PRECISE DRAINAGE SOLUTIONS

Great service, they got someone out to me same day, fixed the drain and showed me all the camera footage, explained everything and very friendly.

Excellent service

I had a problem with my shower leaking. Dale visited in the afternoon of the same day that I had called. He was friendly, cheerful and polite and was able to identify the problem immediately. Fortunately he had the equipment needed in his van and was able to solve the problem there and then. The fee was very reasonable and I am one, very satisfied customer- thank you Dale.

Phoned PDS with blocked drains, Matty arrived same day. He was professional, cheerful and explained everything to me while resolving the problem. He obviously takes a lot of pride in his job, thanks Matty! Would definitely recommend PDS.

Very quickly attended when we had a blocked drain. Swiftly dealt with by a very confident and pleasant guy Samuel. Kept us informed all the way. Thank you first class service.

Drains blocked , tried to clear using rods which snapped in drain. Called Precise Drainage. They were with me in under 2 hrs - all sorted. Would use again.

My experience with Precise Drainage Solutions was very positive. From the moment Matt arrived he was very friendly and explained everything clearly. He detected the issue causing the blockage to my sink and efficiently dealt with it. He was very thorough making sure it was completely clear before leaving. I recommend PDS for their efficient and professional manner and their reasonable charges.

Very polite and knowledgeable

Excellent work and advise.

Very quick and efficient service. I have no hesitation to recommend this company and I will use them again if ever required

Great experience all round. Same day visit and fair price for the job. Highly recommend PDS

I had a blocked down pipe and called these guys. I had an immediate call back and confirmed an appointment the following day. Joshua turned up after giving me a pre-call and located the blockage quickly. The repair was completed and the problem solved within 30 minutes. I’m more than happy with the service and Joshua was very friendly and efficient. This company will now be the only one I go to for any future issues..!

Called PDS as had a block in one of the traps leaving our house. Matty turned up and cleared the problem out no issue!! 10/10 service - would highly recommend!!

PDS are a great company, very trustworthy and thorough. I would highly recommend their services. Josh came to my parents house and sorted the issues straight away. 10/10

After suffering a blocked sewage drain a detailed survey was carried out with the use of a camera! Unfortunately it unveiled damage to the sewage pipe. I was advised that a none intrusive method would be a better option in this particular case. The sewage pipe was cleaned and a liner was used to make the repair. The work was carried out professionally and the area was left in a clean state. This work was carried out with a very competitive price and I would recommend this company.

Was cancelled on two days in a row at the last minute, won't rearrange as no guarantee it won't happen again

Cane out within a few days. Two drains next to each other completely blocked from small slate stones from Fencing work been done. Took 1 1/2 hours to unblock. Cleaned up afterwards. Matt is a credit to this company. Efficency and high quality of care. Highly recommend this company should you also have blocked drains. Thank you to Matt and Precise Drainage Solutions for everything.

Called PDS as I had a problem with the drains backing up. Was answered by very helpful lady who set out what they would do and their clear and very reasonable charging structure. Was promised someone would be on site in the afternoon. Matt arrived promptly and fully investigated the problem and confirmed it was an issue for Thames Water. He gave me advice on how to escalate with TW. Charging only for 30 mins on site was extremely reasonable compared with the charges of a lot of other companies. In short a superb service! Highly recommended.

Wow! First time I can honestly say I received the best service from a tradesman. Matt cleared a blocked toilet and sink for me and was genuinely interested in getting the job done when it became tricky. All cleared now and he tidied up after himself too .. excellent job Matt! Thank you.. highly recommend.

Very professional, prompt service. Thank you so much, no one wants to wake up to blocked drains but this was speedily remedied by the team Charlie & Joshua. Hope I got the names right.

Fantastic service by Matt at PDS! He was very friendly, professional & so helpful. Thank you

Very pleased with service provided, Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I will definitely use this company again.

Called Sunday afternoon for an unblock because external manhole was overflowing. Precise agreed to send someone that afternoon, but then text to say that someone would instead be there the next day between 9 and 11. The next day came and by 11:15 nobody had arrived and we had not been called with an update. When we called for an update we were told that they could get someone there later that day, but by then we had no trust in their ability to deliver so cancelled the service and got someone else same day. Completely understand the difficulties involved in scheduling emergencies of this nature, but a little communication would be nice

Superb service , friendly , professional , good communication and fast at reporting

Chris and lee were very helpful the told everything they were doing very polite and excellent work couldn't wish for better service I would recommend them to other people

Really pleased with PDS. Got out same day for us on short notice. Will be recommending to friends.

