise owner Jayne runs a tight ship, overseeing the initial visits personally. Communication has been top notch, and they are very flexible in meeting the client's needs. The team of Carrie, Sara, and Stacy did an outstanding job on the initial clean.

We were very pleased with the clean. The team were brilliant, efficient, professional, friendly, and left the house feeling spotless.

I contacted Bright and Beautiful as I needed a deep clean for my home. Right from the first contact Jayne was warm, welcoming and an utter professional. Jayne visited my home to discuss what was required and a date was set. I returned home from work today and as soon as I walked in the door the house smelt clean and fresh. Each room had been cleaned and polished top to bottom. Floors washed, carpets hoovered and every inch dusted and wiped. What was really lovely were the little touches. All of the toilet rolls and tissues had been folded into points, towels rolled and all of the bedroom pillows stood up. It was like walking into a hotel. I am enormously grateful to Mandy’s team who cleaned my home and I will definitely be using Bright and Beautiful for regular cleaning going forward.

I have been using Bright and Beautiful for some years now and have always been treated to a very professional and effective service at all times. All the ladies are helpful, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend them. 2 years on from this review and the ladies continue to do a fantastic job for me. A bit more expensive now but still worth every penny. Thanks again ladies.

Excellent service. The team lead by Carrie and Carina provide a thorough and detailed clean. Having used the service now for several months I would recommend their services and have referred them to our family. They work hard and the end finish is always above expectations. Very happy customer.

The team are so attentive and accommodating. I work from home so having a team of 3 come in, without disturbing me in my little office room, and complete 3 hours of cleaning in an hour, is amazing. I almost always have Carrie as the lead, which is great. I get the relationship with her but there is a backup if she wants a well deserved break. She also looks to ensure that I get the full value for my money. Chris is fab at letting me know what is happening and arranging extra services if I need them. I had arranged for a full house clean of a new house I'm moving into, and she sent a wonderful team of friendly and very capable professionals. Carrie Ann, Stacey and Josie were all so warm, kind, polite and had a good sense of humour which is very much appreciated when you're overwhelmed about a house purchase!! I didn't think the house seemed too dirty and that outsourcing cleaning was a luxury I should be saving on! However, the house is now beautifully clean; every nook and cranny! They did a far better job than I could have and indeed it would have taken me considerably more time (and stress)!! It's a weight off my mind and I couldn't be happier! I would recommend them to anyone and look forward to using their services in the future xxx

We have been customers of Bright & Beautiful for some time. They are reliable and do a very professional job each time. They are also prepared to go the extra mile. Overall we find them very good value for money.

From the consultation up until the clean the process was very professional. Jayne explained everything in detail and introduced the girls to me on the visit. Attention to detail was spot on they did a great job. I would recommend to my friends. After the first clean every time it is a different team they all clean in different ways, forget to do skirting boards a couple of times missed the utility room. The last team I had were spot on as good as the first clean. All the staff are lovely and friendly, it is just sometimes attention to detail gets missed.

Bright and Beautiful have been working with us for about 18 months now, and we have become increasingly pleased with the care taken by the teams. We have found them all to be hard-working, well-trained, helpful and friendly. It has been a pleasure to welcome them into our home. As the staff have become familiar with us and our home the visits have, if anything, become even more useful to us. We find it hard to imagine how we coped without them.

Four very personable ladies did a very comprehensive job of cleaning my basement. Would recommend.

I had 3 wonderfully friendly ladies on my doorstep this morning, raring to get started on my deep clean with Bright & Beautiful. Jayne, the owner had been round to check my requirements the week before. I needed flexibility in the frequency of clean and was pleasantly surprised that B & B were happy to accommodate this, something other cleaning companies weren't prepared to do. Jayne accompanied the ladies today to give them their instructions and the ladies got straight down to work. The house had been dusty & grubby after a refurb but they managed to get into every nook & cranny, high & low to leave my house sparkling and smelling fantastic. Communication before and after the clean was very good and I feel happy that my house will be secure in the hands of B&B. I am looking forward to seeing them all for my ongoing regular cleans.

We've been working with these guys for a few months now and I couldn't be happier, always a professional job and very friendly teams. Bright & Beautiful have carried out several commercial cleans for us, and always leave the space spotless! It’s no mean feat trying to get a shop sparkling and ready for open when we have been completing a full shop refurb, but bright and beautiful are up to the task. We have also used them for smaller domestic properties and their attention to detail is second to none. Highly recommend!

Wow! Honestly the best cleaning company we've used. The team we had to clean our house was Carina, Chloe, Sara and Mollie. I cannot thank them enough for the fantastic job they did. We had work carried out in the house for almost a year, so when we moved back in, the house was covered in dust and dirt. The team from BrightandBeautiful came in and blitzed the house - even down to cleaning the dust off perfume bottles, they left nothing untouched! They even emptied the nappy bin, which I'm completely embarrassed about, this was not something we were expecting them to do, but they did it anyway! I would highly recommend them and we'll definitely use this company again. Thank you all! 🥰

Mandy and her team turned up on time to do a deep clean. Very friendly and well presented they worked like troopers throughout the clean with just a short break for lunch. The results speak for themselves, my house has never looked so clean and I would definitely recommend this company.

We were absolutely delighted with the deep clean. A very professional experience from the outset. Jane came to see the property after tenants left the property in complete dirt and understood how much time was required for the property to be able to be lived in again. The really super lovely, cheerful team met us on the cleaning day and were so determined to make everything sparkling clean. They've all been wonderful in looking after my dog whilst I am not in and I am so grateful to them for working around him! Just had my house cleaned by a lovely bunch of (3) girls who were thorough and didn't stop for a minute. The house smells lovely and everything is spotless and dust free. Getting to all the places I can't get to, windows and frames all sparkling, low down dusty areas all polished. Kitchen looks like it's been given a face lift! Really wonderful. Team manager Jayne is lovely and very understanding. Jayne went through the whole house with me with her tick list and pre assessed the job, gave me a price. They were punctual and all had uniforms on. Friendly, polite and took pride in their work. Would highly recommend this company in the Portsmouth area. I searched for a cleaner to have on a regular basis but nothing ever materialised. I was a bit dubious about getting a 'company' as such in for the task, but all in all its a much better set up and far more efficient. Very impressed. Price is good, they bring all their own equipment and products and leave the house only when the list of your requests is completed. Thank you girls, Bright and Beautiful!!

I hired Bright & Beautiful Cleaners for a deep cleaning of my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Jayne and the team are super professional and thorough. I was really impressed by their attention to detail and their dedication to providing a thorough and comprehensive cleaning service. They cleaned things in my kitchen that I didn't even know existed! They were also really respectful of my space and belongings, as well as being careful and understanding around my little rescue dog.
