People who used spotless911cleaners cleaning Portsmouth for Airbnb changeovers in Portsmouth describe a polite, prompt team. They mention Ben by name, say the properties were left ready for the next guests, and praise efficient, professional work at a reasonable price. A customer who asked for a deep clean said the property looked no different afterwards and that they had to redo the work themselves, which left them feeling the spend had been wasted. Others found the person they spoke to on the telephone reassuring and said the finished clean went beyond what they had expected.

Don't use this company - I literally asked the contact to quote me for a deep clean and it looks no different, we've had to re do the job ourselves at more expense. Complete waste of money and we're feeling very deceived.

Needed a house we had listed on air bnb to be cleaned . Thought we’d try out these cleaners as we are quite busy now and can’t do much ourselves anymore . We are really happy with the service , the man we spoke to on the phone was very nice and assured us it would be worth or while to which it was even more than expected . The best cleaners around Portsmouth!!! Will be coming back for sure .