Service like this is rare these days, easy to reach over the phone anytime we called, turned up within an hour and cleared a stubborn blockage in our toilet for a very reasonable price. The engineer was exemplary and a credit to the company, not to mention the staff on the phones were polite and helpful - a special company indeed in an age where this kind of service is hard to find.

booked a call out for my elderly parents who were having issues with their downstairs toilet. The office staff were efficient and got an engineer across that same afternoon. The engineer who attended made sure to talk to my parents about the findings ( as per my request! ), and the blockage was cleared within 1 hour of his arrival! Amazing work and highly recommend

I had a great experience with Precise Drainage Solutions. I originally called them out just to unclog a toilet, but the specialists quickly found a much bigger issue. It turns out there was a massive buildup in the main drainage system that had been there since the place was first built. They took care of the whole thing right then and there. Now, everything is flowing perfectly and works like a clock. I’m really happy with how fast they worked and how well they communicated throughout the process. I definitely recommend them if you need honest and efficient help.

PDS have just completed a project for me on behalf of a landlord, the property was experiencing poor drainage from within the property. After contacting PDS they had an inspection team out the same day of calling, they identified broken pipes and what was required to fix the issues. Once given the go ahead they had the repair completed within a week at very competitive prices. Engineers were very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with as were all office staff when communicating over the phone. All round professional service, highly recommend.

Horrible Horrible service. I called to unclog my drain. Took three days to send someone and I paid quite an amount. The drain still not completely draining and the pipe was unfitted in the process causing a leak into my downstair neighbor’s ceiling. Someone was sent again who was in an absolute rush and broke the ends of my tub. No proper response, no solution and absolute waste of my money.

Friendly team(especially Sam),tidy work, helpful advice which prevented potential drainage problems in the future.

PDS were quick to arrive, on the job within minutes and quickly sorted the problem. A great bunch of people with a professional approach. There is no doubt I’d asking them back again should we need them.

Quick and efficient service that unclogged my kitchen sink drain in a half hour. Not super cheap, but worth it and I'd recommend them to others.

Hi it's Jason thanks very mach for the cervice which you done so quickly great job 👍

Called Precise Drainage Solutions today as I thought I had a drain problem. They came within hours. Very experienced workmen, very polite . Would definitely recommend this company

I rang PDS late afternoon to discuss a drain blockage. I was advised by the on-call that he would not be able to call that evening due to other pending jobs but left details so someone could contact me the next day. He advised of labour and machinery charges. I received a text first thing the next morning confirming the booking with details of the operatives name, part phone number and vehicle registration of the van. I was also advised I would be contacted to advise when the operative was on his way. Charlie rang twice to update me during the day. Upon arrival he set about investigating the blockage which initially was difficult to determine, but eventually Charlie managed find and then clear. During the process, Charlie explained that the blockage wasn't in the small drain that took kitchen sink and washing machine waste water, but was much further down the drain run. After, Charlie provided a quotation for a full network descale of the drainage system to remove heavy scale, debris and other restrictions from the internal walls of the pipework. I was very pleased with the service provided by PDS and would happily recommend them.

excellent service, you could see they focused on getting the job done e to a high standard and kept me updated throughout

Great service by PDS and our engineer Samuel. Came to our home and it only took Samuel two minutes to clear the issue. Quite embarrassing my side but Samuel explained the issue and how to prevent it in future. Thank you

A drain expert came the next day to fix our blocked toilet. Very efficient worker! He did the job well & quickly. So relieved that our problem has been sorted out

From start to finish the service was impeccable - an appointment was arranged for next day and we were given an ETA so didn’t have to wait in all day. Chas advised the blockage wasn’t drain related and gave us lots of good advice. He was very patient and really tried to help. Despite him spending time investigating the issue, he didn’t charge us a bean as there were s no call out charge. A really honest, knowledgeable guy. Even our neighbour took his details as he was so impressed.

With very polite manner Stephen and his crew hoovered over all the places where drain blockages could be then do them magic and job was done as quick as they can. Three words, job done all clean👍🏻 Thank you!

Emergency call out - excellent response even on a Saturday . Recommended

Fixed the problem in just less than 10 minutes. I tried contacting few companies out there in the market but PDS has responded promptly is more reliable and friendly in taking up the issue. The Engineer visited had all the skills in isolating the root cause of the problem and solved the tissue clog very efficiently with no time. He also made sure there is nothing remaining by using the camera system. Absolutely happy with the whole process.

Great team, quick work, all area washed before living Thx

Everything that needed doing was explained and shown. Workers friendly. Left everything clean

Arranged a call-out to unblock a drain connected to my kitchen waste pipe that was backing up. Turnaround time was good and reasonable price which was clear upfront. Samuel was courteous and professional and sorted the problem out quickly, despite the drain being in an awkward spot!!

I found PDS in a free Local Directory that comes through the door with local tradespeople and reached out via their website initially in the evening but was then contacted on the phone within an hour arranging an appointment. Even though it wasn’t an emergency situation I had someone at my property the next morning, with the immediate problem rectified. Really honest, lovely guys who I would recommend to anyone

Very prompt service and a nice team to deal with.

Very prompt visit and professional service. Would recommend.

excellent service. Reasonable price. They could not have been more helpful. I throrougly recommend them

had experience with one of Engineers recently Stefan top class performance only took 30min to solve massive blockage problem. Thank you again all.

