Ian of Kestrel Plumbing was everything a Professional Plumber (and Electrician!) should be! Firstly, and most importantly, he fixed my Central Heating Issue quickly and at a fair price! I am very happy with the work; my Central Heating and Hot Water is now working well and the repair points are all dry as a bone! Secondly, Ian listened to all I had to say on the issue, was always polite, pleasant, patient and courteous, was punctual, efficient, tidy, and he ensured everything was working well and that I was happy with the work before I paid and he left.
