4.5
Ashton Electrical Bristol Ltd is often praised for reliable, professional electrical work, with customers highlighting friendly communication, fair prices and tidy, efficient results. Reviews mention electrical testing and EICRs, PAT testing, lighting, sockets, oven fitting and electrical board installation, with several customers happy to recommend the service. A couple of recent housing-association visits were described as cold or unfriendly, with communication and introductions falling short.
So had electrican come do home testing for housing he was rude to personal
Always found Ashton electrical helpful and deliver good customer care. But today through the housing association I had my 5 yearly safety check. The gentleman who came todsy was unfriendly, and did not introduce himself, he didn't explain what he was going to do. His customers service was very cold and matter of fact. This is first time I have experience this, ad I didn't feel comfortable with him here.
I’d definitely recommend Ashton electrical. They came to hang up a heavy lamp fixture that had previously fallen down. They were on time, very friendly and professional, and reliable. Thank you for your help!
Had a plug socket removed, quick and tidy job. Arrived on time, pleased with service & work done, would recommend this local company.
Excellent, polite, professional, friendly service. Brighter Places Housing Association Tenant.
I rate this company 100% From the phone enquiry to completion of work I received a helpful, reliable and professional service. All office staff were brilliant in handling & answering my questions, through to the electrician carrying out an EICR . Would highly recommend this company.