They are a great team helpful and considerate. Done a great job in finding my rat, he was hiding but they refused to give up till they located it, they but it back where it belonged.

Registering the problem by phone, to an understanding person, who was upfront about costs and made a realistic estimate of arrival time, is a rare thing these says. I was then kept informed in a timely. Just as they said I would be. To have the work completed inside the time window stated, fixed first time with costs precisely as quoted is a refreshing service that I would not hesitate to recommend. Well done Danial & Sam - great service.

Polite and helpful right from the get go. I called several companies to get a quote and they all over sold and tried to get me to pay much more than needed. PDS was very honest and helpful. The engineer Stefan was very polite and very skilled. Would definitely recommend.

Good job, polite telephone manner

Quick to respond and provide a quote and feedback on options.

I called out PDS Drains late in the day but there was no hesitation on their part, they turned up within the hour and cleared the blocked drain with no fuss. The guy who did the work, was polite, courteous and informative, I couldn’t have asked for more. If I have any further drainage problems I will not hesitate to call them again and I recommend that you do the same.

Had a problem with a blocked drain on Good Friday. Contacted PDS and they were brilliant. Samuel attended a few hours later and cleared the blockage in about 30 minutes. No additional charge for a bank holiday call out and really reasonable cost. Follow up call to make sure I was happy with everything. A all round brilliant service, would definitely recommend!

Quick and efficient cost less than expected thanks guys

Quick and efficient service. Polite call staff.

PDS did some work in my house a couple of years ago. They did an excellent job and explained everything in detail to me before they started. The work was done well in time and they cleaned up after the job was done. Very polite and efficient service. Thank you PDS

Absolutely fantastic service, kept me informed when Stefan would arrive, toilet unblocked in no time and price charged as quoted which was very reasonable, would definitely recommend and have no hesitation to use these guys again , thank you again for your service. Gene Aylett.

Fantastic job and customer service, highly recommended for any drainage work. Very knowledgeable, responsive and excellent customer service.

I had a blocked water outflow drain which meant I couldn't use any water facility in my house. Precise Drainage Solutions offered a solution to fix the problem. An appointment was made for Sunday. Sam, a PDS engineer turned up at the arranged time and began working. He was polite and friendly, diligent worker who carried out the work. Once completed He tided up. I am very happy to recommend this excellent company. I will be using them again and will recommend them to friends and colleagues. First Rate.

Quick and friendly sorted out the problem

Very efficient service and constant communication. Highly recommend

Guys turned up and sorted our blockage quickly without any mess, great service highly recommended

Very prompt service. Steph was absolutely brilliant. He took his time to understand the problem and resolving the issue. I would definitely recommend Steph and his team.

Excellent service. I requested a CCTV drain survey for a house I'm buying. I requested quotes from 5 different drain companies, PDS were the second cheapest and I chose them instead because of their brilliant communication right from the first email. The email I got back after initial enquiry was detailed and informative (unlike one of the big companies I requested a quote from). I had a couple questions before committing and these were answered swiftly and clearly. As I didn't live in or own the house yet, I asked PDS to contact the agents and arrange a date for the inspection with the sellers, which they were more than happy to do. A date was soon set and they let me know and kept me updated. On the day, their office called to let me know the inpection would be done that afternoon and asked if I had any questions. Once it was done, they called to let me know how it went (sadly I missed this call as I had no signal), later their office called to ask how I found their service and if there was anything they could do for me. They said I should receive the survey results and footage the following Monday, but I received these the next day (Great service), the report was very detailed and listed several defect that would need attention. They called later in the afternoon to ask if I had any questions filling the report. A really great service. Don't be put of by the fact they are a smaller company than many other known ones. The fact they are smaller means they are able to provide a better service to their clients. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Once I move in to the property I'm sure I will have them carry out the work they quoted for. I'm very happy with the service provided and all their staff are great.

From start to finish, the service was absolutely outstanding ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Charlie in the office was incredibly helpful from the very beginning, taking the time to clearly talk me through all my options and getting me booked in for an appointment quickly and smoothly. Sam then took over and continued the excellent service. He kept me well informed, letting me know when he was on his way, and once he arrived, he was efficient, professional, and thorough. He explained everything he was doing, talked me through the issues he encountered, and clearly outlined how they could be resolved. What really stood out was his commitment—he promptly returned the very next day to fix the issue, which I really appreciated. Throughout the entire process, Sam was friendly, approachable, and respectful, and he made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. A genuinely top-quality experience from both Charlie and Sam. Highly recommended

Very clearly explained what the work was and the cost, everyone very helpful, workers very polite and left the work area clean and as near to normal as possible, i would recommend this company

Called PDS for a reoccurring issue with our cloakroom toilet. Got a prompt response and had Sam visiting to try and understand the source of the problem using a camera. He has been very professional and thorough, explaining his findings and what our options were. He liaised with the office for a further appointment to fully resolve our issue.

