Unique Drains Ltd

Chris did a brilliant job. Came out the next day, fixed a blocked drain and soakaway and made everything good. He was super tidy, professional and worked to an excellent standard. I was delighted to find him through a recommendation and wouldn't go anywhere else for drains work going forward.

Class service. Called out to one of our properties and drain issue solved within the same day. Efficient and professional.

Chris came on a Sunday to fix our blockage in our soakaway. Offered a much better price then other local competitors and left the sight clean and tidy with the blockage sorted. Very happy with the work carried out

Great job by Unique Drains Ltd. Chris came over 30 mns after my call. Would thoroughly recommend this company

Great service! Noticed my toilet was backing up slightly when flushing, this was at 6:30 pm. Went outside and lifted the drain cover and it was full of water with an obvious blockage. Called Unique and he was here within the hour and had the drains unblocked quickly- in the pouring rain! Would definitely recommend, thanks!

Chris is a literal hero. Nightmare situation, drains on our new (but old) house flooding next door's drive. Unblocked our drains in no time at all, gave great advice on what we can do to stop it happening again, and disinfected the whole area. Would absolutely recommend and will use again if the need arises.

Excellent service. Really nice gentleman explained everything and sorted the block drain straight, fully self contained van. Zero mess left and thorough job. My Mother is 86 and has already sent Chris’s details to all her friends in case they ever need this service. I cannot recommend Chris highly enough.

Chris did a great job and resolve our problem promptly. I have no hesitation to recommend!

I would highly recommend this company. When l contacted them about my blocked drain Chris came the next day and quickly sorted out the problem. Nothing was too much trouble. A really good service.

Chris arrived on time, despite other personal commitments, polite and professional. Well equipped, quickly identified the issue, clean and tidy throughout. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Chris arrived as promised exactly on time - he was both efficent friendly and profeesional as well as informative - I would happily use again and be happy to recommend to others

Top class service from these guys. Chris was able to get out very quickly to look at a blocked drain at the back of my house. Communication was easy and he had the drain unblocked quickly with minimal fuss. Would recommend to anyone needing drainage services

Faultless service! Chris attended very promptly and sorted our drain problem in no time. He has all the latest equipment and explained everything clearly - he demonstrated where our problem was. He has a very reassuring, friendly and professional approach. He charged less than we were expecting. Look no further!

Chris completed a thorough job on finding and unblocking a pipe within my home. He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly, he did not finish until he was satisfied the pipeline was clearly unblocked. Afterwards he cleaned the area, and took away any debris/muck retrieved from the drainage system. I highly recommend Unique Drains Ltd, and will most definitely call upon him again. I am extremely grateful, and appreciate the excellent job Chris completed on the 8th August 2025.

Great service - Chris was prompt diligent, friendly and solved the problem at a great price. Highly recommended 👍

chis unblocked our drain last week and was on time ,ultra professional and gave a very reasonable fixed price to do the job so no nasty surprises would highly recommend

Chris provided same-day, prompt service, for a blocked soakaway. He thoroughly investigated the source of the problem and unblocked the drainage system successfully, and did so at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

i had a massive blockage in my outside waste pipes , chris came out in no time and really worked hard to sort it using pressure wash and camera , after a couple of hours it was all clear , well done chris you are a star , Unique Drains are local for poole and not too expensive . Please give them a call if you have drain problems .

Really quick response, great service and sorted my drain issues. Friendly and professional service

Simply the best. Great workmanship. Whole new drainage system put in with garden soakaway. Left the garden and drive in good condition despite all the necessary digging and taking up. Very pleased and would recommend. Chris is delightful.

I was seeking assistance for a downstairs toilet that was flooding and called Unique Drains. Chris was able to come over on the same day and managed to find the cause of the flooding using CCTV camera equipment - tree roots growing in old drain pipes! He spent considerable time clearing as much of the blockage as possible, leaving me with a toilet I can now flush and use again. He will be coming back to replace/repair the drains as they are still damaged and the issue would reoccur when the tree roots grow back again. Chris is a nice chap, he explained everything he was doing at the time, offered good advice and all at a reasonable price. Highly recommended from me.

Prompt service, friendly and professional.

Great service and very reasonably priced.

We have used Unique many times now, 1st class every time

Chris came out to our warehouse after we had a problem with the toilets. Talked us through everything and was very knowledgeable. Jetted the blockage and was a lower than expected price, overall really good service and very pleased

Chris completed a great job. Even advising that because he used less material than estimated, the final bill would be slightly lower ! He took great pride in his work, and left the area very clean and tidy. Excellent value for money for a truly professional job.

Great service, with a great price! Highly recommend

Chris come out to my house last week in Ferndown, talked me through everything, really polite bloke and unblocked our drains quickly. Arrived with us within 30 minutes and charged a lot less than others we’ve used in the past. We regularly have issues with our drains blocking so have used a lot of companies, Unique Drains is by far the best and cheapest. Will be taking them up on their 6 monthly maintenance plan at £28 as well as it includes a discount for if our drains block again, which hopefully they won’t with the regular maintenance cleans. Would recommend

Excellent service

Brilliant service 👌🏻 Quick to come out and fix our blocked drain. Thank you!