Sam came to my parents house today and sorted out a blocked drain. He was very professional and got the job done. Thanks sam much appreciated 👏

Dale & Josh were very professional and friendly. They explained what they were doing throughout. Very pleased with their work and the company overall.

Amazing service. Thank you

Fabulous service 5 stars great guys

Trouble free service, delivered promptly and efficiently. Friendly and polite team.

Brilliant service, Josh and Dale were very experienced and knowledgeable, got to the issue straight away - highly recommend PDS for anyone who needs this type of service

I can’t recommend Precise Drainage Solutions highly enough. From start to finish, the service was absolutely first class. They responded quickly initially to jet my drains after they blocked then returned to undertake a video survey they found the blockage cause which I’ve now had repaired. They turned up exactly when they said they would, and got straight on with no fuss. What really stood out was their professionalism and honesty – they explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done properly. The team were friendly, respectful, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. Very pleased. Thanks

I had to call PDS as my toilet was blocked, but unfortunately the issue was deeper, the waste pipe under ground had collapsed. The guys (Josh) who attended were great, kept me informed if the issue, showed me via the camera footage and fixed the problem by using ‘no dig’ technology and lining the pipes where cracks existed. They left the area’s clean of all rubble etc. Excellent company, definitely recommend them

Highly recommend Daley from PDS Plumbing. He quickly found the source of the leak and took the time to properly explain what was going on, which I really appreciated. He was honest, helpful, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, just focused on fixing the issue properly. Great service all round, I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

The guys were super helpful and quick to discover the issues causing our drainage problem. On time, polite and knowledgeable. Strongly recommended.

I had a blocked toilet. PDS arrived promptly, cleared the blockage and fitted a lining in both the pipe leading from the toilet to an inspection manhole and from there toward the main drainage pipe. Both the engineers were most helpful and I can thoroughly recommend the firm.

Blocked toilet. Plumber gave notice prior to arrival. Got straight on with the work and resolved it very quickly with no issues at all. Payment was easily made. Very happy.

Friendly, respectful staff with efficient service. I would recommend.

When asked to make a full site survey, the report was nothing short of brilliant. They were to the point of pointing out where they found issues to be addressed and were able to fix them on the day with no hassle, just dealing with the problem and fixing it. The team had a great understanding of reading drawings and a great attitude toward getting the job done with no delays.

Excellent service and was out to me in no time and fixed the issue within a few hours. If you have any drainage issue then PDS is the company to call

Unblocked my drain in Chichester! Really happy with precise drainage solutions would definitely recommend for drain unblocking In Chichester.

My soak away was blocked so I called PDS. They came out same day and cleared the problem! So happy with the service provided

Excellent service! had a blocked external drain, they came out quickly and managed to fix the problem. Highly recommend

I called PDS to get a second opinion on a quote my grandad had received from another company, as the price seemed extremely high. I’m so glad I did — PDS beat the original quote by half, which was a huge relief. From start to finish, the team were professional, friendly, and kept me fully informed throughout the entire process. They carried out drain relining and unblocked the drain in Bovingdon, and everything was completed efficiently with minimal disruption. We were also issued a 10-year guarantee, which gave us real peace of mind. A great company with a great team — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing drainage work in bovingdon or surrounding areas.

I contacted the on-call engineer early on Saturday morning. Charlie explained the process and that he would be able to get out to us that day. He was delayed due to workload but kept me informed throughout the day. On arrival Charlie carried out the job in a professional and expert way. He identified a blockage in the main drain system and advised us to contact our supplier. I would recommend Precise Drainage Solutions. Thank you

Many thanks to Charlie who solved our drainage problem. He was polite a good communicator and turned up promptly.. Many thanks.

Excellent service, cleaned blocked sewage pipes and checked pipes with camera, all within 30 minutes.

Prompt service. Very helpful

Joshua gave me a call before arriving and I was able to explain the issue in detail so that he came prepared. He was in and out in 10 minutes, kitchen sink and dishwasher unblocked. Very please with the service and professionalism.

I rate this company highly after they contacted me prior to attending my grandmothers property after she had contacted them for a drain blockage they do truly take vulnerable persons policy serious which is hard to find these days. Great team, would use myself if needed. 5 Stars from me.

Blocked drain causing major problem 2 men turned up same day on time and sorted job in 15 minutes great lads who know there job many thanks.

Very good customer service and get the jobs done sufficiently would recommend going with them

Very prompt response to our initial call. This is the second time we've had to use PDS (for separate issues) and on both occasions we received a very professional service. Very happy to recommend.

How lovely to deal with a professional company, helpful and up front, Steph the drainage guy cheerful and so helpful explained everything clearly, there number has gone into our home maintenance book of trustworthy professionals . Thanks.

Joshua of PDS recently carried out drain cleaning at my property. He was courteous and detected the problem quickly and the work was completed in a satisfactory manner.I would not hesitate in recommending the company to my friends.Colin Davies

Joshua was very professional in his work and wasn’t embarrassed at all by the situation made me feel at ease. A job well done and the process from stay to finish was very simple I’m impressed. Keep up the good work

The engineer was very professional, he turned up on time. He sorted the problem quickly and gave us a detailed explanation for a long term solution, which we may follow up in the near future.

Exceptional service. Stephan was very professional and dealt with the problem swiftly with no fuss. Area left clean , you would never have known he had been. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Having drainage repairs is not cheap but when required, it is a reassuring and comforting when a drainage company responds quickly to your enquiry, is upfront with costs and carries out the work swiftly and professionally - all of which I experienced when dealing with Precise Drainage Solutions. I would definitely use them again.

I called this company for a blocked toilet at a buy-to-let property. They did unblock it but the trouble started from there. On top of that and without further authorisation (as none of the owners were present and they did not call) they ran a "CCTV assessment" of the drainage which they charged additionally, for the total of £406.56...which was to flush a blocked toilet in first place! Not having enough, they 'concluded' through the CCTV that there was a major displacement of the drain pipes underground and quoted me £5347.44 to fix it. But they did not provide any evidence for that, adding also pressure that 'the running water under the property could make it collapse any time soon' With such a terrible news I called another company and required a new CCTV assessment in my presence at the site. All turned up to be a lie as there was not any displacement neither loss of drain water underground! I do have also a written report of the other company, clearing that the assessment of this company was purely false!

Exceptional service from beginning to end. Great prices contacted by Stefan prior to visit job completed. Would thoroughly recommend this company

I would like to say what a great company. I have now used them twice and the guys that came out both times where very professional and kept me up to date on what was going on. I would really recommend them 100%.

I had a new soakaway installed recently, and the whole experience with Precise Drainage Solutions Ltd was outstanding. From their first visit and quotation, they were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly explained what needed to be done. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything tidy throughout the job. The soakaway installation itself was completed swiftly and to a very high standard. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the fact that they kept me updated at every stage. Exceptional service from start to finish—highly recommended!

Darren was very knowledgeable and efficient in diagnosing our problem and I can vouch for this. I look forward to the work being done.

Excellent company, were on time kept me informed at all stages, very friendly and cost was very fair

First class workers.

Excellent service. They turned up on time, explained exactly what they were going to do, allowed us to view the work and the filming as they carried it out. They explained the next stage of work and carried it out in a professional way. They ensured everything was cleaned before they left and ensured all manholes were replaced. As we were selling the house they explained that we could transfer the guarantee over to the new occupants without any charge. Very happy to recommend the company.

These guys are very good , if you want a professional service , look no further. Excellent .

They attended the call out very promptly and dealt with the issue very quickly. A great service.

The chaps were friendly and efficient and arrived on the day, even though it was late. They solved my blocked drain quickly and left me feeling very happy and relieved that the problem was solved.

Needed a problem solving quickly! Thanks again for sorting it fast and putting measures in place for prevention.

Unfortunately can't really say how the engineers are as they never turned up - rang them on Wednesday they said they'd someone out but they never showed. Rang Thursday... same thing, rang Friday they apologised and again no one showed. So I've given up with them, as (even thought my situation isn't an emergency) it does actually need fixing.

Turned up identified issues and got everything flowing again. Coming back to complete works where lining is you g to be installed in failing pipes. Recommended To further review this service I will now give an update. Since the work was completed on the date of this review the solution has now failed. After having 4 appointments made and no engineer turning up today on the 5th attempt Igor turned up to inspect the issue of slow draining water. Igor got his camera out stuck it down the drain and found that the lining had not been installed at the correct point and that as he inspected it further found that there was a huge bubble like lip in the top of the lining aswell as the boot on right restricting the flow of water. Having waited to lay our new patio till the work had been completed by PDS at the date of this original review we have now been informed by igor that the likely good is that the patio will need to be lifted which is likely to lead to the porcelain being damaged and replacement of the entire patio again. This is a disappointing end to our summer at this point where our new garden was almost able to be used. Thankfully PDS have a guarantee for there works so we will find out shortly what they will do at this point. I will drop this review by one star at this moment due to the non turning up of appointments and will update in due course.

We found PDS through goole, we requested unblocking our toilet, they did not unblocked our toilet at the end, but they still charged us £343.56 we will not recommend this company.

Great service from Shane and Josh, got the blocked cleared within the hour

Kian was absolutely amazing at fixing our blocked drains. It was not an easy task and took a lot of problem solving skills and resilience - highly highly recommend! Thank you Kian

Perfect 🤩

Highly recommend this company. Called up in the morning and they were with me by lunch time, sorted the problem quickly! The office team over the phone were also brilliant

Very quick to come out and reline my external drainpipes. Extremely polite, professional, and hard working folks. Would recommend.

I had a completely blocked sink and called Precise Drainage Solutions. Darren was fast, efficient, and knew exactly what he were doing. Everything up and running in no time. No mess left behind, and everything works perfectly now. Highly recommend their services if you're looking for reliable and professional help!

A good experience from start to finish. Easy to book with a quick quote for the work to be done. The two guys turned up at eight in the morning and were happy to explain each step of the task as they re-lined my partially collapsed drain. Would definitely recommend Precise Drainage Solutions .

Great service and knowledgeable staff, a smooth visit gave us peace of mind about a small blockage problem.

What can I say! Incredible service, fast response and very affordable for the work that was done. George in the office really knew his stuff and was able to diagnose the issue before the operative arrived, this was confirmed by them on arrival and fixed later. Thank you PDS!

Excellent service, super friendly thanks so much

As per previous experience with PDS great service and can I say I will always use a dedicated purposed company when getting an particular issue resolved as they have the correct tools to do the job all when and good calling local handyman but they don’t have the correct tools and waste of money so always use a proper purposed company such as PDS

Excellent service from initial enquiry , to completion of job , cannot rate highly enough , helpful , considerate , professional , responded quickly and efficiently , kept informed and very respectful of my property left clean and tidy and a 10 year guarantee , would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family

Great service friendly and made sure we knew what was happening and why. The guys who attended were impeccably polite, arrived on time and sorted the problem. Would wholeheartedly recommend this firm

I can't recommend highly enough the service we received. They had no hesitation in making sure my elderly mother was a priority and had her toilet unblocked asap! The engineer Kian was friendly and kept me informed and very professional.Couldnt thank them enough! Can't go wrong with P.D.S.!

Great company. Very informative and fixed the toilet blockage issue very quickly.

Called Precise Drainage Solutions Ltd at 9:30 on a Sunday on a bank holiday weekend. I spoke to Charlie who was at my house about 45minutes later. Our main foul drain was blocked fully right up to the top of the manhole and we couldn’t use any toilets or sinks in the house at all. Charlie was brilliant and had our drains unblocked within 20minutes. He was polite, friendly and professional and his rates were very good compared to what I thought it might cost on a Sunday morning. I would highly recommend Precise Drainage Solutions to anyone.

The guys were prompt and friendly. I asked them to quote for a job, and they managed to fix the problem there and then. Excellent service. I would highly recommend.

Very happy with their work.On the first visit in February they came and cleared my drains the next day if i remember correctly and gave me a quote for what should hopefully be a permanent cure for the problem.Came back in March to do the job which i was very happy with and which took less than a morning to complete.I was a bit worried when they did not show up in time on the correct day especially when the boss rang and told me that their van had broken down but i needn't of worried as they turned up the following day as promised. They also pointed out some other work which i may have done but i will have to finance that out of a pension fund but in all fairness they were not pushy about it just showed me the state of the drains which could well have been installed when the house was built in 1937 and gave me the quote

Very happy with the work carried out on my saniflow toilet, not a lot of companies like working with them. The engineer was very professional and thorough. Price was reasonable too. Would definitely recommend

I had truly exceptional service from PDS, from the extremely efficient response to my initial enquiry, the immediate arrangement of an inspection appointment, and the very thorough and effective cleansing of the smelly drains. They were at all times polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. Roger

Problem was quickly resolved, at a fair price and by a friendly and knowledgeable guy. Will certainly use again.

very professional and knowledgable operative (Stefan) arrived promptly and swiftly identified the problem. will use again if neccessary.

Very fast response. Engineer kept in touch regarding arrival time and was polite, extremely helpful and professional on arrival. Very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend

I contacted Precise Drainage Solutions to investigate and fix a blockage to the external drains to my house. Previous work by a different company having failed to identify the root cause. The office were extremely helpfull and arranged for engineers to get to my house at an agreed time and date. The engineers duly arrived bang on time. They too were very curteous. They cleared the initial blockage very quickly, but advised that they believed that they had not fixed the root cause and suggested work to exposd a small section of the drain, which I agreed to. This identified a broken ' u bend'. This was replaced. A new manhole was created which would aid resolution of any future problems. All paving was replaced neatly and with care. The work was done quickly and I was kept updated at regular intetvals.

Josh unblocked our drain within 5 minutes of arriving at our house. He diagnosed to problem quickly and then Nico turned up that afternoon to fix the underground pipe which was in danger of collapse. Great work by really friendly, helpful people.

I had a blocked drain from the kitchen, very prompt on site and blockage quickly cleared. Very polite and helpful operator and resonable price for such great service. I'll definietly call PDS next time I get a blockage. Higly recommended.

Always hesitant about using a new service. Called up and spoke to Hannah who was very friendly and took all my details. Litteraly around an hour later Charlie popped over. What a godsend! Bright and friendly and extremely professional. He efficiently cleared all blockages and cleaned the affected areas in under half an hour. I felt other companies were trying to take advantage but PDS's rates were very cost effective. Super impressed with the entire team and won't go anywhere else in future. 10 out of 10!!

I was very pleased with the job that Precise Drainage Solutions did in my kitchen. The advisor to whom I spoke on the phone arranged for the sink blockage to be attended to promptly, and the engineer duly phoned to let me know when he was on his way. He had all the equipment he needed to deal with the problem, he was very pleasant and efficient, and I was pleased to be offered a discount as a first-time customer. I shall definitely use this company again, if there should be any further problem with the drains in my flat.

My drains were blocked so I contacted PDS drain doctors on recommendation and I have to state that they were first class. I had 2 blockages in different drains with water coming out of the top which was very frightening. PDS arrived and within a short space of time the drains were cleared. The price was very reasonable with a 30 day guarantee. I would without doubt recommend PDS as a 1st class company. RAYMOND WHITE CHARD SOMERSET.

We had problems with tree roots in our drainage system. I contacted Precise Drainage Solutions LTD about the matter who examined the drains and recommended sleeving the pipes rather than replacing them. The workmen arrived on time and carried out the necessary works . We actually had the owner of the Company on site to ensure that the works were carried out correctly. The cost of the completed works was the same as we had agreed at the begining . The site was left clean and tidy and we were given a 10 year warrenty in writing on the works carried out. A very professional Company who take pride in themselves and on their workmanship. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company to anyone. There are unscrupulous companies carrying out drainage works who seek to hide their mistakes. This is NOT one of them. The Owner of the Company wants to be the very best Drainage Company in the Country and I can see no reason why he should not succeed in his aims.

A very helpful and polite man answered my call and assured me that an engineer would be out within 2 hours, which is a great response time. The engineer Josh was amazing, I had a totally blocked up drainage system which was causing the toilets to overflow and the sinks not to drain away. He worked really hard and managed to clear the blockage which were two large fat lumps and limescale (see photo of some of the fat lumps!). He was very friendly, polite and helpful. I would recommend Precise Drainage Solutions for anyone in the Ashford or Kent area. Thank you so much.

They were on site within 24 hours of my telephone call to find out what was causing the blockage in my sewer system. They explained what the costs would be. The fiber pipe had a blister in it which was causing the blockage and would need relining. Again explained the costs to repair so no surprises when the bill comes in. They were able to do the repair in 2 days time. Turned upon time and done an excellent job even showed me cctv inspection once completed. Would recommend this company. Well done.

Precise Drainage Solutions Ltd are a very professional and friendly company who do the job on drains with superb excellence! A thoroughly trustworthy company!

Very happy with how promptly they attended my drain blockage. Technicians very thorough and professional. Very good experience.

We were delighted to see the engineer from Precise at 7.30pm on a Friday evening following 4 days of a blocked kitchen sink, other plumbers had let us down.

Highly recommend, it was a quick response time to a blocked toilet and soil stack. The engineer was professional and gave clear explanations throughout the process. The staff on the phones were very friendly and helpful throughout. The communication throughout was great. I will use them again should the need arise. Date of experience: January 08, 2025

We used PDS when too many visitors left us with a blocked loo which we couldn't clear. The service was outstanding. They came quickly and the guys doing the work were professional, knowledge and very pleasant. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company especially as they guarantee free attendance should the same problem recur within one month - which it didn't!

When clearing a blockage found that underground pipes needed a lining to prevent collapse and this was subsequently carried out quickly and efficiently soon after. All good.

I was very pleased with the work that was done, did the job in good time and the operative was a really nice bloke

Super efficient and speedy service to unblock my slow-draining toilet, by a friendly chap who explained everything he was doing and why. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them out again.

As a woman on her own I am very reliant on expert help. i had a problem with a slow draining shower which had been dealt with by a local plumber. He told me that he would need to take the tiles off the bathroom wall and knock part of the wall out to find the problem - his initial quote was for £2000 !! I then called precise drainage who sent the engineer with the facility to put a camera through the system to trace the blockage. Despite my lack of knowledge regarding where the drains were situated he soon located the appropriate manhole and sorted the problem within an hour. I can't thank the Company enough, not only for the expertise but the kindness and patience shown by the engineer. I would highly recommend them and would have no hesitation in using them again if necessary

A professional and reliable company, who were responsive and arranged for the drains to be cleared and fixed in a timely manner. All the site engineers were so friendly, we would definitely recommend them and use the service again

When drains block on a Friday and you have a disabled husband, nightmare. My drains blocked on Friday and having called a couple of firms they could not do anything until Monday. With a disabled husband that is not an option. PDS came out within the hour and unblocked the drain. Nice guy to deal with on the phone and the engineer who came to the property. They have recommended further works to stop this happening in the future, roots had got into a secondary drain. A few weeks later two technicians came out and installed a 12mtr sleeve over our aging clay pipes, this will stop the roots in future. They also sorted the other drain near the property boundary so that it will not cause future problems. I recommend this company as friendly, helpful and competent.

Precise Drainage Solutions Ltd did an excellent job for me after a very serious drain blockage on my property. Their workers were efficient, helpful and very polite. I strongly recommend them.

Great company Highly recommend 👍👍

Friendly and efficient, went the extra mile! Highly recommend!!

Rip off drainage company taking advantage of senior citizens. They want £5000 for a £300 job. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Excellent service from PDS. Turned up on the day I phoned them. Explained the problem and what was needed to resolve the problem. I agreed for them to sought it out and they arrived next day to fix it. Given 10 year guarantee on the work. Can't fault them in anyway. Thanks.

Once again, these guys have come out and done a nasty job with grace and a smile. And they're not messy either. They've been communicative and straight forward to deal with, so would use them again in a heartbeat...but hoping I don't have to!

I recently used Precise Drainage Solutions for a blocked sink, Josh was wonderful at explaining everything to me on the phone and was very professional. I live in Barnham and wasn't sure how quickly the technician would get to me but I couldn't be more impressed with the service! The technician arrived promptly and was extremely polite and professional throughout the visit. He quickly diagnosed the issue and worked efficiently to clear the blockage, ensuring everything was spotless before he left. The whole experience was stress-free, and the level of expertise and courtesy displayed was outstanding. Highly recommended for anyone in need of reliable and friendly drainage services. Five stars well deserved!

Jamie came at short notice and unblocked the drains noproblems at all. Really nice guy, we have a bit of a problem that needs more work so gave us a quote on the spot and will be back tomorrow to do the rest of the work. Can't fault it cheers lads

From start to finish I was extremely impressed by the efficiency of PDS and the professionalism of their engineer Jamie who in my estimation is a force of nature who was in his element addressing the issue of our failed drain ensuring I was kept informed and reassured through his understanding of his craft and his willingness to involve me in what the work entailed. It was a pleasure to meet him and his colleague J. and I thank him once again for bringing order out of chaos.

Jamie was prompt and professional and got the job done in good time. Very happy with the experience and would use the company again. Thank you!

Josh and Stefan worked on the drainage as requested, polite and hardworking. Job completed on time as promised

Jamie and Jay attended site. Root cut and resign of 10 metres. Jamie was very helpful, very knowledgeable and efficient. Cleaned up excellently. Good communication when on site. Explained process thoroughly. As I am engineer myself he showed great engineering skills especially when confronted with issues. Would recommend him. Jim

Great service and excellent workmanship from George and Jamie replacing our four manhole covers and relining all our drains. Alex in the office was also very helpful in sorting out our appointments and 10-year guarantee.

Excellent service from 2 very polite & friendly guys. Made sure I knew what was going on & also informed the neighbours as well what was happening. Left the outside of the property clean & tidy having washed it all down. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Top fellas , lovely conversation and great banter. Brilliant in what they do .above and beyond . If needed again would definitely be using this company for future years to come.

Quick efficient service, advised us what they were doing at every step, both were an excellent team, job done 👍🏻

They were there as soon as possible. And sorted out our blocked main drain and cleaned up all mess excellent job and the person who called was polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend this company

One phone call. About an hour later they were here. Excellent service. Cannot rate them highly enough. Really lovely guys, so helpful and polite.

Great service from the guys at PDS. Josh and Luke did an excellent job sorting our drains and completing the relining of the pipes. Long day of hard work for them both and much appreciated.

Repair water leak in drive way excellent service Contacted for water leak in drive way from advert in local magazine, sent estimate very quickly for repair and replacement of lead water pipe to house.guys arrived when stated and explained they would need to dig up part of drive but would work until job complete. They were very polite and kept us informed of progress throughout. Once completed site cleaned and left tidy phone call next day to check everything was ok . Very pleased with service and would definitely recommend them

Thank you for the advice you gave me last night I'm happy to say it work wonders, the relief of getting back to normal thank again Debbie

We couldn’t be happier! We have just had our drains descaled and lined by Josh and Luke. They worked really hard, were very thorough and talked us through everything and also showed us the work carried out stage by stage using a camera. Most impressive was they sorted out a nasty drainage problem in our manhole. This proved to be very tricky and called for a bit of creativity. Needless to say, everything is now working perfectly. A really big thankyou to Josh, Luke and not to forget Charlie who dealt with customer liaison and after sales care. Will definitely be recommending PDS to others.

Just after new years I found that water kept backing up in the drain in the garden and the grass was constantly flooded. I called PDS for a CCTV survey of the drains for video footage of the pipework to see if anything was an issue and they spotted that my soak away was filled with soil and roots. I was happy to go ahead with the provided quote presented to me. By the next day Charlie, Josh and Luke were already at work installing a new soak away system in order to prevent the flooding in the garden which has been such a frustration for the family! Thank you so much PDS for your prompt, efficient and positive attitudes to fixing our facilities! I recommend for anyone with any drainage problems.

I called Precise Drainage Solutions to clear a blocked toilet. Their local engineer Josh responded very speedily and did an excellent job of clearing. He was friendly professional and efficient. Excellent firm to deal with.

PDS provided an extremely professional service, the work undertaken was completed efficiently and tidily. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking in the future.

Great experience with the team. They are so quick to respond. Great service and will beat any quote without compromising on the quality of work. Highly recommend.
